He has a wicked sense of humor. He knows alot about history. He gives you all possible questions to each test even the final. His lectures are a little hard to follow if your not prepared prior to class. This is an easy A if you put a little time in to it.

Scott is an awesome professor, pay attntion in class and get all the info you need for his test's. He has an extensive knowledge in history and makes it fun to learn, Scott get's an A++++ from me!
He is a great teacher. One of the better ones that I have had. Very clear and very pleasant. Although he keeps you there for almost the entire class.
Very Dry, bland lectures that go on without any firm structure. He stumbles in his lectures a lot. He is very easy, but your class will probably not take the time to interact with him when he presents the class with that option, because everyone will be too bored from his lectures to do so.
Annnnoying!!! One of the most boring teachers i've ever had. keeps you the whole class every time and just stands at the front of class n' talks the whole time. the most boring personality. RUDE! doesnt care if you dont understand, unclear.
One Word: EASY! Scott is a nice guy, he can get a little boring, but if you want an easy "A", he's the teacher for you. Take notes and you will do fine in the class. He has open book/open discussion type quizzes...go to class, and earn the easy 5 pts for this. His class is sooooo EASY! Don't pick another teacher other than Scott Howell.
He is a great teacher. He gives u the expected term to know on the test. He goes over explicitly what one must know repeditively. He also encourages students to read ahead because he wants them to do well.
Scott is a great guy! He's a little dry but really tries to present the material in a way that is interesting. He responds to emails, keeps regular office hours, encourages you to stop by outside of class. He gives you a study guide for each test so there are no suprises. If you are going to take History, go with Scott Howell!
ok, here are the details. take notes on everything he says because he skips around a lot and if you wait for just the answers to the studyguide, you won't do good. be very, very thorough in his questions. he likes that and will forgive you the more details you put.
Ok he is not a hard teacher but i found him to be so boring that I could not pay attention therefore I did not do very well. I know people who love him though. I however found him to be one of the most broing teachers I have ever had. I do not even think he taught.
Dr. Howell is great. He is easy going and nice. He knows alot.
I'm torn. He can be boring, the class can suck, but he's also really sharp (a lot more than you think) and can be really on point with everything. He'll go over the study guides telling you exactly what you need to know, so it's pretty easy. I'm glad I took the class just to meet him- very 'unique' human being.
Do not take a history class with Howell! in fact run from this teacher and register for Gunther. What is sad is that he teaches many history classes at scc. He skips around alot w/ time periods when lecturing. What's worse is that when asked a question, he will answer "I DON'T KNOW"...nice guy, but is sadly just receiving pay check.
right down everything thing he says!
show up to every class... dont be late, he kind of gets annoyed by it... STUDY your study guide before tests and it will be easy. lectures are not the most interesting. some of his jokes are funny but the class can get dull because he lectures for about an hour, and no one usually participates
Great teacher he knows what he is talking about. He has very interesting lectures. Four tests and one paper, if you talk to him he will help you out. He really wants his students to succeed. If you put minimal effort into the class you will get a good grade. Easy and Great teacher I’m taking him for all of my historical needs.
This guy is a horrible teacher, extremely boring, the emitomy of evil lurks within this teacher. Dont take him if you have a choice.
why is he even a history teacher? he doesn't enjoy teaching, you can tell through his body language and teaching method. take a different history teacher... seriously.
a really great teacher! his tests come right from the study guide so if you take the time to go through it you will do well. he's very passionate about history and is very intelligent. he has a dry sense of humor that some people just don't get, but he's very funny. he tells you exactly what he's looking for on the paper so it's not hard.
Scott is a great teacher! He is so clear with his expectations and wants his students to succeed. lowest grade is dropped. He lectures everyday just and you have to take notes. He will always say "you're going to have to know this" and that is how you will know that to write down.
Too hard on exams
Lovely man, great teacher, take him!
hes a pretty cool guy. VERYYYYYY BORING THO, i fell asleep numerous times in class and i never do! tests are hard. but i studied hard and got an A
Way too hard on exams. I wrote down everything he says in class and I still got low test grades! If he doesn't like the way you word things or if you forget one tiny thing he'll take off 3-6 points!!! Unless you're an expert on American History, and I mean an expert, then don't take this class.
