Wow, I really like her so far. She's been my favorite teacher here at FSU and I love her candy.
Shelley truly cares about her students and will do whatever she can to help them. She is very easy to talk to and get help from. She is one of the best and most genuine teacher I have had here at FSU. Accounting is a difficult subject, but she teaches it EXTREMELY well. TAKE HER CLASS!
This teacher is very sincere and kind. She wants all her students to do well. Even though it was her first semester here at FSU she still taught precisely what we needed to know for the tests. I would definately recommend her!
She is an awesome teacher and you really learn alot in her class. I would definatly recommend her class. Accounting is a had class but she makes it seem really simple and easy. She is truly a great teacher.
Average teacher. Not bad but nothing special. Sit in the fron because she can be hard to hear. It seems as if she is sick alot so she cancels alot of classes. Know her notes and you are golden.
This was the worst teacher I had of any class since I started school. Don't take her under any circumstances, she refuses to teach according to department policy because of the way she worked at her previous school, until she standardizes her class, don't take her.
She is sweet and kind, and a good teacher! She is willing to help you. Just do the homework. I love her candy, too!
Such a nice lady! Creative teaching methods. Shelley is very friendly and she is willing to help if you ask. She gives out typed notes and our class did better than the others on the exams. It is a very doable class if you pay attention and attend class. Many people dropped or complained that they weren't doing well but they were not there much!
Shelly is a very enthusiastic teacher. She likes to be very visual so that the student can unerstand the material better. Attend class for these visual excercizes and you will do fine. She has her own way for each chapter so you are not struggling to understand the book and power point slides. Go by her office hours and you will find that she will
Great Professor! Has great sense of humor. Gave exactly what was expected for exams. One of best Professors I have had in three years at FSU.
GREAT teacher. Got an A with minimal effort. Go to class and you'll do fine. The best accounting teacher I've encountered so far at FSU
Wonderful teacher. Has great techniques for explaining the information, and makes accounting slightly more bearable. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a GPA booster and trying to get through ACG classes. Your effort doesn't have to be extreme and you'll still slide by with at least a B, probably an A.
I did the homework and the review online. I came to class everyday and i made a 98 on the first exam. Shelly makes everything easy to understand. I wish i could take her for all of my accounting courses
She explains things very well but she goes kinda fast at times, you need to keep up or you'll get lost easy.
she is an awesome teacher-but the material is tough.i got an A in the class, here is the secret.Go to one class in the morning with one teacher, and then go again in the afternoon with a f/diff teacher.that way, you get the material twice. This is the only way you will get an A.but anyway, shes fun and entertaining.she goes beyond the call of duty.
Absolutely Horrible. Can't say enough bad things. Unprepared, unable to communicate the material, unfair grading. You name it, she does it. Doesn't respond to emails...etc. AWFUL!
Very helpful if you ask for it. The tests are hard because they are very thorough but with every accounting class you have to do the problems in order to do well. There are many oppurtunities for extra credit and the way she weights the grades is awesome. You take online quizzes that are an easy 50 points. Use her for help and you will do well!
The material is very difficult. 5 cases given throughout the semester that usually take at least 1 hour to complete. She has online quizzes that you can retake until you get a 100. She gives LOTS of extra credit. You have to do the homework to pass tests. Does not curve. Final was EXTREMELY difficult and she did not curve. Extremely helpful teacher
i didnt think she was that bad. this class is really hard in general so dont pay attention to people complaining about that because there isnt a way to get around that. shes a little scatterbrained at times but i think she did a good job teaching the material and when i went to her office to look at my test she was able to help me out and all
great teacher, i dont know why so many people score poorly
Great teacher! Lecture guidebook really useful.
This prof is the worst; I think she cannot handle teaching a large class size. She is really not helping she leaves everything to the TA. I would recommend her at all because personally she does really care about the success of her students.
