Mr. Reck is incredibly kind and friendly. He really knows and can explain higher mathematics. He goes out of his way to help. He will come in early or stay late to help any student. If you MUST take computer instructed college Algebra, sign up for his class!

If you are going to take a CI class for College Algebra,you have to take Mr.Reck.He is a great teacher,very helpful,he is one of the few who want to help you get an A.You have to be willing to give this class a little bit of time,but Mr.Reck is willing to help you. Highly recommended!!(as)

Out of the Mtah teachers I had on the past, Mr. Reck has been the best. Mrs. Donna from the same school was the worser. Now, I am taking math 1314 and Mr recks' class helped me a lot to be prepared by providing his knowledge. I am glAd I WAS ON HIS CLASS LAST SEMESTER.

Mr. Reck is an excellent teacher. He's a retired eingeneer so sometimes his explanations are a little hard to follow, but he'll be always willing to help you before or after class. He gaves reviews pretty much the same than the tests and a good review for the final state exam. Very polite and considered. If you need math, take him.

He's a great teacher. He will spend the whole class period going over one problem until you get it. He wants you to pass and even helps you on the tests just to pass. Very interesting man and also easy as pie. Homework is not required unless he says so, and he grades only by the tests. Take him if you struggle in math and need a teacher who cares.

Let me start off by saying Professor Reck is one of the sweetest professors I've had. At first I thought his class was a little boring. Especially since he is very repetitive, but this paid off in the end since I made an A. He doesn't use a book, my math lab, or assign homework. There are four tests and he drops the lowest.

Prof Reck is great! We didn't use the textbook at all. He provides worksheets for class notes and offers plenty of reviews for upcoming exams. He is always open to questions. If a student wasn't understanding a concept, he would stop and break it down until the student felt comfortable before moving on. If you go to class you will do well!

He really is a student advocate and cares about us and wants us to do well. The material is downright confusing but he will stop and help you when you need it. He also gives bonus points and drops the lowest test grade which personally saved my semester. I was really worried about passing but managed to pull out a solid B. Math spot helped also.

this professor is old fashioned which really helped me out. He doesn't require my math lab which is the reason why I passed his class and he didn't require the math book. I would definately recommend him and would take him again.

Reck is student friendly, which means he wants to see his students succeed! On several occasions he has come up to campus early and on his off day and helped me review for test. He does not require my math lab and he gives printouts of all the test reviews. He will also allow you to come and sit in his other classes if you need to. Take HIM!!!!!!!!

Took this class during wintermester, fast paced, does this old school w/ a pencil & paper, reviews are given and test won't have any surprises. Great professor who will make all attempts possible for you to grasp the concept! Great professor. Really nice and will work with you, doesn't overload you with work. Math was full of people who were bad at it, but nearly everyone passed. Not a lot of work, nearly 0 homework. Show up, ask questions, learn. Easy. You do NOT need MyMathLab or the book for the on campus course, contrary to what the class' description says.

Professor Reck is one amazing guy, he is so caring, funny, and easy to convince. I would recommend anybody to take his class. He might forget sometimes what he is doing on his problem solving, but besides that, he is really amazing. He also do not require you to get the Mathlab program, he is old school when it comes down to teaching his class.

Mr. Reck is a greater teacher. He is patient with students and is willing to tutor until you get it. He does not use a textbook and his work is easy if you come to class and participate. He gives 5 tests and he only needs 4, so you can drop your lowest and the final exam. The exercises he gives are the ones that come on the test. Great teacher.

This man was amazing! i miss him :( no my math lab , no text book, homework was optional! only 5 test but you can drop the lowest one and one final. He is an old school kind of guy teaches off the board, Very funny and personable! Very willing to tutor you and help you out with anything will go above and beyond!

Professor Reck is such a patient and kind professor. He is older, so he will go very slow and it gets a little hard to follow sometimes but he is always willing to help. towards the end his class did get harder for me. but he did his best to help me and i appreciate it. he works out problems the long way which is a downside.

Professor Reck is a caring individual who wants his students to succeed. He explains math concepts in detail and goes through various examples while showing the process of how to solve each one. I recommend bringing a notebook to refer back to the process in solving the math problems. This will help for his reviews, which he gives before each test.

Mr. Reck is so sweet; he really wants you to pass his class. The lecture notes are handed out at the beginning of class, and the textbook is not required. You are graded on 4 multiple choice tests (4 tests and a final; lowest test is dropped), and reviews are given. Great guy!

Mr. Reck is an awesome proffesor. He is a really nice person who will do whatever it takes to make sure you learn the material. He often gives answer keys with homework, so it's more of a review. He also lets you drop your lowest test grade and adds 5 points to your overall grade at the end of the class.

He's a good professor. If you put in an effort to learn and do the work, he will definitely help you, and you will make a good grade.
