He's a great professor. He really knows his material. However, you must be present and on time to all his classes. His trest are somewhat easy if you take notes and read.

Great Professor! Teaches well. Test are okay and he gives you all the info prior to taking test. Writing notes is very important. He seems to be bugged by tardiness. Overall is there for his student's!

The best. Cares a lot, explains everything, helps constantly, we did 9 chapters of the whole book but well, instead of rushing through it. 3 tests of 10 problems each, final is also 10. The notebook is graded with the homework, so this can lift the grade. He is an AWESOME teacher, very human. Attendance is not graded, but is important for you.

This class was so GREAT it makes you wanna slap your mama! This professor is very informative. You will learn in this class and not get bored. He interacts with all his students and helps you tremendously. Tests are easy he tells you wants on it.

I did the 12 week course. He give about 4 assignments every week. His test are pretty easy. He gives you 2 chances to take his test but averages the 2 scores so take the first test very seriously. 2nd test is different. He doesn't mess around with grading his material very precise. I would recommend him just do not forget assignment or bye grade.

I have taken Macroeconomics before with a different professor and failed with an F. Taking it with professor Capute I passed with an A. If you do your work read the notes listen to the lectures you will have NO problem passing he is an amazing teacher and he will change your view on economics for sure !!!

Great Professor, relates subject matter to students. Read the book, listen to the lectures, and watch the videos posted you will do fine. Professor Capute makes learning macroeconomics interesting and not intimidating at all.

The best you can get for a economics teacher at PBSC. Better chance of passing. The class takes up a lot of your time but if you listen to the lectures, skim the text, and try then you can def pass with an A. he gives extra credit on assignments as well.

ONLINE: Learned a lot. This is not a breeze by online course. You will need textbook and online component. Each lesson is 1-2 assignments, 1-2 discussions, 1 quiz. There are 4 tests. The way he asks all his questions are situational, so you have to know the info. If you are not willing to put in the work, skip this prof.

The BEST teacher ever!I took his online course. He was funny from his very first Powerpoint.It's a lot of work but all online classes are. Do the work, listen to PP, read book and you will get an easy A.He communicates clearly and grades fairly.He is an asset to PBSC, the online environment, and economics. He is a real "teacher" and cares.

Professor Capute's class is everything that a busy, working adult is looking for in an online course. The content is chock full of useful information that applies directly to the real business world. The textbook and online reading materials are current and well written. And Professor Capute's videos are bright and funny to tie it all together.:-)

I'm currently taking Macroeconomics online with Professor Capute, and so far I'd have to say that this course is great! I actually look forward to doing the assignments. He gives great feedback, and uses YouTube videos for assignments and discussion posts. It's obvious he likes making this course fun. So far so good I have and A :)

Interesting class. College level writing is expected on discussions. If you are not good at writing, you will be really challenged. Book is necessary to pass tests. Lots of humor and does make class different and not the usual.

Great Professor everything thing he goes over will be on the test and read the book it helps. Class not that easy but you will have to earn it. I got a pretty good grade in his class and im lazy.

Took him online. Professor Capute made Econ a very nice experience for me. Learned a lot! He's very nice and will answer emails and help you out. Lessons due on Sunday night, each one with a not-too-bad work load. Take him and you'll learn a lot :)

Loved him. He gives average amount of work. It was a little more at the start of the semester before easing off. His intro to business class exams were VERY VERY hard. But i got high scores on everything else. Macroeconomics was very easy. He grades fair. I got a lot of 105/100 so he gives extra credit if you write a lot and deserve it. Helpful guy

Professor Capute is a well rounded professor. All of his lectures are organized and relevant to the material/tests. The only way to NOT pass is by giving up. I took him for summer term macroeconomics.

Professor Capute is a fantastic teacher. I took ECO2023 online & passed easily with an A. A couple short assignments a week & a quiz. Professor requires college level writing & intertwine the lesson info. Into your assignments. Answered any question I asked & has clear instructions!

As with any online class, there is definitely a good amount of work involved. His discussion posts were often lengthy. This topic is confusing in general, but he provided lectures and assignments to help you learn the material. Tests were a little tricky, but again, the subject matter is tricky and it's all about self teaching with an online class.

Professor Capute is one of the best professors I have taken, even if it was just online. He makes his assignments and lectures interesting. Theres 2/3 assignments and a quiz due every week, but they are not too hard. Hes an extremely fair grader, and his expectations are clear. Great professor, would take again

Professor Capute is a great teacher. You will learn a lot and he explains the material very well. If you answer questions most students do not know you may even get a coupon(extra credit point)!!!! All you have to do is prepare for class read and do online homework and quiz. He gives 4 tests and notes to study for test. Taking him again for Macro.

He is a great Professor only if you want to pass. Don't come to his class and think anything will be handed to you.

Professor Capute gives great lectures and makes it easier to understand economics. He gives great feedback and always will respond to an email quickly! I'm currently taking this class and have yet to use the textbook... a waste of 100 dollars just to use the Access Code (which is needed). There is a lesson due every Sunday. 1 quiz (multiple attempts), discussion, Learn smart, assignment. Majority of the class does the work on Sunday. Lectures are boring.. So far I have an A. Take if you want an A.

I took Mr. Capute online for Macroeconomics. I enjoyed his lectures and assignments. Actually doing the work and comprehending the material is key in getting a good grade. There is a fairly heavy workload, but most of it isn't particularly difficult. The tests are much harder than than the study material, make sure you understand concepts.