She is a little scatter brained but it really didn't bother me. The target packet is amazing! It explains everything and really helped with the class, this is basically why I would recommend taking her class if possible! Attendance is not mandatory but I HIGHLY recommend it!
accounting is a very tough class, im not going to lie.you definitley have to go to class..but if you have her as a teacher you'll be learning from the best. she definitley knows the material, is peppy, and entertaining to top it off. Ive heard about all the other accounting teachers...shes the best.
This lady is on some serious stuff! watch out for her. She's a joy and makes the cousre interesting sometimes; when she is on that stuff
Good teacher who explains material very well. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended!
If you want to do well you MUST attend class, it is very helpful and going to recitation is only neccesary if you dont do the homework or if you dont understand the homework on your own. The class is hard and in order to get an A you definatley have to put your time in to study but its not impossible.
Take her! One of the best profs at FSU. Clear and thorough. Must do all homework and attend class, but it is worth it. Thursday night tests a pain, though! If you want to do well really study the first section taught, ch.1-4 - everything else in the class revolves around it! B/S, I/S, etc. Get the guidebook she created it is amazing!
she is very very out there, i felt that she went very fast. i dropped the class because i failed the first two tests, i felt like if you understood it then she was a good teacher for you. . my friend who took passed
I really liked this professor. I am now an accounting major because of this class. The lecture guidebook is very helpful. The textbook sucked though. I would take her again. You have to study and go to class to do well, which is a shocker I know.
It's a really hard class. I studied my freaking butt off, but all the resources are made available to you. Go to recessitation. It really helps, and go to class. I got A's on all of my tests, but like I said, I studied A LOT.
I really liked her. She is a fantastic and thorough teacher. Attendance is integral to passing the class. Recitation isn't if you understand the lectures. I got an A. Definitely would take her in a heart beat if I needed any more accounting classes!
She is a really good professor,Knows her material very well and she tries teaching you tricks to break down the problem. Accounting is not an easy class but if you study and do the suggested homework you can get at least a B. She bases her test on her lecture guide book. I recommend going to class but attendance isnt mandatory.
She was a terrible teacher. Her lectures were plain and she just went over the note packet we already had. I studied for each test for at least a week each and only got an A on 1. Got a D on the final which killed my grade. Because this is a required class for business school I now have to take it over. Go with another teacher if this is a req
I took this class once before with another professor and made a D-. I took it again with Dr.Greenberg and found that she teaches it MUCH better. I would recommend Dr. Greenberg over other accounting professors!! However, it is not an easy class. The teacher can definitely make or break how well you do. Do NOT SLACK in this class at all. STUDY!!
She was a wonderful professor! I am going to be an accounting major because of this class. You get what you put into this class and if work hard you will do well. Don't expect to study a week before her tests to get a A, expect to study everyday if you want to do well. If you have to take this class take it with her!
terrible teacher. she writes very messy and its not clear what the words are that she is writing. talks very fast with accent. when you try to talk to her she puts you down as if she knows shes better than you. unless your one of those students who understand everything after learning it for the first time, do not take this teacher.
Do NOT take this course lightly. This is a major weeder course for the business school. My TA had the highest pass percentage this semester at 64%!
She is scattered brained and hard to follow. you need to teach yourself the material..overall not that bad, but you need to stay on top of things..if you can go to tutoringzone sessions and you will be fine
I would take every class she taught! She's an old school teacher. What she says in class is what is on the test. She answers every email within 24 hrs. I haven't read the book yet--I used it to do the HW. Love her.
She gives so much practice and help! Handouts in class, exam review, cases, quizes. The tests aren't 100% your grade which is nice! She is a little crazy and loud but overall a great teacher to have!
great professor. really engaging. gives you two case studies which are easy and you can work in groups. final is comprehensive but you can use a note card of formulas. funny as well. id talk her again for sure. study her handouts as well and youll do fine
Make sure you take her for Business Cost accounting. She makes the tests for all of the classes!! Kind of all over the place when she teaches. I used the book to support her lectures as they were kind of open ended and not exactly self explainitory, but a nice woman over all.
