HILARIOUS! I think he's the coolest dude. Easy class so far. I'm glad I have him as one of my teachers, it really lightens my workload. And you don't even have to go if you don't feel like it. Its great

This instructor is hilarious. He talks a lot of trash and often answers his cell phone in the middle of class. His quizes are easy and he allows students to make up work and improve their grade. He makes class intresting with his debates and entertaining with his one-liners. Oh yeah, did I mention that there is no final in his class.

This class was so easy! Both the midterm and final were take home! Awesome personality and very easy to talk to if you have questions! I would take a class by him again if I had to.

Prof Bob made social psychology interesting. It ended up being mostly social with some psychology sprinkled throughout. I thought it was dumb for a while, but I ended up learning a lot. Take social psych w/Bob, you won't regret it, unless you can't take a joke.If you're all about lots of reading/hw don't take it,otherwise this is the class for you!

Mr. Schilf is the best teacher ever. He has a tendency to drift off and start talking about his life or other crazy stuff. He is such a nice guy. I guarentee if you take this class, you wont regret it. I had him 3 sememsters ago and we still talk. Hes like a likeable kind of guy. You can talk to him about anything.. and i mean ANYTHING!!!!

EVERY SINGLE PERSON READING THIS SHOULD TAKE HIM. Consider yourself lucky to be taught by him. Easily one of the best teachers I ever had. I took his Psych 1100 2-2:50 and he was great. Very down-to-earth and intelligent. 9 20-question tests and that's it. No attendance, the "final" wasn't cumulative. Enroll early.

Dr. Schilf is the best funny teacher iever had in my life. If you want to pass the psych class so badly then take him or you'll missing something extremely good in your life. His class is extremely ultra easy A if you take note in class and study for the quiz. If you don't believe me go ahead take other teacher or you regret it.

I super extremely recommend Dr. Schilf. He is the the exremely best teacher all over cod. You will easily understand all those psych stuff in less than a day. The best teacher I have ever had!his attendance is not mandatory but if your not there to take the notes then you won't do well on the test bcuz he doesn't use the book. speaking of his tests, he gives you the "study guide" the day b4 which is the test ?s. Definitely the kind of prof you can respect, and you can tell he actually cares underneath the sarcastic exterior. DO NOT pass up an opportunity to take his classes.

Out of all the classes I have taken in the past year, he is my favorite so far. He teaches while using his life experiences. Easy class,easy studying and easy quizzes. Only one project due during the semester. If you read the book and take good notes from his power point presentations you will do great in this class. Don't miss out/great class!

Awesome professor! Class has a good mix of facts and stories to keep it interesting. Take your notes in class and take notes from the book and you will do well. This is my second class with this professor. I only took this because I knew he was teaching it. He's really a great guy who wants you to do well in his class and in life. Highly recommend

He is a great gut. he's very sarcastic but a lot of fun. I'm taking him right now and was struggling in his class I went to him for help and he's been very helpful and my grade is higher now. great guy I highly recommend him just listen in class and take notes. you'll be good if you do that.

He's a fun guy. Very sarcatic. You def have to take notes out of the book for quizzes. The quizes are kinda difficult. But if you show up for class he will help you put at the end. If you need help all you have to do is ask. I would take his class again

Definitely a very interesting class, and he's a great professor. Hilarious and will keep you entertained. He'll also apply the knowledge to real patients that he's worked with which is very interesting. You will have to put work in outside of class but his notes are helpful and so is attending the class.

I took this class at the start just to get the required class out of the way but I learned so much about myself from this class especially from the presentation at the end. The tests were fairly challenging but if you need help he is an easy person to talk to. Outstanding Prof Overall worth it to take his class and I would take it again if possible

I greatly enjoyed his class. He was a very knowledgeable teacher that taught with life experience rather than regurgitating information. Useful power points were used and had easy quizzes, provided you showed up for class. Final was either 25 words about yourself in PP form or an essay. Seriously a good class for those of you in need of the credit.

Dr.Schielf was seriously the BEST professor I've had at COD. He's hilarious, sarcastic, unique, kind-heart, and he helped me out a lot throughout the semester. Taught me to never give up. I was sad that his class ended. But anyways, you need to take notes in order to understand whats going on. Open notes for quizzes. Final=PIECE OF CAKE. TAKE HIM!!

Easily one of the best professors I've ever had. Knows how to engage his students and make you want to learn. Also very helpful. He was one of the big reasons I decided to change my major to psych. Highly recommend taking his class.

He was engaging and super funny! The quizzes were open-note and easy. However, his powerpoints were a bit unorganized, and his pace was a bit fast. He also got off track at times and just told stories for fun. But if you didn't copy all of the notes he could put it on a flashdrive if you bring one, and his stories were fun so it was cool.

