As part of the MBA program at SNHU, Dr. Shindell gets it. His guidance is practical and straight forward so there isn't any time wasted trying to figure out how to tackle an assignment. For me, his feedback was always positive and encouraging. I enjoyed taking his class.

Of all my courses one of the most involved teachers. Genuinely seems to enjoy it. Video support posted for each module, very responsive to email, and gives additional resources or just interesting tidbits to help expand our knowledge. Heavy focus on including cited sources for assignments when grading but feedback was always personalized.
