I had her for Acc 212. She is one of the best accounting teachers. She does lots of examples in class and for me that is the best way of learning accounting then reading ton of theory. She is always there for her office hours. She is very flexible and understanding. If you really want to learn accounting then I highly recommend her.

Professor Panchal is an amazing teacher. One can tell of her great understanding of the subject and she really cares about her students. Class was very easy; the first test was in class but after that we had three take-homes--easy A because of the take-homes, homework, and extra credit given in class.. Take her to learn a lot and get an easy A!

Had her for 211 and 212. she goes over exactly what is on the quizes and finals. HW is posted in a timely fashion. if you are not getting an A or B in her class, you're not trying. She is willing to bend over backwards to help you. In class work and assigned HW prepare you for the quizes and exams.

Prof Panchal's 8-wk course was fast paced & had to really work my A. Altho, it's not mandatory, attend her lectures, U will learn so much more if U do. Explains problems on the board, reinforces her teaching by having us practice, practice, practice, both in class & for HW(counts ~30% of grade). Best accounting teacher! Wish she was teaching ACC221

Super easy! Prof. Panchal really knows her stuff. All of the tests are take-home and the homework is online. The class is low maintenance and super manageable.

Professor Panchal takes a complex subject and presents it in a way that makes the material easy to understand. She does have a bit of an accent, but will clarify if you ask. Lots of homework, but easy to do if you attend regularly.

Professor Panchal is the best! 4 Tests and drops the lowest grade. She also gives some homework for each chapter that is due online at the end of the semester. She put our Final on BB. Attendance is not mandatory but if you attend, the tests will be easier than if you did not attend. I got an A in her class and I didn't attend the second half.

One of the best accounting teacher one can have. She knows accounting so well and makes the most complex topic so easy to understand. She helped in my intermediate accounting though she was not teaching and she explained two chapters so well that my current intermediate accounting teacher could not do. Attend the class do your work and get an A.

EASSYY. This class is set up for success because everything is take home. I feel bad for any student who doesn't take Panchal for accounting because she's perfect. And she's NOT mean at all, I never once felt she needed to change her attitude. Love her!

I took her online course and although the class can be sort of difficult, she's there to help you if you email her ask her questions. If you need extra time to work on your homework, she'll give you that time, just don't take advantage of it. Participate, STUDY FOR EXAMS, and turn in your work! Overall, she's a great teacher.

Awesome teacher! Took her in spring and summer. She explains from basics with clarity. Exams all open book open notes and online, homework and quizzes. Unlimited attempts in homework and quizzes & exams based completely on class work. Chapter notes for each chapter for how to do the problems correctly in one go. Recommend .!!

I took Ms Panchal for online accounting class.I am usually very good when it comes to independent work so this was perfect for me considering my other responsibilities. Email her your questions in time, she quickly responds always within 24-48 hours. Exams are critical. The best accounting teacher. Much better than my high school one.

I am currently taking this class. Really great accounting professor. Very knowledgeable and good teacher. Attend the classes and ask questions if you don't understand. She is very helpful. I started loving accounting because of this class.

She is good about answering questions in class. She isn't so great about responding to emails. Be sure to take good notes.

Easy class, real good prof and easy "A"...

She has good lectures and explains the concepts in real life accounting situations. I think the notes I took in her class will be useful for my first internship or job

She has made the class so easy for me, except for the exams. Everything that you do in the class is given in the videos, but the exams are extremely tough and you would have to study very hard for them in order get a good grade.

Professor Panchal's class is extremely easy and the exams are online and open note. I feel that she didn't cover all topics though. She gives 5 points for every class you attend. Online homework is a piece of cake. Cool person overall.

As long as you come to class and get online hw done on time, you will pass the class. If you need help with something, go to her office, she will help you. Overall, the class is not stressful if you know what you are doing and she is a pretty cool professor.

She is a very laid back, yet talkative kind of professor. Every lecture starts with her making an attempt to get to know her students but turns out hilariously awkward at times. At least for intro to accounting all of her homework is online and gives you almost a month to get it done. The exams are super easy and online.

Had Panchal for ACC 211. She can get off topic very easily in lectures, and is not the best at putting the problems in perspective. Sometimes it is hard to understand just what exactly we are doing. Assignments are straightforward, exams are either online or open book, and there is a grade bump for perfect attendance. Boring class, but an easy A.

