The absolute best computer teacher I have ever seen. Knows his stuff. Makes class fun. So clear in his presentations, that you don't need your manual.

VERY easy...if you are computer literate, there is no need to go to his class. I asked him about testing out of his class and he was being an **** bout it and said most people are not successful, and i personally hate being doubted. So i only went to the first day of class and went on test days and came out good and there are no group projects!

Fantastic teacher, really funny. Word 2007 is surprizingly the hardest and it all gets easier after that. Stick with him, youll get a good grade.

Mr. Belcher was an easy going Professor. He helped me out when needed, didn't yell at me for not attending his classes(Ha. Ha.), even though I passed, and probably one of the more easier people I've actually worked with in a long time.

Before taking Rocky's class on Microsoft Office 2007 ( BIS 160-02), I was about as computer literate as a bag of hammers. Now Im confident in using these great programs with ease. Rocky is very thorough, easy to understand, and knows what hes doing. If you get the chance, take his class. Oh yea, He's an avid KISS fan for all the rockers out there!

Professor Belcher expects a lot of research (50 page business plan!) and self-directed work for this course. It was the best class I've ever taken but it was also the hardest. Mr. Belcher is a great teacher he help me find a creditable website to find home-base jobs. Make sure you read the chapters and understand the material for the weekly quizzes, there are questions that are not directly from the chapters. NEVER skip class, and always remember to put the attendance pin in, it could effect your financial aid!

Intro to small business accounting has been a great chance to learn accounting theory and accounting software. Rocky has been a good teacher through the class, stern when necessary but generally good natured and informative.

Prof. Belcher was great! Most assignments were graded on participation, and tests were easy. Questions were straight out of the textbook, which was expensive because of the access code. Four two-page papers over semester, weekly quizzes and fill-in-the-blank and matching homework. Answered questions quickly and thoroughly. This was a great class.

I would definitely recommend Rocky, he is very interesting in how he lets you know the information. He also gives you homework, but most times you can figure it out in your book. Also he helps you if you need, just ask or look in your book, it's all there. He canceled class on 1 day of finals week and this is a crucial time. Overall GREAT TEACHER

I really enjoyed being apart of Professor Belcher course. He made the class setting really relaxed and open. I am usually nervous about asking questions openly but in his class, ask what you will and he does a great job of answering with patients.

Sinclair is well known as a great Community College. This is because of professors like Rocky. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The Entrepreneurship courses are taught at the Dayton Arcade. It is a bit of a walk (especially in the winter), but well worth the effort. It made me feel like I was part of the Dayton Small Business community.

Prof. Belcher is an engaging instructor who makes the material interesting. Assignments are manageable, and tests align with the textbook. Unstuck AI proved helpful for study prep alongside the course resources.

He's brilliant, very experienced in business, best professor I've ever had. He cares about his students and wants them to succeed, any concept he mentions he can relate back to something in business he himself has experienced. The only bad is that he retired before I finished my major, if he ever comes back, you'd be missing out to not choose him.
