GREAT TEACHER...HE REALLY PUSHES YOU TO YOUR LIMITS OF GREATNESS...i was personally never one for the legal environment of business until I took this course and his own personal interest in it with life stories really got me juiced up! i was about to quit business and become a kineseology major...but this teacher has brought hope back to me... :)

Biegler is a fun professor and class usually ends early. Exams graded on a curve but are pretty hard. I would take a class from him again.

He took over for Peters THANKFULLY mid-semester. He is AMAZING. His lectures keep you awake, and really makes you interested in law. Tells you his case stories. You have a Midterm, Paper (on HIS cases so can't bs it), and a final. I wish we had him beginning semester, so much stuff could have been covered. TAKE HIM if possible n avoid peters.

Great teacher. No powerpoint, but keeps lectures interesting. Uses personal experiences to help aid learning. As long as you attend class you will do fine on the two exams. Ask him for help on the paper and you will do fine. Didn't talk fast and exams were not that hard. Very funny.

I took him for Business Law, during Spring 2012. He is a great guy! Corny, but funny. If you attend his classes then you will do fine. He makes it easy. If you understand the lectures/ concepts then you are good. No need for long required chapters. Best of all, he doesn't confuse you with legal lingo. Pretty straight forward professor.

He is hiliarious. He is super intelligent and keeps class interesting. He's very clear and will provide an example for everything.

Professor Biegler made class really enjoyable! He always had jokes which was nice in a tough class like business law. He talks fast sometimes, so you definitely have to make sure to keep up and write notes. Not necessary to buy the book or even come to class, but come to class just so you understand everything he tells you. DO THE PROJECT EARLY!

Best Business Professor in the CBA I have yet taken! I wish he taught more courses. I'd recommend getting started on the paper ASAP though. It'd be easier if he used ppt since he does go over concepts a little too fast, but no reason I wouldn't take a course with him again because he will repeat it if you ask. 1 midterm, 1 paper, and a final.

Biegler is by far the best teacher I have had at Sac State! He is hilarious and really cares about his students. There is one midterm, one paper, one final. If you take notes during his class you will barley have to review for exams, just read over notes. His exams are hilarious too!

This professor is a great professor. He isn't breeze easy he makes you work for your grade, but is fair about it. He also doesn't overload you with busy work like some do. I really wish my other professors were like him.

This professor is probably one of the best professors I've had here at Sac State. The two exams are based solely on the in-class notes. He talks pretty fast, but everything is clear. The research project that he assigns is also pretty easy if you start early on it. Also, this guy is really funny.

Bob is one of the best profs. at Sac state! He keeps class interesting. I have no background of Business, but he helped me. He is available outside of class, or his office hours. He has 2 exams and 1 paper. And if you study your notes, or just pay attention in class, his tests are VERY easy! Take him! He is awesome, also funny.

Bob is a funny guy, the class isnt too hard, never used the book just take alot of good notes, theres 2 exams and a paper. The paper is long and time consuming so start as early as possible. He doesnt use slides and talks fast so prepare your hand.

Great professor! Absolutely hilarous and made class fun! 2 exams that are straight from his lectures so take good notes and you should get A's on both. However, talks extremely fast! If you have a laptop, and are a quick typer I recommend bringing it to class. 1 term paper, pretty hefty but straight forward. Did not use book at all.

Bob is one of the best professors at Sac State, with actual experience in the Employment Law field. There are two exams and one paper. The paper is time consuming, but not difficult. He is very helpful in office hours and always a good laugh! As others mentioned, be prepared to write notes quickly, as he is a speedy talker.

Good teacher. Go to office hours if you need to and it will help. He lectures very quickly so be ready to write fast. Exams are not too hard but his questions are a little tricky at times. The paper is a little time consuming but if you go to office hours he will tell you more in detail how to write it.

Come to class to learn the material, will be on the midterm and final. Very funny in class, no powerpoints just straight up lectures. 1 paper (2 law cases) - easy enough if you go to class and listen to what he expects from you.

Lectures are very interesting and fun, I never dreaded going to class. His tests are easy enough, just study for them , he has one big report due at the end of the semester, boring but easy to do. He's very kind and funny, because of a storm he pushed back the due date for our project. :) He says the book is required but I never opened it.

LOVED this professor! Kind and hilarious man! The material boring but he somehow makes it fun (sometimes, at least!). Do not buy the book, you WILL NOT use it. Having a laptop to type on is EXTREMELY helpful for notes because he talks fast. Everything on the tests is discussed during lecture and he goes over the important material on review days.

He is such a funny and entertaining professor. Theres 2 tests and 1 research paper (2 court cases). You definitely need to start the research paper a good 2 weeks before its due if you want to get an A on it. The textbook isn't required dont waste your money on it. Show up to class and try to keep up with his lecture and you'll be fine.

One of my favorite professors, keeps the class entertained and repeats important information multiple times. 1 midterm, 1 case analysis report, and the final. Show up to class so you don't miss important information. He goes over what's going to be on the midterm and final in class. Very helpful when it comes time to do the case analysis report.

