He's pretty good if you come to class take notes, pay attn, ask to clarify what you don't understand and least review your notes b4 the exam. you dont need the txtbk if you dont miss any classes and you take notes. overall the tests are pretty upfront. fair teacher, doesnt put stuff on the exam he didnt cover in class. no supplemental w/ him.
Good teacher decent class...makes it as much fun as you can while learning. Tests are moderate but he'll do anything to help you out. ery fair teacher.
Great Guy. Lectures arent too boring. He'll help you out with getting a good grade. If you go to class, it should be easy. The notes are good. Book was kind of pointless. Just go to class and take notes, easy as that.
Good teacher. Gives lots of examples and always answers questions. He doesn't really use the book, but it helps during studying. Easy to study for, and the tests aren't too difficult.
He is a ok Professor does not really use the textbook at all even though he tells you to do the reading if you pay attention in class you will be fine.
This guy is terrible. Forever to post grades. His tests are impossible. I understood everything in class and come test time, not!!! My lowest grade ever at Albany.. D- :( He is monotone and boring take from someone else
Very easy to understand. Makes great examples. Does not use text book. BUTTT when it comes time for the test...its confusing and he twists things around. I studied hours upon hours for days in advance and still got a c+ .
Prob the most boring class I've ever taken. Really knows what hes talking about but goes on and on about the SAME THINGS over and over... If you have questions, do expect to get them answered... after about a 15 minute explanation. Tests were pretty tough but not bad if you go over the powerpoints (posted on webct) He likes the banjo btw
Do NOT take Psych 211 with this man. The material is the same as psych 210 and is very easy, but he makes it very complicated to understand b/c he forgets we're only undergrads. Talks way too fast and will not clarify himself well if you ask him to.Will talk for 20 minutes about something that you still don't understand-very BAD psych. professor
Really boring professor, tests weren't impossible if you studied, gave extra credit, probably easier than other psy211 professors based on what ive heard from ppl in other sections
I have come to hate the phrase "We're only going to touch on this breifly," because nothing in this class is brief. Tangents upon tangents, combined with lame jokes & a whiny monotone, leave you with vague understanding of the day's topic. Tests are tedious & ask for application of concepts at a level you werent exposed to. Relies too heavily on TA
As others have said he does not really use the text. All I did was read sparknotes on psych 101 once or twice before the tests and i pulled an A with room to spare.
HORRIBLE! stay away. do not take it with this professor. Couldnt comprehend anything he said.thank god for the text b/c I had to teach myself EVERYTHING. i went to every class and took notes, yet, nothing made sense. "i dont want it to sound like im beating a dead horse" was said almost every class. I asked for help and he was sarcastic. stay away
IF YOU CAN AVOID TAKING A COURSE WITH THIS PROFESSOR, SWITCH OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!! "I dont want to sound like I'm beating a dead horse here" or his favorite "fives" (every example of statistics is five five five") the class is boring and this guy doesn't make it better at all. GET OUT OF HIS CLASSES!!
horrible class- he tries to help u understand but no one ever does. class is extremely boring and hard to sit thru- i honestly dont know how i passed but u def need to read the text and try and teach yourself to get thru it
Yo, he's so boring. He is really the exact replica of the Clear Eyes guy. He uses the textbook, don't get me wrong, but his class is extremely boring. If you can find another psychology teacher, I advise you to do that.
THIS IS THE WORST CLASS DON'T TAKE HIM!! I did not understand what he says the test are impossible even if you studied I worked my ass off studying and I got a 65 the second exam I got even lower.I withdrew from his class the day before the exam . What pissed me off the most was everyone got a 100 on the last b/c he did not have enough exams!BUT
He's really straight-forwardd, kind, and always available during office hours if needed. His tests aren't too bad, just make sure you dedicate time to the readings and actually studing your notes and you will be fine. But, beware you can't get through the class if you don't study at all...
i loved professor friedman & the inappropiate examples he gives in lecture. a lot of people found him boring, but i was always interested. attendance isn't mandatory but he does give a generous amount of extra credit randomly if you go. taking notes on his slides are a must. it's a guaranteed A if you go to class & study.
Only uses SAT words when he speaks, so unnecessary. Take Russolini
easy. didn't buy the book. tests are easy if you study. no papers just 2 exams and a final... doesn't do attendance
not a good teacher. tests are hard. requires you to learn most of the informtation that are on tests by reading the textbook because he finishes class early all the time. Gives useful examples in class, but if you don't read the textbook, then a high grade is unlikely.
