Dr. Campbell is one of the most energetic professors I have had. He does not make you take notes. You really don't have to go to class, but I would recommend it. Do no chew gum, do not wear a hat, and do not say umm! Quizzes are really easy and the assignments are too. Very low workload.

Dr. Campbell was easily the most enthusiastic professor I had at NCSU. Aside from being extremely accomplished professionally, Dr. Campbell is a superb teacher. His methods are unique, but extremely effective if you're a student that actually cares. Beauty of Campbell's class...if you're not interested, you can still easily earn an A.

DR. Campbell is the best teacher I have had thus far at NCSU. He has a great sense of humor and personality. The way he teaches and the way his textbook is set up it is nearly impossible to make anything less than an A+. I know now at the end of the class there is no way I could come away from his class and not be able to set up my own business.

A bit pricey for his own text book- $100+ didn't seem worth it, but the info was good. Attendance is somewhat mandatory because we do a quiz almost every day(super easy).Expect field trips- Court house,Washington DC. Beginning of the semester was a lot of busy work but it does get easier.Some group work req. Great teacher--priceless wisdom. Easy A.

He seems like the kind of teacher that just gives grades without a lot of explanation. I would like to know how I got certain grades, but since they were both A's I guess I won't complain. He is one of those teachers that either likes you or he doesn't. Slackers beware of this class. Although he boasts highest grade distribution at the university.

I have not been in the AgBusiness major for long, but he has been the best professor that I have ever had here at NCSU in the past 4 years i've been here. He's enthusiastic and you leave his class learning life long lessons that don't just go in one ear and then leave once you have an exam over with. There is a lot of work involved, but worth it.

This is by far one of the best classes I have taken! Mr. Campbell is a very good teacher just do chew gum, have your hands in your pockets, or wear a hat in class! You have to take a lot of quizzes and give presentations but they are very useful learning techniques.

Clear and loud professor who is open and will answer to cell phone calls and text messages. Don't take the class online if you can help it. Don't put a whole lot of stock into any of the grade you get during the entire semester, until the mid-term. What you get on your final exam WILL be what you get for your final grade. Pretty easy though.

I took the class online and it was a straightforward class. Dr. Campbell is very helpful and will accommodate you as best he can. He does a good job making the class online friendly unlike other online classes that I have taken. His tests do cover a lot of material, but it is all out of the textbook. If you read the book you will do well.

He's a good instructor and expects you to do your part. The course isn't hard but if you don't study you won't do well. He does everything he can to make sure you learn the material and get a good understanding of the material.

First online class I have taken with another university (UGA). It was unique and helpful to work with students at another university. After working through the kinks it was very easy to meet with UGA students online. I would recommend this type of setup for future students.

This was a great course that was set up to help you learn efficiently and in depth on the topics. Quizzes and word puzzles are used to help you understand the concepts better and it helps prepare you for the exams. I really enjoyed this class and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it! Dr C excels in teaching a DE course!

This is the first interstate online course I have ever taken. The class was fun and I learned a lot. Dr. C laid out the textbook well and made it easy to follow and the word puzzles were a great study tool and made it fun. I would highly recommend taking Dr. C's class.

Dr. Campbell was extremely helpful, and kept the course interesting with mock trials and videos. Although there was a quiz everyday, they really contributed to having success with the tests and major project.

ARE 306 is a great class. Dr. Campbell is clear with is expectations from the first day of class and holds students to a higher standard. Dr. Campbell is always willing to work with students who need help and is always available. He responds to e mails very quickly and is an great teacher. Do what he says, turn in your work on time, get an A.

Dr. Campbell has set up ARE 495 differently then most courses taken within the ARE department. This was the first time I felt like I was taking an Ag Econ course rather than a farm management class. This course and Dr. Campbell helps introduce the policies and current issues within the agriculture sector from an international perspective.

Dr. Campbell really cares for his students and always willing to help. The material that he teaches can be used beyond the college career. ARE 495 really help me develop interest in agriculture policies and issues from international perspective. There need to be more class like this within the ARE department.

Through long hours and countless late night of studying I earned an A and a Outstanding Scholar Award. I believe that the book was very helpful because it approached the information in a different manor than most normal textbooks(plain and boring). Having the crosswords and puzzles after every chapter really keeps you involved. The group presentations are very helpful and getting people in front of class is a good way to practice to boost confidence

I hope Dr. Campbell can stay around for more students. The textbook for class which he wrote is phenomenal. Odd rules but just follow them! Learned so much about law from his class from how the textbook and quizzes were formatted. I have not retained so much useful information in any other class I think. Great professor, take him, respect him.