Great professor! Be careful though, you might have to use some analytical reasoning to pass!!(gasp!?!?!)
Lectures are very interesting and I have been able to apply what I have already learned to how it relates to financial statements. Her lecture notebook was the most helpful part of the class. She keeps my attention throughout the class.
DO NOT TAKE Shelley Greenburg!! I am doing all of you a favor when I say this. Not only does she go to fast for the complexity of the material, but if you want to do well on her 3 exams, you better be a good analytical/critical reader or have done really well on the SAT. Her exams are unnecessarily difficult for the level of material.
Okay this class is not easy. Yes her test are challenging are they impossible no. Bottom line you have to study !!!! And for the complexity of the material she is an amazing teacher. If you are lost go to office hours she will help!!! She love to see kids in her office !
Difficult class but definitely not impossible. Go to every class and study hard if you want to do well. She does not take attendance but derives her exams from class notes. Office hours were extremely helpful. Professor Greenberg is a great teacher, I would LOVE to take another class with her.
Shelley is a really great teacher. She actually cares about her students and the things going on in their lives. She made an early morning class much more pleasant than usual. She is very personable and loves to chit chat before class. She covers all of the material needed for tests. Be sure to DO THE HOMEWORK and study guide book every day !
Overall a pretty average professor, but so incredibly dry. Conveys the material well enough but her tests are unnecessarily difficult for an intro to accounting class. She does however give plenty of study material. Would not recommend her for a morning class because you'll find it hard waking up to sit through the lectures.
Pay attention. Fill out the packet. Study and understand it in totality. Great prof. She is more than willing to help. i would say to study the concepts everyday, do the questions she has assigned and ask her questions after.
She is very dry...class is not interesting. This is a Junior level class, but test are graduate level difficult. Exam reviews not consistent with test. Partial credit is given for partial correctness. Would not recommend for this class.
She takes a little getting used to. She is a little harsh but I grew to like her once I understood her humor. I did't really like the subject matter, but if you're an accounting major and know how to study hard you'll be fine. KNOW the packet and how to do the problems, do the exam review, and you'll be prepared to do very well. Nothing crazy.
She is a nice person but i don't like her teaching style at all. Tests were not easy and covered lots of material.
This was by far my least favorite class in college this far as a finance major. She gets corrected a lot while teaching the class so I stopped going. The target copy is useless if you don't go to class to take notes but she assigns extra credit quizzes sometimes that are pages out of the target copy. To study, do all exam review ?s but still hard!
Professor Greenberg is knowledgeable on the topic of accounting, and knows how to teach it in a format that is understandable and enjoyable for finance majors. Book is unnecessary, but go to class and pay attention.
She means well but I wouldn't describe her as a person fit to be a teacher. Has a strong lack of empathy for students and appears to only take an interest in those who already know the info or have strong background knowledge. None the less, her target packet and quizzes can help you at least pass the class with a fair enough grade. Good luck
Worst professor I have ever had
To be honest she's a bit arrogant sometimes and it shows in her lectures. But if you go to her office hours, she's more than willing to help. If you get to know her and ask for help often, she will happily oblige. Goes way too fast in lectures but that's kinda necessary to get through all the material. Get ready to work. This is a tough class.
Shelly is a great professor. Her teaching style is very beneficial for visual learners. She had helpful in class demonstrations of the material. Make sure you do the self study quizzes and study the Target Packet for the test. There is required online homework for this class. She offers extra credit for participating in class, make sure to go.
The tutor teachers better than her. Her tests are harder than they should be, although she thinks everything is easy. Maybe because she's been teaching the same thing for years. She's also pretty arrogant, until she gets corrected, which is every second.
Shelly is a very nice lady but a decent professor at best. Tests are designed to trick you. Get the Target Copy packet. Also, THANK GOD SCKOOLERS/TZ DECIDED TO OFFER THIS CLASS! I would have bombed the tests without it.