Mr. Howell is an excellent teacher! He is very knowledgeable, intelligent and has a great sense of humor. Take thorough notes during his lectures and follow the study guide. If you give detailed info. on the tests and spend quality time on your paper, you'll do great! I highly recommend this teacher!
terrible teacher. I attended every class and there is nothing you can say on his tests to make him happy. there is no correct answer, its terrible. If you word the answer different than he wants to hear, regardless of the information then expect an F
He is boring and he tries to be funny but he's not he laughs at his own jokes. He doesn't give that much homework but his tests are hard alot of info has to be known for his tests don't take him
Very hard grader. Nice guy but cuts you no slack on the tests. Will lecture about the test and tell you that it's all you need to know but clearly it's not
Take is online 8 week class! Super easy, but a good amount of work. The tests are from the homework, just spend some time answering the homework questions, and you will have an A and learn alot too!

He laughs at his jokes. If you love history, TAKE HIS CLASS! For each point on the Study Guide, there should be 5-6 facts that you will need to write down. Don't write down just a few on the test. Gives extra credit. Will drop the first test score if it is your lowest grade. The tests are from the study guide which he goes over in class. Take notes
If you love history, take this class. This professor truly loves what he teaches, and he gives you everything you need to know. BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION. History majors would love him, but he's not for everyone. I'm pretty much the only A in my class, because I like history that much. NOT AN EASY A. Have to show up to class and read book .
Anyone can teach the class better then him. Iam a straight A student and have never taken such a retarded class. Howell thanks for messing up students education.
he judges pretty harshly on the tests...and thats not cool because he doesn't even review the entire study guide. the book is a good read, but i've noticed it's not consistant with the lectures. the notes i end up taking are pretty useless...because he doesn't discuss anything in detail. the book usually offers way more info than he does.
This is deffinatly a class for someone who really enjoys history. his lectures are not fantastic... and his test are all essay response questions. Definatly not an easy A class.
boorrrrrrrrrinnnggggggg lectures grades really tough each question is like 5 points crazy points on tests
This was a decent teacher. I took his class online, it was only 6 weeks and it was the EASIEST class ever!!! No joke! Just do the study guides, and do all the quizzes. The study guides are the quizes! There is no final, but there are a few essays but they arent bad, you can find answers in your book! This was a 6 week class and I got an A!
Took online: Pretty cool guy, always helpful in emails and willing to go into discussion about any issues. Straight forward and more organized than most profs. Does require reading the text and studying for exams, but not as extreme or inane as others (mainly Rabii). Recommended if you actually have the time to read and study for the class.
WAS USELESS GOING TO HIS CLASS. HE DOESN'T GIVE PARTIAL CREDIT FOR CREDIBLE INFO FOR WRITTEN TEST QUESTIONS. WOULD FLAT OUT ADMIT HE DIDN'T KNEW CERTAIN THINGS HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
WARNING!! DO NOT TAKE HIM! I HONESTLY URGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A HISTORY TEACHER!!!! WARNING!!!!1 WORST TEACHER ON EARTH!!!!
Ok teacher. Really boring for world history. Take him for American History. Confusing and lame jokes. Gives study guides which is nice but doesnt go over everything so make sure you READ!!! Tests are written and he grades hard. Give as much detail as possible and you should be ok.
I ended up failing the class but it is because I missed alot of class, for the stuff I showed up on, it was pretty easy, I got an A on the test I studied for. All I cansay is u HAVE to show up and take notes, he gives you a study guide but the only correct answers are the ones he gives you so you can't really look it up in the book
I took the 8 week online class and highly recommend it. It was a fairly easy A IF you read the book and do the assignments. The tests were fairly easy with plenty of time to complete - especially compared to Rabii (another family member took her-DON'T)The assignments were related to the textbook and helped in studying for tests. Take this prof!
he does not know what he is teaching. He said it himself several times in class. The right answers on tests are still wrong for some odd reason. DO NOT TAKE HIM FOR HISTORY 102
He is a typical military officer, yes. Beuracticc language. I heard he is good for US History. World History he is super hard.
i took this calss and attended every one. i took notes and studied exactly what he told us to study and still the answers were some how wrong. he is hard to pay attention to and has no interest in helping students DO NOT take this teacher
I took World History with this professor. VERY EASY. Those who say it's hard are slacking off or just aren't studying enough. You do have to do a bit of studying (mostly for tests) but as classes go, this was quite easy.