Friedman Kicks Ass! He's the man! He's probably the most interesting man ive ever confronted. Definitely take his class...and if you can hang out with him on the weekends!
Of all the pys101 professors, this one is less demanding of them all; there's no supplements, quizzes, things of that nature. There is only 2 test and the final so you have to study the test. Studying the keywords in the textbook will Help a lot. He has random attendance seldomly. He has one easy extra credit you can do also.
Friedman is a great professor. I took both of his classes. REALLY NICE TOO! I got and A- and he bumped me up to an A.
Nice guy. Didn't go to class and still did pretty good because I read from the textbook.
Friedman is not awful. He tends to explain too much information in depth. His lectures are extremely boring. Overall, he is useless. You can teach yourself most of the material he covers in class. It's just reading, not rocket science; no need to attend class. Do the extra credits...and READ READ READ. and you'll get an easy A.
Friedman is a good professor. Tests are not difficult at all, as long as you study the material. Tests are usually the understanding of the textbooks vocab words. Eady Extra Credit. Def take this guy.
He was an okay professor that knew his stuff. Lectures were REALLY boring and attendance was not mandatory. Posts his powerpoints online too. He has two exams and a final..not too easy not too hard..you could teach yourself the material with the textbook. Extra Credit is good for you to do. But i recommend taking Russolini.
Funny guy sometimes. But if you read out of the book you'll ace the tests. One of the easiest classes ive taken in college.
Introduction to Psychology.... take Friedman over the other intro teachers, his tests are easy as long as you study the material and powerpoints, and the other classes have that ridiculous 100 page packet which is absolutely unnecessary.
This class itself is not that hard, but definitely boring. He makes 10% of grade based on coming to class, so show up! He can confuse matters the more examples he gives, but the textbook is clear and simple to follow. 3 Exams, 3 projects, class attendance make up total grade so if you bomb a test you can still do well.
Within days, you'll likely find out that someone is still quite sore about the Holocaust. It's not a rare example throughout the class... at all. Such aside, he can often come off as quite monotonous, and otherwise dull, but he does try to convey the material well enough, and a bit of listening/note-taking ought to get you through.
Take Into psych with this guy. Tests are easy if you look at lecture notes and read the text. He can be boring sometimes, I think this class was the only class that I never missed tho. He gives a couple extra credit assignments out. Talks about being a recently divorced Jew a lot.
Intro to Psych - definitely take him. READ THE TEXTBOOK and you will definitely get an A. He gives a lot of easy extra credit to curve grades, DO THESE EXTRA CREDITS. I actually found the material very interesting as well
He's a pretty good speaker and the lectures aren't too bad but I found the tests to be difficult and when asked for extra credit he always refused. To do well in this class you have to study really hard and hope for good test grades.
Extremely Boring. Refused to give extra credit to big LC class, but as seen on here, gives it to his other classes. Not fair. His tests are difficult, and powerpoint slides are not helpful most of the time. I recommend taking this course with another professor.
I know 500 kids in the class makes the class boring because the professor can't face to face to everyone. But listen to his class carefully it's easy to remember the material. Study hard for his slides (better take note on class) the exam isn't too hard.
He's nice. There's only 2 tests and a final. Idk if he does it every semester but for our class he dropped the lowest grade of the 2 tests. For all APSY 101 courses you need 6 research credits but thats easy. This class is boring but he makes random jokes, and raggs on his ex-wife a lot, so his sarcasm is somewhat entertaining. I'd reccommend him
DO NOT TAKE! 500 kids in the class is fine, but not with this professor. Test are somewhat hard and he has no curve or extra credit!?! Stay away if you can, and only take with him if you really have to!
Terrible class, terrible professor. I hated this class with a passion and Friedman is one of the most boring people I have ever listened to. He goes way off topic, and makes the tests nearly impossible! Powerpoints bored me to death and he refused to curve in a LC with 500+ people. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
He's a fine teacher. Take good notes and memorize things for the tests, they're difficult but not impossible. Go to his office hours and he'll love you.
This is a hard class to begin with, but he's a very thorough teacher and explains things over and over. Kind of a boring class, but it's mandatory for the major. If you have to take this class take it with him he's the easiest of all the 211 professors.