She's the worst. Disrespectful towards students with a pompous attitude. Sometimes she isn't prepared for class. Not a clear lecturer. She mixes up the info, which throws her whole lecture off. Tests are very difficult and include nothing learned. Assigned hw that wasn't helpful on the exam, so just a waste of time. Stay far away from her.
Toughest class I've ever taken. Homework doesn't help with the exams at all. Stay away!
You actually have to go to class to succeed? And do homework? What is this - college or something?
Greenburg is by far the best accounting teacher. Her course packet is amazing. You will learn a ton, but attending class is necessary to pass. Exams are thorough but nothing crazy. She makes your FSU degree worth something.
I honestly didn't mind Greenberg. She comes across as kinda mean but she's so sarcastic which makes class fun. Make sure to take notes from the text and thoroughly understand the concepts. Target packet sometimes makes concepts more difficult than they actually are
She is amazing, but who on God's green earth puts together these awful exams?! It's as if you told an accountant, "hey you got 2 hours to do an entire day's worth of accounting." I'd really like to know what the grade distribution in this class is, because it's not rare to hear people after the test comparing how many questions they couldn't get to
Be warned.... Extremely difficult test giver. She makes the material seem so easy in class, but then the study quizzes/test are on a whole other level. You better understand the concepts inside and out if you are going to pass one of her accounting courses. Good luck.
Material for the course appears to be quite simple and Greenberg does a solid job of explaining the material. However, once the exams hits another level. The material that she teaches does not do much good for the exams and some of the questions are worded very tricky. The class is doable, but it is not an easy A by any means.
She has a target copy that is basically the only textbook you will use. If you skip her class and don't watch her lectures you will probably fail. There are many tricky questions in her exams, so the best thing to do is to read carefully. She makes it harder than it should be.
Watch the videos and go to class. You must know this material inside and out to do well. Study as much as you can. This is definitely one of the hardest classes Ive taken. She is a good professor when it comes to explaining things but even she gets caught up in the material, its that confusing.
The videos for the online class are of low-quality. Poor audio and video quality! This is a real catastrophe for online students. The material itself isn't that bad.
Her packet is okay but I think she explains it 10x harder than it actually needs to be. She could try to be a little more straight forward. I always thought her tests were more difficult than what was taught in class.
This should not be a difficult class but Greenberg makes it that way. In her lectures she frequently misspeaks and gets her numbers confused so often that I'm amazed she has made it this far. This doesn't sound bad but you will lose respect and focus. Also, she tries to trick you frequently on exams and quizzes.
The reason students don't like Professor Shelly is because to do well in her class you have to put in some work. Her class is not easy, but she does a great job explaining the information. I learned a lot of very useful information.
Shelly means well but this class is unnecessarily difficult. The HW is absurdly long and not representative of the tests. Speaking of the tests, they are impossible. The only reason I even passed was using Skoolers. Go there if you want a fighting chance.
Shelly, is by far one of the most devious professors at FSU. She has no redeeming attributes and doesnt curve tests. I think the worst part though is her eagerness to trick you. All of the exam questions are solved for the most common mistakes a student will make. She puts those mistaken answers as options on the exam. Be careful In what you pick.
Amazing teacher........I am switching my major to accounting because of her.
Greenburg does a good job at explaining the material. Tests are somewhat difficult. She is best suited for A/B students who want to learn accounting.
Shelley is a great professor and knows the material well. She's sassy and pretty sarcastic, which I like. The exams are difficult and I do not like how they are at the testing center, but as long as you go to class you should be fine.
Shelley is an AMAZING teacher. She is hilarious and makes accounting fun. People who complain are those that don't study and have no desire to learn. You get the grade you deserve. Exams are fair, and she gives you a lot of practice problems. She actually makes you understand the material which will help you if you're gonna work in finance
I JUST finished her class today. I took her for 3171 and got an A. I think 3331 is much harder. I like her as a teacher and find her hilarious to listen to. I ended up with an A- but would have gotten an A if I missed 1 less Q on her final. I'm crossing my fingers for a curve, but she hasn't given one on the other exams. She did curve in 3171..