People that fail his class just don't try. His lectures aren't that great, but he will tell you EXACTLY what will be on the test. His tests have no multiple choice. I'm a decent student and I got a high B in his class... His class isn't exactly easy, but its not that hard (and I took it in a 4 week class). He gives a few assignments that are easy A
Please don't take this class. PLEASE. I don't know who hired this guy but he should not be a teacher. His classes are dreadfully boring. His tests are all essays, no multiple choice. He tells you the homework assignments will help your grade, but they don't. The most horrible teacher/class I have ever been in.
Took his online course for American History. All essays, tests were fill in the answer... He's okay, but you need to really get info for your papers from OTHER SOURCES. The text does not give you enough. Believe me I used just the text info and did bad on the first assignment. He wants a lot of info and straight facts.
The class should say below the description, "photographic memory required." I say this because if you want an A, you better have one. I got a B in the class and I'm an honor student. And I like history. He is rather picky on his tests. Very selective on how you word specific events. Your best bet is come to class, peroid. If you dont, you wont pass
He has really lame/funny history jokes. Take the honors class, it's a lot more fun to be in than the regular class. Has essay tests and research paper. I got a B in this class because I didn't read the book. If you skim the book and fill out the study guide with as much info as possible, you'll get an A for sure. Just go to class + read the book.
A Great Teacher. I got an A, in his 101 and 120 class. Just follow the book and the lecture and will get an easy A
Stands up in front of the class and rants the whole time without visual aid, tests are difficult and you must recall all information without any multiple choice help or word banks
VERY picky on tests. Tends to leave off some major points he discussed for an entire lecture and put on something he mentioned once on the test. Not very helpful to explain things outside of class. Shares many of his opinions. Picks favoites. Be sure to do weekly assignments, he checks for length not content.
Pretty good teacher. You could choose to do all the reading on your own, but it would be better if you went to class. You can read four chapters in eight hours in preparation for a test, or go to the lectures and have him condense it down to half the time. He only goes over a few things in the book, most of the things he mentions are in the tests.
I took this class online in 8 weeks. It was quite a bit of work but with very clear expectations. It was organized well and required you to complete several assignments including detailed definitions, a few 500 word essays, and other quizzes with short assignments each week. I never completely read any chapters and still managed to get an A.
He is a great teacher, extremely knowledgeable about U.S. History. His class is fairly easy, he does expect you to know material and context of the history being taught on papers and tests. You won't get buy if you skip out on class. Just don't take him for a 4 week summer session, to much material in such a short session. Great teacher overall.
I loved Howell's class! However, it's not for everyone. His class is challenging but you learn a lot. Tests are fill in the blank, short answer and essay. He gives you a study guide with terms and possible essay questions. If you attend class, take good notes and put in time to study you will do fine.
This teacher is horrible! I don't understand how anyone prior to my review could have possibly given him any positive remarks! I am so upset right now because I feel like it is impossible to do well in his class. His lectures don't make any sense but he expects you to know every point he makes in class. DON'T TAKE HIS CLASS! He is horrible!
Pretty Challenging class, first history class after Highschool and i had a 4.0 gpa in history classes, Definetly hard but if you study and dont miss class you will definetly pass just dont expect an A
Professor Howell seems to be a genuinly good guy. He's a little dorky but is very passionate about history. Homework is simple, he doesn't even read it. Sound easy? It's not. His tests are killer! The material is hard enough to follow and then he grades the tests super analy. Like seriously! I had to drop the class as well as many others.
Howell is a fairly easy teacher. Where students fall short in his class is not paying attention to his lecture. He might hand you a vocabulary list in class, but if he lectures on something completely irrelevant, you can bet that lecture is what the pop quiz will be on. All in all, not difficult, just pay attention.
Smart, knows his stuff, and very informative. Did I mention he's seriously attractive? His looks alone made me want to go to class every day!
He is a very good teacher knows his stuff and gives you all the answers to the study guide which is the test. his test are super detailed you need to pretty much wirte what ever he said in the lecture he is very hard grader but other than that if you put in alot of studying you will do fine.
