Young prof here but smart, funny and good energy! Lots of open discussion in class which I like. Lots of Harvard articles to read (and buy) though but its grad school, so I get it. Quizes every class, one group project and some case studies but overall pretty easy. He really cares about the class and teaching. I really liked him ;)

Rob's class is very easy going. It's best to read the material before class so that you have something to add to the lecture. He makes a lot of jokes and doesn't boggle you down with unnecessary topics from the text. It's best to make it to each class because he will show videos and other related information that will not be shown on his BB slides.

Professor McKee is a great professor. He is very knowledgeable, and has fun while teaching. He prefers that people participate. His tests are straight forward, but your best chance to get an A is show up to class because he marks what is on the tests in his slides. He will make you laugh, and it does help you remember the material.

Rob is awesome! Smart, Funny, and really wants you to learn something. He will definitely not bore you to death. He keeps his class engaged. Go to class and you'll do fine on his tests. Would definitely take again!

McKee is such a great professor. The class involves a lot of discussion. He doesn't pressure you to speak. Just participate and listen. Test are not hard, but he has an affinity for cafeterias. Ha! Take him and you won't regret it. Your grade depends on your willingness to study.

The guy is hilarious, no doubt! WARNING: Get ready to be called out during lectures! He loves to interact with the class. One group project/presentation, 2 papers, and 3 tests. Although he is more than willing to help, he doesn't give great feedback when asked Q's about the project. Other than that, one of the best at UHD! TAKE THE CLASS!

Rob is frankly the best professor at UHD! He cares about the quality of his lectures and sprinkles humor into them. Heavy lecture style but it's very engaging. He conveys the material clearly and lets you know what is expected of you. I really enjoyed this class and I'm walking away with knowledge that I will carry with me forever. Rob, you rock!

Simply the best professor I've ever had at this school. You will actually learn something in his classes! He genuinely cares about his students and wants everybody to pass. The epitome of professors. Dr. McKee is a great lecturer that gets the class engaged. 4 exams, no cumulative final, a few papers, and a 4 min speech. If you wish to do well, you have to attend class because his tests are based more so on his lectures than the textbook. Copy down RED SLIDES on his lectures, those are on his exams. Will inspire you.

I couldn't get into the online class and was really upset about having to drive all the way to downtown, but that was one of the best mistakes that ever happened. This guy is fantastic and I could not recommend a class more. Assignments are challenging - not just filler. Interesting and funny lectures. Tests are hard, but that's just who he is

Rob is awesome! Show up to class or you will NOT pass. His lectures are to the point. 4 tests (not hard as long as you study and take notes), pitch drafts 1&2, pitch video, pitch speech in front of the class, peer evaluations, 1 special in class assignment, you can eat during class he do not mind. If unsure always email him or set up an appt.

4 very challenging exams, pitch assignment and discussions in class. Show up to class !! You definitely wont regret it, he is very caring for all his students and extremely helpful. Dr. McKee is the best professor Ive ever had. Took his class because I'm starting my own business and it revolutionized my thinking. He doesnt use the textbook much and only gave 2 exams at the beginning of the semester. Rest of the semester was spend building up pitches about the companies we want to start. Really good class activities, too

Best professor at UHD. He challenges students to think. He cares about the integrity of his class and materials. He puts so much effort into his classes and provides an environment for students to learn. There is a shift in professors taking the easy way out with classes. This is NOT Dr. McKee. He does it the hard way so students actually LEARN.

If you have the opportunity to take this class, DO IT!!! He's just a great professor and you will be better for it. It's challenging, fun, and inspiring, but not difficult. 4 tests and a "pitch" assignment with 600 word paper, video, in class pitch, etc. Some interesting activities at the end of the semster and pizza. DO IT

Probably the most interesting class I have ever taken at UHD. One of the more useful classes that I definitely enjoyed. I actually learned real life concepts that I can apply to my own life currently or in the future. Life lessons are probably the best lessons to get through to students. More of a project-based approach rather than tests

Hands down the BEST professor at UHD. You will learn tools you can actually apply to business and life! This is the way teaching should be but sadly too many professors are just showing up and handing out useless busy work. He teaches in a way that by the end of the course you will have truly learned. Also, my skill set to speak and write improved.

He recommends the textbook but never used it. PP slides are uploaded. Special "red X" slides shown during lecture will not be uploaded, but will be on exams. Lectures are great, take good notes, exams will not be easy. He has a curve formula that is very helpful. Pitch assignment seems intimidating, but he will help. Do assignments ON TIME.

