His class is very fun, but beware if you dont like reading or doing a WHOLE bunch of work then you will hate his class. His tests are hard, essays and require a lot of studying. But even though this circumstances I love his class.
If you don't like to read or write do not take this class. However if you don't mind and you have a great love of politics then I suggest it. He knows his info and explains it quite well.
I really enjoyed being in this class and learned a great deal. However, be ready to work. As long as you give him an earnest effort, he will work with you.
this is a great class, and he is very sincere in that if you are having trouble you should go by his office and he'll help you out
He was very informative, but if you are like me and know nothing about politics, you might want to take someone else or read everything he says too, and watch the news, a lot.
Why even care how hard he is he is a wonderful teacher and he is SO DARN HOT!!!!!!
Politics and the media class is a great class to take if it is the only class you're taking. The class is a full time job, plus you have to be an expert at computers.
he is very helpful! his class never gets boring because he is soooo HOOOOTTTT!!!
asdfasdf asdf asdf asdf asdf
Great teacher but tests are hard. Read because there are pop quizzez. he knows everyone by name and will call on you anytime. VERY HOTT! Watch the news and read the newspaper (stuff about politics) if you work with him...he will work with you
Yawn, is a great teacher and he knows his stuff very well. He will call on you but the class is not hard, everyday before class starts he gives a quiz over the reading and if you read you will get a 100. There is only 1 essay and it's the final paper and it's easy. So I would recommend taking him cause he knows his stuff.
very cool class
He was a great teacher and quite funny actually. His humor kept my attention and made me actually want to come to class. There was ample time to complete assignments and they were explained fully. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone taking English.
Interesting topic. Gave many real life examples and used other resources to teach, i.e. video, blackboard, mock political convention. Taught students how to use other resources to create commercials and things that would be necessary to run a campaign. He is willing to meet with students on their issues and try to help them complete the course successfully. However, do not be late and do not disturb the class.
Keep up with current events and who is in office. ALso know your history.
I think overall that he is a great prof! He has a great since of humor, which can come in handy if you think a story, poem, etc. is boring. Class is usually fairly interesting. I recommend him.
I think he is a pretty good prof. He is knowledgable about the subject, and has a great sense of humor. For those of you that have seen "Mallrats," I think he looks a bit like Mr. Schvinning. There is usually a quiz over most homework assignments, and if you've read, they are easy! I recommend him for this class!
Prof Yawn is really awesome! I love his class. We always talk about very interesting things and I'm never bored in there. He's funny and pretty cute too. I recommend him as an English teacher, never had him in Pol.Science so I wouldn't know about that, but he's really awesome. I'm expecting to learn loads from him.
He is young and energetic. He makes class very interesting. This particular class requires a lot of time and work.
A wonderful teacher who really cares about his students, take him for any class you can. Be prepared to work, but its worth it
I took Yawn for both basic poli. sci. classes and he was VERY helpful. He definately knows his stuff! It's hard work but if you are interested in learning politics outside of the text book then take his class!!
Great teacher. Tests are hard, but fair. Make sure to do the reading and extra credit papers that he offers. They make a difference. I hope to take Yawn again.
Good teacher, very interesting. but you have to do the reading quizes almost everyday over readings except the quizes are pretty easy over basic components in the stories.
hes a good teacher but his test are a killer. They are about 30 questions and more than half are matching. May sound easy, but wait till you take the first test and you will see what Im talking about. You must read evreything and watch the news cuz he will call on you and if you dont know, he will embarrass you in front of the entire class.
He is a very tough teacher. There is always busy work and big projects, but you'll learn a lot. Taking research methods will be hard, but you might as well learn something with this professor. Although I butted heads with him from time to time, he taught very well and knew his subject. I'd take him again if possible.
Not helpful, very disencouraging to students. Will embarrass you in front of everyone.
Yawn is tough but fair, interesting, and innovative. He has lots of assignments and readings, but the are generally interesting and well chosen. As I said, he is tough, but his rules are set out in his syllabus. Follow them, and he your learn a lot, and he is always willing to help and do things for students.
Good prof. Not easy, but you will learn a lot. Interesting readings. Lots of assignments. Don't take unless you are willing to work.
Yawn is awesome. His class is VERY interesting, even if you don't like politics. He obviously loves it. You have to study for his tests, but if you take good notes, you will be fine. Quizes over reading are at least once a week, but the books are VERY interesting. Toward the end of the semester, it's movie time.
