Pretty Good Teacher

Mr.Reyes is a very good professor.He knows his stuff which is computers.He is very helpful.I don't know how many time I called him on the phone and if he did'nt answer hr would always call me back.I would take him again.....

Really easy class. Cool guy. He's just usually very vague about projects.

Great Instructor. very easy but must go to class (its a computer lab, so to learn u have to at least show up) . he usually let us leave early to work at home but makes u do class work on each chapter which is easy. projects required for mid term & final which were very easy. if u ever need help or clarification just ask & he will also show u exampl

Really nice guy. I agree with him being somewhat vague on projects, but the class in general is really easy.

Easy class and he?ll let you leave early to work at home. Downside is you need your book and you have class work and home work due almost everyday. A little vague at times?yes, but he?s a good guy and the class is easy.

This class was so boring. He has his favorites and I didn't like that. His method of teaching wasn't fun and we had a quiz every single day so it really sucked if you happen to be absent cuz then it was a 0 and the work just keeps on piling up..a lot of homework, a rediculous project we had to do about programing I'm not even a Comp Science major

Really cool guy, and has his favorites, because I was one of them :) Homework everyday so you should always attend class. He lets you do group tests if you SUGGEST it, if you don't, your loss. Final is a group presentation but I would start early, it's very tedious .

He is very smart and accommodates for students that need accommodations.

Good instructor one of the most informative. If there is a issue with an assignment he will tell you and let you make the corrections. Very down to earth. He gives more than enough time (4days usually) for me to complete my work which is usually only 30min assignments at the most. All you have to do is show up and and do your homework, easy A.

Excellent class Mr. Reyes did an outstanding job of instructing the class. Very easy to understand and he has given plenty of time to complete assignment.

This professor is stern but fair. As long as you do your work and turn it in on time you cannot fail. If you have any problem you can e-mail Professor Reyes and he usually response quickly.

make sure you attend classes. if you take this course just make sure you're up to date on all of your assignments. don't get behind in this course, it will take you five steps backwards. all work is done on the computer, no textbook.

Mr. Reyes is an excellent instructor. The class was very well developed and Mr. Reyes did a great job of presenting the class. Would recommene him to others for classes.

He is really fair. as long as you turn in the work on time you cannot fail. Also if you have a problem you can e-mail Professor Reyes and he'll usually respond quickly to reslove the issue.

Over all this college success course has educated me on how to manage my time with college and my daily routine. The important aspect for me that I learned was self motivation, team work and how to be consistant. Mr. Rodney educated us on how to achieve any goal you have set in order to complete your major or even other life goals besides college.

This class was to help beganning college students who need the extra push and information on how to function throughout your class This course showed me how to be a little more responsible and how to maintain a great grade in my college career Mr Reyes is an excellent instructor who I really do appreciate

Extremely helpful i tried to stay caught up but work and school was to stressful. You as thge professor did a great job teaching the course and help me out understanding how to plan out my future as a student.

I enjoy Mr. Reyes class very much. I thought he was thorough in his teaching and his presentations were very clear and informative. I learned great time management skills and efficiency with this class. He was also very helpful if I needed help with any assignment or if I had any questions at all about the course. I would want him as a teacher.

Mr. Reyes is very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. He provided a lot of information to help me succeed in college. He is clear on putting out information. My advice to students is to attend class and turn-in assignments. He will respond quickly if you email or call him. This was an easy “A”.

Mr. Reyes is a real teacher/Professor. One who communicates with his students. I find that he was interested in what my papers were about. if I had a problem with my computer he asked how much time was needed. That is always helpful in a class that is taken on line.. Thank You Mr. Reyes you ROCK!!!!!!!

Such an easy A if you do the work. The material itself is boring, but Mr. Reyes is far from it!

The course was great. There is no way you could fail this class unless you didn't complete your modules. Rodney will definitely be there to help you out if you were in need of it.

If I had to take this course again, I would go with him again without a question. Although that is not necessary because he will sacrifice any of his own time just help you pass this class. He really cares about his class therefore he will take it series but never make you feel pressured. But if you're looking for a professor that cares its him.

Rodney Reyes Is a very respectful to his students and cares about them as well. He wants to make sure you know you have what you need to succeed in college.

Just show up to class and do the online assignments and it's an easy A+!!! Miss class or any assignments and expect to FAIL!!! Very easy course just have to do the work. Group final project so make sure you try your hardest to get your team mates to participate. If they don't make sure you try contacting them and let him know!

Very good professor just show up to class and do all assignments online if you ever get stuck he is more than willing to help out if you need it would definitely recommend

He is a really good instructor. He gives you everything you need to pass. There is a lot of little assignments but they are really easy. He is really funny too! He also gives you a ton of chances to receive extra credit .

