Quirky, but good. Open to class opinion and changing class curriculum. He does something right because I got an A.

He only teaches from the chapter learning objectives-with no class interaction. We sit and listen to him lecture and wait until we can leave. He gives BIG test curves & extra credit. It seems he really wants people to pass his class. Picture John Lithgow with no personality & you have Dr. Lamb.

He is very easy, and helps you understand what is going to be on the test. He passes out objectives and tells you what to highlight. as long as you study what you've highlighted, you'll pass the tests. Hes awesome.

He is a very nice man. He lets you use index cards on test and it helps a lot. He is also a very helpful teacher. I dont like how he does not really teach the class he just reads from a textbook and gives you learning objectives to fill out and he only choses like 10 to put on the test. If you cant learn from reading a text dont take his class.

If you want to take this course and make an A, take Lamb. If you want to actually learn something about Psychology then take someone else. Psychology is my major and I made the mistake of breezing through 201 with Lamb and not learning a thing. Hes an awesome guy, funny, nice, and open minded, but the class is WAY to easy.

Wicked easy teacher. Fun too. There is no reason not to get an A. I didn't even read the book and I got an A. Just write down exactly what he says for the reviews, you'll breeze by. If you want to major in psych, this may not be the best class for you though. Don't get me wrong, It's an interesting class but there is little demand to really learn.

easy class. He basically goes through the book during lectures and tells you what is on the test and they are a majority of the grade. He let us use notecards! there is a term paper which might kill part of a day to do... but thats about it. extra credit takes some time but is worth it. Hes a nice guy too, making the class enjoyable to be in.

Mr. Lamb is the best teacher. I love his teaching style. He just reads from the book and he tells you what is going to be on test( but write down everything he says though). His test are really easy, all multiple choice. He also gives you ton of extra credits to make up bad grades. Show him your putting effort and he will give u that big curve.

Soooo boring, but soooo easy. I had such a high A by the end of the semester that he exempted me from the final exam. Only have to write one long-ish research paper.

He tells you exactly everything you need to know on the test, making it almost impossible to fail, and the research paper is graded EASY as long as you meet all the requirements

He was an easy teacher, I thought he would be really hard the first day.He ended out as a really funny old guy who really wants his students to pass. Going to class is mandatory because all the notes you take are in the exact order of the test itself. You should definately take his class if you want the easy A!

He is very generous and wants you to know, understand, AND pass his class. He gives you what will be on the test in every class. For notes, just take down what is "important for you to know for the test" notes, study them, and you're good for the test. Just pay attention, ask questions, make an effort and you will succeed.

Easily my favorite teacher here at TCC, besides Mr. Ellis. Dr. Lamb will literally tell you EVERYTHING you need to know for the exams. Tests are very easy if you mark what you need to study, no essays, just multiple choice. 5 tests, 1 paper, no final. The easiest A I have ever earned. Great class, very cool teacher.

All you have to do in his class is that just stay focused during the class and study 1-2 hours before each test. One writing assignment required, which is easy. There are 2 kinds of teachers in college.Instructors,and Professors.Instructors teach you,and Professors make you learn.Professor Lamb,is an Instructor.He outlines in explicit detail everything you need to do to succeed from day 1.He uses a point based grading system.His classes are fun.BUT don't be slack.Do your extra credit from day 1 don't wait.

I would of failed his class, but with all the extra credit, I was able to pass with a C. Tests are really hard, you have to study the book and take really good notes! He is really boring and has a monotone voice, but overall a good professor. He says the term paper is slack, but the yet there were a ton of ridiculous requirements.

For a Intro to PSYCH class he every thing you could wish for, he actually introduces it to you and doesn't slam it upon you. He reviews the text chapter by chapter. Woo woo! You dont even need to buy the book. He tells you the answer to every test question in class. I just brought in 3x5 flash cards and wrote the term and the definition he said was essential. He lets class out early everyday. The only difficult part was the term paper :( Wasn't fun, but your given months to complete it.

Dr. Lamb is an awesome instructor with an infectious laugh. He does give you all the info you need for tests, but you still need to study. He gives so many EC opportunities that if you fail it's def your fault. Study the "essential" facts, do the EC and you will leave his class interested in psych and with an A.

I took Professor Lamb for Psychology 201 & 202. Take Professor Lamb if you care about learning Psychology. He tells you the Essential Information, Just for your Info and Context. This was the easiest class that I have ever taken. He just goes through the notes & he actually tells you everything that will be on the exam! It doesn't get any easier than that. And if you have an A at the end of the semester then he doesn't make you take the final! And you only do 1 paper, which you get to choose the topic.

Excellent and professor with a good sense of humor. Very knowledgeable about the stuff he is teaching. Gives out all the information that is going to be on his tests. He also gives out lots of extra credit, that can bump you up a letter grade by the end of the semester.