Yawn's awesome. You have to work, but you actually learn something. He finds a way to relate examples to real life.
Extremely helpful. Had a bit of reading to do, but if you went to class and paid attention you would do fine.
GREAT PROF luv him, very articulate, FUN, and really not hard if you read the assignments - incredibly SEXY M-A-N, coming from a woman, and a guys guy! He comes off like a tiger, but - it's because he is sincere about teaching. If you just read the chapter assigned, class is really pretty easy AND really interesting...did I say he was HOT!!
RM is my fav prof - he makes class fun and light - but he does expect you to read his assignments - literaly if you READ the chapter, you will make a good grade. He makes this class interesting and he's HOT!
If you actively participate in class, he will LOVE you. If you sit quietly, he will target you and call you out. That being said, he's the reason I minor in POL now. He is engaging to listen to and is funny to boot. He makes you read and work, but I thoroughly enjoyed his class.
He is a very good teacher! Do your work, read and study and you will surely pass!
Vindictive and caniving. He will be your best friend but beware of the extreme power trips. He can really make a semester hell if he dislikes you.
I have been at Sam Houston for 2 years now and he has been my most favorite and most concerned professor. If you read all your readings, go to class, and don't be lazy. You will do fine!!!
He is a really nice guy if you don't ask stupid questions. He focused on the presidents and the little unique details about them all. We had 3 tests including the final and they were all comprehensive and freaking hard. Write down everything he says in class cause he isnt going to help you when the test comes around. and do the reading!
I did not like this professor. He walked out on me talking to him because him and I bumped heads throughout the semester. He just isn't a nice guy. Read EVERYTHING he assigns. tests are HARD
Very good prof. If you do your readings, and study a little you will do fine. Tests not that hard if you pay attention in class. Overall I would rather take him than any other prof. for political sci. No papers or homework, just readings and tests.
Most interesting professor yet. He is so knowledable and informed on the information that it keeps me interested and time flys by. Quizes everyday but they are not hard, just attend class and read what is assigned. Tests are a little difficult but an easy B or A if you study properly and do your work. Iv never seen him be mean or rude to anyone
He was a great teacher. He explained things in depth, and had a serious intrest in the students success.
Perhaps one of those people who you either love or hate. Personally, the latter for me. His class isn't bad, but you have to be willing to put up with him and his often inane factoids. He's got a sharp memory, but spends the first half of the semester actively sizing people up. He has his uses, but not a person i'd want to spend time around.
I had him when he was an english teacher and he was amazing. He took time to explain everything to us. Plus, he is nice to look at which helped me pay attention!
You never know what he wants. The tests are just unclear, not necessarily difficult. I wouldn't take him again.
Yawn is a wonderful professor. His class isn't difficult at all if you show up. I learned a lot and would recommend it to anyone. Don't text because he'll call you on it. He's not rude he just expects a certain level of professionalism. Also - the text he requires is fabulous. I would have read those books anyways.
He is an amazing professor! Do not walk in late, if your going to be late just dont go! He will call you out if you are not prepared but if you are he will love you and you will love him! you cannot be a political science maj at sam and not take one of his classes
Attendance is not mandatory but he has quizzes that affect your grade. You never know what he's going to ask on quizzes or tests. Reviews are long and he only uses some of the material for the tests. He's not very approachable either unless you're a student he knows well. I make A's in most classes and I tried really, but only made an A on one test
Also, he pokes fun at people in class possibly to size them up. He comes off arrogrant so you either love him or dislike him. The lectures are very informative and clear if you can filter out what you don't need. He has a very good memory and knows a lot of stories that pertain to the subject, but aren't necessarily important.
If you want to have quizzes every class. Go ahead and sign up for him. If you don't. Please don't take him. He's a nice guy. However, having 19 quizzes for 1 semester is ridiculous. Quizzes is his "special" way of taking attendance. Definitely don't recommend and won't be taking him ever again.
pol 336, pol 337, I have almost taken my hole minor with him he is an amazing teacher very on point read a lot and study the quizes you will do fine.
Good prof. Makes you work. Makes you think.
Teaches.
Good class. Interesting project. Learn a lot.
