He's a good teacher who encourages good class discussions. The only problem with this class is the work load. He acts as if this is the only class anyone is taking. It's ridiculous. Midterm, 5 page paper due the next day and required reading of Darwin's "origin..." and "descent of man". Too much!

Professor Sirabian was a terrible professor. He consistently singled out students who he knew had difficulties reading out loud. I had a girl in my class that had a stutter and he never asked anyone to raise hands he would just pick them to read a paragraph out loud to everyone. It was very uncomfortable. He does not give you a choice to say no

Play his game or you won't make it in his class. His teaching style is from 1950. He leaves no room for independent thinking or even discussion. He only teaches his severe opinion and belittles anyone who asks or mentions anything that is not on his agenda. Worst Prof I have had at Point.

Yes, the rumors are true. He doesn't use Canvas. I enjoyed how passionate he is about the content, but he's not a particularly fast grader. He didn't have 2 of our 4 quizzes graded 24 hours before the final, and some peoples' last quiz wasn't graded before the final. Wouldn't recommend if you stress easily about grades.

He is pretty generous when it comes to grading at least in my experience, but he makes students use a website he made rather than canvas which is kinda annoying.

The dude has his own website that is extremely hard to navigate. He's rude and singles out students. I had emailed him four separate times in the span of two days with no response about the website. If I could give the guysnegative stars I would I hate him do not recommend.

This english was pretty easy, it was sports based. He did use his own website which was a little annoying but it was pretty well-organized. He took a long time to grade things but overall I personally thought this was a good and easy class. I mostly enjoyed this class and would recommend it.

Highly recommend not taking any courses with this professor. Professor does not use Canvas, degrades students, rarely has anything good to say to students. Classes are boring and lecture heavy. Does not let students leave during class, and will make students stay after class. Overall would not recommend taking any courses taught by this professor.

He is judgmental. Anytime someone gets up from their chair he stops lecture and scoffs. He isn't a bad teacher but his topics are not built for everyone and he is a rules man who Requires you to bring your textbooks every class. Also you need to follow his own website and do the math for your grades out of canvas and on HIS PERSONAL WEBSITE.

Robert is the worst professor I have ever had. His ego gets in the way of his teaching. Want to know what your grade is? Good luck, he doesn't use canvas, so he makes you calculate your own grade. He has the most robotic voice that you will make you want to cut out your ear drums. Holds grudges if you mess up one time. LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!

Very boring lectures where he repeats himself. Lots of reading and hard quizzes/midterms. You won't know your grade until he posts them at the end of the semester - which sucks. I would not recommend taking this course if you have another option.

Worst professor I have had at Point. Everyday, he will lecture for the whole class period. He knows many education majors in his class need to complete the class for a gen ed requirement. He speaks as if we all know old poetry and have studied it for years. He also uses his own website instead of canvas. Oh yeah, you also calculate your own grade.

He makes you bring your books to class every single day and writes down if you forget your textbook, which affects your grade. He doesn't use Canvas; he has his own website that makes no sense, and he makes you calculate your grade. He also calls our students randomly and gets mad when they don't know the answer. DO NOT TAKE ANY CLASS WITH HIM!