He was a fun guy. His final is the last chapter of whatever you are learning. His tests are alright, but he does this project which you get many points out of so you can still manage to get a good grade, i got a high B.

Schilf is the funniest teacher I have ever had. You have to be very open minded because he will say some stuff that one could consider offensive, but if you have a good sense of humor you will be perfectly fine! There are just quizzesafter every chapter, 1st two are open note and the final is a quiz! Super easy and a fun class to take!

Professor schilf is very laid back. Theres quizzes every week but when you take the quiz you get to go home right after. His lectures are kind of boring only because he never stops talking and he can get off topic but its still understandable. No final just a quiz and one paper. Very easy class.

Dr. Bob is awesome, he's a psychologist so he has very interesting personal stories to share with what your learning, super funny! He is super helpful if your not doing well on the quiz's, nearly impossible to fail, i would take him over and over again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My favorite teacher I've ever had. He creates intimate bonds with his students and incorporates humor and discussion to keep each class as engaging as possible. Many teachers can be mechanical in their approach to teaching he is far from it. His class was the highlight of my days. it's refreshing having a teacher with passion and humor every day.

Dr. schilf always made class interesting. He is hilarious, you definitely have to get used to his humor but once you figure it out, he's awesome! You have quizzes, but he goes over them with you before the test if you attend the study group.

Bob really takes the time to make the class easy. He makes sarcastic comments here and there so you really cant take him seriously. Since he has to be there, he at least wants people to participate. Loved him and the way he organized his class. Quizzes are super easy if you take notes.

Easy class, gives you the power-points that are used based off of the quizzes. Just show up to class, listen and make notes off the power-points and you are in good shape. Dr. Bob was a funny and respectable professor as well.

Hands down the funniest teacher I've ever had. Does review sessions right before the test to help you understand. If available take his class. He will always give you help either 1 on 1 or in a group as long as you ask and show him you want to do better. If you're doing bad and don't ask for help he won't give it to you.

I was always worried about taking a Psych class, but I'm glad I took it with Dr. Schilf. He has lots of experience and connects what we are learning, to personal experiences. Really helps you remember. He also does quiz review sessions (literally goes over the questions and answers). The only grades you get in his class are from the quizzes.

Easy class, the lecture are in power point and given to students, you may take some notes as you listing to the lecture, and not need so much studying because the prof. explains very well. Time is going pretty fast and it is not boring at all. Learning something new and interesting all the time. I definitely recommend this class.

By far one of my favorite teachers. He definitely made lectures entertaining and brought real life scenarios and class interaction. Awesome teacher with a good attitude, very professional and cares about his students. Quiz for every Chapter but tells you what will be on the quiz. Quizlet will be very helpful for an A ! Easy A!

He was such an incredible and inspiring professor. I loved him and his class so much! People who give hate about his class didnt really care about it. Dont listen to them! Hes amazing!!! His stories always intertwined with our lectures and really helped with what we were learning!

The class is basically him lecturing you on the chapter and then he gives you a 25 question test. He has many stories from his time in the field that lead him to getting sidetracked during lectures. Big assignments was analyzing a movie and some sort of emotion web. Only downside was that he never checks his email or puts the grades on Blackboard.

Professor Schilf is an amazing professor who makes learning psychology so fun, even if it's not your favorite topic. It's very heavy in lectures and note taking, but he makes being in class very easy and engaging due to all of his jokes and interesting stories. He's very understanding and cares a lot about his students success.

Great teacher right here. Easy to listen to and explains things very well. Not too much homework but enough to get you to learn the materials. I had no tests at all just discussion papers and the final. I would highly recommend. Slow at grading things is the only negative I have to share!

Dr. Bob is probably one of my favorites this semester! He's a great educator, loved every lecture I was able to make! He's very knowledgeable in the field and will elaborate if need be. I hope I can take him again in the future!

I took Dr. Bobs online psychology 1100 class and hes one of the best psychology professors here at COD. His lectures were great! Lots of discussion question post but thats mainly what youre graded on. Attendance is not mandatory, but if you miss a lecture you will be a little lost. Otherwise great class, and you will be in good hands.

He is a very understanding and knowledgeable individual. He will take time out of his day to make sure that you understand the material he presents for the quizzes. My advice is that participating in class will ultimately help to have a higher grade.

The funniest professor I have ever had. He is very lecture heavy, and requires you to be in all of his classes because our assignments or based off of his lectures/power points other than that he is very well spoken and uses a lot of real world examples in his personal life to explain. Would 10/10 recommend if you want a funny & sarcastic teacher.

Wise, helpful, caring about his students. No hw, no final, no tests just come to class and take notes during lectures. Would have students give feedback to questions once in a while but answers are in power points. so chill!!