Yawn is the best professor you will have in college. He is tougher than most of the other professors at Sam but he is fair and very interesting. He is the smartest person I know. If you cannot enjoy and succeed in his class than college just might not be for you.
if you have any interest in politics you should love this class. i absolutely hate politics but can stand it bc i have a HUGE crush on him in a weird bald/jerk man kind of way. doesnt take attendance but you do have a mini quiz over every reading assignment, which is frequent. tests are short but hard bc you dont know what info he will test on.
if you're not his favorite your not going to do too well
awesome professor! interesting, funny, HANDSOME!!:)take him! doesn't take attendance but when many are absent he gives extra credit to those present! read the book, study your notes and easy A!
Mr.Yawn was a really good professor. He gave extra credit for attendance & gave a good study guide for tests. He also is not bad looking.
Great teacher! He is really devoted to his work and knows his stuff. Even if you have a minimal interest in politics, this is the class to take. He also helps you out with real world advice.
Good prof. He's tough at first, but then relaxes as the class learns his expectations. Do your readings, and you'll do well in the class. He can also be really helpful regarding career advice. Some of the readings are on the boring side, but others are really interesting!
Best Professor I have ever had. He really goes out of his way to help his students and really knows his stuff. He may seem intimidating at first but he just expects his students to act professionally and respectfully.
Good professor. Interesting lectures. Fair.
Interesting! Discusses things from a variety of perspectives. Requires you to study and, occasionally, speak in class. Work, and you'll do well.
he's the best professor i've taken in my three years in college! he is so smart and passionate about his topic. you have to read his assignments and study to make an A but you'll learn a lot! he gives a lot of extra credit when you show up to class cause attendance is not mandatory! TAKE HIM, YOU'LL LOVE HIM! :)
Lots of reading, but interesting reading. Interesting lectures, knows his stuff.
I didn't care for politics until I attended Professor Yawn's class. He makes politics interesting & is very informative about the topics he teaches. I knew nothing about politics before entering his class but I made an A. You can get a good grade if you do the homework & take notes. His exam/quiz questions always relate to the material he covers.
Very abrasive. Very knowledgeable. It always sounds like he's mad -- he's always yelling; it's just how he talks. He is also very helpful getting students into govt. internships. Take Bittick or Kazemzadeh instead.
Good prof! Funny and knows his stuff. Pay close attention to details, do your reading, and you'll do fine.
Great Prof! I'd strongly recommend this professor over the other alternatives for Media and Politics. Interesting and cares about students.
Good prof. Interesting readings and lectures. Interesting applications to real-world situations, which is very different than other professors.
I just love this professor. He makes learning seem so fun and easy. Take him Take him. That's all
Before taking this class i hated political science, but professor yawn explained everything in full detail and helped a lot. Very easy class just do the readings and you will get A's on the quizzes and test. Best professor I had all year.
His class was interesting all through. Do your readings before each class. He would not lay emphasis on mandatory attendance but gave short quizzes at the beginning of most lectures and they all added up. Never a boring moment. Very interesting readings too.
This man is the best Political Science professor ever!!! You will actually learn in his class. Extremely easy to get an A! Just make sure you read your assignments before class and take notes during class. He has a great sense of humor which makes the class bearable!
I attended his class during a summer session. The class was easy and he kept the class involved by providing information that was relevant to everyday life. In addition he was kinda hot and helped me with questions about furturing myself in the poltical science field.
Good class, good professor. There is lots of reading, but if you do it, you'll do well in the class. Professor is very helpful to those who want to get ahead.
He is an awesome professor! I hated anything that has to do with history or government but after taking him it wasnt that bad. He is a great professor and his class is easy. once you take the first two quizzes and first test you'll know the drill. Just keep up with your readings (its not that hard i promise!) and you'll do fine! TAKE HIM! :)
Really interesting professor and keep class pretty intriguing. Hates cell phone usage, but overall pretty chill about things. Will need reader and book, but if you read overall easy class.
HOLY SMOKES OBESSED! Easily my favorite professor/teacher/ect of all time. Such an amazing person, teacher, ect. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Good professor. Engaging and clear about expectations. Do the work, and you'll do well in the class. Also, he's willing to help students who show an extra effort.
Great professor! Very sarcastic and hates cellphones, but he's funny.I took this class during the summer and I LOVED it! I don't even care for political science, but he made it interesting and he will keep you engaged. Read the book chapters that he gives you and you'll pass his tests no problem.
Just do the readings and you'll do fine. And always attend class. There's a quiz almost every class day. Hates tardiness and cell phones. There are daily quizzes, reader quizzes, and tests. Pretty easy to get an A if you actually do the work. I found the class interesting but I personally like learning about politics.
