Be sure to buy the TI-30XS calculator as it will give you all the answers for Ch10 Test. He is friendly and gives lots of examples for each math problem

Prof. Isip is very knowleadgeble and knows how help students improve their grades. There are quite a lot of extra credits to help improve as well. Classes are short so he needs to move in a faster pace than usual, but if you keep focused in class, you won't have any trouble doing well. Recommended!

This class was surprisingly a lot of fun for an algebra class. Professor Isip is not only funny, but also very caring for his students. He makes sure everyone understands the basics of each lesson before moving on. A little note heavy at times but they are very useful. He tells you what to expect for each test, making them easy to study for.

Takes time to explain to students what they dont get. But if it takes you some time to get things, you might not want to get him because he goes very fast. Hes Very Hilarious!

I took this class online from 6/1 to 7/9 and it was a piece of cake. Seriously if i hadn't missed 1 hw assignment I would have had an A. There is a lot of mymathlab hw so be prepared but it is so easy people. Use your calculator or any other service to help with the problems. I have had Mr. Isip for three different math classes (Pre-Calc, MGF1107, and Mac1105) and each time has been an amazing experience. I enjoyed taking this class. His teaching style was great for an online class. I don't like online, however he did step by step as if i was in class not just read. If you had a question, you are more than welcome to stop and ask and he will explain before moving on.

I did over zoom. There are 4 tests= 400pts, 4 HW assignments= 40pts, and 4 quizzes= 60pts. The sections are extra credit. Tests are taken over zoom. There is a final its 200 points. This totals up to 700 pts. He teaches the lessons over zoom. It's on My Math Lab and he gives examples. I also had to teach myself some of the lessons. Class is easy.

In all honesty he's a great teacher. This is the second time i've had him. Each time was a great experience and I actually enjoyed going to class. He is willing to talk and work with you on assignments as long as you email him and get on the same page. He does also give out plenty of opportunities for extra credit. I took Professor Isip for MAT 1100. I would 100% retake him. When we started the class he gave us a rundown about the class and all the assignments we had to do. Easily understandable, teaches well. Offers tons of extra credit both in class as well as online. Don't be afraid if some of the work on my math lab is something you did not see in class. What you will see on his tests is what is on the study guides.

Professor Isip doesn't use lockdown browser...use that information as you will. I passed this class, thank GOD, but it took me going to math lab to really understand anything. He goes really fast but that's because I took a shortened class. Overall, I definitely recommend.

I enjoyed Professor Isip's class a lot, and I feel like I really learned from his class. He is very caring and understanding, and is okay with excusing you from class if you're having an emergency. Attending regularly is crucial so you keep up with each lesson's notes, but he can provide them if you miss a class. Lots of extra credit opportunities.

I thought he was hard to understand but I realized that he teaches well and does the test review too one day before the test. He uses a lot of techniques to simplify the math problems. I like to take his class again.

As for me, prof isip is very good at teaching average level students. If your math background is too weak, he is not the right prof for you. His assignments are online but his tests are in class. This is my third time taking this course. Luckily, I am gong to pass this class for good.

I had him last year as my math teacher when I was in high school. I took his class again in college because he knows how to simplify math. I barely pass his college class because I am a working student. He replies to email if you ask him and that is important to me. He calls students when needed. He is highly recommended.

His teaching style is easy to follow along and clearly engages with the students while making sure all students understand the lesson material. He is also able to speak to easily and does not give the students a hard time with assignments.

This is my third time taking this course because I hate math the most. But I will pass this class this time because prof isip is considerate and understandable. You need to do all the assignments in my MML if you really want to pass his class. I will take his class again.

I had him for in 2023 Spring term. He does a lot of examples then you have the chance to do it yourself. If you get the answers right then you'll get a point and will be able to count it towards your test. Make sure you finish your homework early because he exempts people from the exam who already have an A in the class.

Prof Isip really knows how to teach low level students because of his long experience in the field. i like jokes in class and it keeps me from being bored. You wont regret choosing his math class. He is highly recommended.

