Dise is a pretty good professor. He has some boring content to teach, but can make it more interesting than it really is. He often tells stories and gets a little side tracked from time to time. If you want to do well make sure you fill out or look at the study guide often. Also do all of the readings or else you will struggle.

A good choice for Humanities 1. Class is based off of five unit exams with the last one serving as the final. Lots to read, but all the study guides are on quizlet. He has a confusing attendance policy, but honestly showing up to his lectures were fun.

So much reading... lectures every time and if you miss you fall far behind. Dont expect him to ever cancel class because he records the lectures and will post online if school is canceled. Because he records it he does not allow you to ask questions during class. There is text book reading every night as well as 4 or 5 whole reading books.

A class where you come, sit, take notes, leave, take test, and that's it. He's rather condescending and coarse and questions are never allowed (he records his lectures). Don't buy the books, use sparknotes and know the characters and you'll be good. All the tests are directly from the study guide (found quizlets for every study guide)

His lectures made me want to fall asleep, he literally read from a piece of paper. He records all of his lectures. There's assigned seating and you can have 6 free absences until they start to count on your final grade. His tests are hard,50 multiple choice. You get a study guide, but there's usually about 150 questions. So you have to study it all

Dise can come off a bit rude, but the class is worth taking. The lectures are easy to sit through and the grading scale is extremely easy. Gives out study guides for the exam and if you know those, you will get an easy A. Not an extremely nice or caring prof, but not a class that will cause you any stress.

Easiest grading criteria you will ever have in a college class. Don't need any of the books you just need to find a previously made quizlet. Use the quizlet to fill out your study guide and study it. If you get an 80 on a test you get an A on it. It's a really nice class to take when you are taking hard classes. There is not a final.

You better be an English Masters student in order to pass this class, because the grades and homework is all based in grammar. He lives on a grammar high horse, and is not afraid to call you out for a misspelled word. The study guides have 100 or more terms but test only have 25 questions. And the project paper has ridiculously specific rules!

Be ready to work for your grade, but he makes the lectures and discussions worth your time. Tests are hard but his grading scale is very forgiving. Great professor!

is extremely political during lectures, and finds any way to bring up/make fun of his opposing views. Plus, he has a mean sense of humor. He doesn't allow questions during class, and his tests are nothing like the lectures. Pessimistic, and will call students out if they don't agree with his personal views. The only plus is that its an easy class.
