GREAT TEACHER, GREAT CLASS TO TAKE ONLINE. Very easy program online to use. You have about 30 very easy online tasks which you have a week to complete they take about 5 minutes each to complete. She answers very quickly to E-mails and is very open to questions. She's awesome!

Took her for spanish 1 and 2! She's an amazing professor. Always helpful. There's def a lot of homework. But you'll learn spanish!

Online Class, all done in Enlina. A lot of work, very time consuming. However I did not do any work for 3 of the 16 weeks and still had a C. The grades are all in Enlina so you can see how you are doing. Two attempts per exercise, second usually gives you the answer. Patner activities every week. Google translate is useful while in this course.

Took Online. Used En Linea software. Don't bother buying the Panorama textbook! Mine is still in the shrink wrap. Course is very time consuming. Expect to spend several hours each week. Can do each activity twice. Partner assignments are a pain. She is very friendly, helpful, and provides good feedback. Wish she taught SPN 1121 Online!

Took online. No midterm/final. Each chapter is split into two weeks. First week a few assignments, 2nd week A LOT. Nice teacher. Dont really need book b/c book is online. Gives chances for extra credit. Except for a test every other week, you can do EVERY ASSIGNMENT OVER & you will see what you got wrong and be able to correct it. shes understandin

Wonderful professor. Due to a personal issue, I missed taking a chapter test (lots of points). I explained what happened (totally my fault), and she allowed me an extra day to complete it. VERY helpful in explaining her grades even giving you several examples of the correct way. I wish she was teaching Spanish II online, but she isn't :(

As a first time student I found this course extremelly tough. I couln't keep up with the assignments. I took it online and the Quia program doesn't teach you everything it quizes you on. Way too much work, not enough time to complete the lessons. If online, do not buy the book you wont need it.

Took online great class and teacher. Material is rather easy but theres alot of it. You definitely have to set time aside to do all the work. Very manageable. One speaking part for each lesson so all together 7 speaking parts that are graded. Very reasonable on the graded as well. Wish she teached spanish 2..Fun and easy class

I took this class online. VERY easy A. The teacher is very quick to respond to any questions. There is no midterm or final. You just do all the activities provided online. You get 2 chances on all the activities. After you answer it one time the answers are provided for you so guaranteed 100% on all. Easiest A ever.

Took online, the class was pretty easy as long as you did the work. She does take awhile at times to respond to emails/ questions. I did have to correct her on my grade a few times but she was very apologetic and fixed it right away. Do the work=A. Uses Angel and another program so pay attention to deadlines.

Took a blender class with her. Wonderful teacher. She has tons of energy and seems to always be in a great mood...which makes class more fun. Class does require a decent amount of work, but that which is required isn't all that difficult.

Great teacher. Very enthusiastic, helpful, and nice. The lectures are almost entirely in Spanish, but she uses many hand gestures and pictures while speaking. There are about 15-25 online assignments each week. A second attempt is accepted on assignments if you score over 50% on the first attempt. Great class if you're not taking a lot of classes

Excellent professor! I took her summer session online. Lots of small assignments, which are all open book along with the quizzes and chapter tests. The final exam is procored, no books or notes allowed- which made it very difficult seeing all quizzes & tests were open book! She offers extra credit as well.... Very fair professor!

Program used was great, however, I recommend taking up a partner with the work. I did not and I struggled the whole class. Lots of assignments in academic program and the professor writes in Spanish. However, she was always helpful when I needed her. Required a headset with a microphone. Proctored midterm and final.

She's a good professor but the course itself is very difficult for beginners. This is a 4 credit course which explains how much you have to study. You will have to study very hard if you have no previous background in Spanish. No aides allowed for Midterm and Final. All work is done from the textbook.

I love Senora Levin, she's a really great teacher and kind person in general. Her class has made me more interested in Spanish, I'm glad to have a professor like her! She's very helpful and will be flexible if you are going through a personal or family problem. Her grading is lenient as well because she really just wants to see you succeed.

Senora is super awesome! She is so sweet and litteraly just a happy person. She really wants to see you succeed. the program, panorama, is pretty difficult. the online homework can be up to 35 assignments per week (5-10 min on each). she is very leniant and helpful. The tests are so easy! I didnt study and I got 95+. She makes class really fun

Profesora Levin is one of my favorite instructors in all my life - not just college. She is a genuinely sweet and easy-going, cheerful person and I love that. She really cares for her students too. We only had two tests in the semester (each on three chapters) all open book, notes, dictionary, etc. Not too much homework either. I'll miss it!

I just finished Elementary Spanish 1 online the summer edition (10 weeks) with an A. The course itself is brutal simply due to the amount of information that is required to digest along with the workload (roughly 76 assignments due each week with the exception of two weeks used for preparing of the exams) but Professor Levin was always available.