Scott has that hot dorky thing going on. He's really passionate about history. He gives homework points easily but he is very stingy when grading tests. Take good notes...His tests are short and long essay so you really have to know the material. I recommend...Plus, he's really easy to look at!
Howell was a seriously great teacher! All of his tests are essays (no multiple choice) so some writing skills are required to do well in the class. He gives out a study guide at the beginning of each section that tells what will be on the test. He is very passionate about history and it really shows. I loved this class and now I'm a history major
Great teacher. Very informative and passionate about American History. Also a Navy Vet. I took History 120 and after having a great experience I signed up for 121 right after. Lecture's directly followed the issued study guides, and the tests were created with questions right out of the study guide. Wish he taught more subjects.
I love history. Taking history with this teacher was the worst experience. He is very very boring. Test answers need to be very specific and even then they might not be good enough. If taking history with a different teacher is possible, I highly recommend it.
Worst class/ professor I have ever had.
Tests are essays+short answers. Will hand out a study guide which lectures and exams are based off of. HW is just one small writing assignment per week. Only problems: boring lectures and he's a very picky grader. Got an A in class, but it was hard-earned.
Professor Howell is a very good teacher. He told us exactly what was going to be on the test and what we had to study. The homework was not hard only a paragraph each week. I would recommend him to anyone taking a history course.
This is one of the best history classes. If you need history, this is the class to take. He tells you ahead of time whats one the test so there are no surprises. I would definitely take this teacher again for 121.
I enjoyed this class. Teacher is good, tells funny jokes and explains everything that will be on the exams. People who complain about Howell don't even try to do well and expect to get an A. If you try just a little, you will get an easy A.
Easy A, but don't expect to get one if you don't try to do well. Howell is funny and a great teacher. Very clear about what will be on the tests, but you have to do the work. (Fall '10)
Boring class and a boring teacher. All test are short answer. He is a hard grader on the tests. Two page double space essay due every Monday easy 10 points. Didn't hate this class but it was miserable
If you think you will get by easily in this course think again. Made the mistake of taking the summer online 4 week course and wow. Be prepared to do a lot of writing. It is a really easy to get a good grade but you have to be willing to put in the work. And make this the only class you do take online. If your lazy do not take this class.
I feel as if he is not teaching and I am learning all of the material in the book on my own
Worst teacher I've ever had. Lectures are unorganized and not very helpful, and the only thing I was learning was from what I was reading in the book. Tests are written and are graded according to what he thinks the answers should be regardless of what the book says.
Professor Howell seems to be a nice guy outside teaching, but he's not that great of a teacher. It's very difficult to get an A in his class. He goes on a tangent sometimes with his lectures, and you HAVE to write down what he says on his tests. Reading the books only will NOT help you. If you're serious about your grades, I don't recommend him.
Howell is v. specific when it comes to what he's looking for in your papers & on exams. Even if your answer is technically correct, he will grade it wrong & make you feel like an idiot in the comments. It has to be exactly what he says in lecture. Don't miss class & write down everything he says. I put a lot of effort into this class & still failed
Howell focuses on more than just learning facts about history. He wants you to actually develop an analysis and think critically and what I would say to a lot of people from my class is that they were missing that critical element that he looks for. I got a 50 out of 50 on both of the papers because I showed that I took something from the readings.
Howell is a great professor. He makes the class fun, clear, and interesting. He also makes it very clear what will be on his tests, and what he expects.
I did not like Howell. His exams are completely short answer and you have to have the exact main points he is looking for in each answer. I have a 3.7 GPA and this class was very difficult for me.
I would never recommend anyone to take his class. His lectures are often misguided and off topic. The exams are short answer and you need to memorize around 30 words from the study guide, 10 of which you need for the test. While reading the textbook is necessary to do the weekly essays, they are irrelevant to what is on the exams. Confusing class.
by far the worst professor I've ever had at SCC. do not waste your time taking his class. lectures are so boring and often misguided. his test are crazy hard and all short answer. he does gives you a study guide but does not tell you what actually will be on the test.
I have an F in this class. I am trying to figure out what the hell is going on. by the third week i was beginning to get a hang of the class but too late. It seems like the tests are off what he says and not the books.
please don't take professor scott class. Test are really difficult. He did not teach well and on the test he want a lot of detail. Most of the students dropped his class. I don't recommend taking this class with him.