Show up to all your classes, as lecture information will be on the exam, and attendance is a grade. If you show effort, & let him know your having issues, he will help you to pass. Class is pretty step up simple. 4 exams including final, few class assignments, 1 public speaking assignment. Most importantly show up to class on time.

One of the best professors ever. Cares about students and wants them to succeed. Very approachable. Love his lectures, some of, if not the best I've ever had. Challenging, in the best sense of that word. Relates the course material to real life. One of UHD's high points in any area.

Professor Rob is an excellent teacher who truly cares about his students. His material is difficult but you gain so much knowledge out it. It helps you learn and gives you that extra push and adrenaline.

This is how teaching should be! Dr. McKee is a gem in the educational field. All professors at UHD should take notice and sit in on one of his classes to see how it is done. I learned in this class and improved on the subject. He won't be at UHD that much longer because a better school will scoop him up; so take this class while you can.

His lectures are fun and interactive. Weekly reading, weekly 500 word paper and weekly in-class quiz about the reading. Put effort and you'll do fine! The reading is interesting and quiz are not hard! Overall, hes a great teacher. No midterm, final or group projects. Biggest assignment is writing about your passion. He curves grades, TRUST ME.

Rob was the best Professor I could have ever had. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. The structure of his class was fun and he made it comfortable for us to have class discussions. The expectations he had for us were very reachable. I enjoyed this class so much! Rob is great hope he continues to inspire and teach students for our future.

Took him for online summer class. It was a lot of work because of the time - only 4 weeks - but he is really good. His videos are funny and explain the chapters better than the book. Also, we had a class discussion in Zoom that was actually kinda fun. It''s the first time I've gotten to know people in an online class. Overall, I recommend him !!

I took MGT 4308 Online during Summer III 2019. Read the Chapters, view the lectures and participate in the Case Study and you will make an A. I highly recommend Professor McKee and can't say enough good things about him and this course.

I took him for the summer course and he's such a funny dude. Be sure to WATCH HIS VIDEOS A FEW TIMES AND LOOK AT HIS PP's. Tests were very hard and tricky but he curved. Online zoom discussion that was fun and interesting, easy A. Definitely take him if you can

Just such a good profesor. I really could not recomment him more. He made an 8pm class enjoyable with his energy and charisma. I would encourage anyone to take him if you can. Show up to class on time and submit everything on time and you should be fine!

Dr. Rob is very organized. You can tell he puts a lot of thought and effort into the class, especially the class activities. There is an activity almost every class and they count for a lot of the class grade, so make sure you show up! They are an easy A, which is good because the quizzes are hard lol but not toooo bad if you do the readings!

Many readings, weekly quizzes (based on readings), and weekly papers (single page). Is energetic and engaging. He will make the class fun with a topic not interested by many. However, he focus too much on personal development (public speaking), which you could learn for free elsewhere (ex. Toastmasters). This class should focus more on business

If feel like I've spent my so much life in school and Dr. Rob is by far THE BEST professor or teacher I have ever had. Even after working all day, I felt re-energized in class just from his passion and knowledge. He TRULY CARES about making his students better in ways that are immediately useful in our careers.

Rob was the coolest and most passionate professor I have ever had. And I have an art background, so thats really saying something. I truly feel as though I can walk away from this class a better writer and speaker. I learned a ridiculous amount about myself and my skill set in just 8 weeks.

I had the pleasure of having Rob as a professor in undergrad and grad school and he is the best professor Ive ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he teaches, and encourages engagement and discussion. Attendance is mandatory, but youd be cheating yourself by skipping his class. Take him! I really enjoyed this course. The structure was interesting even though it was a fast paced summer course. He kept everything moving. The test were challenging but in a good way. The case study discussion was the best part. I did not know what to expect, but I was amazed to have such an experience in an online class. Very well structured course :)

I took him during the summer. He was very nice and understanding. He has a special formula for curving the tests. He curved every test. The group discussion assignment was fun! Do your best and he will help you pass. I am happy with the grade I got. :)

This was one of the last classes I need to graduate! I liked it a lot. It was very well organized and it made me feel more prepared for life after school

Even though we had to do this class on Zoom, it was still the most engaging MBA class I have ever taken. Lots of discussion and activities. He expects you to try hard but it's not a difficult class if you just follow the instructions and turn things in on time.

Dr. Rob is awesome. To be clear, he expects a lot out of you and his standards are high. Don't take this class if you're just looking for an easy A. Do take this class if you're looking for the best class you will take in the MBA program. It got a B and I would rather have the B than an A in an inferior class if that makes sense

Best Advice, read the syllabus (twice). He does not suffer fools. It is all there just read it! Content heavy, multiple videos, lots of reading, but NO group project :-)! If you care, he cares. If you make an effort he will support you. Just be prepared to devote lots of time weekly.