I like this professor and her teaching style. she does not rush you when it comes to handing in assignments. I wish every teacher was like her. she is so helpful and really caring towards her students. she grades quickly and gives good feedback plus extra credit. I took her class online 8 wks and she is the best professor. she is patient & easy.

I enjoyed her class very much. I took her for both ACC 211 and 212. Accounting is very challenging, but she lectures in a way that helps you comprehend the material. She points out what will be on tests, and guides you in a fashion that if you pay attention and take notes you will pass with a good grade. Make sure to do all HW as well.

Despite her lower score on here her class is very easy to pass. Homework, midterm, and finals are all done online. Attendance is taken every class and is graded. She's also lenient about due dates. All in all she is a great professor!

After reading some of the newer reviews, I decided to take prof. Panchal. Her class was easy to pass and she has a clear grading criteria. Each week consisted of textbook reading, practice, then the homework. The quizzes, midterm and final were all taken online. From my experience, she was good with communicating with students. Taking 212 with her!

Professor P is the most elegant gem ever. Even the way she glides across the room when she lectures is interesting. She lectures in a very realistic way which helps you understand and has a love for accounting and she loves $. Take her in person! Homework is so little and tests are take home. TAKE HER. I switched to accounting after this class

I took her for ACC 211 and ACC 212. TAKE HER! She is an easy A. She will go over everything until you get the information. Homework is unlimited and takes the best quiz score out of 3. Attendance matters. Show up and study and you will receive an easy A to bump you GPA. Can't find a better accounting teacher! I'm going for a CPA/Auditor degree.

Professor Panchal is a real gem! and I meant it. Her lectures are awesome; she did a really good job explaining the exercises and problems which really helps for homework and exams. Although she tends to go fast, so you need to keep up and be active in class. Notes are pretty heavy as well, but it's not the worst. 10/10 would recommend for 211+212

Professor Panchal was very clear with letting us know it was an 8-week course which would be a little harder to handle. I believe she made it very accessible for us to gain the knowledge needed by posting lecture notes on canvas. The homework was posted on McgrawHill and graded immediately which was nice to see. Definitely taking her for 212! Great

A great professor for independent students. Offers a little extra credit and is flexible with deadlines as long as you communicate with her. Attendance is required and classes are lecture-heavy but a great person.

Mrs. Panchal is a very nice professor. She does care about her students a lot. Homework due every week, coordinates with everything learned and will help improve your test grades if done. Her lectures are a little hard to understand and fast paced, however, every single one is recorded, so you can go back and listen. Taking her again in the summer!

Professor Panchal by far is one of my favorite professors. Yes she does have a heavy accent, but me personally I understood and I was fine throughout the semester. Me as an average student didnt expect to pass this class with a C. Instead i passed with an A. Shes a real gem if you havent taken her yet. She gives you plenty of time to finish exams and assignments so shouldnt be hard at all. Once again I took her class and shes amazing! I love how she cares for her students. I took the summer 6 week classes and attendance Counted as long as you did the hw. The exams are fair. The exams are from Connect which is where we do our hw from. Overall class was great! I love her!

If you enjoy working on your own, she is the professor for you. I completed the course a week early. NVCC has specific material that is required and she covers it well. Accounting is a difficult subject to teach and learn. Just follow her notes and pay attention you will do well.

She is a great professor to take for both ACC 211 and ACC 212. Last fall, I took ACC 211 with her and passed with an "A" and same goes for this semester. Although the workload can be tough for some, she provides examples and her lecture videos help so much when needing to understand a certain concept. I suggest taking her!

Each chapter there are 3 sets of activities - reading, homework, and quiz. As long as you do it, you will get all the points. There were 4 exams, 2 were proctor. I dropped accounting twice, and to get an A Im excited. I wanted to take her for acc212 but she wasnt offering an online class.

She was a wonderful professor, her recorded video explaining each module along the way was amazing and so helpful. I enjoyed having her so much that actually registered for ACC 212 next semester with her.

She's a good person but her accents made it hard to understand. Lectures and hw were heavy, but the it would be similar to what on the tests. If you take the 7-week class, prepare yourself that it'll be really fast. Attendance's mandatory.

10/10 professor, she gives you a "deadline" but as long as you turn in everything at the end you're fine. I was supposed to end with a C her letter bump my grade to a B so I definitely recommend her!