I took shelly for 3171, it was a good class all in all. The book cost $20 that needed to be printed at targetcopy (thanks for saving us money shelly). Her class is straight up, dont miss a video or a lecture - not a smart move. I watched her videos at 2x speed every time. She makes a lot of mistakes on her lectures and her voice is annoying.
I think she is a great teacher, the best accounting professor at FSU by far. She makes the material interesting. The class is hard but she gives you everything you need to succeed. I got an A- and I did my fair share of studying. Overall a great teacher and wonderful lady, be prepared to study but she is funny in class so it makes it interesting.
Rochelle makes this a very demanding class! The HW's are not representative of the tests. Beware of the discussion board questions, she grades them meticulously. The tests are incredibly difficult, Study the hell out of her self study quizzes. If you want a good grade in this class you must put in the work. You gotta put in the hours, no shortcuts.
Her class is the stereotype college class, lecture heavy with a large proportion of the grade being test-dependent. She really is a very nice lady, offers plenty of opportunity for extra credit, has great examples, and is very helpful if you approach her. This is a hard class and her lectures will seem boring but very doable.
Shes not a bad lady. But her tests dont relate to what you study, and she has a way of making what you learn even more complicated/harder to understand. She will do everything she can to trip you up on the tests.
Overall a good teacher. Makes the material understandable and isn't very dry teaching. Class is test based so you have to put the effort in to learn the material and study it.
This class is more difficult then it needs to be. You have to really study the self Study quizzes and pay close attention to the lectures.
I started my hw at 10:00pm, it is now 3:30am. Not even halfway done. Im crying. The notes she gives are messy so watch video once and copy notes slowly and then watch it again and listen. Oh and know every word that she has ever said. She makes things so much harder than it needs to be.
I just finished the second test and can say the only reason I'm even passing is because of skoolers, which I really felt I had to use for this class. Seems silly because Shelly means well but makes the tests just unreasonable. Seek outside help if you want to only take the class once.
She is a very good teacher that goes over everything that you need to know for the exams. I studied the book and the study and scored 29/30 on every one of her exams. She is very approachable and will not stop teaching until she is sure that every single person in the room understands the concept. She reminded me of my mom for some reason.
BEWARE This class sucks. This is the type of class that teaches you "1+12" on the hw and lectures, then you sit for the exam and the problem asks what the circumference of the sun is. Ridiculously hard class for no reason. Get Skoolers and pray for a miracle. No extra credit. The hw is not relevant to the exams.
Class is tough, but it's also an upper level accounting course -- it's suppose to be. She's a great lecturer & explains stuff in such a clear and thorough way. Just watch her lecture videos and REALLY understand it, email her if you need help. She's a great professor. Learned the most from this class. Probably the most important class you'll take.
Class is hard. Its an upper-level accounting class so she makes you work for your grade. With that being said - go to class. She gives extra credit (0.2% added to your grade every time you get it). Her lectures are decently engaging and she can be funny at times. Exams are tough though. I scraped by with a B, but it was definitely difficult at time
This class is the most important class you will take as a Finance Major. Do not take this class because you have to, take this class because what you learn is what you will be doing in a real-life scenario. The class is very difficult but it is very interesting. It is a combination of past accounting courses with an emphasis on the fin statements.
This is the worst teacher at FSU. Her lectures are too long because she makes mistakes in her lectures and has to correct herself multiple times. The homework takes hours to complete and is not representative of the test. Her tests are purposely meant to trick you. Greenberg is the worst teacher in the college of business - graduated senior.
it Is a shame this is the only teacher that teaches cost accounting for finance majors. She is horrible at teaching!
This class is a must if you want to go into investment banking. You will learn so much about accounting that you will definitely need. Tests are fair, but not easy. I'm going to warn you - the exams require some critical thinking. Do not under estimate them!
The only negative reviews Professor Greenberg receives comes from the same students that have trouble understanding the most simple of accounting problems. This class is very straightforward and the material learned is vital for a succesful career in the Fin Industry. IB, PE, S&T, ER or any career where you make multiples of the minimum wage.