This was one of the most interesting classes I have taken. Bob makes the class enjoyable and is really funny. There are two exams, a case research paper, and a case summary on the final exam. I never used the textbook once. As long as you show up to class you will remember the material easily since he goes over the material in good detail.

Amazing professor. I would definitely retake him in the future. You don't need to buy the book. Everything cover in class would be on the exam. Attendance is not mandatory, if you decide to skip class make sure you have a friend who will lend you the note. There is two exam and one paper. Easy A, the best mgmt. professor by far.

By far the best professor at Sac State, very funny guy and cares a lot for his students! He wants you to do well, so he will do everything he can to make you a better student. NO HOMEWORK, 1 midterm, 1 paper, and one final, but the exams are literally off the study guide. You could seriously just come for review and he tells you whats on the test.

This man is one of the most memorable professors you will have; incredibly funny and all around great guy. I see him working out at the well and he is very friendly. Ends class sometimes within the first 30 minutes. Only graded on 2 tests (midterm and final) and 1 paper. Relatively easy to take and sit in the back ;;)

Biegler is the best professor for mgmt!!! He has 2 exams and 1 paper. You just have to show up the week before the exams to get all the answers. His stories are entertaining and it was nice just to sit in class to listen to the stories. His class is amazing

Hilarious, charismatic, and perceptive, Bob is an excellent instructor. On the downside, he is very disorganized and frequently goes on tangents. Honestly I dozed off a lot because of that. If only he organized his lectures with powerpoints, he could become the absolute best instructor at CSUS. Regardless of his disorganization, I still recommend.

Best class for MGMT 10! His lectures are funny and really interesting. Overall class was very easy. Just a midterm, paper and final. No homework at all for this class. I love Bob!!

Tbh this is the funniest professor i've taken. His lectures are amazing, I'm the type of person that spaces out if the prof. is boring but he absoultly grabbed my attention & i would memorize everything he would say. unhave to take notes,ull be ok,2 multiple choice Exams & 1 paper that seems hard at first but its easy! he really prepares u for exam

He is a teacher 2nd & a lawyer 1st. I think he understands all the crap college students have to go through and tries to make his class as easy as possible while still making sure you learn. Its been a while and its not relevant anymore, but I still remember all the details of Taft Hartley, Norris LeGardia, and the NLRA. Thanks Bob.

Curved starting at the highest grade earned for the exams. I never had the textbook and got an A, but if you need the textbook for reference a lot or don't do well by listening to lectures then this may not be the class for you.

One of the most hilarious professors at Sac State, if you attend class you don't need to purchase the book. If you're late to class say "diarrhea" as an excuse because he said he never questions that. Teaches very well and will go out of his way to help you out. Have good attendance and you'll save money. Only graded on 2 test and 1 paper. EZPZ

took him last semester and i wish i coukd take him again! best proffesor i have taken! you will not regret it. 2 exam that he really prepares you for and 1 paper that is easy. Do the paper atleast 2 weeks before it is due and you'll be fine. he gives you all semster to do the paper so their isn't an excuse on why you shouldn't get an A on it.

Bob is a straight homie! One of the best prof. at sac state. No homework at all, two easy exams if you study and a research project. Easy A just go to class and pay attention, dude is hilarious. Made me feel like a lawyer.

Biegler is by far the best HROB 157 Professor I have ever had. He really cares about his students and wants them to learn. The class only consists of one paper on 3 briefing 3 cases, a take home midterm paper, and a cumulative written in class written final. Also, he grades by the curve. So don't stress you will do great!

Bob is by far one of the best professors as Sac State. His expectations are clear. All you have to do is show up to class and take notes and you'll pass, no doubt. One midterm, one research paper, and a final. He definitely prepares you for the 2 tests that you have. He's also hilarious. I would 100% recommend taking Bob for MGMT 10.

Great professor! I would definitely recommend Professor Biegler to every student needing to take Management 10 (Intro to Business Law) at Sacramento State. The course involves 1 midterm, 1 paper (on 2 case briefings) and 1 final exam. Make sure to pay attention during lectures as all the exam questions are from them. Offers some extra credit.

While attendance is not necessary I recommend that you go because he will give you a "fun fact" everyday that will count as extra credit in the tests. The class consists of 1 midterm, 1 research paper and a final. He recommends that you get the textbook but I attended every class and never once opened the book and passed with an A.

For a late night class, Bob makes this class as entertaining as can be. Good sense of humor and usually lectured for 1.30-2 hours max instead of 3 hours. 2 multiple choice essays, 1 paper for case briefs. Lecture optional, but if you don't show up then use the book for studying. Overall, would recommend him !!!

He was a hilarious professor. The lectures are all done on the whiteboard or it is sometimes oral so it is recommended to attend class. He only grades on a few things: one midterm, one research paper, and the final. The tests are multiple choice and are quite entertaining. The research paper is easy if you work on it when it's assigned.

I received a C in his class and I STILL stand by this man being a saint in human form. Take this class!!! Highly recommend, great guy, great professor, great lawyer. I got a C due to my own fault but he is definitely a professor who cares about his students and teaches in a style where it is easy to understand the basics of law.