This isnt an easy class, he expects a lot of details on the test and you basically have to write word for word and memorize EVERYTHING from his lectures. Tests are all off the top of your head, fill in the blank with NO word bank. I dont recommend taking it
People who think that this class is too hard must be new to community college. You are expected to EARN your grade in this class. If you can't get a passing grade with this guy then be prepared get the same results at a university. I found this class rewarding due to the fact that I actually had to read the book in order to prepare for the tests.
Worst professor ever. He barely lectures and expects the videos to teach the class. When he attempts to lecture, he is very unclear and gives very little information. Avoid taking any of his classes. He also has a very high drop rate. If you have him, you learn very little, if anything at all.
good teacher, he pretty funny, and likes to go off on tangents a lot. he grades a little harsh on the tests, but that was only because he let us use our notes. the tests were easy i took him for a 4 week course.
Really recommend taking him during the summer and not the semester! Easiest history class. lets you use all your notes for every exam and your final is like every other exam and not cumulative. Easy A for sure! only one quiz closed notes. He is boring and monotone but easiest A you will get.
Awful. ive never written a report on here till i had this teacher. He immediately assigned us a 2 page paper on West Africa, but never taught us a thing about it. He makes horrible history 'jokes' instead of teaching, plus he talks very quietly. Im a very auditory learner, he is a very very much a visual-linguistic learner type of teacher...
His quizzes always had information I couldn't recall because he mentioned it ONCE or it was in a video. He grades tough but he let's you use notes on tests. Overall, I felt he's extremely unorganized. He doesn't follow the order of the study guides he gives. I found myself dreading this class. His information is unclear and I had to teach myself
This guy makes history much harder than it needs to be. I know one has to earn a grade in classes, but my molecular bio class was much easier to study for than this. His tests are so detail specific that if your answers are missing one little minor detail they're wrong. This is not a easy GE requirement fulfilling class, so science majors stay away
He is kind of boring, but his class is easy if you put in the effort. Exams are open note and provides clear study guides for the exams. If you put the time into filling out the study guide for each exam you can easily get A's on them. Make sure you participate, because at the end of the semester he might bump your grade up if close to next grade.
I took him for a summer and fall class and he's by far better in a quarter class than in actual semester. During the semester he mostly plays videos and tries to crack jokes he never really lectures. His test are simple just google the terms on the study guide the test are open notes so you can use the study guide and get at least a B
I took him during intersession so the class was only four weeks and it probably wasn't the usual experience -- however, while the classes and lectures were long, the tests were on the easy side because he let you print out and use your filled-out study guide for the essay questions. He's a cool guy, it's not his fault the subject matter was boring.
i took this course over a 4 week period, so it went by very quick but Howell gave lectures, and the tests were based on these lectures and all tests were open notes. He was somewhat boring, but as long as you pay attention you should get an A
The notes we take aren't enough to get full credit on the test. He does give extra credit, but some are difficult to get the points. He's a little disorangized so, if you don't get stay focused on the lectures you'll be confused. Must takes notes on lectures and videos for the open note test. The study guide isn't very clear. He also grades hard.
This class is a pretty easy A. He gives you helpful study guides and goes over everything you need to know for the test. He even held review sessions an hour before the test to give you a last chance to ask questions and add stuff to your notes. Take good notes based on the lectures and you can get an A because tests are open note.
He gives you a study guide and lectures off that, but then there are things on the test that weren't on the study guide. you have to pay attention to his lectures, which are boring.
He is a tough grader and if you do not know every single detail of the vocab word or whatever you are learning about you're screwed. Hard class. He's nice though and jokes around. The study guides will help you more than anything in the world. Do them because you can use them on the test. Give as much information as you can.
He is a nice person but not the best professor. His lectures are boring and long. We watched a video or two almost every class. The only thing we work on is his study guides. Must read the book and know everything on the study guide in order to pass. He has a quirky personality and his jokes don't make sense.
I have a 4.0 GPA and struggled. In order to get an A in the class this is what you must DO! Fill out the study guide with the answers from the book readings and what he says during class. You will basically need both the book answer and his answer to get full credit on tests. Also, have him review your writing assignments before you turn them in.
Super easy class. He gives you the study guide for the tests well before its even time then gives you all the answers to his tests in his lectures. Open note tests so there really isn't any way to fail, unless you don't show up. Also he is kind of picky about you being there on time for class so if you come in late a lot he will get on you. Easy A.
