I knew nothing about I/O Pysc prior to this class. I was apprehensive about liking the material at 1st, but he was very enthusiastic about it. Really enjoyed the class. READ THE BOOK! The tests will knock you on your ass if you don't study.Going to class is worthwhile, ive never been more attentive at 7:30 am.

The class material is interesting if you like human resources or work psychology! matthews was passionate and fun when teaching lectures. I did not need use my book much for tests (mainly notes) but you still need to buy the book (needed it for some things). Tests are difficult so studying (and class attendance) are necessary! GOOD TEACHER

Great class, great teacher. It wasn't a cake walk, but wasn't super hard. I reccommend this professor. I got a C, but if you attend class regularly, take notes, and do all of the home works, you should be able to do better than I did!

Tests are hard, but you'll learn a lot. I didn't do well in his class, but I feel like I learned a ton of things that I use in my jobs, and will take with me to my career. The professor teaches like Leonard from The Big Bang Theory would.
