Best professor ever.

I previously failed this class two times and Professor Babst was the best. Show up to class, do your Knewton assignments, and study and then you will understand your math.

I was never any good in math. I have always struggled. From the first day of class I understood everything. I was surprised to find out that I passed the class. I am sorry that Prof. Babst is not teaching the second class because I would take it with him.

Mr. Babst was terrific. I was apprehensive about taking him when I read the previous reviews. However, those students could not have been more wrong. I never write reviews but if you are not good in math, Mr. Babst will help you. I loved his class. The Knewton and its videos were terrific. I hope I get to take Mr. Babst again he was great.

It was a great class. It was refreshing to have a down to earth professor. He taught it so I understood it. He knows his math and always answered my questions completely.

He was awesome. I loved the class. I never liked math but now I do. If you have a chance take the class with him. Keep up with the assignments and study and you will pass.

He always went over all of my questions and made sure I understand the material. The Aleks was hard to keep up with but I could have done a better job and practiced more. It was a good class I am going to take more classes with him if I can.

he is such a helpful and easy going teacher. He always says "work smart, not harder" he explains whats needed to be explained and explains again if you don't understand. he is also funny, his stories are the funniest. he is super caring and is PRO STUDENTS, he will really go all out to help his students but YOU ALSO HAVE TO DO YOUR PART!

Prof Babst was great. He really cares about each and every student. I have not seen the math in ten years and it came right back to me. He is awesome.

This was an online course and anytime I reached out to Prof Babst he responded to me quickly. He even answered my question at 2 am on a Saturday night or Sunday morning within 5 minutes. I was nervous taking an online math course but he made it easy for me to get through the course with no issues. He is great and take it with him if you a chance.

Prof Babst was the best!! I never took an online course before and he set me up for success. I had a family emergency and he didnt hesitate to give me extra time. His reviews for tests were terrific and really helped. He always got bAck to me in minutes. He must not sleep lol. He is the best.

I never got an A befrore in math. The professor was great. The video assignments and review for the exams were great and is why I did well. The professor was online and always answered my emails in minutes. He was great. He is a professor that I reccomend.

The professor was really good. Even though the class is remote live he mixed up the Class every day to make it different for everyone. The work is a lot and its tough to keep up with. But the professor is really understanding and I took this class before and did not pass because the professor really did not care. I see myself passing this class.

had Babst for virtual MATH129, let me start by saying im a lazy person tbh. There is a lot of homework assignments but you get unlimited tries, he gives 3 tests and a final. DOTHESTUDYGUIDE. I did the first two study guides and got A's then on the third test I figured I didn't need it and got a C-. Did last study guide for the final and got a A. EZ

I loved the class! I am disappointed the professor is not teaching the next course. He was great and really cared about me and everyone else. Just do your work and study.

Prof Babst really explained the stats with real life examples. It made the work easy for me to understand. The class was entertaining and his examples were funny. Study and keep up and you will do great. I hope he teaches stats 2.

This was. remote live class for me so everything was well outlined and we used a website that also helped us understand the material. Overall you just have to apply yourself and you'll pass. Ask for help if you need to.

This is a great class. Well organized and easy to follow. This class has many assignments but if you keep up it is easy. The professor was interactive and insiteful. This was a great online course.

This class is a very straightforward online class if I needed the professor he was there for me. Very great class! Best way to take free calculus over a seven week time span. If you have an opportunity to take this professor you should especially for an online course like this one.

I liked how the class was organized. Every section had videos, online examples and an assignment. The assignments had help for most of the problems. If I did not understand something the book helped. The class was easy. The test were fair but make sure to study.

I took this class one time before and dropped it because the professor did not allow any work to be turned in late and did not care about anyone. Taking this class was great. Prof B goes out of his way for his students. He wants everyone to do well.I needed more late passes and he gave me more.I probably asked him for too much but he always helped.

The work was a lot but not excessive. He gave us a few opportunities to turn in late work. It was a full semester in 7 weeks. I was able to finish my work. The assignments were manageable, and the tests were easy. The professor needed to teach 16 weeks in 7 and did a good job. Good class just hang in there, manage your time and you will do well.

Good summer class. Looked like tons of work at first but each module only took a few hours each week. Professor was always there for me he answered me at 2 am on a Sunday night minutes after my question he is great

Despite taking Babst's Pre-Calc class completely online, his positive personality and love of his students were very clear. Babst was very accommodating, kind and supportive of my class, and the wide range of learners within it. It was very easy to get into contact with Babst for questions, and his insights were great! Definitely would take again!

Really great Professor! His class was really simple because everything he said and did was the truth as in he would talk about the things that are important to pass the class. Not to mention he would let us out of class early and gives unlimited tries on hw.

At the start of the semester I was nervous about having to take the final exam in person for an online class. The professor said this in his video. I called the department and they said every class had to do this. However, the professor has been very accommodating and supportive. I only need to take half of the final live. Great class.

Math can be very challenging at times, especially for people lime me who struggle with logical studies. However in this course it wasn't that bad, I took it alongside my Sociology class on Summer II and the workload was light. The professor was very kind and was almost always available and would respond within a day if you had any issues.

I have taken this class once before and failed it. That class was boring.The professor always has a great real life story with the material that we're learning. It is always a lot of fun. I only caution you to keep up with your work. The first two weeks had a lot of assignments. But it balances out. he allowed me to make up those assignments.

I am surprised that the course went by so quick. The professor did something different each night and was quick to provide current events into the topics. The tests and projects were easy.

We only met once a week and the rest of the class was online. The online part was outstanding. In person was good. The assignments were reasonable and the professor was flexible. Overall, good class
