Bob is a great professor! I have had him for 5 classes (BIO 171, 172, 180, 206 & Gross Anatomy) and enjoy him as a teacher. Buy the note packets and study for tests, you will be fine. Only reason his classes seem hard is due to the material covered.

He is an excellent instructor. I would recommend him to any one. In order to do well in his class, you have to study! He is one of te most helpful instructors in the college.

Great sense of humor. He goes straight from the course back and tells you whats going to be on the test. As long as you show for class you'll do fine.

Excellent instructor. If you study the syllabus and have the aptitude for the subject matter you will do well. If I could have one instructor for all my courses he would be it. He's fair, knowelegeable, concise, clear, & passionate about the subject.

This guy is a genius! Great teacher if you need to go into a health related field. He knows his stuff. He takes summer courses at Harvard (just for fun!). Friendly, funny and again---super smart. Show up, read your syllabus, study and laugh.You'll be fine

Mr. M really knows boilogy well. He gives great examples and will explain things in several ways. He is a pretty tough teacher, but you will learn a lot.

He is a very good teacher. I have learned the most from him out of all my biology teachers. As long as you study (hard) you will get an A.

Mr. Moldenhouer is a amazing teacher, what a switch from last semester, I had Sheldon, god, that was a mistake, I did fine, but over 60% of my class failed, not an effective teacher. But Mr. Moldenhouer is awesome, take him you won't be sorry, I promise!

Take him. You'll love him. He is the best teacher on sc4's campus. Whatever you do ...don't take Sheldon. He will probably fail you. Mouldenhauer is clear, concise and correct. He is a huge help when it comes to waht he expects of you. With Sheldon, its one big guessing game.

Yeah,I agree with everyone else here. Moldenhauer is the one to take. He is informative,intelligent and extremely knowledgable on the subject of A&P.Learned a lot. He is good at explaining things/concepts. His tests are hard. No extra credit-that sucks, but oh well. Take him - good class. And yes,he has a good amount of sex appeal as well.He's fun.

I would recommend him. He has goofy jokes, his tests you HAVE to study for, but he's sometimes has boring lectures. He gives small amounts of extra credit (sometime on the tests). He's overall a nice guy and will give help if needed.

Good teacher, just study the note packets especially right before the tests and you'll do great. Alot of material is covered but personally you can sleep in the class and still pull off a good grade. Just remember to look over the packet constantly. Easy peazy...Light and breezy!

Great instructor that is easy to both listen to and look at. If you apply yourself, you will have no trouble with him at all, and he loves class participation! I had him for 172 and 180, and wish he taught more classes that I need!

WOW!! Awsome prof..The class is well taught. The test are taken from the lecture notes. Yes studying the notes is a must for the test-imagine that! Anyone interested in A&P will do just fine taking this class. I had not been in the classroom setting in 12yrs. Enjoyed the class and did not struggle with the tests. Thank you!!! :-)

Amazing teacher!Yes, the class is hard but,it's supposed to be!Chapter notes/outlines are distributed it is up to you to attend the labs/lectures/ open your book.He is very passionate and will stay after to help or answer all of your questions until you understand.I'm glad there is no curve-you get what you deserve here. I disagree with some of the other posts. He was an excellent instructor, he gives you packets, memorize them and study and you will come out with an A. He is understanding and very intelligent, and he will help you out if you need it. I was so glad I had him for an instuctor before I got into the RN program!

Is probably one of the best teachers I have ever had. He gives you a packet for each chapter and his tests come straight from them. He is so helpful and really makes you understand what he's talking about even though its a hard class. Truely a great teacher.

Wonderful teacher! Explains everything in detail and will offer further explanation if needed. Gives handouts and study guides to make it easier for us as the students! Thank you for all of your knowledge and taking the time to break everything down to where I was able to fully understand. I would definitely recommend this teacher! mc

Moldenhauer is an excellent instructor. I highly recommend him. Very thorough in his teaching and he is very knowledgeable. Very funny as well. I was entertained all semester!

He was the best teacher I think I ever had,he graded on curbs and if everyone got a certain question wrong he then offered it off for extra credit. He handed out packets equipped with practice questions and everything was on the test, I wish I could have more teachers like him :)

Great professor, has interesting stories that make learning easy to relate. You must come to class and pay attention because he'll give you hints on the test. Take him!

