Makes even the most boring of psychology classes interesting. Uses real-life examples/stories from his person experience in treating patients. Extremely difficult tests (take home) and you have to do quite a lot of research/homework to complete them. Quizes every once in a while.

He's a really cool teacher. This class was fun and interesting. You'll learn a lot that you can probably use in real life situations; he gives good advice. He's funny too.. "The Squeeze Technique" HAHA! He's a good teacher. Has his Ph.D too which is a plus.

Easy class. I never read the book and hardly studied and still got a B. The final was open book and I didn't need it. I don't know what this other person said. He takes a difficult topic and makes it seem like the easies thing you've ever studies. He is by far one of the best proffesors I've taken. He is German so his accent can be a bit difficult to undrstand. 3 take home quizzez that you can do w/ your mother in law. Super funny man. Great class, we didnt over as much material as I was expecting but he is the type of teacher that doesn't make the class boring. You just have to be there and most likely you will get a good grade. Besides why would you want to miss his classes, they are fun.

Dr. Robbie is so cool and understanding, he called every "Kiddos" and is very intellegent. Easy class, and Easy A, if you really want to learn, just read the book, and dont blame him g=for being easy. He test are take home and easy and homework was real easy. 2 TEST the whole semester and he missed like 1/4 of the times. EASY WONDERFULL TEACHER!

He is a great professor who ever said he was not a good professor your wrong. You learn in a fun way and you cant ask for anything easier and funner... Dr. Robbie was awesome. He made class fun. He uses a lot of videos and a couple of movies. Easy hw, 2 or 3 take home tests with your mother in law, easy project, and open notes final...and he practically hands you an A. The reason it's an easy class is Dr. Robbie teaches it well. Just make sure you do your hw BEFORE you go to Revolucion Street.

Dr. Robby is a clinical JUNGian psychologist, European trained from what I gather 1/2 Germ&Brit. Fascinating individual with a great breadth of experience, his anecdotes and clinic cases with emphasis on theory over "multi-cultural transmission" politics makes any class he lectures for a PSYCH class and not a SOCIOLOGY class.Show up ask questions

Show up, make sure he knows your name, do the simple assignments and you'll get C minimum. For 211 Learning, skip to the end of the Chapters and make them the core of you study notes; focus on concepts and application to experiments. Know the assigned reading, or risk being caught with your pants down. 3 quizzes 15 q's each, 1 cumulative final.

This class was easy and helpful. The professor cover all the concepts and give us a real example in order you understand the concepts. All you have to do is attend all his classes, sent all yours home word by mail, answer and return your quizzes and very important is mandatory to show up in the final date. I really recommend this class for all.

Dr. Robby is a great professor. He has a clinical background so when lecturing he uses a lot of examples from patients he's had. He is funny and keeps the class interesting. Some people complain that the class was too easy but he covered the material well and was happy to stay after to answer any questions if you had a deeper interest. Great class.

Take his class! It is easy, is fun. and you dont really needs to take notes, Mr.yaronne will let you learn it by the example he gives us, and his class is really easy, 4~5 quizs 1 final. 2~3 groupwork, and some homework. Easy A if you do all the homework(which is very little).

Mr. Yaronne is all around a 5 he is extremely easy only 3 quizzes (5 quest) and NO midterm,final. You CAN NOT get an easier A. We did not do hardly anything superb. extremely funny never boring always looked forward to his class. AWESOME!!!!!! will diffidently miss him

Professor Yaronne has to be one of the oddest teachers Iv'e ever had. Mid term was open book, and we were able to use our notes for the final. ( If he asks if you want to use book for final... say YES!) The class is incredibly easy, Just show up, and do the incredibly small amounts of work he gives. Seriously he gives little to no HMWK.

Dr. Robby is a great professor! He is sometimes weird but he makes you wanting to go to class based on his funny comments. The class was not hard. Online HW was simple, group work was a lot which is easy, midterm, and then the final. He lets you use your notes and textbook for midterm and then our notes for the final. Take him!

Dr. Robby is an amazing soul. He keeps you entertained throughout class and genuinely cares about his students. His accent is a bit thick and slightly difficult to understand, but if you read the chapters as assigned, then you should have no problem. He gives a take home test, and lets you use your book/notes on midterm; The Final is notes only.

This teacher is AMAZING! One of the best teachers he is funny and makes class very interesting! I would take this class again! he gives extra credit if you get early to class and homework is very easy, ur homework is done by an add code by the way (online) and homework is basically ur quiz for class! He is a very funny professor. His accent can be tough at times but the lessons are well explained. His exams are open book and quite easy. As long as you read the sections in the textbooks and take good notes, this class should be a breeze.

1 mid, 1 final, few grp work and HWs. Questions are worded vaguely, some verbatim w/ the book, but OPEN book and notes. Classes often ended early due to his fast pace. He might be hard to follow with taking notes, but he repeats them. I didn't miss class - those are free points . Fun Class, jokes a lot, and I LEARNED a lot. NOT a Stressful class.

Dr. Robby is super chill. This class will be the easiest class you take in your life. While it is easy, you still learn. There's only like 2 small HW assignments, a midterm which is like 10 q's and a final. Tests are open note and open book. You'd have to be dumb to not get an A. He's also extremely funny and has so much knowledge in psych.

I took Prof. Yaronne in Fall 2020 for Gen Ed and I wish I took him alongside my difficult classes because it was an EASY A. I didn't have to put in much effort nor participate as long as i passed them on time, but even then he is lenient with due dates. he gives weekly quiz& reflections & a discussion or vid app every 4-5 chaps. free online book.

He had very minimal assignments which isn't too bad but personally I need something more challenging in order to be engaged but that's a me thing. The quizzes were short and the discussion were easy to answer. So it's a pretty easy pass as long as you do the work.

Be there on time, he only gives a couple of hw very easy and accepts late work.

Professor was very funny and open-minded when it came to discussing lectures. His life lessons are down to earth and relatable as we progressed through the textbook. Light reading, small quizzes, and discussion boards on weekly basis. No extra credit but easy A.

This is my second time (Psyc 101) taking Dr Robbie and I was not disappointed yet again. He is a hilarious professor that tries to keep everyone on task and uses participation by learning through real life events. There are occasional technical difficulties or miscommunication but overall he works with students because he wants everyone to pass!

Took his class back in 2019 and he's still one of my fav professors at SWC. His lectures are funny, be prepared for class discussion/group discussions. You mostly watch videos and take notes, you can find the textbook online for free. You can use your notes for the final exam and the quizzes are based off class lectures. Def would take again 4 fun.

He was really funny and made jokes here and there. He's a sweet old man and gives extra points to those who show their face on zoom, he made relatable examples out of the chapters we learned. But all his homework were just canvas quizzes every week and discussion boards. Very easy class. If you screen shot his slides and take notes, youll be fine.

Dr. Robby is such a nice and funny professor. Lectures were heavy on videos and ppt slides, but he explains for each. Extra credit for people who opens their camera. He definitely has experience with psychology and loves what he does. There's homework such as quiz, discussion, and summary. Take him, his class does not feel overwhelming.