He seems like a great professor but like others have said, a class of 500+ and no curve makes it really hard to pass. There's so much information as he even says. A curve should be used but Dr. Friedman is good but the class is hard.
not very helpful at all. class is boring, i've seen multiple people fall asleep and actually drool during class. required class for many but there are other better professors for this course.
no attendance mandatory but class is really boring. not really teachers fault as there are about 450 people in the class. he gives powerpoints online and if you go over the powerpoints with the textbook you should do ok. very boring class
this guy is among the worst professors i've had. he rambles about the most insignificant details constantly, plus when i asked him a question he just told me to look it up in the book. i was excited to finally take a psych class, then i had this guy and i've lost all interest now. stay away from this man
He really isn't all that bad. While his lectures are on the boring side, it's really helpful to go to class because he gives great examples that help a lot for the tests. Read the textbook and go to the lectures. Don't just rely on the notes because he doesn't cover it all but he still tests you on it. Memorize the examples.
WORST PROFESSOR EVER!!! my friend recommended him cause his powerpoints were online and it basically had all the help in the world on them but once i took him, he said no more powerpoints and everyone began doing really bad! take him at your own risk
Great teacher. He may of repeated himself, but he explained everything so clear to make sure everyone understood, in a lecture class. I was not interested nor good at psych before this but his tests were extremely fair and he gave an optional 10 points extra credit for each test (by filling out a 5 minute survey). Extremely helpful and nice
Friedman is definitely the worst person to take this class with. He talks to students as if they should know this stuff and his tests are IMPOSSIBLE. I highly recommend taking this course with someone else, since 211 is needed to complete the Major.
Not a good teacher at all. Power points are not online. I took this class my senior year of high school prior to taking this one and got an A. With him I have only 70's or lower on his test. Very few notes given during class and expands on pointless information. I highly recommend taking this class with another teacher if you want a decent grade.
THANK GOD FOR EXTRA CREDIT. His lectures cover 20 % of what is on the test so if you want to do good you should read the chapters. I suggest you pick someone else
Terrible teacher, always in a miserable mood, very boring and monotone
He teaches this class so much better then psy101. Very helpful and always asks for questions. He wants to make sure his students understand the topic. His tests are simple if you study at least a little. He gives away ALOT of extra credit. Good professor for this class.
Interesting lectures and plenty of extra credit opportunities (sometimes 5 points worth!) He has a self-deprecating sense of humor and adds lots of video clips and other media to help get points across. Tests are straightforward but pay close attention to what he says in class, its more likely to be on the test than what is in the text. Recommended
I'm not entirely sure why his rating is only a 3. If you pay attention when he talks, take down notes from the power point, and attend class on a regular basis you should pass with at least a B. Obviously reading the book helps, but just listening to the general information he talks about in class is enough to do sufficiently well on the exams.
The 2 hardest classes for psych majors are 210 & 211. With that in mind, you should expect this course to be fairly difficult. And believe me, it is. That being said, Friedman tries his hardest to convey the information to you in ways you can understand. He gives ALOT of extra credit and although his exams are hard, his curves are very helpful.
Wonderful teacher, actually cares about his students success. Very helpful and does his best to explain information in the simplest way. Homeworks are very simple, tests are moderately difficult. but he gives a lot of oppurtunities for extra credit. and hes a pretty funny guy. seriously reccomend him for any class he teaches.
DONT TAKE THIS CLASS WITH THIS PROFESSOR. This is an already difficult class and he just makes it harder to understand. If possible take with another professor since this course is required for the major. Though he gives extra credit and easy homework (for the most part), his exams are impossible to understand. He is sarcastic as well! Don't take!!
Had him for 101 too, and he's honestly one of the best teacher's I have had here. He cares what people get and genuinely wants to help make the difficult material easier for you. Throws extra credit around like its candy. No attendance necessary, straight forward tests, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Plus, he almost never keeps you in class the entire time.
Interesting topics but, like most 100 level classes, it's just copying info from powerpoints. Attendance is encouraged by iClicker grades. Tests are hard but not impossible if you go to every class and study. Friedman was fun and entertaining, though.
He is an amazing professor. He gives extra credit opportunities through the iclicker. It is important to go for his classes since most of the times his test examples are from examples he talked about in class. Getting a good grade is not hard in his class if you go for his classes regularly and study his slides.
