Great teacher! She is from South Africa so her accent can be thick at some times, but still understandable. Her tests are just like her reviews, so if you study those you'll surely make an A. My favorite Professor so far, Hands down!!

Dr. Hattoh is a good professor. Her lectures and slides are clear, and she even gives you handouts you can use to take notes,along with reviews to study off of. Yes, she has rules~gasp!~, but she is clear on them on the FIRST day. If you have a problem not using your phone in class or with showing up and having attendance taken, you wont do well.

She is a very CLEAR teacher. I made an A and all i did was just wrote down all the examples she gave during her lectures which is what her test are over. Test are exactly what she lectures over but she can get boring at points. Overall pretty easy class, DONT miss class!

Took her for 5.5 summer session; she has 4 tests and no papers for her summer classes.Reviews are IDENTICAL to her tests. I never bought the book; her tests are IDENTICAL with the lecture, and I made an A. She even gives you the notes pre-typed. She can be very rude at times. Don't even think about getting your cell phone out, or she will make a big scene! I made an A, but it took some work. As an International student studying English is very hard,even studying with the psychology. Dr. Rose is an organized professor who is very nice. She explain all students' questions and clear. I learned a lot in this class. She will have class in 2011 Summer(SAC M-Th from 2:15- 4:05pm). Tell you friend to register, hurry up! It will full soon!

Easy class as long as you pay attention and study the review she gives. Some of the questions on the test come directly from the chapter reviews from the book. At times really boring, she will give you a hard time if you look like you're not paying attention. Overall good proffesor.

Dr. Hattoh was an excellent professor. I do wish she spoke more clearly and understood questions a little bit more clearly, but overall, an amazing person and professor. Pay attention to what she's saying and you won't fall asleep. Her bits of wit and humor will make you giggle. Exams are EASY, if you study a lot and take tons of notes.

This class is ridiculously easy. Only 4 exams and reviews are given for each. She gives 4 quiz for extra credit on exams. She also give 10 points for perfect attendance. Impossible to fail this class unless you don't care. She does have an accent which I was worried about,easy to understand after a couple of classes. No phones allowed so beware!!

Hattoh is a very sweet professor but this was the worst class I've taken in my life. It's extremely boring and I find that she repeats herself to take up the entire class period. If you can handle that, it's a fairly easy A. She gives you a review and the quizzes are extra credit on the exam.

Dr. Hattoh gives great lectures that can easily be followed with the printed note outlines. Her explanations of concepts went slower than I would have liked , but overall all you need to do is pay attention in class and take basic notes. She only gives four fairly easy unit tests that I was able to ace just by making flashcards. Understanding, too.

Professor Hattoh is awesome! She always makes time for questions and clarification. She does have a slight African accent, but speaks clear enough to understand. Tests are tough, but study topics are clear-cut. (she gives out quiz and test reviews in advance). Very helpful and knowledgeable:)

Great professor! Tests were mostly scenarios, but she takes the grade your make on your quizzes and adds extra credit to your test. Your quizzes can only help you. You must read the book although she gives you a study guide. You must go into descriptive detail with the words she gives you on the study guide. Made a 108 in this course.

Dr. Hattoh has a pronounced accent, but as soon as you acclimate to it you will be fine. If you do the study guide you will get an A. There are multiple opportunities for extra credit. She is crazy smart and really wants her students to do well. If you need help, just ask.

Dr. Rose is an amazing instructor! Strict, but her lectures are so clear and precise with her uses of examples. Definitely not an easy A, but show up on time, pay attention, do the short reading assignments (quizzes) online, the short quizzes in class, read your textbook, scan through review and you're guaranteed an A. Total of about 4 tests.

She is sweet, however she does need you to do the work, she lays out clear instructions on what she expects, do the work -you will pass. Attach meaning to your readings and you will pass. Show up to class and you will pass. The work is on you .. and you will pass.

