Ridiculously HOTT! Very helpful, attendence is not mandatory and tests are pretty much identical to the study guide he gives you. I am horrible at math, did not try that hard and still got a "C." Love him!

Kick ass math teacher.

This man is amazing. He doesnt kill you with hard problems. He's fair, funny and help you alot. Once he stayed after class and watched over me as I was practicing on some harder questions from a harder section. I have a class during his office hour and he told me if I want I can call him and he'd come to my class and help me. What a nice guy.

This is guy is clear on everything. He helps you with the homework and his exams are exactly what he says is going to be on the test. I enjoyed his class, probably the best math teacher at Willow International that is clear and cares for his students.

Mr. H is amazing. He is incredibly helpful and will bend over backwards to help you. He is kind, funny, and engages the whole class. I HIGHLY recommend taking him for a math class...all your past math experiences will finally make sense:)

This guy was so helpful, when I look back he is the reason I was able to pass Calculus 1 & 2 (Math5A5B. Very helpful, he explains everything well. Homework isn't really mandatory but in order to do good on the exam do the homework. If you have a chance to take his class, take it because he is the best math teacher at Willow International Period.

Best math teacher at Willow hands down. He teaches clearly, helps you with the homeworks, and whatever he says on the exam is on the exam. I struggled with Calculus 1&2 while taking other teachers, but he helped me understand and therefore I passed. Take him if you have the chance for Calc 1&2, trust me people he is the best at willow hands down

He is a wonderful teacher. Math classes are normally pretty dull but he keeps the class laughing. He is great at explaining how to do each problem, has incredible patience and genuinely cares about each student. He doesn't hesitate to stay after class to help you if you are lost. Great teacher and not too strict.

Considering I hate Math, this class was great. Great teacher! Lots of fun and h made the subject matter relevant and interesting. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Hitchcock for any math class.

Great teacher! He makes math not boring by making it not so technical, and more about how you can use it in a practical day to day use. The best part is if you have a good grade and not need more math for your major then you dont have to take the final!

A very fun class. All around a nice experienc. Im always impressed by mathemathics professors who manage to stay enthusiastic about such a "boring" topic.

As simple as, HITCHCOCK IS IN THE HOUSE! He's one of the greatest instructors on this campus. If you do the homework, you will ace every test. Don't be deceived by how funny and nice he is, you need to study for this class for sure. Also, homework is not mandatory but do it because when its due, he grades it.

Hitchcock is a bro for sure. He's super excited to teach you math! Has a great personality, makes math as fun as humanly possible. If you don't get an A in this class it's because your algebra sucks. Hitchcock really spends time on the concepts too!

I'm pretty sure he's a comedian by night and a math teacher by day because this man will make you die laughing. Make sure you complete homework because it could mean a lower letter grade. Mr. Hitchcock is probably the best math teacher at WillowClovis Center. He's hilarious which makes showing up for class much more enjoyable. Attendance is not mandatory, but you will struggle if you don't attend. Also, homework is all out of the book so buy it. You won't regret taking Mr. Hitchcock. He's the best!!

I enjoy his class. Funny teacher and fair grader when it comes to test. Also, does his best for us to understand his lectures. The good thing about the class is that final is optional, however final are longer and harder since is going back to the beginning, I would try to avoid the final.

I had him for 4A,5A, and 5B. I learned alot from Mr Hitchcok and I found a love for math in his class. I never left algebra 1 in HS and I never tried. I now have a passion for math and its helped my Engineering major. he's a great person and I spent a lot of time after class asking him questions and he was always stayed as long as I had questions.

Professor Hitchcock is a wonderful teacher. He doesn't want anyone to fail. If you don't do well it's your own fault. Homework isn't nessesary mandatory but it was what helped me just because I need continued practice. I could have easily gotten an A if I put in a little more effort. Attendance is mandatory unless you can learn on your own.

He is one of the best math teachers in the state of California (at least). He explains everything the way you won't ever forget it. He's so friendly and funny. Classes are all fun and. It's not like other math classes that you want to fall sleep after 15 minutes. You really learn if you pay attention and do the homework. He made me love calculus.