Taking his PSY 101 course, he is a great professor and really loves teaching this class. Wish i could take more of his classes.
Teacher is rather confusing, often says his tests are just as confusing, yet refuses to give extra credit.
Interesting dude, gives daily "Clicker Questions".. and tries to describe psycology terms with negative and obsence examples (i.e. torcher chanbers, child neglect, animal abuse). But he gives a TON of extra credit, Exams are baced off textbook and clicker questions and studying is a MUST for the exams.
iClicker is your friend! Lots of extra credit from it. Kind of boring, so find a friend in the class so if you zone out (which will definitely happen), you can fill in each others your notes. Power points are on Blackboard however, it would be smart to write down his verbal notes too. Tests are easy if you study. He posts review slides too.
Rambles on and on, and the more he talks the less clear the subject matter becomes. Also he acknowledges the fact that his test questions are difficult, and refuses to work with the students. When you ask questions in class, he answers rudely, if he decides to answer at all. I would avoid this class with Friedman at all cost.
This is a really tough class and his lectures alone weren't much help, the textbook was more clear than his lectures at times. He does give a lot of extra credit that goes towards the tests so you should attend class regularly. There is 5 hw assignments and 3 tests and a cumulative final. There are also review sessions right before tests.
skim textbook chapters. he does powerpoint lectures in class which he uploads online so use that to study, go to review sessions - they help!! get to class on time so you know what hes talking about and don't miss extra credit. does clicker questions for attendance, usually two after that you can leave.
He is a nice professor. When doing his lectures, he really tries his hardest to explain it and gives good examples. He will not move on unless its clear to you. His tests can be a bit tricky, but all you need to do is study. He gives a lot of extra credit to try to help you out, so I would suggest you go to class. Overall he is a good professor.
He's very nice and really tries to be helpful. I went to every single class because he gives out extra credit for your exams. And by going to class, you can go through the examples he provides which are useful when studying for the exams. Not always an easy subject but go to class, take notes with lots of examples, study well and you'll be fine.
Not the best professor but I guess not the worst either. Lectures are all over the place but you get quite a bit of extra credit. Uses Iclickers for participation and extra credit. Relies a lot on the readings but you can pass without doing them. Not a lot of what he says makes sense but because of extra credit its very easy to pass. t
He is all over the place. As a result, lectures are not helpful. Take this class if you are okay with studying thee reading material on your own.
Goes over a little of what you need to know in lectures. You teach yourself a lot of the material. Review is pointless. Show up to class to get extra credit and make sure you read the textbook.
NOT EASY IN ANY WAY AT ALL. you have to teach yourself and you can't teach yourself two days before a test you'll still fail. have to go to class there's clickers. not clear teaching he tries but no. tests hard and final cumulative. awful.
Friedman's class is pretty clear cut, read the textbook and youll do better than when studying his slides. He has clicker questions each class which go toward attendance and extra credit. You get about 10-20 extra credit points onto your GPA if you get these extra credit points so you can easily go up a letter grade or two. Not the worst class!
No homework or assignments. Always take your clicker to class. He may give extra credit based on some questions. Keep the slides by your side while studying/reviewing. They really do help for shortlisting the important material. His lectures are sometimes confusing so study from the book for clarity.
This class is SO easy. If you are looking for an easy A, take this course!! You definitely can't skip class, because he says things that aren't in the power point a lot and uses the iClickers to take attendance/participation.
There's three exams all non-cumulative. If you just go and listen you're guaranteed to learn, if you put in the extra work and read the textbook... there's no reason you shouldn't get a B minimum. Uses iClicker and gives a ton of extra credit when the class gets it wrong and he re-polls. Class is pretty straight forward.
Three non-cumulative exams, the final is cumulative but if you go to class, pay attention and read the book for a more detailed explanation of things you don't understand.. there's no reason you shouldn't pass. Uses iClicker for participation and see where the class is.. re-polls often for extra credit.
Did terrible on tests even with going to every class. Going will help because you get many opportunities to get extra credit. Barely passed all the test and ended up with a B- which means a HUGE curve. Most boring teacher I have ever had in my life. Read the textbook if you need examples to help.