Love this professor. Took his night class & always made it fun to learn + we'd never stay the full time. Learned a lot, HOWEVER, I found his test very difficult; very in-depth and have to really understand the material. 1 paper on court briefs (hard to read) and a final. ONE OF THE BEST TEACHERS EVER. with over 150 students he still interacts w everyone. he is so funny and his lectures aren't boring, but there isn't any powerpoints and its just him talking the whole time so pay attention and take notes. theres 2 tests and one research project. no hmwk. tests are easy asf if you study and go over notes. Wasted 5 minutes of my life to make this account just to say this, He is a real one, funny, smart, and is with the times. Easy A if ur smart, B+ If you genuinely try a lot. but I think the average joe can get a B, B-. Such a gem makes classes actually fun thus students actually learn and so on, ok bye!

He is one of a kind. He's funny and caring, but his exams are a bit rough as well as his brief cases he assigns as the midterm are a bit confusing. Make sure you make friends in this class because you'll need them for notes and study group sessions and just general help in the class. He's a cool guy.

Professor Biegler has very amazing lectures, and I guarantee you won't fall asleep from boredom. He is hilarious and tells a lot of stories to explain the difficult business topics. There are only three graded assignments: midterm, paper, and final. Oh and don't save the paper till the last minute:) Textbook is not required.

Very cool and funny guy and lectures were a "slice of heaven". The concepts of business law are somewhat difficult to grasp at times but overall the class was not very hard. If you are taking MGMT 10 at Sac State take it with Professor Bob Biegler you will love him.

Professor Biegler was amazing. I looked forward to coming to his lectures every day because they were so interesting. 100% recommend taking the class. One thing I didn't like was the project did not have very clear directions. He just went over it in class and we were expected to know how to do a case brief. His lectures could also use a ppt.

Loved his class!! Just make sure to take notes on a laptop because it feels like there's too much information to write it all down. I gave him a 4 because his research project was really confusing and it's a big part of your grade. I felt like we weren't given enough information on how to do the research project, other than that he's amazing.

The professor was really funny and nice. The class was pretty straightforward but the essay was a bit difficult. Pay attention to the format and be sure to ask questions. there wasnt any hw, just graded by two midterms and one final. one of the midterms was a paper that is due at the end of the semester. his lectures just consist of him talking & there werent any powerpoints during his lectures. lectures can be a bit boring sometimes but they all relate to the exams. just write everything he says and youll be good

Easy class if you go 1 mid term 1 paper and a final that is two parts over all easy go to class and pass, if not read the text book and watch the videos all does is lecture so be ready to record it, if u want to go back and listen to what he said in class.

In this class, there were only 3 things graded, a midterm, a research paper, and the final. Lots of lectures but he's a funny professor so it was always enjoyable. Ask lots of questions and study hard. Start your paper as early as you can so you can go over it with him. Lots of memorization in this course! Good luck!

Biegler gives great lectures and is a fair grader. He wants you to succeed. The midterm was a take hime short answer essay. Gotta go to class to keep up to speed with lectures as he has no power points. Would most def. take him again. And I'm going to for HR 153.

The professor gives amazing lectures, wasn't bored in his class once. Not graded by many things which was a downside. Overall great professor.

Class is based on three assignments. 2 Midterms 1 Legal Brief. Class is just him lecturing, just talking while you write down notes. He's a pretty relaxed guy. You could probably just go into class during the review days for the midterm where he goes over everything that's going to be on it and pass the class. Would definitely take him again.

a really great professor but if you struggle with taking exams, just know that is pretty much all that is on the gradebook. Everything he talks about in lectures is exactly what is on exams so attendance matters a lot but it was easy to understand the concept of the class

If you have a hard time taking notes it's going to be challenging. He have videos for those who can't make it to class but it might be outdated. He talk a lot and sometimes have a messy hand writing so ask if you can't read it. Over all his exams are funny and doable if you study and attend to class.

Amazing professor. You must take notes of everything he says but he's very entertaining. Very few assignments. Do not wait till the last minute to start working on projects in this class I was up very late and fried. It may seem simple to understand but study anyway for exams, it will improve your grade greatly. Had his drink stolen from Brad Pitt.

Professor Biegler is a good law professor. 1 group research project, 1 individual project, midterms, and final exams are your only work for the whole semester. Attendance is not required but it is highly important for the research projects and the exams. He mostly uses scenarios and law experiences as his style of teaching.

Bob is the sweetest professor I've ever had. I suggest to not miss class days, since most of the information you will learn will be on the exams and projects. The exams are not too bad, what's the hugest part of your grade is the individual project and group project. I suggest to look on "coursehero" for examples it will help you get an A.

Bob Biegler is (so far) the best professor I have had, as a first-year student at this University. His lectures are clear, informative, and he frequently uses real-life examples of the concepts. Grading is very minimal, only few exams and two projects. As long as you listen thoroughly, participate, and take notes, you will succeed in this course.
