She's fantastic. In this class she doesn't just teach you how to cope with a loss and how to help others--she really is teaching you how to live! She is a modern day buddha in my eyes. Dr.K is a wonderful, beautiful woman, and I am blessed to have known her in this life.

This was the most fabulous class I have taken at FSU. I learned so much from the class, and Ken Fowler was equally funny and amusing. Please take this class while at FSU, you will really enjoy it.

She is an amazing teacher. She has done so much voulunteering in the community and in the world. She has a huge heart. She is a wonderful teacher...The class I took is Death and Dying; the best class I've ever taken. Definitely one of the best teachers I've ever had also.

Dr. Karioth was my professor in London this Summer. The city came alive because she new every nook and cranny and introduced us to being a citizen of the world. Dr. Karioth is who I want to be when I grow up. She showed me how to live a graceful and beauty filled life full of exquisite moments. I was a business major who, after Dr. Karioth's class changed to medicine and am now a 3rd year resident and intend to practice where I can be an advocate for those who have no voice.

She was awesome, entertaining and you will love her. This death and dying class was interesting, there was a final project but it isn't difficult and it is your opinion so she isn't strict on grading.

Dr. Karioth is awesome. I am a pre nursing student who was just accepted into the nursing program at FSU and I highly recommend NSP3685 for anyone, but especially pre nursing students. Just an all around fascinating class, and I think it will really prepare you for what you'll be dealing with in the medical field.

She teaches real life skills that somehow stick in your head after she mentions it just once. Best professor with the best stories! (anyone can take this class)

TAKE HER CLASS. Seriously my favorite professor. She cares and wants to help you progress in career forward. Go to her office and chat with her, she is one of FSU's most awarded and respected teachers. Her class is also informational and "easy" for a speech class. She says "You could go up there a puke and still not fail this class". 10/10

If your an introvert, take this class. This will help you open your eyes to important ideas about how you should approach life, how you communicate with others, how you should go about life itself.