Online class that was easy to follow. PowerPoints were interesting and to the point. Class materials made you think. Discussion Board posts required every week. Unfortunately most of the class waits till the end of the week to post which makes you wait for your response posts. Gives good feedback to all posts. Do the work and get a good grade

There are a fair amount of assignments to be completed on a weekly basis and you work at your own pace to finish them by the deadline. The work is engaging and even though there may be a lot of assignments, it felt less like work and more interesting to make the class go by quickly. Show up and do the work and you will do well.

Prof Capute is my favorite economics teacher. He will call on you randomly and possibly embarrass you, but he is a great teacher. He cares about your success in his class. He always makes his lectures easy to understand and he will give you ample opportunities to ask any questions you may have. Strict, but fair. AND HE'S FUNNY!

I loved taking Professor Capute's class. The lessons use the graphs needed to understand economics but it is not a math-heavy course. The videos of the professor talking help immensely in understanding the textbook. I loved writing the essays and discussion posts. If you are a good writer, I recommend this course.

Professor Capute was a amazing teacher. His lectures were very understandable and everything he said was literally on the test. He is a slow grader but you will most likely make an A if you pay attention. I highly recommend that you take this course.

Loved Prof Capute. Not a very easy class, not all questions on tests are multiple choice but if you study for the tests you will get an A. There is not much class work, just homework and tests, and a research paper due at the end of the semester. This is one of those professors that actually lectures what will be on the tests so TAKE NOTES.

Ronald Capute was one of the best business teachers I've taken at PBSC. His online class structure was very organized as well as the weekly work schedule. Be sure to read the chapters and watch the videos thoroughly, because he spots the accuracy like a hawk! That made me a better student in the long run. Highly recommended.

Awesome class

I took Professor Capute during the summer and it was very jam packed. But all of his assignments are very clear and doable. I worked full time and was taking other courses at the same time and was able to stay on top of all the assignments. If you listen to the lectures and do all the assignments you can pass the class.

PP lecture, Practice Assignment(very easy!), Assignment(150 words), discussion(50 words & reply to 2 classmates 25 words), quiz(10 questions, 10 min., 2 attempts)... this is it for every week. Online class means you're basically teaching yourself. This isn't for everyone, but this class is an easy A! He does grade a little late, but not a big deal.

Do all your work and DBs you will pass.

textbook wasn't needed but the code was. all the learnsmart assignments are automatic 100pts. its like a study guide, just complete it and get 100. then do all the discussions and assignments which are easy 150 wrds. and you should pass with an A.

Mr. Capture isnt bad but he was tough when it came to grading. Its not a hard class. Just meet his expectations and youll be good.

Very easy class with this prof. learned a lot about business, his lectures are good. no big tests, or midterm, or final.. only 10 question quizzes relating to the chapter which is super easy if you read. Professor Capute makes sure that his students have everything they need for tests as he tells you what's on them during his lectures. If you didn't get an A, you either didn't put in the effort or didn't do the assignments. Easily one of my favorite professors at PBSC.

Best prof. i've taken for an online class. Like another person said, he does take a while to grade, however, he is really good with feedback on everything you write. Prof. Capute actually reads discussion posts and leaves feedback, but doesn't grade too harshly if they suck. There is a lot of work, but that's to be expected for an economics class. Highly recommend this professor, very knowledgeable on the material. Wouldn't say it was an Easy A, you definitely have to show up so you don't miss anything and work for your grade. Few assignments, mostly online through Connect. Only two tests and the final. Overall great professor, he really cares and makes sure you understand the topic.

Great guy! I took his online intro to business class and it was an easy course. He organized it very well; 4 assigment a week due every sunday. If you do the assignments on time, you'll be just fine. He is strict on deadlines but the assigments are very short.

The professor is very knowledgeable, and makes hard topics easier. He makes some jokes, and has good use of technology for remote learning. Make sure to read the book, do the LearnSmart, journals, etc. Will boost your knowledge and grade!

Took this class while distance learning and he gives about 4-5 assignments a week. It usually the learnsmarts, a small assignment, a discussion board, and the quiz. Wasn't too difficult as long as you organize yourself and don't wait till last minute. In my opinion he gives you more than enough time do the assignments.

I've had him as my online teacher for ECO and honestly, his class is pretty straightforward and self-explanatory. All the quizzes are fairly easy and the online website for the textbook helps you prepare for the quizzes. I've had no problems with him personally. :)

Professor Ronald Capute is a good teacher, but also confused. Delay in grades, when my other class finished the final, his class that I was still unsure about whether the last assignment will be posted or not.

Show up, you get extra credit for every class you go to. Very clear on what to expect throughout the semester and very understanding. I'm duel enrollment and it worked well with my AICE and AP classes and wasn't too tough of a class. Study for the tests and ask him questions. Make sure to talk during the lectures for points.

I took Macroeconomics with him and he is the best, he gives great feedback on the assignments just be ready because there are usually 4 assignments per week but they are easy as long as you complete everything you will end with an A. He also gives extra credit when you do extremely well. No lockdown browser which was convenient. Great professor!

Easy class, gives feedback, if you do the assignment beyond expectations, you'll get a couple of extra credit points. Watch the lecture videos, read the book, and then you'll do fine.

Do the assignments on time, and also have good punctuation because he takes off points for that. Maybe because the writing assignments are verrry short. Discussions and essays do not go for more than 500 words. I think the final essay was at most 700. Really not that bad, just read the book, watch the recorded lectures, and analyze the graphs!
