Had him both in person and online. Online was really a LOT of work -- but he told it would be. 5 weeks is too short if you have other classes too. Really knowledgeable and super nice and helpful. I think people just want it easier in 5 weeks and it's not. Take him at Valley!

BEST PROFESSOR AT VALLEY! I've taken him for more than one class and I just registered for another class with him. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but if you're expecting to slack off then of course you won't receive a good grade. He gives positive reinforcement and provides real life examples to help you remember the material SIMPLY AMAZING!

Easy to get an A if you study. Good testing methods, pretty good teaching methods, opportunities for extra credit and teacher feedback. Rude about gender stuff and kinda condescending, plus the guy's got an ego, but it's a decent class. Take him, but take him with a grain of salt.

Loves to give 1920 if it's not just to his liking. Takes the points off if you don't write exactly perfect. Takes points off if it's not APA format, even if you used MLA. He does give you a lot of help though and lots of comments. I learned much more than most classes with the same amount of effort, but he was really picky.

The BEST online class I have EVER taken. Tons of good information without getting stuck in a book. Yeah, there's a lot of questions from the book (he wrote it lol!), but if you know how, you can look up a lot of it. But you will know it, cause you actually LEARN it. TAKE HIM!

The scantron exams are not too hard, getting an A is doable, but as other people have stated, his grading criteria on written (APA) papers is harsh. Almost impossible to get anything higher than a B. I enjoyed Professor Mossler's class very much. He's a great lecturer who really knows his stuff. His grading criteria is very simple but challenging! Just make sure you get the class textbook and read it!! Tests are around 40 questions each, lowest grade is dropped (out of four). Final is cumulative (100 questions), with study guide! Take him!

Took psy 41 in class and psy 11 online. LOVED in class, but 11 is a lot of work without him to keep you awake. Totally fun class, funny, lots of help on assignments, goes on entertaining humors and stories that are even related to psychology. Take him!

4 exams lowest test score is dropped. 5 research assignments that are 250 words long easy right? A good amount of extra credit opportunities , DO THEM they help out a lot! He is hilarious his lectures never bore you and make you understand the subject !

Dr. Mossler is the head of the psych department and rightly so. He is super knowledgeable, caring, and very laid back. He gives you everything you need to pass the class, including extra credit here and there. There are 4 test/ quizzes and 3 online assignments based off of the textbook he wrote. He will always answer any questions at any time.

4 exams, final is online. 3 easy written assignments on canvas. Super strict about APA format. After reading his reviews, I used the book (which i usually dont) and barely scored an A on the first 2 exams. then i stopped and focused on my notes + slides and got 97 & 100%. Aced the final. Super chill. There's homework every week that is the same as what you do in class. No surprises and it's all online. Online psych class is kinda hard, had to read every chapter of the book. One discussion/assignment due every week when theres no quiz/exam. Quizzes/Exams suck, can't go back to a previous question once you completed it. Would not recommend unless you love reading everyday.

Im not a math person ,but after taking Mosslers class I learn how to love it. Mossler explains everything step by step clearly until you get it. He gave a lot of extra credit and passes candy sometimes. I wish he taught Stars 101 I would highly recommend him! Everyone literally passed his class with As and Bs.