This is a really, really good professor. He does not like foolishness! He will laugh and have fun but you better do the work, involve yourself in the lectures, answer is questions and you will do fine
Amazing professor! My one issue is that he requires you to buy a book that he made filled with, in my opinion, irrelevant articles that have very little to do with the course. Dont let that stop you from taking him though! He's awesome!!!
Be prepared to do 30 page readings twice a week and have a quiz over that material in EVERY CLASS. I found this professor rude and unhelpful and he seemed as if he did not care at all about any students. The tests do not correlate with any other the lectures and he takes questions out of specific things in the book. DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR
Good class. Interesting lectures that are pretty clear. He expects you to read and be prepared but nothing unreasonable. Read, listen, and you'll be fine.
Professor Yawn is AMAZING! You DO have to read the assigned readings for class because he will quiz you over them daily. But he has everything scheduled on the syllabus. And, I mean, come on.. it's college. You are expected to actually do work. He is really helpful and will work with you if you need help or something comes up. Definitely take him!
Good professor overall, very knowledgeable. Makes the class interactive and keeps everybody interested. Doesn't make attendance mandatory but assigns daily quizzes which count for at least 30% of the final grade. Exams are somewhat difficult and he does not curve. He is also reluctant to answer all sorts of emails.
Great Professor! Daily Quizzes, very easy if you read the material. BUY THE BOOKS and READ! 4 Exams including the final, gives extra credit that will help your grade a lot and go to class!
He feels that reading is the best way to learn. Almost daily reading quizzes over text book. He has his own book you have to buy at Eagle Graphics. He has 3 or 4 major tests, 3 or 4 major reading quizzes. He gives the option to not take the final if you do well on reading quizzes. Have to stay for the whole class on daily reading quizzes.
expect a Quiz almost every class, tries to actually interact and help his students, lectures are very interesting. attendance is a must because of the quizzes, three tests (if you do well the final is optional), tests are pretty easy and straight forward. He actually ties all his lectures to the "real world" Definitely take him at least once.
Good professor, but you have to read. Assigns reading as most professors do, but actually checks whether you read by giving almost daily quizzes. Expect class interaction even in large classes.
Expect a quiz everyday, usually 4 or 5 questions. READ YOUR SYLLABUS! he will test you on it! If you read what you are supposed to, come to class, you will be ok! No phones in class, he deducts points off your grade, but he randomly gives extra credit. He's a good instructor.
I really can't recommend his politics and media class. For the first half of the semester we talked about evolution, the brain, art and artists, and then when we did get to media and politics he barely tied in the two.
Good class. Brought in many topics. Interesting material with lots of applications. Four tests. One paper. Quizzes over reading. Everything is laid out on syllabus and blackboard. More work than a typical MCOM class.
I was scared of this class, but Yawn's approach makes it very doable. Math isn't my strong point, but he makes it clear.
This professor is easy in the sense that if you do the readings you will pass. No homework except for readings. Almost every class period has a quiz over the readings which cannot be made up. The exams are straight from the readings, so read. Being called out in front out the class may occur for phone use, tardiness and not paying attention.
Clear on expectations, but expectations are pretty high.
Good class. Interesting, with lots of guest speakers. We had a Mock City Council program that was kind of fun.
I've taken about seven classes from this professor. He genuinely cares about his students. Just don't skip class because he gives quizzes everyday (they are easy if you read). He usually has his own textbook created (a series of readings bound together) that isn't too pricey. Overall, he is a great professor who makes learning interesting.
Large introductory class with lots of reading. Professor Yawn lays out the information needed on the syllabus, and he provides study guides before every tests. Lots of assignments. Good lectures.
Not a difficult class, but a lot of day-to-day work. It's not that there's more reading than other classes, but you do have to read. Quizzes over each reading assignment and three books. Good lectures and fair tests.
Extremely nice! Helps those who take education seriously. He takes his job seriously and is strict with class room behavior. No electronics allowed! He takes points off he even sees you reaching to check the time on your phone. You do need a lot of books for texas politics, and does quizzes on the chapters. BUT they are super easy!
Good professor. Lots of reading, with regular quizzes. Interesting lectures.
You'll have a quiz every single day so make sure to do all the reading if you take his class. Overall an ok class. Professor can be funny and you'll learn something.
