i dont know why i made a C, i studied really hard. but he's a good teacher....

Basically he is nice guy, but I don't like the comprehensive final exam...

My favorite psych prof. He is very helpful, nice, and very animated. Can take any boring topic and make it interesting.

If every professor was this guy, I'd have a 4.0 every semester. You don't need to the book, and you don't really need pen and paper. Just listen to him and you get an A on his tests. I give his humor an A too. This guy is the ideal professor.

This teacher is wonderful. Makes class fun and explains the material well. Go to class and you won't have to read the book much. Take 3 test and lowest is dropped. Easy B.

KILMER is the best! MUST HAVE HIM, if you have the option. Funny, makes you want to go to class. Doesnt take attendance, but need to go cause some lecture is on test. awesome teacher. won't regret signing up for his class.

Very easy. Just attend class, 100x more important than book because examples on test are from class. Only glance at the book, if at all. Study guide is helpful though if you want A. Take with lab and you have a really easy science.

His tests are hard, and you have to study religiously if you want a good grade, BUT...take him, because he's cute, funny, and he knows what he's talking about. And, always go to class!!!

If you are taking Psyc, take him. He makes the class very interesting and his tests are not hard if you take good notes and attend class regularly. His stories and examples are superb and help you remember the material. Take with lab for an easy science.

excellent - very helpful - knows his stuff and is willing to teach it - he is one of the few teachers who is actually trying to teach students - he doesnt just get up and write on teh board.

Finally a teacher that understands that the material in the class has to relate to students in order for them to understand/care. Take every class this guy teaches...then take them again. you'll have a 10.0 gpa.

Very good teacher, very clear. Lecture is very interesting and he really helps to understand material. Tests are fairly easy, if you study. Inspiring as a prof as well.

He's an amazing professor. He knows his stuff and he is very amusing. He is always willing to help those who don't understand the material. You have to go to class and take notes though. If you take this course, take his class!

I think he figured out that people thought he was easy-- he's gotten harder! Test questions are from the book and lecture-- need to read the book and go to class. Overall its not a bad class-- but not an easy A.

Pretty easy class as long as you take notes and study. Kilmer is a very good professor, and you learn a great deal. This was a very interesting class.

Kilmer is such an awesome teacher, he is very helpful and makes all the information very easy to comprehend. He has a good sense of humor and relates the information to things you'll remember, he'll make you strive to do well. One of the best professors.

Good teacher, tests come directly from the book and notes. About 20% is ONLY from the notes, so missing class screws you a little. Funny guy, and very easy to understand.

At first, I didn't like his class, becuase i was trying to go from the book as to what he was teaching in class and didn't make any sense. As long as you go to class and pay attention (or get the notes at least) then relate the notes to the text, you'll be good!

Kind of treats the class like children.. I don't know.. he was annoying to me, but the class itself was kind of easy. Study notes and book also (he will usually make comments in class on what to study in book)

Best psyc prof I've had at UNCC. Class is challenging. You really have to work for an A, and be sure to go to class because his lectures cover things that are not in the book. I learned so much in his class that it was worth it. If you're an idiot, or looking for an easy A, avoid this class. Otherwise, he's a great prof.

VERY challenging. It's not an easy class you need to do some serious work for an A. He grades tough too so you really need to go above and beyond. He is very very nice. Just hard teacher.

He is a great professor. He's a little quirky, but hilarious. He's an extremely nice guy and very willing to help you succeed in the course. Exams are somewhat difficult, but if you stay up on the reading and attend class regularly you shouldn't receive anything under a B in the course. It's not an easy A, but if you do the work you'll be fine.

He is a phenomenal prof. He is a goofy guy but he knows his stuff, and his tests are fair. They are challenging (short answer) but if you go to class and study you'll be fine. I would definitely take him again and recommend him!

To do well you HAVE to come to EVERY class, most of the material is not in the textbook. Exams are mostly short answer and grading is TOUGH. The way the questions are worded doesn't bring the information asked for to mind even if you kinda know it...Class is interesting and engaging, but would not take again!

Dr. Kilmer is hands-down the best professor I've had at UNCC. Unlike most other teachers who only do easy multiple choice tests, Dr. Kilmer gives tests based at a college level, which they should be. you can do well if you take his advice and take his exams seriously. If you're lazy don't take. He should be highest paid prof at UNCC.

Dr. Kilmer is the best teacher I had in all of my four years at UNC Charlotte. He is engaging and caring and really knows what he is talking about. He will help anyone who needs it and always strives to make things as fair as possible. His tests are hard and but I highly recommend him if you are willing to put forth the work!

One of the best professors at UNCC! I heard his test were tough but I decided to take his course anyway. I am so glad I did. He is an EXCELLENT professor. Loves what he does and cares about students and the subject. His test are college level and are tough but I enjoyed having a class that actually challenged me!

Prof Kilmer is a pretty funny guy. I found him pretty attractive too. He keeps his class engaged and ready to learn. However, he sometimes speaks in coded language while teaching that makes you feel like he is only talking to you. He makes you become more aware of your actions ways of thinking.

Professor Kilmer is an incredible instructor. He really tries to make his subject matter applicable and easy to remember. If you attend class and take good notes, you should pass with no problem. Reading the text book is necessary. I absolutely loved him, and would take him again in an instant!

Prof Ryan is a really inspirational, funny, incredibly smart person. He makes class interesting and really engages you in lectures, I always enjoyed going to class each week. The way the class is set up puts weight solely on tests (only 3) which are difficult but fair. If you go to class and study a lot you should be able to do well in this class.

Prof. Kilmer was very nice and a great teacher. However, theres only 3 tests and a paper thats barely worth anything. The tests are so hard and he's a very tough grader. I recommend him if you're ready to work super hard!!

Dr Kilmer is by far the best professor I've ever had. His class was difficult and his tests were challenging, but fair. I learned more in his class than I learned in the rest of my classes combined that semester. He's also kind and he genuinely cares about his students. I'd take a class with him again in a heartbeat.