I took him for trig and it was the first math class I have ever looked forward to. He's hilarious too. His teaching style is very visual and and he's happy to explain any questions. He gives you the entire 3 weeks between exams to do the homework but don't fall behind or it builds up really fast.

Classes flew by because he is hilarious! He is a very caring teacher. He does everything he can to help you understand what you're struggling with. Your attendance is not mandatory. Test every 2 weeks and they are very easy with easy extra credit problems. Honestly the best teacher I have ever had, especially a math teacher.

So this professor is hilarious! He gives lectures that you can relate to and makes math actually okay to handle with. Does not give a lot of homework and only gives you 3 tests and a final that's optional. Very good choice for a math teacher!

He is the funniest professor ever. His tests were exactly like the study guides. If you just do the study guide you will get an A on the test. He also usually lets us out 30 minutes early.

I hope everyone takes his class, u will not regret it. Uses the same book for Math10A/B Tells funny stories during lecture, making it easy to understand things. The homework is medium workload. He tells u EXACTLY whats going to be on the test a week prior. No surprises

The homework is off the book and he goes over it in class. As long as you go to class and study you will be fine.

Calculus is hard but Hitchcock is a good teacher and he's hilarious. Homework is worth 85% . of your grade. He's very clear on what's on the exams and will go over any questions you have on the homework. If you work hard in the class you'll do fine. Class does go pretty fast so make sure you show up all the time.

85% of your grade is based on the four tests. Does not offer a final to replace your lowest test grade. However, he truly does care about your success in his class and will grade his tests very fairly. Homework is due on exam day so I would redo each assignment before exam, which definitely how I got an A in the class. Don't slack on the homework.

An overall great teacher. His lectures are lively and he interacts well with his students. Was very accommodating and easy to talk to and is open to giving you more resource options if asked. We had four tests, no cumulative, and a fair amount of homework. Only issue is we didn't have set dates for tests and he was a bit too lax about it.

He was such a funny teacher! However he does side track a lot in his lectures and then crams all the important concepts last minute which always made it difficult to do homework. However he is very willing to help whenever you had questions or just want extra help! He will explain what's on tests so pay attention!

Professor provides many videos that explains the work. My lab homework is easy and it gives step by steps and examples. Do the work and participate and yo will do fine.

I had Prof. Hitchcock for Math 10A and Math 10B! and let me tell you, he is a very easy and understanding Professor. He loves his teachings and he is very accommodating if you are struggling with a math question. I struggle with math a lot and being in his class, makes me like Math.

Solid Professor, gives a very reasonable amount of homework and all the homework for a section isn't due until the day of the test, so you can be flexible with when you get it done. Good at explaining things for the most part and keeps people attentive with lots of dad jokes. Would definitely recommend.

Professor Hitchcock is a truly hilarious and awesome professor. If you have questions on the homework, he will spend most, if not all, of the class time on answering homework questions. One of the funniest professors I have ever had. Homework was all online and so were half of the tests. Even if you thought you didn't do great on the in-person half, there was still the online portion which was always worth 40% or more. Overall taught introductory calculus well and would take again!

Professor Hitchcock is a people person, this is apparent by the conversations he will form with anyone and everyone if possible. He is very friendly and does have the best interest of the student in mind. Although it did feel like he ensured the 4P students were up to speed due to their arrogance to skip other classes, my education was not wasted

Hitchcock is my favorite math instructor. Most math instructors require very minuscule things like grading notes or doing things their way, but Hitchcock let's you do it any way that works for you and encourages it. You do not have to memorize formulas (thank god) but still study. Four unit tests, no comprehensive final, homework due day of test.

Hitchcock is very engaging and fun. However, be aware that his teaching style may not be for everyone. He doesn't use slides and introduces topics very broadly, then begins to make it more digestible. For me, I'd start each unit very confused, but it would later come together. You have to be an active listener but if you can adapt you'll be good.

His teaching style really helped me out, and the class was also super easy, since I failed stats the semester before. The program he uses for homework and the tests is kind of annoying, but I don't think it's his decision.