Only thing good about this professor is all his extra credit options. As I sit in class right now, I feel as though it is my duty as a fellow peer to warn other college students about him. He takes way too long to go through 3 slides, like a full hour and twenty minutes. His questions on tests are difficult and every single answer is tricky. BIG NO
I was shocked when I saw that his rating wasn't near a 5 when I looked him up on here. Friedman is brilliant. To use a principle taught in his class, PSY211 is the final mandatory course for psych majors, so there is going to be selection bias in the ratings here due to people who failed their final requisite for graduation.
The class is very boring, and the material is pretty boring. Go to class and I promise you will do fine. My highest quiz score was a 88 and I got an A- in the class because I went to class and there was tons of extra credit available, which is awesome because the quizzes are pretty difficult. Theres 5 hw assignments which are really easy
His tests are not very clear & are definitely tricky even if you do study for hours. BUT, still make sure to study or else the end results will not be pretty. Somehow I ended up with a B+ even though I didn't do too well on his exams. Extra credit is a blessing. Don't take this class if you're uncomfortable w/ uncertainty about what ur grade will b
He is a great professor and I highly recommend taking his classes. Offers extra credit as points for the exam. No homework, clicker questions for extra credit. Total of 3 exams only.
Loved this class. Wasnt even a psych major but he gave alot of extra points through IClicker. Three test, only studied like two to three days before exam and got 80s and above on all exams. Goto class for clicker points!
Hardest class I've taken so far. 3 tests & cumulative final. 5 HW assignments. Clicker questions every class and he offers a lot of extra credit. The professor is good but the material is just so hard. Psych majors need it so you just have to suck it up. Study a lot, go to office hours, go to class & do extra credit you should be fine.
Friedman loves jargon and hardly tries to explain course material, and when he does, he uses terms we didn't learn and uses the word he is trying to define in the definition. Whenever he asks any questions, on tests or iClickers, its unclear what he's actually asking for. Save yourself the headache and find another professor for this class.
He seems like a nice guy, tries to make jokes but overall he is boring. Everything he says is monotonous and you can tell he's been teaching this class for a while because he's like a robot. Anyway, copy the slides down from class, do the click questions for extracredit, study two days before the test and you'll be fine.
He's such a horrible teacher. Do not take him!! I went to him for help and he was so rude. His lectures are so boring. And you have to read the textbook because he doesn't go over everything in class.
Very monotone and lectures are long and difficult to listen to. Tough material, and it was not made any easier. Not the nicest guy ever, but not mean. I'd say about 5/10 on the niceness scale.
While he's boring. As along as you go to class and take good notes, you'll be okay. Reading helps and preparing yourself with flashcards. Yes he is not friendly think sheldon from big bang theory. Anyway i got a 67 on the first test, then a 92 on midterm and then 94 on final. Dont forget clicker !
I deeply enjoyed this class! I thought the course was very interesting and well taught.
Prof. Friedman is a funny guy, however, his lectures are boring. He usually reads off the slide and has redundant explanations for the slides. My grade could've been higher for the class but the questions on the tests are vague and difficult to understand. I got two B- and one C+ for the exams. Many people do well on the tests though.
I'd say hes about your average professor. His lectures are long and boring but some topics are interesting and he provides some videos and jokes. His tests are a little challenging but reasonable. Has strict no phone no laptop in class policy. I slacked off a bit as this was elective but its possible for an A if you seriously put in a little effort
He was pretty average. A lot of chances for extra credit through the iclicker, so go to class. I found the course pretty interesting. The textbook is definitely not mandatory, so do not waste your money.
Make sure to be on top of the research requirement especially after the semester because this mf gave me a incomplete or I letter grade yet I had all the proof to show him I had done the requirement.
This professor does not want to see you do well. He offers little extra credit. WHAT IS TAUGHT IS NOT THE SAME AS ON THE TEST. He will repeatedly ask the same Blackboard questions over and over even though the entire class gets it wrong due to his insufficient teaching. Your grade is based on 4 exams and clicker questions only. Horrible.
only uses powerpoints and talks during the entire class. a lot of memorization but thats the point of psychology anyways. try to sit in the front of the class if you want to do better
Blabbers a lot. His questions are super tricky and don't really address the subject itself. Smart guy, horrible professor.
APSY101 was really easy. The textbook he used was free and online, and as long as you read it (or at least skim it) and attend lectures the exams are easy. Attendance is mandatory, he has clicker questions that count for attendance every class. Gives a lot of opportunities for extra credit during class.
