One of the best teachers I have had!! He makes a pretty boring class interesting, and tries to help students as much as possible. TONS of extra credit. He really listens to his students and he wants everyone to pass! Definately take him!!

He is a really good teacher! If you are interested in business this is the best critical thinking class to take, Ron was a lawyer and has worked with the stock market and in the hotel business, knows everything about business, class fun and not too hard!

He wants you to get a good grade, and helps you get there. LOTS of group work, but he helps you out with times to get together. Overall nice guy.

VERY EASY!!! If you need GBUS, grab this guy. The work is really easy, but you do a lot of group work. He canceled class about 4 times this semester, and is very helpful if you need anything. 2 tests and some research assignments. Awesome guy!

This guy was easy as ****. If you want an A then take him..I got a B+ because my team really really sucked on the final project. The final exam was the first two tests questions but with the answers scrambled or with different numbers.

Ron is the BEST!! He just wants you to learn something that you can apply to real life. Sometimes tells stories of his little weekend adventures(you just have to laugh along with him) but overall a really great professor!!

AWESOME TEACHER! he is a must take before leaving JMU. He is very energetic and actually wants to help students! Class is actually interesting and he makes the class flow. If you have to take GBUS go with Cereola! Great NY accent!

Nice man, had him for 8am so was often tired and could sleep without him saying anything. Cancels classes once a month, online/openbook tests and quizzes. HE tells you upfront its an easy A. TAKE HIM!

Ron is a GREAT guy. He is very understanding and compassionate and makes class interesting. Also, the work is easy if you just complete it. Dr. Cereola is definitely the best choice for GBUS. Had him for my 8 am, but he made it bearable. Plus he likes to cancel class. :)

nice, strange little man. boring class, but easy. very energetic and some parts can be interesting- the stuff we covered will definitely apply later in life, but still a struggle to stay awake. good guy though, very approachable.

ron is a cool guy but for some reason i have a hard time talking to him. he makes things clear and the class is generally really easy. its hard to stay awake at 8am but ron is enthusiastic and passionate about business. i dont have many feelings about this class, it was ok, at least it was easy

He is so nice and so interesting! His class is pretty fun, too. It is basically a discussion. He's pretty easy, but his exams are kind of weird, since they are on stuff that he really doesn't go over...take him though! easy A

okay so he has his favorites.. if you particpate and show some sort of interest in buisness he will cut you some slack. I had an A- but he gave me an A because I always spoke up during class. It is not the easiest A, the tests can be difficult but you take them online and you can use your book. Going to class is pointless because he doesnt lecture.

Ron led a great semester in the HTM Vegas class. We spent the semester learning about the gaming industry and summated our learning with a week in Vegas. While the scrapbooks weren't a great idea, this was one of the best hands on experiences our program provides.

Really nice! Class is boring but exams are pretty easy. Minimal studying, lots of group work. Can pick your own group. Overall it's a good class, definatly a GPA booster!

seems to make up the class as he goes along. A lot of group work. A fairly easy grader. Several mutliple choice tests a quizzes. Can take the quizzes as much as you want on blackboard. Final was open book. Not a hard class

If you want a professor that really knows business, Ron is the professor to take.

Not too hard, curves class average at the end of the semester. BUT BE WARE OF OPEN BOOK TESTS! read the chapters BEFORE you take the test. everyone complains that they are hard tests but they are only hard if you didn't read! he's funny and nice and knows a lot about business, I'd take him again

This is for Mama Metz. Cereola is the man. Your entire grade for this class is almost entirely online tests which you can retake as many times as you need....enough said. Final is a video quiz. Very easy and fun.

This teacher literally designs the class for every student to succeed...believe me - its hard to get below a B if you just do what he tells you to. all the tests are online/openbook, you can retake however many times you want. he knows all the secrets of business and knows what hes talking about - he teaches you stuff that you will use in life.

