I really like him as a teacher. His assignments are difficult, but thought provoking. He isn't fussy about minor grammar errors but makes sure you know what you need to. I love his class!

Robb is easily my favorite professor I've had at Utah State! He made English 2010 interesting by always talking about subjects that caused us to really think and consider things. He pushed us out of our comfort zones and wasn't afraid to openly discuss taboo subjects. He's a really cool guy.No question, take English 2010 from him!

This was my favorite class. Robb is hilarious, insightful, and the literature he chose was phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed the reading, even though it was hefty. The tests were easy (as long as you were caught up on the reading and came to class).

If you actually want to improve your writing skills than this class is for you! If you want to improve go into his office hours! He helps a ton!

robb kunz changed my life, and i don't mean that lightly. he initiated incredible discussions. he took time to talk to us outside of class. i missed several classes due to personal issues and he reached out to me and was accommodating, and easy to talk to about what i needed. he is incredibly respected & i would take his class again, and again.

For three semesters I signed up and dropped out of English 2010; I never liked the instructor and decided to put it off. Usually I don't like English classes because they always seem to cater more towards English majors. This was the first time that I had a truly objective English instructor. I loved his class and he was very helpful.

Robb is outstanding. I tried taking English 2010 from a few different professors, and dropped it each time because it felt like it was a whole lot more work than it should have been. His assignments were simple and hes a pretty easy grader. From someone who hates English classes - its my favorite class Ive taken yet.

LOVE LOVE LOVED his class. it was fun, enjoyable, and wanted to come to class! He doesn't require attendance, but if you miss, you might lose partial credit for peer reviews. but if you want to take fun class but want to get something out of it? take classes with him!

Rob is absolutely hilarious (he has a potty mouth though so beware if that bothers you). Class was amazing because we would discuss topics that actually made you think. Assignments were fun and unique. He threw out assignments and canceled class every once in awhile because he's awesome and he doesn't want his life to revolve around school either

Great teacher. Fun to listen to his lectures. He knows his stuff and gives great feedback. He is really nice and makes sure you know what to do with each assignment. A different approach to teaching English which I thought was amazing and not your average English class. Would defiantly recommend.

Robb was AMAZING! I took his English Lit. class and loved it. Super easy too- do the small amount of assigned reading before class, then we just discussed it as a class, & a few quizzes. He's super caring, hilarious (he does swear like a sailor so beware if you're fragile). He made me think a lot deeper into the things I read, and I enjoyed it.

Another class with Robb, still amazed and planning on taking another class with him next semester. Again, you don't have to show up for class, but if you are showing up to class, you better read everything that was required for that class and possibly before. He is a great teacher who can kick ass if he felt the need to.

Robb is such a great professor. He understands the best way to teach. For Understanding Literature, we would read short stories for HW, then come to class and just have discussions, and a few small assignments. He made me think more about what I read, I learned a lot. He's hilarious too, and really cares for each student.

If you want to just let it all out about yourself in a paper, take this class. I opened up to Robb more than I should but he took it all. He is amazing and I am so blessed to have him as my teacher and my mentor. You are going to read quite a lot and write a ton. Get ready for some writing! It is way fun and I always looked forward to this class.

By far one of the best teachers there is on campus, very open-minded and comical. I've heard other 2010 professors will have you write 8 page average essays while Rob will have you write two or three. Pretty much a majority of the class was spent writing a 3 page essay a week or reading the one book.

BEST TEACHER, if you want a teacher that you will remember for life Robb is definitely that guy. Robb was one of my most favorite teachers I have ever had. I took his class for English 2010. It was an 8:30 class but he made it enjoyable and worth coming to. He made English fun and his assignments were also fun and not hard at all. Yeah they take effort but that's a good thing!

Robb is a great English professor, I recommend him to anyone taking ENGL2010. Assignments do increase in time required throughout the semester. You'll get a good grade if you do the work, but that doesn't mean it's easy peasy. The class is enjoyable and stress free if you put the time and effort in, specifically for the final paper.

Fun class

Robb's creative nonfiction class is one of my favorites I've ever taken. He is a very relatable person and class is enjoyable. You don't HAVE to go to class, but you definitely should or else you won't know what's going on. He has a lot of papers due but he grades pretty much on completion/participation, so. I love this class, and Robb.

If you need to take ENGL 2010, There's no better professor. He connects well with us because he genuinely cares about our futures and teaches us what matters most, instead of going off a textbook.

Robb made English fun, and realistic. Instead of grading harshly on perfect formatting and 'pretty' writing, he gave us freedom to write creatively, and the assignments had leeway on the requirements. Attending class every day was definitely useful, and extra credit was offered in-class on one occasion. Final project was great. Has office hours.

Robb is a very chill teacher. As long as you do the work and show up to class you will do just fine. He likes to joke around and be relatable. I liked how he let you decide what topics to write about. However his teaching style just wasn't for me. He had odd assignments and I don't think I improved much in my writing/english skills.

Robb is a great professor for general classes and they are easy to pass. Just do the assignments on time and you will for sure get an A. He grades mostly based on completion and effort so you don't have to worry about if your assignment is meaningful enough or anything. Would take a class form him again.

One of my all time favorite professors at USU. I have taken additional classes from him as elective credits, and I don't regret it at all. Attendance is mandatory, but all of the lectures are interesting, and I always wanted to be there.

He is a very silly guy. He is always making jokes and giving life lessons. Loved this class. We had weekly assignments then one final project. A fun class with always something new and interesting we talked about.

I have always hated English classes because they don't make sense. This was the first one where I actually felt like I knew what was going on. His grading is basically based on effort, and he's always willing to provide meaningful feedback. Just show up and put in a little time, and it'll all be fine.

I've never really enjoyed taking English classes until I took Robb's class. He cares more about you enjoying writing and learning rather than students writing a perfect paper. His lectures are interesting, homework is minimal, grading is laid back, and it is obvious he wants everyone to succeed in his class. Just show up to class and you'll be fine

robb is a good egg; i never left class disappointed or unhappy, and i never sat in that class bored. The assignments are more stimulating than being five years old and watching CoComelon. i haven't enjoyed writing since middle school, but robb low-key changed that. He can also see through any act, so just be real and he'll be real with you.
