I don't know who those people are or what they are talking about. Dr.A. is an AMAZING teacher she added spunk to the class and I'm actually considering taking Psychology as a minor. The way she taught the class and her stories made the class comprehensive. We only had to do 2 papers and one group presentation gives EXTRA CREDIT. I highly recommend

MRS. ANDERSON IS ONE OF THE BEST TEACHERS I HAVE EVER HAD, SHE IS REALLY NICE, SWEET AND FUNNY. SHE KEEPS THE CLASS LAUGHING AND ALWAYS RELATE DIFFERENT STORIES TO HER LIFE SO THE CLASS CAN GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING. 2 BE HONEST I WISH CLASS WASN'T ENDING SO SOON. So funnyVery interesting. Kind of nutz but it's hillarious. She gives extra credit and quizes that are usually like the questions from the book. And the group presentation btw, is ALOT of extra credit, so she won't mention it till after ... do the work!

A fantastic class, & a phenomenal professor. She's very knowledgeable & is absolutely hysterical & fun. I always looked forward to her class and learned a lot from each. There's 4 chapter tests (which she reviews before each) & a final & they're very straight forward. She gave us extra credit opportunities & an easy group presentation. Take her!!

She is AMAZING! She's the best teacher at PBCC. TAKE HER! There's never any homework. We used the book once or twice. She has a doctorate in Psychology so she knows what she's teaching. Last but not least, she's extremely funny. She makes this class fun and interesting.

Great proffesor,she shows powerpoints for every section,keeps you interested,overall easy class. gives oppurtunity for extra credit,you do have to do good on tests, maybe 1 or 2 hw assignments

Not a difficult class by any means. If you study the powerpoints prior to the test, read the required chapters in the book, and prepare in advance for the paper, you're set. She's extremely intelligent, you'll likely enjoy this class. I did.

She is a great teacher, funny and keeps you interested..her powepoints are clear..and as long as you study her powerpoints and listen in class..and some what read the book u will be fine !! she gives extra credit..i got an A and was not hard at all :) She is funny 2.

One of the most enjoyable professors and classes I've ever taken. She's very lively and energetic and as long as you read the chapters you should be able to pass the quizzes. Heads up: If you don't like writing research papers or group projects, this may not be the class for you.

She is one of the best test I ever had. She is a cool teacher. Her class is so easy. You can not fail her class. She really loves what she does. She is very nice and care about what she teaches.

Dr. Anderson is extremely intelligent and her class is a lot of fun. No homework, No Tests, there are only Quizzes that you do at home online. she is very funny and kind. The only down side is a big research paper due about a month into the course, do not procrastinate on it, it will sneak up on you!! I highly recommend!

Professor Anderson is a good professor. She loves to joke in class. However, she is NOT to express her opinion about politics even when it's not at all relevant to the class. She doesn't take or count attendance which is always great. She send you powerpoints from the class notes. Her tests are okay if you study.

So I took this teacher during the summer of 2010 and it was almost the easiest class I had so far. We have online tests which you have 3 hours to do each one & have 2 or 3 chances to redo each question. Jeez I got all A's but there was one group project which was easy if you get the right group so make friends LOL

Very fun class. I learned a lot. She is very easy and I love her. She was always happy and I always looked forward to attending her class. She has great examples and If you have any questions she would be happy to help just "step into her office" she was so funny and she is extremely educated in Psychology. I got an "A". Take her!

Her class was super easy and she was really funny. I have to say I enjoyed her class more than any other classes i've had. It was pretty interesting, she has a sense of humor. As long as you do the work (which isn't hard) you'll pass. I RECOMMEND TAKING HER. :)

This professor is HILARIOUS! She's a little crazy but her class is what you make of it. I got a B, but an A is possible if you listen and study.

Doctor Roxana is very smart and she explains very well I took her in summer A and it was in interesting class. I learned a lot and I got an A. It's not an easy class,but if you show-up in class,do all the online quizzes,the APA research paper, and the group presentation you will end-up with A or B.

Dr. Anderson is an amazing professor!!! Other professor's could learn a thing or two from here.She is hilarious and always fair!! She is hilarious from the gate! Take notes, participate in class, NO PHONES, study and write paper APA perfect. You will learn a lot. She is a fair grader if you meet her half way. Easy to please. I am taking another one of her classes. Love this professor. My favorite of them all!!!

LOVE HER! you get what you pay for and will learn so much she is a genius. One paper that she grades fairly, show up for class and read the book, all quizzes online but you MUST read the chapters to pass. She is very helpful and understanding. she has a great sense of humor as long as your phone is put away!