Okay so he tries to act like a hard ball but is pretty much a softy. As long as you go to class, pay attention, and complete the work you will be golden. There have been times where I feel like all we did was talk in class and didn't get anything accomplished. Take him, but there will be frustrating times.

This class is very easy. Do what he says and you will get an A. Also, he is pretty interesting and knows his subject. I am thinking about studying marketing and business now. I looked forward to class everyday and I definitely recommend him.

Honestly, I got a D+, which is unheard of in this class. The easiest teacher ever!!! All you have to do, as most of my fellow classmates have stated, is listen and do the work... He gives so many added bonuses that actually HELP you be a better student... Just do his work and you will be fine...

Of all the GBUS professors he is one of the easiest. All quizzes online. 2 tries highest score counts. no tests.. a couple of somewhat easy but frustrating at times.. E-mailing him will not give you the answers you are looking for but at office hours he is a great help. Fight for point you think you deserve. no attendance policy

this class is my EASIEST class ever! even when you miss his class (which is not mandatory) he sends out emails with any anoouncements. Tests are online and straight from book and dont have to go to class on those days. Dont think this class could be any easier!

He has a contagious passion for business and he makes the class interesting. The tests are online and open-note, based on the textbook. You don't have to go to class but I went to every class because it helped me learn more and I always wanted to hear what Ronald had to say about the chapter. Very interesting, a good course for life after college!

He's a really smart guy, the online tests are pretty easy (open book), all the powerpoints are online but I recommend going to his class for your own good. He also cancels class a lot. Really easy class overall. He teaches a lot of very relevant real life information. None of it is on the tests but as long as you read the chapter before you take them its fine, plus the tests are online. Lots of days where you don't go to class.

THis guy is really easy. The tests are online and you have two attempts at them. He drops your lowest test so most people do not take the final. The critical thinking tests are not difficult if you pay attention 2 days before them. Also you are not required to show up a bunch of days, I was scheduled to miss three weeks of class.

Cereola's class will put you to sleep. But it is easy and all the tests are online, no midterm or final. You have to hand in a summary of an article every class, but once you get 10 of them done and get full credit for them, you don't have to do anymore. Attendance is not mandatory. Not a huge fan of his class, but I don't regret taking him.

Easy class. Read the textbook for online quizzes. Only do 10 article summaries. Prepare for the few tests there are and you'll do well. :)

His class is exceptionally boring with his nasal voice but it's not a hard course. You cannot just listen to in class lectures. You must study the book and use notes given online. Since the class is kind of large you usually meet once a week sometimes two but overall what is taught in class, is quite beneficial to everyday life.

He's a little boring at times, but he really knows what he's talking about. One major perk is that he separates you into groups and you only have to come once or twice a week. I didn't have class on friday even one after midterms. He also doesn't had midterms or finals, he has a group assessment and a normal test online. (ALL his tests are online)

Dr. Cereola is willing to help anyone serious about getting an A. There were 4 2-page abstracts, 5 chapter tests (open book), 5 critical thinking tests (harder), and a number of extra credit points. He even let me skip the final chaptercritical thinking test because I took the course seriously. Willing to look at abstracts before you submit them.

This man is an absolute Legend. Learn to love him.

Cereal is my favorite professor. You have to be able to write well and explore your thoughts. He helps you a lot though! If you go to his office hours HE WILL HELP YOU! This is a great class for everybody. I recommend buying both GBUS books. They are great resources. Tests are open note and you can miss on or two. You'll do great if you go to class

Participation is also part of your grade so if you're quiet don't bother. Very helpful outside of class as well. Will teach you how to have $4 million in the bank before you retire no joke!

The tests are tough but the extra credit assignments help extraordinarily. DO THEM! The class will help you learn real-life skills! The tests are all online, so it gives you a lot of flexibility for your other classes. The class is especially a must take if your a business major.

The class can be dry at times but take notes and participate in the discussions because that is apart of your grade. Attendance is mandatory and you get extra credit if you attend every class. Even though the test are a little difficult, there are many extra credit opportunities so take advantage of that. Overall, good teacher and easy A.