Good professor. Readings and quizzes every day. Good lectures.
Does a quiz on the reading at the beginning of every class.
He makes his class very interesting and he uses the students in his examples to help you really understand what he's talking about. Make sure you read because you'll have a quiz almost every class and he calls people out at random to answer the questions aloud.
Good professor. Expects class participation. Lots of reading. But good lectures and knowledgeable. If you do your readings, you will make an A.
Professor Yawn is an amazing teacher but beware of mass amounts of reading. The daily quizzes can make or break you, if you don't read, you will fail. Be sure to come to class everyday because 99% of the time, there will be a quiz.
This class is focus on watching films, taking quizzes, and a few discussions. As long as you watch the movies and read the reading he provides you should do fine and be able to pass easily. Do not be afraid to ask any question, professor Yawn is truly there to help you be successful.
Fairly easy class if you watch the movie all the way through and read the material assigned.
This class was basically a statistics course and is taught like a math class. If you dislike or are bad with math then you probably will struggle, and will have to work for your grade no matter what. Quizzes everyday if your class doesn't read. Yawn is amazing though no-nonsense, professional, and IMO a great professor.
It's not that this class is hard. There is a lot of reading and a quiz every class period over the readings. But his particular teaching style just isn't for me. You learn 95% from the book. His lectures are alright but i don't feel like I actually learn from them. You basically teach yourself the whole time & that's just not what I wanted.
Lots of reading, but good lectures and clear guidelines. You learn. Class participation is expected.
Problems POLS: Politics & Film - watched a couple movies a week then had a discussion & quiz on them. pay attention to the movies. easy class & interesting
Genuinely disappointed in this class.. POLS never being my strong point, but remote class made this 10X harder. I asked prof for help and simply got a "do better". Good luck to those taking this class online in the future. His timed quizzes were ridiculous. Inconsiderate of slow readers or anxious test takers.
Required class. Prof makes it interesting, although it's a lot of work.
Great prof! Lots of reading but class and lectures are interesting.
Good prof!
Dr. Yawn is a really good professor, his lectures are always engaging and even outside the class he is really well versed in his speaking. My favorite professor thusfar.
Good professor but a lot of reading.
Professor Yawn is a top-notch professor. In my Texas Government class, he ensures that the whole class participates by adding humor to his lectures. Yes, there is a lot of readings but overall the class itself was manageable. Heads up, he will call anyone out, even in the back row.
The effort you put in is the grade you will receive. While attendance isn't mandatory, there are quizzes almost every day and there is no way to make them up. Tests are also mainly from lectures. He also gives many extra credit opportunities.
He's a great teacher, but there are a lot of quizzes considering that's how he does attendance. Because there are daily quizzes, there's A LOT of reading. I didn't understand learning the concept of Bonnie and Clyde considering we're learning modern-day Texas government, but it's a super easy grade. Overall it's a good class.
4 exams. 1 final. 2 reader quizzes over a book that he wrote that has nothing to do with tx gov. no electronics in class or he removes points. daily quizzes and nightly readings. the hardest class I have ever taken at Sam when it's such an easy subject. AN INTRO CLASS SHOULD BE SIMPLE. please pick another professor. DO NOT TAKE YAWN.
He is a great professor; I would 100% recommend him. Quiz almost every class over a reading he assigned online, term paper, community engagement, and four tests. His class is not challenging if you pay attention to the readings and listen during the lectures.
POLS 4094 is the City Fellows internship. If he doesn't like you, he won't answer your emails. We went weeks without hearing back. He's blunt & harsh regarding assignments & makes you feel dumb if you ask questions. The internship doesn't pay well. Just find an outside internship because City of Huntsville is a waste of time, effort, and money.
Good professor, if you keep up with readings.
Literally, the only class that made my entire college career worth it. Yawn was by far one of my favorite professors and you could clearly tell he knew his stuff. Made me remember I love learning especially since I started his class with an F and finished with a 96. He cares and it shows and if you won't accept failure neither will he. Pick him.
He was a great professor, very engaging, but there is so much work. Every class day will either be a quiz, assessment, or test. Be prepared for a lot of work.
Professor Yawn is a good professor. The class isn't hard, but you do have to show up prepared. If you do that, you will do fine. There are four tests and quizzes almost everyday. If you get enough grade (80) on the quizzes, the final is optional. Good class. You just have to be prepared.
