Doc C. is an awesome teacher/person. She goes out of her way to be helpful to her students. She has even helped me with other math courses that she did not teach. She explains concepts clearly and uses real world examples that make the material both useful and interesting. I HIGHLY recommend Doc C.! As long as you show up, she wants to help you!

Doc V. was an amazing teacher. She maid it straight forward…do your hw and handouts and the tests will be easy. Also if you needed help she maid herself fairly available to us.

Doc. V was extremely helpful and opened her office whenever you needed. She's tough when she needs to be but very informative.

I am a mature student and Doc C was attentive to my needs especially since I had not been in school for nearly 20 yys and my math was RUSTY. VERY RUSTY> She never made me feel less than studious and really PUSHED ME. IT was hard and I worked HARD and HER CLASS which included TOP tontch TA's made sure I got up to speed. WOULD TAKE HER ANY TIME

With statictics being my weakness Doc C made learning the material easy, she was always available for questions and mae her students a priority.

Doc C. is one of the greatest teachers I have ever had. I have never been good in Math but with her help I achieved an A+ in both classes I took with her. She is very enthusiastic about what she is teaching, straight forward about requirements, always there to help you and will go out of her way to make sure you succeed and achieve your goal!

This professor was extremely helpful and did her job extremely well. Any student who didn't do well was either not participating or slow. I remember a lot of information learned from this class and kept all my notes.

I was scared to death to take math again after 13 years. Doc C made it a fantastic, rewarding and confidence-building experience. She is by far and away the best math teacher I have ever had. I'd recommend her to any student in a heartbeat. P.S. - I only gave her a 4 on textbook use because she went above and beyond the textbook to help us learn.

Doc V (C) is a great prof. She cares about her students and she's always available. She explains everything clearly. And she is a ball of energy even at 8am. I loved her class. The only thing I was disappointed with was that she didn't have a math 117 class.

It is difficult to capture my gratitude for Doc V and her dedication. My anxiety about taking Math was very high so I left it for my very last semester. It had been decades since my Math class and I was amazed at Doc V's ability to convey the material in such a fashion that I was able to do very well. SHE'S THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! UNEQUALED!!!

Made math really easy to understand especially if someone really did not get it. Also always willing to help and great teacher to have for an 8:30 class. Very upbeat and made math interesting.

I loved Doc V! I was actually in another math 116, and my old teacher recommended I switch to her. GREATEST SWITCH EVER! She's funny and great at explaining concepts and making you understand them. I used to hate math, and now I'm so good at it, I'm in statistics!!! If you knew me, you'd think I was an alien. lol! All because of Doc V. =)

Sandra is the best mathematics teacher I have ever had and I've recommended her to everyone I know who has to take a MTH course. I always hated math and wasn't even supposed to graduate high school because I couldn't pass basic algebra! Before this course I always felt discouraged going into a math class. Best professor ever!

Excellent professor. Genuinely interested in student's success. Presents material clearly and methodically. Treats students respectfully and is always available to help. You will learn in her class if you do at least as much work as she does.

You are basically taking the class on your own but she will help clarify any questions that need to be answered just wish the class wasn't in the emporium.

Awesome teacher, I wouldn't have done as well without her help. Always willing to go over examples again, gives you 3 or 4 examples of each problem, so make sure that you take good notes. You have to do your work, if you skip the homework and practice tests you won't have a chance of passing but she genuinely wants you to do well.

Doctor "C " is a motivator and a true professor who really cares about the students. I've experienced at CSU many professors with doctoral degrees who seem to feel that the students should bow down to them. This professor is very much different - the way she cares for students is not a "put on" but is for real.

Doc C is awesome!!

Doc C is a great, interactive, funny professor. She loves to teach and help students. You do have to work for an A in her class, but she works with you. She doesn't care about cell phones, but attendance is a must just for the class material, and she takes attendance. I loved her and would rate her one of the best professors of my year at CSU

The best professor I have ever had in Cleveland State, she is there for you no matter what, you have to do the homework but she will help you outside of class hours. Attendance is taken but missing classes is not penalized. Go to class and the emporium after class to do your homework, you will get an A! There is no better choice for Math Than Doc C

Very helpful professor, there for you. If you have any questions she will answer them. Come to her after class if you are having trouble, she will help you out. It's a coordinated class so it's the same amount of work for all students no matter what professor you take. Would defiantly take again.

She is great. The class is super easy, everything is online. She gives u what u need and emails u back on time. She also allows you to finish early( like two months early) if you get done! Great!

You can only miss so many classes or you will fail, and it depends on how quickly you finish. It is a go at your own pace class and it is a godsend for people like me who do not like algebra, it makes it so much easier. She definitely knows her stuff! She explains it SO well. I failed this course 3 times before this time. I know I'll pass.

She encourages questions and overall makes math enjoyable to learn. Highly recommend taking her if you struggle with math or actually showing up for a math class. DOC C is the best if you struggle with math she is the "one" she will coach you to do your best and not give up. She will work with you daily or have one of her trusted staff assist you in your learning. If you stop showing up she will call you constantly till she knows what's going on. She is full life and passionate no regrets

She was an amazing professor. It was my first semester back in school after a two year break and I am not the greatest at math but she is AWESOME. She made taking an online math class a breeze. She gives study notes for each chapter and made it so easy to understand. She always answered any questions I had and really wants her students to succeed.

Best professor I have ever had. She cares so much for the students and always makes sure everybody's questions are answered. She gives great side stories, examples, and explanations. By the end of the semester she felt like another mom to me. If you're sick, she's totally understanding and excuses you. Just don't take advantage of that.

Definitely overloaded my schedule this semester and was completely overwhelmed with classes/work. Doc C worked with me to make sure I got the best possible grade I could. Would not have passed without her constant help. Does a lot for her students and cares about their success.

Doc C is the best math instructor I've ever had. I usually do well in school but math isn't my strong suit. But Doc C worked with me and was always there to answer any of my questions. She also pushed me to get two math classes, Math 87 and Math 116 finished none semester. It was a daunting task but she encouraged me and I passed with an A in both.

Doc C is one of the best math professors I've ever had! Incredibly kind and understanding of others' situations. She's not strict on deadlines, but attendance is vital to understanding the material. Is group work heavy, and lots of assignments. However, the professor makes the material easy to understand.

She's an absolute phenomenon. She expects almost nothing from you, and gives almost nothing in return. That's what I love about today's society: low expectations! This trend is caused by people like "Doc C" who care more about how people view her than whether they're actually doing anything productive to society! Yay participation trophies!

She's not racist! She's an amazing professor who's always willing to help you out. I'm not great at math and have a hard time understanding it, but with her lessons and all the support she gives, I've really improved a lot. She really cares about you and will email you whenever she thinks you might be struggling or need a hand! She's truly amazing.