His class is easy to pass unless you don't want to. If you fail in his class, it is because of you and not him. You will have tons of opportunities to pass his class if only you want it. I highly recommend him.

I suck at math, and I don't even like learning it! However, Mr.Isip was a very helpful teacher and always gave extra credit opportunities' for every chapter test. Always helpful and he is very funny and I will 100% take his class again for college algebra.

Math is my worst subject since elementary. I registered for Prof Isip' class because a lot of my friends took his class and they all liked him a lot. I didn't expect that my grade would end up B. I am attributing my grade to his being good at teaching math. Prof Isip knows the entire lessons in the book and is really a great professor in math.

Failing the same class more than once is very alarming. I know Professor Isip is really great when it comes to teaching math classes. For that reason, I was able to finally pass the intermediate algebra with a strong B. His class makes me feel invigorated because he has a sense of humor. As for me, I highly recommend him for any math classes.

His HW/Q are all in MML with deadlines. You must be able to do them all if you want your grades boosted up. He could extend the deadline if you told him the reason why you would need extension. Four chapter tests that you need to take in class and can exempt you from the finals if you have A prior to the final exams. He is very skillful at math

When I took intermediate algebra, I failed the class. Then my counselor told me to take liberal arts math with prof Isip and I passed his class with an A. Prof Isip knows how to teach and makes every lesson so easy that the whole class loves the way he teaches.

Always pay attention in class so that you understand the content, be prepared to take notes, review study guides and have fun learning.

I am glad I was able to register for his class since all his classes are always full. I love his class because he always cracks jokes while teaching math making me feel very motivated. He is full of energy and knows all the lessons by heart. He will definitely love his way of teaching math.

The only reason why students fail in his class is because they do not really stay focused and do not do the assignments on MyMathLab. I hate math but I need to listen to his lesson and do all the HW/Quizzes to receive passing grades. You get points for attending tutorials and it helps a lot, too.

If you want to do all your homework and quizzes on MML, then you will love his class. All chapter tests are in classes and have around 30 to 38 questions per test. I find it challenging to be in his class because I am not good at math. But he provides extra points and adds them to your scores, and it helps me. I will take him again.

I love, Mr. isip , especially because of his personality, it made me love math, there is a lot of homework due at the end of the semester and test + exams are a big chunk of your grade. Mr.Isip is a pretty chill teacher. He does go kinda fast with the lessons, so you will need to catch up a bit. Most of the class work wasn't hard when you understand what you're doing. He does feed his students and he can be pretty funny.

Your participation in the class matters from day 1. You need to pay attention & take notes and you will be fine. He offers extra credit points plus if you attend tutoring he gives points for that too. He uses MyMathLab and I highly suggest completing the assignments as noted by deadline. Overall, Professor Isip is a nice man, and always pleasant.

This guy was the best professor I could ask for. He cares about you and your grade and wants to make sure you're doing well and understanding the work. He makes the funniest jokes to destress the atmosphere, and the class always laughs. There is never a dull moment in his classroom. If I had to take another math class, it would be him every time.

He is a great teacher. If you ask him to go over it again, he will. Don't miss class, he goes really fast, so you will miss a lot. If you ask him to slow down, he will, but only for a short time. Consider forming a study group, as he provides helpful study guides that can aid in preparing for the test, but you really need to understand the material

Professor Isipi's class was great. She provides a helpful study guide for each chapter test, and many of the questions are similar to what appears on the exam. You will also complete homework in Math Lab, along with optional extra-credit assignments. Finishing the extra credit can really boost your grade.

Professor Isip has the rare talent of making numbers feel less scary. He explain things so well that even my calculator feels proud of me. This class would've been the easiest course that I could've taken this semester If I just focused more. The homework assignments were the easiest points to get in class just stay on top of it. You're even provided multiple opportunities to get extra credit points just by going to tutoring sessions and complete the assignments. Take the class.