Mr. Yawn is an interesting guy. There is a reading quiz almost every day in place of taking attendance, so make sure to read and show up. If you read and use the study guide before the tests then you'll pass easily.
Yawn is an AMAZING lecture highly recommended, HOWEVER, BE PREPARED TO READ he takes daily quizzes about a section of reading from the textbook and he has his students take 4 unit tests and 4 reader quizzes which is a book he wrote about interviews from shsu alumni, and his experiences (which is very interesting and easy if you read).
I took Professor Yawn for Texas Government, and for his particular style of teaching I think he's amazing. He can be a particular person at times but always acts with good reason and is pretty funny in my opinion. Yawn gives you ample opportunity to drop his class if you need to, so if you're not a good reader pick a different section.
Daily readings and associated quizzes, but questions are intuitive and are on the tests. On test days you leave as soon as you finish. Uses meaningful real world information and examples, lectures it well, and overall an amazing professor.
Best professor I've had at Sam. Interesting claSs and lots of opportunities.
Funny and interesting lectures. Good class for TX government. Wasn't interested in it until this class.
Yawn's class has a lot of reading and quizzes, but if you stay on top of it, you'll do well. The material can be dry, but the lectures are engaging. Unstuck Study AI was a lifesaver for test prep.
He is a very good prof, but be ready to read A LOT. He canceled class, because people weren't reading before hand and added that to a quiz. If you read, read it again and again you should be fine. He is funny and if you interact you might get extra credit. There are other extra credit opertunities but they aren't worth much but will help.
Great class! 3-4 tests, final optional. 3-4 major quizzes and 3-4 minor quizzes. Extra credit opportunities throughout the semester. Funny classes some days and pretty easy.
Get ready to read a LOT. 3 tests, multiple online/in person quizzes, and the final is mandatory UNLESS you have an 80 in the class AND you've taken all three tests. Get ready to be called on randomly to answer the question correctly. He canceled class because the people he called on didn't read then put the info on the quiz the following class.
Great professor! Interesting lectures and class isn't hard if you read.
Interesting class. You have to read, especially on quiz days, but the lectures are interesting and the material isn't hard. There are a few quizzes, some longer major quizzes, and three tests. If you have an A or B average, the final is optional.
Good class on a topic I didn't think I'd find interesting. Very interactive class, with some simulations at the end of the semester.
Dr. Yawn is an amazing professor. Attendance was not mandatory, but you should go because his tests are based off of his lectures. He gives out multiple extra credit opportunities, and they are not hard to complete. His tests are not hard at all, and I liked how he would give out reader quizzes because they were easy ways to bring up your grade.
He's very nice but you do have to buy his book which I didn't think was very cool. There are quizes every class over readings. These quizes are hard you need to know the reading material extremely well.
It's a pretty easy class if you read and go to class. Five quizzes, four tests. 3-4 extra credit opportunities. Interesting lectures. He will call on students randomly, so it's good to pay attention.
BORING. Class is not hard, I just don't like profs who use lecture as review over textbook. Reading quizzes and LOTS of reading. Don't read = Don't pass. Syllabus says the final is optional if you have an A or B in his class. I had a B and he put in a zero for my final despite what the syllabus says. If you have other options, don't take him.
Good professor. Essay class, if you read. If you don't read, you won't pass. You should also be ready to be called on. He's pretty easy, though, and his lectures are interactive and interesting.
All the people giving him a low rating are honestly just lazy. There is a lot of reading involved but that's not a hard ask from a student. If you read you'll pass with at least a high B. The final is optional only under certain conditions that will be clearly stated to you in the syllabus and throughout the semester.
Good class on local government. Very interactive. There are no textbooks, but there are web readings each day. You learn a lot about local government, which is way more important than I thought.
Very engaging and thought-provoking lectures. A little narcissistic, but a good professor.
Class is easy if you just read. Lectures are pretty interesting, even though I am not into history. But the reading is manageable and if you study, you'll do fine.
The class was ‘film and law.' Interesting readings from online and the movies were pretty good. It's a good class if you like movies or philosophy or law.
Better class than I thought TX Govt would be. Interesting lectures. Weekly reading.
I took him for an online course about Moot Court and it was great. A lot of reading because you have to read the cases but very interesting and different than other courses you will take.
Great professor! There is reading, it's not just a PowerPoint class. But the lectures are mostly interesting and he brings in interesting topics and speakers.