Seminoles look after other Seminoles. Listen to me when I say this. Greenberg has good lectures to understand the material but that only gets you halfway through achieving a passing score on her test. Go to skoolers to understand just how deceiving her testing style is. The class was tough, Greenberg needs to change how she delivers this course.
Greenberg provides very helpful material, such as chapter packets and practice problems, but her exams are abnoxiously difficult. No matter how adequately prepared you feel, her exams includes off beat scenarios that rarely represent the homework (normally takes 4 hours to complete) or the practice problems she had made. Overall, bad communication.
Avoid this professor if possible. She breaks down the content well but her exams are terribly tough. Previous students stated that there is a heavy curve at the end of the semester so I'm banking on that.
Her lecture videos, self study quizzes and the skoolers packets make you feel like you are ready for exams but she goes out of her way to make the exams more difficult. Final exam is cumulative and the material tested from earlier in the semester is very nitpicky, specific stuff.
The HW for this class is the absolute worst. So not representative of the test and a time sink. Use Skoolers to get a grasp of the content and then pray come test time. She makes a concerted effort in testing on the smallest detail which, had I not used Skoolers, would have never occurred to me. Best of luck.
Probably the hardest class I'll take here at FSU. The lectures are long and draining. But you need to listen to them all twice before exams because you need to know how to do it forward and backward including all specific details on the exam. Exams are near impossible to pass even if you get the material. First C I ever got at FSU.
Yes, this class is tough but if you watch her lecture videos and practice her problems they are very similar. She also gives a study guide of each chapter at the end that really helps you understand what is important. THEN use SKOOLERS as extra material. Skoolers will help you get the next letter grade.
Extremely difficult but rewarding as it is the single most important Finance/Accounting class. If you are interested in working in IB this class is very useful and will help you stand out as a non-target. Try to take it before recruiting begins. Study book + go over practice questions A. I begin FT in June and am reviewing her material again.
Part 1 Counted lecture time of semester its 30hrs but in reality takes much longer since everyslide on pwrpoints is loaded For every 1 hr of vids its 3 hrs of notes & HW is waste of time each takes about 3/4 hr with Chegg, a MUST!!!! Dnt bother learning on HW just do fast as possible cause that material wont even be on test DO THE SELFQUIZEZ!!!
This class is a better version of ACG2021. You do not need skoolers for this class bc she gives all the material you need in a target print and mail packet that you fill out in class. She posts lectures on canvas and also provides practice quizzes and problems for exams. I have to take her again for ACG3331 and I am looking forward to it.
Greenberg is a great professor who is very knowledgable about the subject she teaches. Utilize her self study quizzes and actually go to class/ fill out the target copy packet and you should be fine for the exams. Homework is long and tedious.
The homework in this class is absurd when you consider how little it translates to the test. The class covers the basics and then the exam grinds you to a stump with insane multiple choice questions. Don't hesitate to use Skoolers do it for all three exams. It's the only thing that got me through the class.
This class is easy. Greenberg is extremely resourceful and provides so many things to help you- she also is quick to answer an email with any questions you might have. I ran into her at COB and she gave me so many study tips and I passed with a 98. Study, don't procrastinate, do the homework, and examples she gives you and you'll be fine.
You can start crying now. Greenberg teaches ACG3331 and ACG3171 for finance majors. These classes are so hard/tests only made to trick you. Get Skoolers to packets to pass. GOOD LUCK! If Greenberg or any staff from the college of business is reading this.... get a new teacher for these classes. We are finance majors!!!! NOT accounting majors!!!
Long, boring, drawn out lectures, 4-5 hours per module. Long HW that doesn't help your grade or prepare you for the exam. Difficult exams with plenty of trick questions on specific little things. 90% of the grade is exams. You'd think a class of this difficulty and effort would be about your major. Btw you're forced to take her for 3171 and 3371.