Great class for the summer. You need to purchase a new version of his textbook! It is a very good text book to have on hand and it is super easy to read and find the answers your are looking for. Easy to reference and I feel the style of questions and answers is exactly what you need in a law class.

Highly recommend Dr. Campbell and this class. Most enjoyable online class I have taken at State. Definitely purchase HIS textbook brand new. It has crossword puzzles and word wraps that were helpful in learning law terminology. He enticed in me a love for law. Dr. Campbell loves what he teaches and his students. Very simple and straightforward class. Just read through each chapter (which are only about 5 or 6 pages of easy to understand questions and answers) and you won't even have to study for the quizzes or tests.

For a professor at NCSU Dr C is one of my favorites, he keeps the energy up during class, the assignments aren't hard though the work load is average. In general when it comes down to it if you do the work, come to class, and participate your going to do good. He's one of the few that wants you to do your best and he will stay on you to do so.

He really worked well with you as long as you worked well with him. Gives great instructions on exactly what to do. I love the video chatting that we learned to do in the class.

The goal of this course is to provide prophylactic jurisprudence. This means that it provides one with the tools to have an understanding of US law. The topics covered include torts, insurance law, and business law . The final project is actually useful as it requires one to write a partnership agreement that one would see in a business setting.

Dr. Campbell simplifies law and clearly describes how we use (and need to use) its fundamentals every day. Wish I had taken before buying my house! The experience in court was very eye opening and related directly to reading material. I wasn't sure about taking this class because of perceptions of corporate law but this was really educating.

A great class to take. Tests are given directly after taking the notes every day and then graded on the spot so you know what questions you missed and why. Easy to pass if you just do the work but also easy to fail if you choose to be lazy. Getting to class early and helping swipe people in will get you major brownie points.

Dr. Campbell is by far the best professor I have had at NCSU! He is such a great person and shows it through being very personable and lively in class. This is a class everyone will truly need because his book is something you can keep throughout your life to refer back to. His class provides very handy information that is useful in life!

Ron is a great teacher!!! I took him during a semester when I had a lot harder classes, and I honestly worried that this class would just be too much. Well, it isn't. As long as you show up, do what is required, don't wear a hat in class you will pass. Plus he is a great teacher! I would definitely take his class again.

The best part of Dr. Campbell's class is the textbook, which he wrote himself. It is organized into questions rather than a boring chunk of text like normal textbooks. The book had valuable lessons and is the only textbook that I have ever read in its entirety. It is also a workbook with puzzles, which keep you engaged in the material.

Dr. Campbell is by far the best professor that I have had at NCSU. He does make you attend class, speak in class, and dress up for presentations. All of these qualities are very useful because it's mandatory in the real world. Dr. Campbell will inspire you to achieve your best. His class is easy if you attend, and you'll enjoy every minute of it.

This is my favorite class I've taken at state. Campbell is hilarious and always assigns fun things for your groups to do. All the quizzes and tests are easy if you just pay attention in class. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about law. He may try to scare you in the beginning emails, but the class is really fun.

Class expectations are very clear, and the learning environment is very open. Dr. Campbell is very comical and makes every lecture fun and interesting. All of the assignments really help you learn the material.

Dr. Campbell is a really nice guy and tries to make class as fun as possible since law can be kind of boring. He shows many funny videos that are really informative at the same time and makes things really easy to remember. Ron Campbell is a phenomenal teacher. I have never laughed so much while learning in a class before. At first he is a lot to take in because he has a big personality but after a few days he becomes your favorite teacher ever. Dr. Campbell incorporated videos, discussions, reading, discussions, and tests in this class. He typically opened up the next weeks material several days early. The assignments were helpful in learning the material and were not too time consuming. This class provided a good summary of U.S. law that would be helpful for most any citizen.

I enjoyed this class. I took it over the summer and it was very manageable. There was very little work to be completed each day. Beware, the final matters ALOT Fail the final & fail the class. I did great on all of the assignments, even got a 95 on the midterm! But, I made a 87 on the final which dropped my final grade to an A-

He's a really great professor that really cares if his students pass well in his course which is the best trait a professor can have in my eyes. His class isn't necessarily easy but the work is fairly simple due to the fact his way of teaching causes one to actually learn.

Great class and professor. Dr. Campbell is willing to help at any time and really cares about each students success. Easily reachable and stays in contact with all students throughout the course. The assignments are designed to prepare you for the midterm and final exam. My favorite online class taken at NCSU.
