His class is well structured and he is easy to follow. As long as u are dedicated, you'll do fine in the class.

The class is very straightforward. Lots of memorization. He definitely knows his stuff. Make sure to pay attention to the slides.

Anatomy is a hard class no matter who you take it from. He puts his own lecture notes online to study from and he puts pictures of most models online also.Give you saturday to come in to class if you choose to,also gives an opportunity to recieve 20 xtra credit points for each test.Doesnt always explain things well. overall a decent teacher.

Gives you all the material you need to be sucessful in his class. What you do with it is your choice.

Good teacher. Yes he does require you to know the material before you attend class, but it really keeps you up to date. His test are hard but if you study his notes you will do just fine. He had videos posted online of him explaining the models which is very helpful. He is NOT as bad as some people are saying.

Anatomys going to be hard no matter what, but its the students responsibilty to study. This teacher is very helpful, he is very clear with in lectures.He has everything online like his notes and you tube videos, what else do you need. For his test he drops your lowest half for each test and gives you extra credit plus you can come in on saturdays.

He really knows his stuff and does an excellent job explaining the material during lecture/lab. He expects you to study your notes (that he gives you), review the models online, and watch his youtube videos. I think that the people who complain need to realize that they are in college and this is not an easy A class.

So,He gives quizes but you take about 40 & out of those he picks your top 10!He has amazing youtube videos & he uses models that help understand the material.he does say "lets make it more complicated" but hes totaly kiding.He loves what he does & wants the class to get involved.Dont let the comments scare you.He really is a great teacher

Dr. Droual is an amazing teacher! He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. It is a hard class but he explains everything you need to know. The people who don't like him are the people who don't study.

I took Dr.Droual for both Anat 125 & Physiology 101.I finished both classes with well over 100%.In my opinion those who are bashing him are the ones that do not put forth the effort to achieve the passing grade.I RARELY had to consult anything other than his lectures, notes, and youtube to completely understand the concepts. Highly recommended!

Dr. Droual is a very good teacher and explains things as thoroughly as possible. I'm glad I took him and plan on taking him for Physiology. He gives you the notes and has youtube videos that are very helpful. You will NEED to study in this class, there's no way around it. I worked very hard in his class and am very happy with my B!

Excellent teacher, has the notes online and does a great job explaning the lectures. You have quizzes before each class but he only takes the 10 best ones for your final grade. The tests are HARD, so make sure to study. Ask alot of questions and you will do fine! Don't forget to study!

This class requires a lot of studying. Dr. Droul makes this class interesting, I think he's pretty funny.. He lets us out early but he will stay in class if you need extra help. He gives extra credit on each test, that helps out alot. I do recommend Dr. Droul :)

As other people have commented, Anatomy is a hard class and requires lots of studying. Dr. Droual makes the class interesting and yes he does joke around. Provides great notes and Youtube videos, sometimes doesnt follow notes exactly. I would still recommend! The extra credit he gives is pretty easy and is added to the test score for each test.

Dr.Droual is a nice person but its a bit hard to understand him. Even though he thinks hes being straightforward I had a very hard time understanding what exactly he was asking for on tests. This is anatomy so it does require A LOT of studying!! I do think that he could have made things less confusing by giving only the right names for body parts.

Anatomy is a study class!!! So, other than that it was awesome having Dr. Droul as an instructor, great notes online, videos, student schedule,EXTRA CREDIT what else do we want? I got an A, with hard work in SI on Saturdays before exams, if you try you pass!!!

I would definitely recommend Dr.Droual. This class is, hands down, the most difficult class I have ever taken! Worked very hard for a B, but his videos are extremely helpful. Be prepared to work hard, stick with it and you will pass and learn in the process.

In my opinion,Best instructor at mjc! He kept my attention most of the time. Study hard, attend SI labs,and follow the exam study guides you'll do just fine!If you print out his lecture notes with the pictures(he gives you that option), you will not need a book. Highly reccommend Dr.Droual!

Droual is an excellent professor. He is definitely one of the smartest professors I have ever encountered. He knows his stuff. When asked a question, he doesn't just give you the answer- he prompts you and helps you discover the answer yourself.. which always helped me understand it more. He's clear & helpful, & he will do anything to help you pass

Dr Droual is one of the best college professors I've had. I've graduated from UC Berkeley and he's on the top for fairness. He is willing to meet with students on weekends and before class to make sure they understand the material. The material is hard, but use other sources to learn like the web. Dont buy the book, his notes have everything.