Seriously an AWESOME teacher, yeah his tests are hard but he gives you study guides, and if you memorize his lecture/lab packets thats exactly whats on the test, no tricks..hes funny and make AP easy to understand, NO HOMEWORK and offers extra credit. I took him for both AP 171-172...take him! :)

Bio 171/172 might be in the 200 level now. But for this class as long as you studied the notes he gave out and did the study guide you will do fine. There were some labs, but we really didn't get around to them. Only used the book for the pictures never read it. Found even the extra info he puts in helpful in later class (Pathophysiology)

I had him for BIO 171 and 172. He was extremely boring. He gives you a packet before each section and as long as you study that you will be fine for the test. This class does take some studying though. However even the labs are more independent work.

Awesome professor! He knows his stuff! He is a harder professor, but you will know the stuff long after you take this class, unlike other professors. If your doing Nursing, I highly recommend this professor because he prepares you for the Nursing program.

Mr. Moldenhauer definitely loves what he teaches. It makes it much more interesting to learn the material, and he adds in bits of humor. He also works great around people's schedules and personal issues. Hes approachable too.

He is really into what he teaches which definitely helps and he is always cracking jokes. He goes over what will be on the exams and is always willing to help students out if they don't understand something.

I took Professor Moldenhauer (BIO272) after Professor Carrie Dollar (BIO271). The transition was a hard adjustment, however, if I had any questions or concerns Prof. Moldenhauer was always available. Great Professor and really cares about what he teaches and who he teaches!

Good professor, really knows his stuff. His class is definitely tough. The tests are extremely in depth compared to some but everything is in his notes so it is just a matter of studying. Exams are the only grades you'll get.

Mr. Moldenhauer is the best anatomy professor that is at Saint Clair County Community College. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his students, and help them to understand the course material. I loved his class so much, that I decided to take him for both semesters. It is obvious that he wants his students to succeed!

Professor Moldenhaurer is an awesome instructor. This was a fifteen week course condensed into five, and a lot of information. He takes the time to really help you understand the material and genuinely wants everyone to succeed. I definitely will be taking him for 272! Thus far, one of the best instructors I've had!

Couldn't be more clear. Gives you notes, lab, and a review packet before each unit. Lectures from the notes and that is what will be on the test. Review packet is very helpful. Tests are your grade. EC on each test. Just study the notes and it should be an easy A.

He was one of the best teachers i have ever had. You can tell he loves his job. He keeps it exciting and interesting. He provides the lecture packets and study guides, he even will tell you the specifics to study for tests. He will do whatever to help his students understand.. Great Guy!!!

The only complaint I have about him is he tends to drone on and lose my attention. He is clear about what will be tested and gives reviews for each test. Tests were easy but tests are the only thing that counts towards your grade.

This guy is great!! As long as you show up, pay attention and study for the tests you will do just fine. He knows what he's talking about, and he really cares about his students. There is no homework in this class, your grade is reflected upon how well you do on the tests. I will be taking him again for BIO 272 next semester, can't wait.

I took Moldenhauer for A&P I in the Spring. He really knows his material and can explain difficult processes/concepts in simple and understandable terms. We had 5 exams in our condensed course and he would let us know which things to focus/important and which were not. He also tries to make lecture a bit fun.

Great teacher, he sounds like marlin from finding Nemo. Actually knows how to teach, reviews last class lecture at the beg of every class, curves tests, & gives u a study guide for each test. He should teach every bio class at sc4. Lecture can be long but he throws in some humor too.

Mr. Moldenhauer for BIO 271. Easy going, caring teacher. He really loves what he teaches and does a great job at it. Come to class, listen to his lectures, take notes to help reinforce the information, read packets he gives you, review the information daily , and you will pass the class. He demonstrates with visuals a lot to help you understand.

Awesome human. This is who you want to take for A&P, *especially* if you are a first time college student. He knows so much about anatomy, and his labs are really good. You can miss class, but you might as well not; there's no homework, so it's easy to get lazy if you miss lecture. You still need to study.

By far the best teacher I have ever had. I took a condensed class, he provided all information and went above and beyond for students. If you didnt understand, he dumbed it down for you. Knew exactly what he was talking about and made it interesting. Was relatable to his students. I wish he could be my teacher for every class. Love him!

Only graded on exams, zero homework, and attendance is not mandatory but I wouldn't recommend skipping because everyday you're going over test material!!

Grades only exams with a couple of extra credit questions on them. Gives students note packets and reviews (not mandatory to do). Exams based right off of the lecture notes. If you study almost everyday for the class, then the exams are not that bad; Although, the exams are long.