If you can skip her and take other professor DO IT. Homework do not help you! they are useless... The exams are completely different from the homeworks and are HARD AF... stupidly hard for no reason. She wont help you. if you fail, you fail. She wont give any extra credit. She does not care about her students. Wrost proffesor I ever had.
I am taking ACG 3171 with Greenberg and have to take 3331 with her again next semester (unfortunately). Absolutely no flexibility in the class, she is old school and even during a pandemic if you get sick or miss an exam its a zero. The material is not hard, her tests are unnecessary tricky, do skoolers if u want to save ur gpa.
Homework takes a ridiculous amount of time each week and barely counts towards your grade. 3 tests that are nothing like the homework or lectures. Test are also ridiculously hard for no reason. Get Skoolers. 0/10 reccommend.
Well it is not like you can pick any other teacher but definitely do the work. Hours upon hours of tedious lecture videos. Very in-depth. Very difficult exams.
This is the toughest ACG class you will take to date by far. The material is hard to grasp and is very detailed, as the Target Packet is 170 pages long of super detailed info. Her online lectures aren't the worst but they are all SUPER long. I recommend watching her videos once while filling out the packet then study the Skoolers packet tons.
The people who give ACG 3171 and 3331 bad ratings are lazy and didn't do the work to pass. She provides all material very transparently and has INCREDIBLY helpful self study quizzes that mirror the real exam. Watch her lectures on 2x speed and don't be a lazy student and you will get a B at a minimum, an A is easily achievable.
Put in the work and you will pass. Skoolers will not help you if you don't actually study and comprehend her lectures and target packet. Be careful with the exams, lots of weird wording in exam questions that are made to trick you. She will make sure you know the content through tricks in the questions.
The Target Packet is so long and detailed. The material is super tough even for accounting. Do not hesitate to get Skoolers, as the more you work with the material the better. Greenberg tries to help and curves your final grade at the end, as I would've gotten a C without a curve. The lectures are super long and almost impossible to digest fully.
This class is the worst, got my first C ever! The Lectures are long and super boring, the homework helps you with nothing, and the self-study guides are only a fraction of the difficulty that your gonna see on the test. I think she actually thinks we are full-blown CPAs (were not). Honestly, get schoolers and pray that your GPA can take the hit.
This class is very difficult, but if you put in the work you will pass the course. There are a lot of lectures to watch and material to comprehend. But if you are able to understand course itself instead of just memorizing ways to do problems, the class shouldnt be bad
I took her for 2 accounting classes and both times had no idea what exactly to study for the tests. Her lectures and homework do not match up and her tests are even more confusing.
This is an accounting class, so the material is difficult, but professor Greenberg does a great job of explaining things, and her lectures are very easy to follow and understand. Definitely the easiest accounting class I've taken, and the best grade I've gotten in accounting.
Professor G seems to mean well but her class is just horrible. This is my second time taking the class. I do not look forwaerd to her for financial statements. get skoolers is all i can say.
Professor Greenberg is a great professor. This class can be thought of as a financial accounting on steriods. I would recommend going to class and not purchasing Skoolers. The skoolers packets are awful and will leave you more confused.
Professor Greenberg is nice and seems like she cares about her students. Her lectures are superrr long and really only cover the basic while the exams go into precise details. She loves to put trick questions on the exams as well. I recommend getting skoolers because they know her tricks and teach you how to avoid them.
Prof. Greenberg means well to her students she wants to help all her students. If you are willing to work with her she will work with you. Prof. Greenberg's homework for this class ACG 3331 is not very useful when preparing for the exams. Her self-study quizzes are similar to the three exams you have to take in this course.
Professor Greenberg is an instructor who means well but has long videos on the online course. I recommend watching the videos again and doing the self-study quizzes that are like the exams. This class is not as hard as ACG 3331 but is still very difficult.
Took the in-person class and after going to class for a while, I noticed her online lectures are far better. Quick and to the point. There are a few tests that are a massive part of the grade. There is nothing that will prepare you best for the exams. I studied the textbook over and over and did the practice exam. The final exam was curved.