I love Dr. Roxanna she is very smart and helpful. I learned a lot from her class and also I had too much fun her class is very easy just come to class and do your papers to get the points and one presentation do not use cellphone in class she will get upset. Easy A :)

LOVED THIS CLASS! By far one of the most interesting professors I have ever taken. She makes everything so interesting and crystal clear, her quizzes are online and if you read the chapter before class you will understand everything she says and will only gain more knowledge. Test and Assignment are online. Her lectures are based on powerpoint. Her test have lots of case study and definition etc. Have to presentation in group. Also help if you are good in class else rude if you are sleeping or texting etc. Take this class easy A.

I'm taking this class now and I've been enjoying she doesn't care if you show up or not just as long as you do the quizzes and powerpoint I understand a lot now and makes the class fun and enjoyable!

Took this class during the summer and I loved it. Dr. Anderson made every concept clear and understandable. She also has a great sense of humor. Quizzes are online. She doesn't care if you show up or not as long as you keep up with your quizzes. Final assignment was a choice between a powerpoint (group or solo) or a research paper. RECOMMENDED!

Will give lectures w powerpoints in class but besides that everything else is online. She doesn't make you go to class on test days which is good. Don't text or sleep in class and make sure you do the research paper at the end of the semester but great professor!!

This class was good except shes very opinionated so if you don't like others opinions don't take her class. We had no final just show up but you have to take online quizzes and do the paper or you won't pass

Absolutely love her! Took her during Spring semester. She is very understanding and laid back. Big on respect. All the chapter test are online and you have till the end of the semester to finish them. The midterm is an APA style paper and the final is a group presentation on anything of your interest. Do what she asks and receive an A!

This professor does not care about her students whatsoever! I took a short summer term with her and she was absent half of the term because she was too busy going on cruises.. Want an easy A? GET HER! Although she can seem tough, she is really not.

I dual enrolled this course and I thought this course was very easy.. All the tests and quizes are done at home.. NO PHONES. Just give her respect in her class and she will respect you equivocally.

Show up and listen, Do your assignments online the best you can, and do the final (group project) which is easy . You get an A. I missed a bunch of the online work but she reopened them for me. The work is easy just time consuming if you wait last minute like me.

Very easy class! All of the homework and assignments are online except for the last major assignment which is a group project. Its almost impossible to fail this class. All the HW+Assignments are easy As. Literally EVERYONE I KNOW PASSED THIS CLASS!

Finished all the assignments last minute and still passed. The final was a group powerpoint but overall its a very fun and interesting class.

Show up, laugh at her terrible jokes, contribute about 10 minutes to the "group work" and you will pass. She apparently changes her style each time she teaches. We had no quizzes, no tests, no hw. Just attendance and 1 group project. Act like you know what your doing when you give your presentation you will get an A. You won't learn anything tho.

EASY A. tons of homework but overall do your work and you pass. I Would take it again! she's great

This class was literally a walk in the park. No tests or homework! All you have to do is do the online assignments and they are due the last day of class. Easy A

She is probably one of the best professors I've had yet. She's really funny and outgoing. Lectures are heavy if you take her 2 hr 24 min class which is once a week. Easy A just do the online homework and listen to her notes, and you'll pass. She doesn't give any midterm or final just small little quizzes and small group projects.

I took her for Summer C (6 week course). She is a very nice and relatable prof. We only had one group project and all her homework is on MindTap (16 chs). If you take her for a condensed course make sure to keep up on the online work so you aren't doing 100 assignments in few sittings. Easy class and easy A if you do all of the work!

I love her so much but her lectures can be kind of boring and tedious. She's extremely funny and sarcastic which makes the class entertaining. All of my assignments were on MindTap and it was the most annoying thing to complete them. Beware of mastery training assignments (takes forever). There is 1 group powerpoint on anything. 15 min presentation

AMAZING, INSPIRATIONAL, HILARIOUS AND THE BEST EVER

Dr. Anderson is the most incredible professor. She connects with her students and was very helpful and motivating. She will grade your paper toughly but she does so in a way for you to succeed. You can give her the paper early and she will tell you what to fix prior to final submission. I wish I was in all of her classes

Amazing teacher!

She is the type of Professor to be laid back but strict at the same time so that you can succeed in her class. She is very flexible for the most part just dont wait until the last minute for help or questions. The class itself was easy just do the homework and quizzes and you should pass the class with ease.

Taking human growth and development with Professor Anderson was great. Cannot go wrong with her in any subject. We did a couple of group projects and online homework, tests, and quizzes all were easy grades and topics plus I learned a lot. in other words just do the work. (taken in person January 2020)

Professor Anderson is a great professor. All you need to do is do the work and you'll pass with an A. You do one group project, and she's not a tough grader. She'll give you feedback and 9.9 times/10 it will be good or something beneficial, no negativity at all. She gives great lectures and makes the criteria easier. I finished with a 97% A.

This professor holds a special place in my heart. She was so caring for her students and was always cracking jokes. Professor Anderson was very clear in her grading criteria and the website we used for assignments (Cengage) was easy to understand. It was time-consuming considering we had to do 3-4 chapters a week though. 11/10 would recommend.
