This class was easy, lectures were fun and felt super short. She offered extra credit and you actually learned a lot in this class. She has to tweak a few things still like grading things faster but as long as you do the HW you will pass. Study for the tests.

Rita is very nice! She wants you to understand material and grasp concepts by using real world examples and hands on, in class assignments. Her slides are text heavy, but are a great tool for studying for the 4 midterms. There is no comprehensive final. She's easy to get ahold of and is accommodating and understanding. Take her over Prof. Sandomir!

I honestly really liked Rita. She took FOREVER to grade assignments but the class was super easy. She is super funny and I always enjoyed her class. She gets all of her exam and homework questions from the textbook so I recommend taking notes on the chapter summaries it was super helpful for me. Definitely take her over the other 3040 professors!!!

I loved this professor. She cared so much about students and their mental health. Her tests were online, which relived so much stress. I am not even a marketing major, but I am looking to take another class from her. She is very experienced and has some of the best lectures i have ever seen, very interactive. Very easy to get an A.

Rita is awesome (2nd class w her). She is a super good connection to have when looking for jobs in the future, especially in sales roles. However, the class is unorganized and it's difficult to know your standing in the class. I ended up with a lower grade than expected because assignments were not graded quickly and instructions were unclear.

Rita is a great professor. She's very understanding of student's workload, and there are not too many assignments. If you attended the lecture, she would almost always give time to finish all homework for the week. The only thing I disliked was how slow her grading was. It made it difficult to know where your grade was at through the course.

Rita overall is a great professor who is passionate about what she is teaching. She doesn't assign excess amounts of homework and all the assignments work to help you complete the final and midterm. It is key to attend class to understand what you need to do for assignments because she shares information that isn't usually translated onto Canavs.

MKTG 4760 has been one of my favorite classes in my college experience. Her incorporation of real life tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and HubSpot truly prepare you for a job outside of college unlike any other class I have taken.

Participation matters. If you don't attend classes, you will have trouble understanding. If you do attend, it is super easy. It is 3h class but she leaves us most of the time for 1h and a half. She also brought some specialists to class, which was helpful in understanding how the "sales" are.

This course was fun and great for learning how to take on interviews after college. I am happy I took this course and would recommend it to everyone.

I felt like this course prepared me for a role in sales after graduation. She taught us how to use applicable tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo. The class was easy if I attended because she tended to explain assignments and class schedules in class rather than on Canvas. Class never went for the full 3 hours which was nice.

I am not someone who plans to go into sales, but I feel that this class was still useful and taught me some solid apps and programs that I had no idea existed. I felt that the exams weren't necessarily difficult, but were extremely tedious and took a very long time. Sales is not for me, but I still enjoyed the class!

I liked the class. Assignments weren't too difficult to get done. However, if you're the type of person who is busy with work almost most of the time, I will maybe look into a different instructor since there are some assignments were you need to participate in clubs or events and that messed up my grade since I was unable to attend.

Rita Adamson-Schwisow is an empathetic teacher who is easy to work with. She shows care for her students and their success. She has great industry experience to teach from. Her class is not overly difficult, but it is not an easy A either. Her lectures are engaging and she gives class time to work on a lot of the assignments.

She was an awesome teacher! I tore my acl during the semester and she was very easy to work with. I didn't go into class very much because of the injury, but it did not negatively effect me.

Hard assignments with unclear instructions and she didn't reply to emails but she has assignments that will help with your career. We created a good LinkedIn, an interview slide deck and learned how to use sales software. Overall would recommend but if having unclear instructions or lack of communication is a deal breaker, this class isn't for you.

What you learn in her class is great, in my opinion, she asked a lot for a class that is only worth 2 credits. But I had a great time.

Although this was just a 2 credit class, there was some good career prep that helped us know how to better position ourselves for a job. It was mostly left up to us to learn since it was online, but it was pretty easy and straightforward which was nice.

Great professor for Tech Sales. Very understanding about personal matters, as I had to take the class online half way through the year. The only problem I faced was lack of a precise canvas. I am sure it is hard to change the matierial after every semester, but I found the canvas to be fairly disorganized and sometimes provided the wrong due date.

She was super helpful throughout the whole semester answering any questions I had. There is a good amount of homework so be prepared to spend time working on those assignments.

I love Rita! This is my second class with her and she brings alot of real world experience. She cares for her students and her assignments are applicable to careers in sales and many other fields. She does take awhile to grade, and some of her assignments aren't clear, but besides that, if you do your work you can easily get an A in the class.

I liked this professor even though the class was not the most exciting class. I did this online so it was a pretty basic structure. But the professor left a few assignments just hanging without a date that I didn't see until like the last week of class.

For a 2 credit hour general university required course RitaMae really does care. Coursework is easy and she's more than happy to help you with job searching on an individual basis, even after you finish the class.

This isn't the most difficult class, but assignments will be useful in the future.

Rita was a great professor! She would lecture for 20 minutes and then have us break out into presentation groups. Group presentations seemed somewhat pointless. Everyone would present on the same thing. Same groups would present every time. I never learned much from them. I didn't love how the class was structured but Rita was amazing and helpful.

I took MKTG-4760 & MKTG-4730. She has great guest speakers who are actively hiring students. AI friendly. Surprise (easy) in-class assignments to make sure students show up. Expect 1-2 out of class "real world" assignments. No exams. Only critique is assignments can be random and not clear at times. Show up and check canvas. Finished with 98%.

Loved her, she was pretty engaging compared to my marketing professors now. The first exam was easy until she caught kids cheating and then made it harder. Her content was really interesting and I would take her class again

She is a very nice and good professor. She lets you use AI on most assignments. Tons of group projects and small graded assignments in class. Attendance may not be mandatory but there are many assignments in class that you cannot miss.

She was great and pretty casual class, fairly easy assignments and minor chances of presenting. She got everyone in the class chatgpt preimium through the school which is sick. I had a 89.3 in the class at the end of the semester without a way to increase it and she just randomly gave me extra points to bump it to a 90 without saying anything.