Bob is an amazing teacher had him for 271 and 272 and learned so much. They are tough classes but he gives you everything you need to pass. If you dont its because you didnt put time and effort into studying. Goes over what is on each exam and gives extra credit questions. No grades other than the tests but questions are right from the packets

Best instructor out there! Im so glad I chose to take this class with Professor Moldenhauer. He is so funny and makes class interesting! He makes class fun and is always willing to help if needed. He tells you what is going to be on each exam and even throws some extra credit questions on them. I cant wait to take him for BIO272 in the winter!

This is a great class with a great teacher. Lectures are helpful and everything you need to know for the test is put into a note packet. There are 5 exams that make up your entire grade. If you study and put the time in you should have no problems. He is always willing to stay after class and help you when you need it. You have to put in the time.

Absolutely love this professor! His lectures are very interesting , and its a class I would definitely take again. I'm not sure if attendance was mandatory, I marked it as such purely because of the weight of the material (regardless of the professor, you'll need some serious study time to pass) so wouldn't recommend skipping!

I took professor Moldenhauer's class online. This class is only graded on quizzes and exams. There was no assignments and no extra credit. There are a lot of lectures. This class covers a lot of material and takes a lot of time to learn and memorize. Professor Moldenhauer responded quickly when I had questions and was very helpful.

BEST professor & unintentionally so funny. It's definitely tough material but it's so simple - show up, pay attention & study it. There are no surprises, he gives you all information you will need to pass. If you miss or don't study, you'll fail. Online he posts videos that can be rewatched(even better).. Grades soley on quiz scores so, STUDY!

With the online format he is really relaxed. You watch the mini lectures at your own pace and usually have 2 weeks for each unit. The only downside is he doesn't post the test until part way through the unit so you don't really know how to pace your work. There is a lot you have to memorize for each test, but this is a good class with a good format

Professor Moldenhauer is a great teacher. He gives great lectures and goes over the information lots of times in different ways. If there is information he really wants you to know or important he will tell you! I took the online course and I really enjoyed it. If you ever need anything he is very responsive and will give you feedback! Loved him!

Pay attention to the lectures and he will tell you everything you need to know for the tests. Does a great job explaining the lectures and you can tell he is passionate about what he teaches!

Explains everything very clearly and in an easily understandable manner. Willing to help you with anything you don't understand fully, and will make the time for you. No BS filler assignments, fantastic study guides, easy to reach out to, and is also pretty funny and makes learning fun. I wish he could teach every class I have to take. A+

I thought this class was pretty easy. He only lectures and gives a lot of time for open lab. If you take advantage of the lab (a lot of people didn't), you should do fine. He gives his notes as packets for everything. If you aren't good at studying or need more hands-on learning that is heavily guided maybe consider a different teacher. Great prof.

Prof. Moldenhauer was great! He had a lot of lecture videos, however everything you need for your quizzes is provided! He only grades on the quizzes, 2 a week. No extra credit. However I did great in his class because I watched his videos and was able to get good grades on his quizzes.

Awesome professor! Class is very lecture heavy but, as long as you watch the lecture videos to the entirety you will pass the class easily. There are no assignments just weekly quizzes. Also the book was not needed for his online class he post everything that you will need in the modules.

He is an amazing teacher, who often asks for feedback on if his way of teaching is helpful. Definitely loves his job and so unintentionally goofy. It is a biology class it is tough, and his class is only 5 exams but he gives you the tools and time to succeed. Even tells you exactly what to expect for exams and post his lectures online.

The lectures are very thorough in a good way and even included some hands on things. He explains things very well and knows what he's talking about. The assignments are mostly tests, but he prepares you for them very well. I suggest this professor a million times, he is the best.

Professor Moldenhauer's lectures are packed with info, but if you watch them closely and utilize tools like Unstuck study for study prep, you can do well. Lots of quizzes, not much extra credit, but the material is manageable if you stay on top of it.

I was highly intimidated taking my biology classes as it is not my strong suit. Professor Moldenhauer is very thorough with information and takes the time to make sure you understand the material. I was highly satisfied with this class and Professor Moldenhauer, if i could have him for every class I would!

The best professor in SC4. I am an RN now. Learned so much from his class. He saves every student al least $400 because you don't need books. Whatever material he gives you, is in the exam. He is funny, my god, I had to keep my laughter so many times when he lectures. I wish I could have kept a journal. Some students have hard time with his class.