Dr Droaul was an amazing Anatomy Professor! He is absolutely hilarious! His class is full of entertainment, while remaining very focused which really makes it easy to retain class info. Professor Droual is an excellent teacher. He explains material in "layman's" terms to help you understand better. He also gives you a chance to earn extra points for each exam. No books required, just lecture notes from his website. Be sure to study all material. If you put in effort in studying, you should do fine. Great teacher!!:)

I got an A but the class was tough because the tests were fairly tricky.

Dr. Droual is a great professor. One thing that I like about him was that he made videos to help us study for the tests and quizzes. He gives a quiz right at the beginning of every class so don't be late. There is defiantly a lot of material to study. Don't be afraid to ask him questions. Great professor!

Dr. Droual is a great Professor, he answers all questions or items you are unclear about, attend every class if you can, only allows two absences as you will fall behind rather quickly. Exams are multiple, multiple choice (more than one answer) they are tough. Do all of the homework assignments, you're going to need the points/ GREAT CLASS!!!

Very helpful professor. Very organized. Test and quizzes are straight from the text/labs with no curve balls thrown at you. If you want to learn about anatomy thoroughly then he's your best teacher.

I learned so much from Dr. Droual. It was a lot of material but Dr. Droual taught it well. I came out of the class fully prepared to complete my other science courses. He goes above and beyond with stories and Latin roots to help student understand material. I'd take another course with this professor again in a heart beat!

I just finished taking anatomy over summer with Professor Droual. He is a GREAT professor. Anatomy is a very tough subject but he makes it a lot easier to understand. If you dedicate a lot of time to studying you will be able to succeed! I wish I could have taken all of my science classes with him!! highly recommend him!!! extra credit is given!

I had Dr. Droual for A&P and he was incredible. My first class at MJC. I actually scored 10 points more than the max for an "A", because he gives you lots of scoring opportunities and extra credit! He's a really nice man, and always willing to answer your questions! If you gotta take A&P, this is the guy to take it from!

Professor Droual is top notch for Anatomy 125! He lectures well & speaks in a way so you can really understand him and actually learn. Don't miss class, ALOT of reading & memorizing, no homework (just studying for monthly exam). You have plenty of time to do well you just have to put in the time. He gives alot of extra credit!!

Droual is really nice and down to earth. You don't need the textbook because ALL of the notes are online and ready to print. He also has Youtube videoes that go over models. You're graded entirely off daily quizzes & exams (No homework). He gives out Extra Credit like candy but don't take it for granted because the 5 exams are VERY difficult! Contd

Contd. All Exams are 100 ?s (50 scantron 50 label). Quizzes are 5 ?s long and cover the last chapter discussed (Note: you will have a quiz on your 2nd day of class). Non-comprehensive final that includes an easy 50 pt online test. Only complaint: He sometimes is unclear about things so ask questions. Oh yeah, He also likes to make fun of Trump!

Took this class as a hybrid, I was 20 on the wait list and still got in! So if you need take other classes, then this is your better option for anatomy. Really wasn't too bad for being online! I got an A even while taking chemistry, so the material is there and easy to understand.

The last thing you want to do is take a very important course like anatomy with an unknown instructor. So taking the online course with Droual worked out in my favor. I took this class along with stats, and chemistry, it was a difficult semester but managed to get all A's. Very doable course, and would recommend Droual's online course.

This professor is very approachable and his lectures are good and informative. I took him over the summer and he would allow us to stay after class to study the models. He would stay after class to answer any questions. I think he is a great teacher and I learned so much in this class- I would take him again. He is very very fair.

If you are looking to take Anatomy, Prof. Droual is the answer to your problem. I learnt so much from prof. Droual. I will encourage you don't miss his lecture or lab he give lots of quizzes and extra credit. He is always willing to help after class so you could ask any question. He is beyond a lecturer

I was very intimidated when taking this class, it was the first of the big 3 sciences for nursing school. Dr. D was very helpful, laid back, and available after class to answer questions. The exams are difficult and are heavily weighted on your grade so study for them a lot! The rest of the class work is pretty easy, just show up to class.

Not the warmest, but his class is well organized and he makes it clear exactly what you need to focus on for exams. You don't need a text, he has extensive lectures online for the models, and extensive notes as well. Exams are based off the notes so if you study those you should do well.