The class was great! Dr. Rob did some Zoom case study discussions that were the best thing I have ever done in an online class. Very interactive and he uses the technology really well. There is NO TEXTBOOK TO BUY! He even made some of his own videos for us. Only 3 exams. I would take any class he teaches lol

Dr. McKee is the best teacher I've ever had. His methods are way more functional than any other online or even in person class that I've taken. The course was informative, interesting and kept us all involved in a way that is applicable to the real world. He was very easy to communicate with and willing to help in any way. Very motivating. Although this is one of my first management courses, I really enjoyed it. It's even easier to enjoy when you have a teacher that loves to teach and gives off great energy. Dr. Rob goes the extra mile for his students by making videos and articles for us. I feel like I worked for my grade in the class and that's what allowed me to really understand

I am getting more and more embarrassed by some students in this program. The class is soooooo easy if you just read the syllabus. Literally everything you need to succeed is in there. But for some people it seems to be too much for them. Smh. I digress. Dr. Rob is wonderful. It was the most interactive class I've ever taken even though it was Zoom.

Lmao at some of these! Dr. McKee is one of the finest educators I have seen. He talks a lot?! Seriously? Yes, its literally his job to talk a lot. Does he expect you to do good work? Yes, its a master program, not bachelors or high school. His standards are high but the workload isnt overwhelming.

I don't know where this guy gets his energy but I want some of it! An 8 p.m. class is not supposed to be this much fun. This was without a doubt one the best classes I have ever taken. The assignments are straightforward. It's more writing than some classes but no research papers or anything. Mostly just sharing your thoughts on the class readings

Dr. Rob is the best! Such a good experience to be in this class. I hope I can take another class with him. He has a lot of little assignments so you are ok if you miss a couple but not ok if you miss a lot! There are a lot of small group activities but they all happen in class. There is no group project and no textbook to buy.

Get ready to grow! Rob is a phenomenal professor. His course is designed to facilitate an excellent experience for students. Rob works as hard (maybe harder) than his students to provide a thoughtful learning environment and an engaging + fun atmosphere in the classroom. I took Dr. Rob for a summer course. It was a lot of work but it was just 5 weeks for the class so I understand. He does some class discussions on zoom instead of discussion boards in blackboard. Honestly it was a great experience getting to see other people in the class and hear their thoughts on the cases we read instead of just comments online.

Easy A, do your work, and follow the rubrics. If you read the material, you will easily pass the weekly quizzes. He is truly passionate about teaching. He received feedback well and wants to make the course better, which is why the course is already great!

This course requires a lot of reading, you will need to complete weekly response papers of 1k words. There are weekly quizzes that have to be completed within a 24-hour time period. The class isn't hard per se, it just requires a lot of discipline and planning. All that aside, Professor Rob is probably the most progressive professor at UHD.

Dr. Rob is an amazing professor I saw a lot of negative reviews for him, possibly from students who just want a gimmie class. This class was not difficult at all! Weekly quizzes were quick but easy if you read/watched the material.His weekly essays were colloquial and 1k words would give you a good grade. Take this class!

Dr. McKee is AMAZING. Everything you need is in the syllabus. Follow it and use the links provided in it- you can click directly to the Google Drive for assignment submissions. 3 exams followed the lectures exactly. Pitch script and videos had clear instructions. He is compassionate and made class fun.

McKee teaches from lectures posted on BB, no book needed. Graded by 3 exams w/lockdown cam on (questions from lectures & no open notes/book), no final, in-class activity instead (only time we met on Zoom), & 2 pitch scripts & self-video recordings from pitch. Easy grader, no stress this class. He wants all to pass. He's funny. Would recommend.

Not a hard class. Just follow the directions and do not use AI or cheat. Links for material in the syllabus with instructions. All is outlined in advance. Grading is a little weird but he explains it thoroughly. Cannot stress enough that you have to follow the directions. Tests are on lockdown and you have to do a FULL 360 and environment check.

Easy A! He's a great professor, super funny, energetic, and makes things interesting. 1 video into, 1 class discussion case study (group project), 2 pitch assignments, and 3 exams. Gives a little curve.

Professor is very detailed. He's clear on expectations however, doesn't give individual feedback after assignments. Professor McKee comes off very intense just by the 20 page syllabus but hes just very clear on his expectations. Provides textbook readings and videos for each unit, only 3 tests w/ easy essay question & a pitch script/video. As long as you try and don't use AI or cheat, you'll be good.
