Dr. Leach is a real gem! He makes lectures extremely easy to understand and he's also really funny. His exams are mostly written with a few MC questions from the book, but they're not hard. Easiest/nicest professor to take for Research Methods! He's also super approachable! I'd really recommend him!

Definitely one of the best professors here at Loyola. The exams are fairly easy as long as you pay attention and read the powerpoints. There are small assignments throughout the semester which ultimately help you put your final paper together. He is hilarious and very helpful. If you go in to his office hours, he'll read your final paper. Take him!

He's the best! Super young which makes him relatable and SO funny (not in the annoying corny way). The exam material is straight from his slides, and most exam questions come from the examples in his slides. He takes "attendance" with one sentence reflections, but I missed 10 classes and got 68/70 for attendance. SO easy

One of my favorite professors ever! He is so funny in class and decomposed material into very simple terms in order to help make the information stick. Extremely caring and genuine! The semester got progressively more challenging, although VERY doable! He's fair with grading and always gives points back where they're deserved. Just come to class!

Honestly, Loyola needs more professors like Dr. L. Had him for both PSYC 304 & 306 and his lectures are super clear for both. His exams are straightforward and sometimes he makes them a little funny:) Super sweet and chill professor. You have to go to class, but its worth it because easy points and he's super helpful. You have all semester to do your research paper and doing it in pieces really takes away the stress! He is always available to help! For a writing intensive course, there is lots of writing, but he helps!

There are 6 assignments and one long paper due at the end, but the different sections of the paper are actually incorporated in his assignments so you're already 50-60% done with it just by doing the assignments! Dr. Leach is always a great choice. He breaks the class paper up into a semester-long project, and there are some small assignments. The exams are easy if you go to the class sessions and do all the assignments. He has some improving to do in online teaching- but takes feedback from students and has adapted well.

Weekly HWs which are easy to do if you watch the 1-hr video lecture. He is very reachable through email. Lectures are easy to understand, and wants to see you succeed. Has a good sense of humor. Tests are a bit more challenging than the HW, but are straight forward. Overall a great class to take for statistics. Definitely would take him again!

A great, easy professor for statistics. His lectures are about an hour long each week and are full of jokes and examples. He struggled to explain some things because we were online so I think his class in person would be slightly better (online was still great). Super accessible outside of class and I never felt like I was bothering him.

Professor Leach is an amazing teacher. He has a very simple teaching method and an easy class. Everything is open-note and easy. His lectures are easy going and he goes at a good pace to keep up. Sometimes he even just ends class a few minutes early to make sure everyone isn't overwhelmed and so that nobody gets bored.

It may be suspicious for a teacher to get only 5's on rate my professor. But this class? Dr. Leach is your man! Assignments once a week to get a grasp, no outside work or notes. And exams? My whole second semester I went to 3 lectures in-person and the rest online bc he posts the all video lectures and powerpoint online from covid for those who need to miss class. All his exams and quizzes were online and had a 2-hour limit but made them to be an hour long and they were opened 7am-11pm. take him!!

There were 3 m/c exams, 6 quizzes (10 questions each,) and 13 discussion posts/responses. I tanked on one exam and still got an A in the class. Take detailed notes!

Some of the assignments are a little loose in terms of expectations, which can be a little confusing, but he is always willing to clarify for you! Overall, very low-stakes class that has a lot of good information.

Ryan is the chillest guy ever. Allows cheat sheets for tests attendance isn't mandatory. He reads off of presentation slides but is still very engaging. He makes millennial jokes but personally I love it. His class is super easy and it would take a lot to fail tbh. Please take him!

easist class ever. i barely went and you can cheat on all the tests. quizzes once in a while and hw once in a while. he is super nice and funny

LOVE HIM. He is very funny and he very easy on you with assignments and quizzes. You get cheat sheet on each exam and whoever said he was annoying YOU'RE ANNOYING cause he is the goat.

this man is so funny, genuinely only showed up to hear his bazar commentary, but if you miss literally no one cares and nothing happens. tests typically have a cheat sheet and there are 3 tests and the third test is your final. easiest A there is and a good teacher

Took him for PSYC 321 Lab in Social Psychology. He is super funny and very passionate about helping students. He is very approachable and makes his office hours very accessible to his students. Overall I would highly recommend

Incredible professor for a beginning class- really cares for students and wants them to succeed. Easy quizzes/assignments, all needed content was provided in the lectures, note sheet allowed for exams, syllabus was clear. Had to leave class two weeks before the semester ended for his newborn baby, and I was honestly sad to not see him after break.

Took Dr. Leach for 321, not 315. Second class with him, he's a very easy professor. Three projects on which you'll work with the same partner for the whole semester, so choose wisely! Didn't learn a lot of new material but that's to be expected in a lab, gained valuable experience performing data analysis. He's super understanding and very kind.

Easiest class you'll take! honestly you don't have to go to class to get an A+ the class consists of 3 exams, 6 quizzes(take home), 5 "HW" and some research credits which felt like a waste of time but were easy.
