This is one of the best professors I've ever had. He knows how to teach, and how to explain difficult subjects in a easy way. He is not an easy "A", but it worth it.

I took him over the summer. He does a great job explaining the concepts. The tests are easy if you study. He does make the final a large part of the grade. You do leave the class really knowing macro. If you can learn from just lectures, I recommend him

Makes you feel stupid & gullible. Too much material for 12 weeks, adds in additional info based on the real world, & makes his multiple choice tests tricky. The final is 50 percent of your grade but at least he gives the Qs and As to the essay exam. At least he curves the tests & you get more points for attendance. Only take if ur a business major.

This guy knows what he is talking about. He will take chapters from the book and apply it to real world situations. He also asks questions from the class and makes it really interesting. You do not have to read the book for his class he will give you notes which will basically be the book. If you understand the concept you will do well.

He's the one teacher that will speak his mind and tell you the TRUTH. He's what I like to call the realest. He speaks clearly and is always willing to repeat anything if your confused, lost, or needs a little bit more help. He doesn't assign any homework and his test are pretty easy if you come to class everyday and study. Challenging, but COOL

This is a man that knows his business, and has actually been in the business world, so has plenty of experience to back up his lectures. If you are a business major, TAKE HIM. This was the best teacher I've ever had. He will spend as much time as you need to understand the material, and he asks other students to explain so you can get their hlep in class as well. All of his tests are fairly easy if you pay attention. This prof was so interesting and he related all the material in class to real life situations.

Dont count on ever getting out early, class could be taught in one hour but he waste a large amount of time reviewing what he's already taught and encouraging students to participate but that ends up being nonsense mostly. Though, he is a good professor, you will learn a fair amount. Just be prepared to be relatively bored throughout the semester.

I would not take this teacher in an express course because I had him once a week for 3 hours at night and its long. His teaching is GREAT, he gaves no homework only test. He will help you if you dont understand he will repeat over and over. Overall his class was interesting just dont do an express term.

Yo he's simple. If you want to learn macroeconomics take this guy. he's really great. i took him for 6 week, and boy did i learn a lot. I passed his course just by paying attention and taking note. Not once i had to use the book. You overall grade is base mainly on the finial. and also if you don't get what he's saying ask questions.

If you want to learn Economics you need to learn it from this guy. I learned more in this class than I did in any of my other classes I took the past 2 years. His economics is clear and if you dont get it he will help you till you do. This knowledge will take you far in life if you can apply it.

I found this prof to be exceptional. He was focused and knew his stuff! And he knew how to teach it! He could break everything down so you can apply the material to today's world. In my personal opinion, one of the best professors I have had at PBCC so far. Mind you this is a community college so most students entering his class for the first time will be scared away since they don't know what "college" is really like. Simply put he knows his field - and knows it well. Real life experience + lectures = great teaching.

This professor is a republican who seems to hate democrats. He claims not to be republican or democrat, but constantly said negative things about the democrats. Overall he does not go by the book. I took him for both macro and micro economics. He is really entertaining. I usually fall asleep in all my classes but I can actually stay awake with him. No textbook is needed but it could help you. Take good notes and study them often and you will do great. All grades are tests. They are not hard tests as long as you did what i just said to do.

Prof. must have read comments from May because 1st two tests were from his notes BUT 3rd (& some of final) was surprisingly mostly from book without warning: no A's, 3 b's, rest of class had c's, d's & f's on test 3. He's a good prof. but even though he says to study notes, study them & the book as well. He takes attendance almost daily

He lectures for the whole class, take notes, study notes, and no need for the textbook. Research paper is very important. Easy A or B for students who go to class.

The thing about this professor is that he actually cares about his students learning the subject, but he is completely rude and will humiliate you if he calls on you and you don't know the answer. I'm sure there are other professors at pbsc that are as good at teaching, but in a more respectful and professional way. Don't take him.

Mr.Berberian is the greatest professor. You will look at life differently after his course. If you plan on actually doing something with your business degree I would suggest taking him and listening closely. He gets on students who try to hide and not participate, but its only because he cares. If you REALLY want to learn Economics take him.

I loved this class, and Prof Berberian is awesome! He actually cares and was a businessman himself. I was very upset that he wasn't teaching Micro at night for my next semester. You won't be disappointed. Is all lecture, book is good to reference but not necessary.

Very stright up Prof. No book needed he is stright lecture. If you go to class take notes and read over your notes you will have no problems taking his tests and passing his class, even with not getting a review for tests.

This professor is the smartest and most experienced prof you'll ever get at a comm college. He's an expert at what he teaches and you WILL learn. His class can be somewhat hard, since there's only two tests and a paper. But you will not fail because you don't understand the material, that's for sure.

Took him my last semester at PBS before transferring into FAU and gained a lot of knowledge and wisdom of economics, real world examples, and business. Write down all his notes. Take and take advantage of the real life experiences he explains to benefit in your career path and making career decisions. Best professor at PBS!
