She gives study guides before every test which are once a month. She basically tells you the answers for all the multiple choice questions. Very nice, funny and helpful. Take her, its worth the 8am's.

Very easy teacher. She basically tells you everything that is going to be on the tests during her review sessions. She spends time going over concepts that might be a little difficult to understand. She tries really hard to make the class fun with personal stories and materials from her practice.

She is amazing - she reviews before every test (so all you need to study is the study guide) and she doesn't call on you unless you raise your hand. All she gives for homework is vocabulary. The best part is that you do a minimal amount of work compared to other Psych classes, but you still come out of it knowing the subject. Take her!

Dr. Grant is the nicest lady ever. She's a great professor and she's always willing to help. She has in class review sessions before tests and often has reviews outside of class as well if you need it. She's hilarious too, I really loved her class. It's not hard at all, she explains everything thoroughly.

Super easy. She breaks down the material into things students can actually understand. easiest teacher ever. she barely assigns work. no tests or quizzes. she posts a few discussion boards on blackboard that she wants you to write on but thats about it. final presentation and final paper are on anything you want. she's the best. she always complains about her life and tells us funny stories, which made her class enjoyable

She is by far one of the best teachers at SHU, let alone that I've ever had. She is caring, always willing to help and is always just an email away. If you ever are confused she is willing to meet after class as well as explained in class thoroughly. If you can take any class with Dr. G please do.

Her psychology class is pretty good class to take. No reason why you shouldnt pass. Did not do a midterm in that class. She just does tests on chapters.

This class does not have a heavy work load. She goes off on weird tangents often, but if you go to the review, she'll tel you exactly what to study for. She gets boring but you don't have to take heavy notes. She's super nice and caring and gives a lot of extra credit points.

Professor Grant is an absolute sweetheart and was such a wonderful psychology teacher. She made sure to learn all her students names and cared about each one. If you weren't in class she made sure to find out why because she was so worried about each one. She loves teaching and it is so obvious. I would take her again if I could.

Dr. Grant is super nice and intelligent! I always felt cared for in that class. She also did not stress over grades. Our class did not do so well on our first exam, so she gave a 10 point (on overall average) extra credit opportunity and cancelled the rest of in-class exams. She wants you to actually learn, not stress over numbers. Learned tons!

A "wholesome" professor. Classes are filled with ramblings of her personal life integrated with teaching you various psychology concepts. Students will listen and sometimes get asked "common sense" types of questions. Quizzes every week. Grade will mostly depend on discussion boards. Recommended for wanting to just listen and casually take notes.

Show up, listen to the lecture. She's super nice and understanding. Discussion board and quiz that are online each week. They are very easy to do. Also, there's no real final, that could be subject to change im not sure. Very laid back class and super easy to do.

I really enjoyed Dr. Grant for Intro to Psychology. No exams or term paper. Just weekly quizzes and discussion boards. Class met once a week on Monday at 8 AM. If you want it easy, then take her.

Professor Grant is amazing! I had her for a Monday 8 am class and I was expecting it to be terrible but she is so sweet and funny. The only work I had was an online quiz and to write a discussion which we had all week to do. Definitely take her classes she cares so much about her students and is such a sweet lady.

She is a lovely lady whose course is super easy! Her class is offered at 8 am on Mondays but it's worth the easy A. For homework, it is an open-book take-home quiz along with a discussion post due on Sunday nights. There are no tests or midterms/finals. The lecture is super easy to sit though too!

She talks a lottttttt but she's really nice. Each week there's a discussion post and a short quiz, sometimes a case study as well. The discussion posts are so easy to get an A on if you answer the question entirely and follow her posted guidelines. She's funny though and really likes when people ask questions.

This psychopathology course was fun! It was one chapter reading, summary, and quiz per week, with the occasional case study due every Sunday evening, which prioritizes learning over deadlines. Additionally, there's no midterm or final, and the lectures Dr. Grant gives can be quite entertaining!

This class has few assignments, basically just weekly discussion posts and online quizzes. You do need to get the book for this class to do well on the assignments. She is a tough grader when it comes to discussion posts. In order to get full credit for the posts you need to write A LOT of detail and over explain. Overall, the class is very easy.

The weekly lectures are basically Grant just talking about her personal experiences with each weekly topic (mental health, etc). She definitely knows a lot in regards to psychology; however, her lectures are slow and rambling. Grading is based off a weekly quiz and lengthy discussion post. Very chill, no tests so far (writitng this at midterms).

I have professor grant right now for pathopsychology and she is an angel. This is a class i love because of how she puts her own personal expiriences into the lectutres which makes it so much easier to do i will def take her again..

Prof. Grant is super engaging and funny, though her lectures can get off-topic at times. The workload is light - just weekly quizzes and discussion posts. Unstuck study was a big help for exam prep.

She is an ANGEL! She truly cares about her students and her class is so chill. She really appreciates when we show up for class. Her discussion posts can take a while but everything can be found in the textbook and the textbook is definitely mandatory to do well. No exams or quizzes. TAKE HER!

Such a sweet professor, you could tell that she was very knowledgable and passionate about what she taught and shared stories of experiences in her work to connect with the lessons which was super interesting. Assignments were due once a week but they didn't take too long. Would recommend her to anyone.
