she basically turns english into psychology/sociology which at times is great because noone wants to spend a whole semester reading books. talks a little more than necessary but still its alright. essay grades can kill you though.

Yes she gets off topic at times...and her lectures are pretty boring..but I think she's a fair grader. She really helps improve your writing..but she gets way off topic and dicusses things that are irrlevant to english.

I understand why people dislike her, cause shes super feminist. However, shes a nice lady and takes time to help you out. Revising the essays over and over is a pain but she lets you do it till you earn the grade you wish. I think shes interesting, as long as you like the subject. Shes a nice person

She does make you rewrite your papers like a million times but is VERY lenient about due dates. Yeah she gives you extremely low grades, but if she sees that you are working to your full potential she tries to help you out. Talk to her if your grade is botherig you!!!

She is very nice, she likes to hear herself talk. Take notes! Her opinions are very funny. Be prepared to be entertsined about her love life. She is very smart. Nice grader. I would love to take her again.

I highly recommend taking her. She tends to get off topic a lot but when she does she is really funny. She also really helps you develop great writing skills. I have already taken 2 classes with her and I hope to have her again.

Bradshaw-Beyers is super intelligent. Ive talked with her one-on-one many times. She is big on feminist teachings. But a real classic American teacher that allows you to think and she wants you to let loose and express yourself in your writings.

sweet, smart, and really tought me a lot this semester. anyone who says that she is bad, well I guess they didn't put in the work. She does talk alot, so try not to pass out in her class, she does talk about her life, but thats ok if you pass out for 15ms.show her that you care,and you will do well.

Help you a lot, very hard grader but you will learn. I was lucky to get out with a B- from what i heard a lot of my classmates failed. I would give her an A+ for improvement but a C for being a hard grader.

She is one of the best English Professors at Pace. She is VERY clear and the topics she picks are so interesting that you'll never be bored in her 2 hour lectures!! However, she does have a specific writing method, which is confusing. In the end it'll help you. DEF. NOT an easy A, but if your looking for something interesting take her !!!

I LOVE this Professor! She is definitely one of the best English teachers at Pace.She is not an easy grader but she does let you re- write your papers until you do.Also, her topics are VERY interesting and she knows what she is talking about ( she is EXTREMELY intelligent).

She is nothing short of amazing. Her classes are lessons in life, literature and writing. Her theme, however, is controversial only because it applies to so many, and for those who dislike her class, perhaps it is because she was talkig about you. I reccomend all incoming freshmans take her 110 class, it will a profound positive effect on your life

Although she had strong opinions, she is one professor at Pace that is actually intelligent and has done a lot with herself. I admire her, she is awesome. She is not a hard grader at all. You get what you deserve. Put some time in your work. Loved her class and her lectures. GREat, great, Great!!!!

If you are an average student and an average thinker do not take her...remain average. But! If you actually have a brain you will enjoy and appreciate her and the material she exposes you to.

Anyone who has anything bad to say about this professor is smoking something... She is phenominal and she makes the wheels in your head turn. It's not all textbook stuff, she talks about day to experiences and events. She's so great I'm taking her again. I love the way she reads poetry she just makes you get it more. Not for those scared to think!

It's an easy A, as long as you read the stories, it's not a lot of work at all. it's only a few short essays throughout the semester, which she lets you correct after she grades it, so that you can increase your grade. Very repetitive... Classes are dragged on. However, you would probably be familiar with the material already. Common literature (great gatsby, death of a salesman, etc)... which makes the class easier.. Got a B- though =/

She was very helpful and understanding. I took her as an online professor, and she was very reasonable. I would definately recommend her!

Excellent! One of the best professors I ever had and I am a senior! She has a personality and shows it. She is also not concerned about being politically correct, which makes her interesting. If you are a thinker take her class!!! If you are closed minded and superficial, you won't understand where she is coming from. A neutral prof better for you!

Prof BB is a lot better than most people give her credit for. She's a genius and definitely knows what she's talking about. She's only a hard grader if you don't do a good job on your papers, she rewards good work. I've had her for two semesters and wish I could have her for more. I definitely recommend her. Really interesting stuff.

She talked about the same topic every class for the entire semester, but if you pay attention to half the stuff she says you'll get an A on the midtem and final. She's also lenient with the deadlines and lets you rewrite papers as many times as you need to get a better grade. She pretty much talks the whole hour but her lectures r kinda interesting

She's really passionate about what she teaches and pretty opinionated. She grades fairly and really wants to help teach her students to write better. In my class she allowed rewrites on every paper. She doesn't really care too much about due dates, either.

Professor Bradshaw is a passionate instructor who has some interesting points of view. She facilitated some excellent discussions and as long as you followed her themes presented in class in your essays, you will do well. Very reasonable! JR

I had her for Eng 120 and 201. She is asy with grades and really wants her students to do well. She is kind of all over the place, never quite follows her syllabus but that makes for an interesting class. Be ready to watch lots of movies. Try to be creative with your movie observations and you will get A+s on your papers.

I took Writing in the Disciplines with her over the summer. Watched movies and wrote a few papers...nothing too crazy. I would recommend her class, especially for summer credits. She did not overload us with work.

I took her online Eng. 201 Writing in the Disciplines class. She was really easy. We just watched movies and wrote papers about them. Some were current movies like Catch Me If You Can and The Social Network. She was really lenient with me and helped me throughout the whole semester. I would definitely recommend that everyone take her class.

Took this class online but this professor was helpful and answered all my emails. The textbooks werent mandatory but were very helpful in understanding what she wanted in the essays. Everything that she wanted done was written out exactly how she wanted it in the syllabus. Overall a pretty good experience, plus I got an A.

I took this professor for Eng 201 online and she was very helpful. I was overloaded with my courses and working at three jobs but she was very understanding. I met with her and she allowed me to take my time with the essays and even let me skip some. She really wants her students to understand the material and enjoy the film. I definitely recommend

She really is passionate about what she teaches. She has done years of research for the topics she brings into the class. The class is film based so you basically watch movies every day and she commentates. Everything is kinda spoon fed to you so I would say going to every class is important. If you ask for help she will help, she really cares.

Lots of neo-noir movies that you will compare and write about. Attend the lectures to understand her essay questions. she really does know what she is talking about so go to the lectures

Professor Rita is nice and she picks really cool films (if you take the writing in the disciplines film focused class) such as Fight Club and Kill Bill. You have ONE assignment due each month, and it is a paper on the films she makes you watch and it is tied into the sections of the textbook you have to read (which can be found online free pdf).