Here's the skinny on this one. NO FIANL EXAM. He gives 5 tests and you WILL need scantron sheets to take his test but aside from that he's a good teacher to take for any PSY class you can with him. He also offers extra credit. I'm gonna take him next semester. He uses humor in his class. EXELLENT TEACHER!

Can't compliment Professor Lamb enough. He is hilarious and kind and so helpful. He tells you EXACTLY what is essential when he gives notes. He lectures and uses power-points and sometimes youtube. Dr. Lamb is a good teacher. 5 tests and NO Final Exam or papers to do. Only draw back is he requires scantron answer sheets for his tests but if you come to class and take notes and study and take advantage of the extra credit he offers you can't fail.

I took Dr. Lamb for PSY 201 and 202. He is a wonderful teacher. Course information is presented in a clear and concise manner. He keeps the class interesting and fun. Dr. Lamb is by far one of my most favorite teachers. His class is divided into 15 weeks, with 2 weeks of note taking and then 1 test on every third week. He is very clear as to what will be on the test, and he offers plenty of extra credit. A great teacher with a sense of humor, I loved having him.

The textbook is not needed. He is literally the easiest professor ever. If you tried to fail his class, it would be very hard to do. He is so clear-cut with his notes. Dr. Lamb's class was amazing. He only requires a few tests, and he tells you everything that's on them. He gives extra credit, you don't need a textbook, and you actually LEARN something. Also, he's hilarious. If you're taking Psychology, he's a must have!

This class was a lot of fun, and an easy "A" while still feeling like I learned something! Would definitely take again!

TAKE HIS CLASS!!! He is clear as to what will be on the test. Just take down the 'essential' notes and study those. He's a very nice guy, and his lectures were interesting and kept my attention. He gives plenty of extra credit opportunities so there is no reason for you to not pass. No papers, no homework. DON'T BUY THE TEXTBOOK!

My favorite prof. Dr. Lamb's dynamic 1 week class is a MUST take. Says you'll be there til 5? You get out between 10:30-12:30. Each day you have a quiz which is multiple choice and you can use notes. Keep him on track with which number you're on for definitions, though, as he can sometimes forget & skip one, but he tells you it's ESSENTIAL to know.

Prof Lamb is awesome. His lectures are basically 50 vocab words that are exactly like the 50 questions on the test. Easy A. If I had to take PSY 102, I'd definitely take him again.

He is a very easy going Professor. Great Lectures and reasonable tests.

Great Proffessor, He is right to the point, does not spend time on unnecessary work, clear on what is needed to study, learn, pass the test, and gain the knowledge you will need to take you to the next level of your courses. I love and miss him dearly.

Dr. Lamb was great! Honestly. I was a little nervous at first, but I really ended up enjoying his class. Each lesson consists of a powerpoint that goes over maybe 10-15 vocab words, and every month you take a test on them. Make flash cards, and you're set! Easy A.

Mr. Lambs PSY 201 class is extremely straight-forward , attendance is mandatory as this is where virtually all your information will come from. His lectures are very interesting, as he ties humor into each and every class. I can honestly say i'm sad to leave his class. Also the book is not required to pass, save your money !!

Basically just show up to class and you will pass. I got a c in his class, but its because I didn't really work for a higher grade.

It's harder to fail this class than it is to pass it. 50 words. 50 definitions. 5 test, and he gives extra credit. My 8th grade earth science class was harder than his class.

Dr. Lamb is one of my favorite professors of all time. He makes his lectures interesting, and he is hilarious. Whatever he says is "essential," then you need to know for the test. He allows students to write up to 4 one-page papers for extra credit, for 5 points each. The tests are easy and straightforward.

AMAZING, i was nervous about taking psychology but he makes it very easy, all the answers for the test are in his powerpoints and he literally points out what is gonna be on the test. Just memorize deffinitions and youll do good.

Mr. Lamb is such an amazing teacher and person. He cares about his students and makes sure the students know. His lectures are clear and the test's are straight out of the power point! This class is such an easy A and it makes you feel good to learn what you learned. He teaches thoroughly and carefully, making sure we understand.

Mr. Lamb is a awesome Professor. His class is very well set up. show up take notes he provides which covers the test and learn. He is very funny and interacts with all the students very well. It is a must you show up or you will miss notes. he dose not post anything on blackboard so being in class is important. Overall He is awesome.

Dr. Lamb is really an amazing teacher. He loves psychology and you can tell. He makes jokes that aren't always dad jokes and are actually funny. There are tests on chapters but he makes sure you have everything you need to succeed. The notes are from well put together power points, and he will wait to make sure you have everything. Extra credit too

Dr. Lamb is an amazing professor. All you need in this class is his power points. Test questions are from the power points. This class is an Easy A if you study the power points because that's all you need.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND DR. LAMB! What is going to be on the test is CLEAR and he gives plenty of extra credit oppontunities. He is very personable and makes learning fun with pop culture comparisons to the material. If you're looking for a CLEAR CUT class and you put in the work, you will certainly come out with an A.