Dr. Hattoh is a gem. She's very passionate about psychology and definitely shows through her lectures. The only thing is she does randomly call on students often which I know is pretty anxiety inducing for a lot of people. But she loves answering (on topic!) questions. Do the reading quizzes and reviews!

All notes are online and she gives extra credit for perfect attendance and online quizzes (which you get 3 attempts on each to get a 100). Reviews directly reflect what's going to be on the test!

WARNING: She is from Ghana, so her accent is heavy. Try not to over complicate your questions as she sometimes has trouble understanding, but for the most part, she gets it. She's a good teacher with a good sense of humor and she really likes psychology. She cares about her students and their grades. Her class is worth taking.

Her in-class PowerPoints include more info, so I recommend going to class. Tests are based off of examples so you should really study and understand your notes. Professor Hattoh gave clear instructions at the beginning of what she expected of you during the semester. Her test were easy and exactly like the study guides. Passed with an A extra credit for doing weekly quizzes online plus if you havent missed a day.

Professor Hattoh is so knowledgable and gifted. Her lectures in class are mandatory but are easy to understand and follow along with. She has all of her lectures posted on Blackboard ahead of time and explains them throughout the class with all sorts of stories and analogies. I was hesitant about the class at first but happy I took the class!

There was 4 tests and 4 quizzes for this class. The tests weren't that hard, she'll give you a list of what you need to study for each chapter. The quizzes are extra credit. She will give you a code to access to online textbook so you don't need to buy textbook.

During COVID-19 it was difficult to stay motivated but her work that she gave was easy, if you read the textbook that she provides it will be super easy to pass this class, she also provides opportunities for extra credit :). I will definitely take this class again to do better even tough it was easy to get an A.

Dr Hattoh is such a nice and kind lady, took her class in summer is basically read at your own pace, study her power points and email her if you have questions. We just had four exams and an extra credit no quizzes because is a 5 week session. I will definetly take her again!

This class was fairly straight forward, it was a distance learning course so Dr. Hattoh didn't have lectures. listen to the powerpoints and read confusing topics. Tests are pretty easy and when you do the study guide look at PowerPoint notes and textbook. study guides are topics that are covered on the test and you apply scenarios to the situations

this class was manageable and I really felt like I learned a lot. look over the study guides; they're extremely helpful for her tests (which are multiple choice!) she will always encourage you to do your best

Took her spring 20 and I loved her and her class so much that I changed my major to Psychology. She is very understanding, pay attention in class and study the lectures and you will pass fairly easy. I got a bad grade on my first test and she reached out to make sure I was okay, I finished the semester with an A.

Hattoh's class was very easy, I never had to reach out to her once throughout the duration of the course. There is a textbook required, but I never read it. As long as you do her study guides you should be okay.

I took an online course with Rose. This should be an easy class to pass if you read the chapters and listen to her lecture notes consistently. Both tests and quizzes were open-booked so they were pretty straightforward. On the bad side though, lecture audio were sometimes difficult to understand because Rose has a very thick accent.

As a person who is very lazy this class was the easiest class I have taken so far. Don't usually rate professors but Hattoh made it very easy to pass the course. 10/10 would recommend xD

This course is online so I never really talked to the professor but the class, I love it. I love the lectures she uploads and how she explains everything and makes it really clear. It's easy to understand and ace that class if you actually pay attention and watch the lectures. She makes it easy to understand.

Professor Hattoh was great. She is very nice and caring. Her course was very easy. The grade was based off of 4 tests that were all online, open note open textbook and have two chances to take it to get the best grade. She provided extra credit through weekly quizzes and two dissuasion boards. Definitely easiest class I've taken and stress free.

Prof. Hattoh is fairly hands-off due to the straightforward nature of the class. There isn't much reason for her to micromanage because she expects that you will take care of what you need to do. Her class is laid out very clearly, and she's always been accessible when needed.

Dr. Hattoh is retiring, so future students may not get to enjoy her class! This class is straight-forward - attend class, do the readings, take the quizzes and tests.
