She's the worst instructor I've ever had the misfortune to have. This woman wastes half the class chatting about her life and the other half yelling. Grading criteria is vague. Disrespectful to students and doesn't care to answer questions effectively. Reads of a word-for-word script. Terrible!

She creates a hostile environment for students who are scared to ask for clarification, yet she is unclear in her expectations. Overall, I just want to honestly warn students to not take this class. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Slides are not useful. Instructions are not clear. Grading is unfair. Assignments are tedious and useless. Would not take her again.

Would definitely not recommend her as a teacher. I found she favoured students, and would pick on certain ones. VERRRY RUDE! Always feels like you are walking on egg shells in her class. She is not fair on her grading, and rushes you on in class assignments. I felt bad especially for this one boy in my class because she was never nice to him.

had her during covid-19, was completely unreasonable in the given situation. completely uncaring and unwilling to be reasonable. failed to give clear instructions on a number of assignment impacting the marks, while postingt the rubric the day after the item was due. Avoid her at all costs. A very unfair grader. She never tells how she grades everyone's papers, which makes it really ambiguous and unworthy of taking this class. She has a rubric for project and stuff but never follows it and grades however she feels.

Okay this women is actually an awful teacher and an awful person LOL - I am a smart student so it's not like I'm butt hurt over my grade but I honestly hated her and her class. She taught success social relations and it is so ironic because she is horrible at communicating, extremely passive aggressive and rude. Take someone else if you can.

Horrible. Even though this is a synchronous class, she post her lectures online and then expects flawless group presentations (FYI, all projects are in groups). And god forbid you have a group member that doesn't contribute at all, either you all get a zero or a mark deduction which is super unfair to those who actually worked hard and contributed.

I took her class this summer and it was TERRIBLE. I have a 3.8 GPA, and I almost failed. She doesn't give clear instructions, attendance mandatory but lectures are not taught. She failed the ENTIRE CLASS on our last assignment but gave no negative comments on the assignment other than "Disappointed". Every other comment was positive.

I am currently taking her class for the Fall semester for GHUM 1087 and I would not recommend her. She has no manners, period. She is abrasive, interrupts presentations, marks unfairly (happened to me) and rarely shows up for lectures so that the class can have reviews on the quizzes. There are so many bad reviews on here but nothing's done.

She is teaching social relations but is very rude to students. Has a short temper and barely hosts lectures. When emailing her she is short and does not answer questions. She should not be teaching social relations. She is not understanding in the least or gives clear instructions.

Just simple words: Dont take her class. She barely shows up for virtual class, but just provides materials and gives a bunch of tricky questions in limited time on quizzes and tests. We must study all chapters for final test which is freaking on another level. She acted quite rude and arrogant while getting questions from students.

Rona doesnt care if you pass or fail, she doesn't even care to teach you. After 15 weeks of putting up with her I am here leaving a review after my final exam and let me tell you that this is not a professor you want at all! She didn't teach once she just gives out modules and doesn't hold a class ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS SO YOUR GPA DOESNT SINK!!!

gives low marks, force you in group with people who won't work. Never gives a lectures, only Q&A, never actually solve questions and problems addressed by students. Gives hard exams that are never taught. My advise is DON'T take her and drop if you are taking her class

Never give lectures. Classes start at 8, but choose to start class at 9. Teaches successful social relations but does not have the skills herself. Overall a very RUDE person and probably one of the WORST lecturer I have encounter, so STAY AWAY FROM HER CLASS!!

A little disappointed with the course

Prepare to learn everything by yourself and do lots of group work and presentations. You will barely see her because she doesn't give lectures. She does not follow her rubric when grading and is quite disrespectful to her students. I was really disappointed because the material was quite interesting.

That is make perfect sense why so many students rate her one star. I wish I could read those common before I choose her.

All quizzes and tests were MCQs without sufficient time given. Lectures are very short and unhelpful. MCQs are made from small unimportant details from the textbook that are easy to miss. No preview nor review for test and quizzes at all. She also has an attitude when talking or replying to emails. Please avoid if possible.

Already enough bad reviews here but she's so bad that I can't help but add one more.. Literally the LAST person you would expect to learn "Human Skills" from. She lacks all the things she's trying to teach herself. Reads off a paper like a high school student, never smiles, SUPER RUDE, It's like she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed EVERYDAY.

The worst professor i've ever had. Could not be more rude, ironically teaches about customer service, and acts as the worst customer someone could ever encounter. I do not have any compliments nor reasons to thank this teacher.

There were only 4 actual lectures; the rest was tests and 3 time-consuming presentations which would take a whole week for you with harsh grading. Attendance is mandatory to earn grades. I still remember her saying, “Empathy means to put your feet in someone else's shoes” yet she showed zero understanding toward students. Take the reviews serious!

There are enough reviews, but I would say she is by far the most incompetent, toxic, and unprofessional professor I have ever encountered. Her behaviour is abusive, irrational, and deeply harmful to students. She is completely unqualified to teach human skills—or anything at all. For your education and well-being, avoid her at all costs.