Took blended class and it was great! came to class once a week and then watch and do assignment at home online . The next day go to class to practice what you learned, she did different activities that were creative for you to learn spanish. I am not fluent but I do know the basics to get to Spanish 2 class. She is great and energetic.

Super nice- Just finished Spanish four with her (I had her for all four semesters). Nothing but helpful and always willing to give you a hand when you need it. For the class itself, lots of Spanish homework online, so it helps to work with friends. Also, towards the end of the semester there is an oral presentation so practice your pronunciation.

She is super nice and always willing to give you help for anything! 80% of the class is in Spanish, she provides like 5 study guides and power points before an exam, they're usually harder than the actual exam which makes you super prepared for it. One con is the estimated hw time is 3 hrs 30 mins. Attendance is mandatory, she will take it personal

She is such a great teacher and you can tell she truly enjoys teaching the class. She is very passionate and understanding. She tries to make you understand everything that she teaches. Gives good tests and makes you work in groups a lot. She gives you plenty of time to do hw.

It was a Spanish 2 class, so expect to read a lot. Everything was in Spanish. Midterm and Final counted as 20% of your overall grade. You use the same book as Spanish 1. There are a couple of written projects and one verbal one. Also, expect to write one discussion per chapter along with 2 replies per chapter.

She's so sweet and so fun! She makes the class fun, and you learn a lot.

For Spanish I and II, Levin is the absolute best. For this class, it was tough. I come from a Spanish household, so I understood more, but she only speaks in Spanish. It was very difficult for my classmates, and it moves really fast compared to I and II. Be ready for a challenge, but she is an amazing professor. I wouldn't take Spanish without her.

This was a great class. Levin should be know as exceptional for her Spanish I and II classes. After that it's still good, but not great. But for Spanish I and II, which are requirements, she is the best. I wouldn't take Spanish with a different professor after Levin.

The professor has many assisnments online for HW. At times it can be long but its worth the credit. The test all have a review. Do the review and you will do great on the test.

Professor Levin is amazing no matter what level of Spanish you are in. She will take the time to make sure you understand the material and make sure you have fun along the way. Took this class fully online, Lots of homework, you need to put away time every day of the week to stay on top of it. I am not doing well due to my reasons, not because of her as a professor. She is very nice and if you ask she may reopen an assignment for you. She has zoom sessions every now and then, if you cannot attend she records them.

Prof Levin is great! I really liked her online class. There is a lot of VHL homework but I didnt mind that. Only the midterm and the final are proctored, everything else is open book. She is very helpful and she grades very gently and based on the rubric. If you do all the work, there is no reason you cant get a pretty easy A in this class.

Ms. Levin is a sweet and kind professor. The class is based on the VHL textbook and two projects. Get ready to spend at least 6h/weekly to complete the homework and the next 6 for studying. I'd recommend taking either SPC-live or regular lectures to interact with the language. The classes are straightforward. The assignments are graded quickly.

I took Profesora Levin for Spanish 1 and 2. I took Spanish 1 during the summer which was brutal. It was not because of her it was just a heavy work load and a lot of content covered. She is wonderful and very helpful. Her midterms and finals are proctored but she is a gentle grader. She is always communicating and sending emails. Take her class!

Took Sra. Levin for Spanish 1 and 2. She is very helpful. Grammar is the hardest part of the course, but the VHL learning software makes it easy as long as you take notes, take time to fully focus on the material, and pay attention to the videos. Not many discussions and the projects are easy. Mid-term and final exams are proctored.

I took Professor Levin for Spanish 1 and Spanish 2. Professor Levin is a really great professor, she explains things very well. For the projects that we had, she gave us sample projects so we knew exactly what she expected from us. Her midterm/final reviews are very informative and helpful! Put in the time and the effort, and you will do great!!

What a fantastic professor. She is funny, inspirational and it's just a great time being in her class. The class moves very quickly and she makes a lot of fun games to learn the vocabulary. Roxana Levin was amazing at dealing with my ADHD and my lisp. I cant wait to take part 2 of her class. She used portales for the lessons but there is also a book that goes with it. you dont really have to buy it as the pages you are studying are in the lesson as well.

This course was hard and the exams were complicated. Lots of heavy work, however, that is Spanish 2 for you online. Regardless, Levin was amazing. She was always in constant communication and graded weekly. Would recommend her to all, but remember it is a heavy work load.

Awesome professor. I had her for Spanish I in a fully online course, but she was very understanding when I had late work due to hurricane Helene. She reversed late penalties for me on some assignments. Her course is evenly spread out with your grade counting towards homework, projects and tests which makes exams less stressful.