Good teacher. Very caring and understanding. Attendance is a must and you must keep track of all the assignments due to be able to turn them in on time! Overall good class. Class participation gets you "extra credit".

Mr. Reyes is a cool, laid back guy. The class was pretty easy but did have a lot of assignments and one big final group project. I felt like this class was unnecessary (I mean, it is a Student Success course) but Mr. Reyes did not make it as bad as it sounds. Some days were fun, others you pretty much just worked independently.

I took Mr. Reyes he's a cool paid d back teacher, he's understanding that we have lives. Just show that you care about the class and you will be fine.

Mr. Reyes is a very good teacher. If you have a problem and you let him know he will definitely help you. I had a problem with my ACES account and he helped me with the assignments missing. Talk to him and he will help you. Lots of homework and attendance matters.

Mr. Reyes is one of the best, if not best, professors at NVC. He was definitely my favorite professor this semester. You can tell that his #1 goal is for his students to succeed and I definitely felt that. Show up, do the work (not too much), take advantage of the extra credit opportunities, and you're good to go. I HIGHLY recommend him!!! :-)

Mr. Reyes was a wonderful professor. He was very understanding, and would work with you and answered any questions that you had. He ran his classes in a fun and engaging manner. There is a lot of work, but it is not very difficult, only time consuming. As long as you show up to class and do the homework, you will pass fine.

Mr. Reyes was absolutely awesome! He's the kind of teacher that will help you through anything. He genuinely cares about each and everyone of his students. I had him as my first class at 8AM, and even though it was early in the day he made me feel inspired for the rest of my classes. He made me feel inspired and motivated to put in work for school.

Great professor! You must do the work to pass. The assignments are extremely easy; quizzes are easy; no exams; and final exam is team project. Most of the assignments are online so you can do them at home or in class. I will take him again.

I took Mr. Reyes last semester. He will work with you when you run into problems. Always trying to help. He really cares about his students.

Mr. Reyes has a great personality he can make you laugh, but sometimes he can be rough at time. He is strict on dates but sometimes he can be lenient on assignment depending on how hard you worked on it.

If you try your best at assignments and come to class, Mr. Reyes will work with you and help you if you are struggling and is extremely helpful. Mr. Reyes is one of the most down to earth instructors/teachers I have had in a long time. If there is any problems you are having with the class, all you have to do is simply talk to him and he will do all he can do to help you as long as you meet him halfway.

Professor Reyes is very easy going, however leep in mind you decide to show up late or not even show up without notice you won't enjoy this class. But other than that assignments and tasks is easy to do.

There are a lot of assignments due during each week. If you have a busy schedule then talk to Reyes bc hes very understanding. Hes very funny and cares about the students. Theres a group project thats replaced for a final. There are essays that are assigned, but theyre only 600 words long. Keep on top on your assignments to pass!!!

Mr Reyes makes sure to keep updated with his students, works to actually help us pass and gives good tips to balance school and work. He truly cares, has a group project as a final, and doesn't grade harshly. He takes the time to do everything he can to help I recommend 10/10

Professor Reyes is honestly the best professor I have had. Very caring, he responds so quickly. Understanding of people that have work, school and kids. His assignments are so clear, no confusion at all. Overall so understanding, he was meat to be a professor, he will push you to become better and he will never set you up for failure.

Professor Reyes is great. so kind and caring and flexible as long as you communicate with him. He responds to your emails and questions FAST. Most of the homework is tedious but easy peasy. Would definitely take this online course with Dr. Rodney. Its all well organized, you have a week to complete assignments and lots of extra credit opportunity! Hes a great communicator, if you need time to complete assignments, he is very understanding. Assignments are easy, may require some time but nothing complicated; you cannot fail!

He is a very kind and caring teacher. He understands if there are certain difficulties you are having and will try his best to help you out. I would definitely have him as a teacher again if I could.

I loved this class. I really felt like I learned a lot. The only issue I found was having such a long assignment and complex chapters during an already hectic time in the semester with it being a holiday. I think that maybe switching the week of 7 assignments from the same week as Thanksgiving to maybe the week after would be beneficial.

Easy A, do work you pass. Assignments 11-16 are the most tedious start early. Textbook needed. Reply's quickly, very understanding. Super nice professor took online for flex 8 weeks. Final open textbook 20 questions, 60 min. Discussions are easy, assignments easy just follow the book. Take this class you will not fail.

Professor Reyes was extremely helpful and understanding when I was in the hospital with Covid-19, and he went the extra mile to assist me with completion of the course while I was recovering from the illness.

Dr. Reyes is exceptional! Took online 8 week flex course and passed with over 100% because he gives extra credit if you complete assignments early. There is no way you can fail this class so long as you do your work.