If you rely on powerpoints or structured lectures STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLASS. He merely discusses the topic and relies on google or youtube to show you unhelpful visuals. He lets you use your notes on the tests but is very picky on grading your essay responses. The questions tend to be in a confusing format. Half the class dropped within 2 weeks
Honestly if you just take the notes he writes on the board you will get an A. I did not go to all the classes but I got an A. He allowed our class to use notes.
Great story teller, terrible professor. He told our class, "I grade based on points out of 5. If I feel you know the material you get a 3, if you impress me you get a 5." So basically if you got 3's on everything you still fail. I've never met a harder grader than he is. Very unfair. You teach yourself if you want to pass.
His test are all written essay questions. Or he has short answer questions. There is no answer key so it is all straight memorization. Plus, he will ask questions that were in the fine print of the book that don't really matter. When he teaches he has no visual aid, he just stands up there and talks. It's really hard to stay focused and not zone ou
Unless you can write down word for word what comes out of his mouth during lectures and what comes out of the book, it's a struggle to pass. He loves to make jokes. He is really nice too. If you take him good luck!
oh my gosh he is not a great professor. He literally will stand up at his podium, open the text book, and start reading highlights of the book. There is no writing on the board, no powerpoint, no visual aid at all. it is very hard to stay tuned in with a monotone voice just talking the whole lecture. His test are all short answer and essay question
He is not a bad professor, I actually learned a lot from him and he really knows about U.S history, hes real specific on the tests and quizzes, the essays are really easy, I was like 2 points away from a B after I took the final, like really he couldn't round that?? whatever but anyway its not a hard class
From the lectures to the jokes, professor Howell is incredibly bland. He expects too much from his students on tests, his lectures include writing down a keyword and list three bullet points and expects your to form a well written, and insightful paragraoh on the test. If you want an easy A this isn't the class
Howell is quiet possibly the worst. He is so bland, his lectures have no structure, his tests consist of a lot of material most of which isn't found in the book, but in his rambles in class. For the most part in lecture he just played music and told stories about his life. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be going out of your way to get info.
I took Prof Howell for a Summer super accelerated class where we did 16 weeks of work in 4 weeks. So yes I expected a lot of work, but it wasn't crazy. Yes you have to read the book, it's history why would you expect anything different. Howell graded everything so quickly it was great and sent us updating emails.
Honestly I was lost the whole time. History is already not my thing and Howell really made me realize how much it is not my thing. His lectures are only vocal so listen carefully and write fast. Did my own research for his class. Failed all quizzes but tests were fine w/ a cheat sheet. Get ready for history dad jokes! Nice guy but just not my guy.
Honestly Professor Howell wants you to pass. He offers so much extra credit from simply USING YOUR NOTES FROM CLASS ON THE TEST TO TURNING IN YOUR NOTES FROM CLASS to writing papers. It is impossible to not get an A. Other history professors are wayy tougher w/grading. Just show up, take notes, &you'll be fine. Literally no excuse not to get an A.
Entertaining and uses a lot of videos during lecture. He knows his stuff, but usually goes off on tangents. His classes aren't to bad as long as you take a lot of notes. Tests are open note.
For the most part he reads and refers to off of the book so make sure you purchase the book because you WILL need it. He gives a study guide with terms and questions that are specifically the answers to the quizzes and then on the test he lets you use the entire study guide! So as long as you fill out the study guide you'll be able to pass!
Don't expect to have any actual lectures whatsoever. He posts history channel videos as his "lectures" with a short summary of the material. He's harsh when grading summarized responses on quizzes and tests, as well as discussion posts. For a professor that gets by with minimal effort, he asks for a lot. Over all, very disappointed.
He is a very nice Professor and makes dad jokes! but as a teacher I wouldn't recommend if your interested in an ACTUAL lecture. The lectures are based on a study guide and you have to provide answers from the ones he'll ocassionaly say or by doing your own research which is a bummer because it's supposed to be a lecture not a worksheet activity.
This professor is okay. Just like all the other comments below, you need to read the textbook that he provides and be able to take a lot of notes on what the book says. Took this class online and didn't see one video with him in it. Just be sure that you set time aside to read!