I have to retake the class... I am very upset
This is my second time taking this class because I almost failed last semester. I expected to do a lot better this semester because it is mt second time taking it, but it is still as boring as ever. the class is required, and I have no interest in it, so it is hard for me to do good when I'm not interested in the course content.
Pretty good professor, class is asynchronous so attendance is not mandatory. Lecture videos posted are very helpful and clear, often funny. An easy grader. Exams are relatively easy if you listen to videos attentively. You need to do some research pool to earn some more credits. Responds to emails at most a day later.
Prof Friedman was a great Psychology Professor! I found the content very interesting and he gives great examples. If you watch ALL of the lectures and actually pay attention the tests are a breeze. One short homework on every topic and he gives extra credit at the end to improve your grade. I would highly recommend Professor Friedman!
I took this class asynchronously so I had my doubts but this class was AMAZING. He gives a specific number of homework assignments which he gives you at least a month to do. His lectures are enjoyable because of how engaging and detailed he is so if you watch the lectures then the test is a breeze. Tip: don't allow your hws to pile up!
You're graded off of clicker points, but just for participation, it doesn't matter if you get them right. If you get extra credit right, you'll get the extra credit. No homework, the other grades are made up of 3 tests. He's real passionate about what he teaches, and pay attention to the questions he asks in class, they'll prob be on the test.
Hes absolutely so rude. theres hardly anything for him to grade us off and when he does he doesnt give anything above an 80. he doesnt require attendance but he requires clickers and if you cant get them in time he gives a 0 and no credit for participation and attendance. hes unfair and his lectures are so boring.
The tests are nothing like the lectures, study the textbook and pay attention to the clicker questions
Prof Friedman grades based on clicker participation, tests, and a required research section. There are extra credit opportunities in almost every class and the research is easy to fulfill as you just answer survey questions. He is flexible and even changed to online tests as it worked best for our class. Pay attention in class and you will be fine.
I am a freshman and Ronald was my favorite professor by far this year. Although I know a lot of people can zone out, if you pay attention to his lectures his class is definitely an easy A but I find him to be especially interesting. He has a dry sense of humor and a lot of experience in the field and is obviously passionate about what he's teaching
Friedman isn't a bad teacher at all, he's been here for a really long time so he knows what he's talking about and what he's doing. The first two tests are completely online so if you wanna use your notes i say feel free, but the last test is in person. He also does give extra credit and check attendance through clicker questions. He's really nice.
Prof Friedman was my favorite teacher this semester. He knows what he is talking about and is entertaining. His class is simple. Not attendance mandatory, but clicker questions count for attendance. Besides clickers, there are 3 tests - 2 regular and the final. The first 2 are online, and final is in person. This class is easy if you pay attention.
He's honestly not a bad professor but he does talk a lot. Participation matters a lot because you have to answer iClicker questions in order to get attendance. The no technology thing people are complaining about isn't really that serious just get a notebook for his class. The textbook is mandatory but I barely used it.
3 online tests, which can be kinda difficult so you definitely need to study. Takes attendance with iClicker & gives lots of extra credit. No HW.
if you don't read the textbook the test questions make no sense
I learned alot and found him very funny. i found that the way he teaches interesting and entertaining so its hard not to pay attention. The work is easy and his grading is very fair.
Very respectable, clearly a professor who was meant to teach psychology. He seems like he likes it and is interested in telling us. Gives 25 extra credit for iclicker every lecture. No homework. Just show up and get your participation credits. 3 exams.
Friedman is a seasoned prof who makes the material engaging. Textbook is helpful, but you can get by with attentive note-taking. Tests are challenging but manageable with regular studying. unstuck AI proved a useful tool for practice.
Very educated professor who loves what he does .Attendance is mandatory and its apart of your grade.
Super easy class. Showing up every day can boost your grade a full letter grade, and his tests are entirely based off of his lectures so you don't need to read the textbook chapters. Can be a little boring sometimes, but as long as you show up and participate in the clicker questions and take notes, you're guaranteed to score good.
Grades are only based on the iClicker + Exams.
IClickers used for attendance and participation points. Definitely have to attend lectures and take lots of notes - everything on the slides and he says. Tests are open note so the more notes you take the easier the tests will be. Test questions come directly from the lectures and slides - definitely write everything down! Only like 2 tests online
