Professor Keegan is one of a kind. She is very sweet, she is there to help you during class and during her office hours. She tries hard so you can pass. I am the worst at math and after taking mat 102 (twice) with other professors, I found about professor Keegan and took with her and ended up getting c+. So i definitely recommend her. Shes the best

You will have tons of graded homework online per week as well as around 7 online quizzes which are 7 questions. Your grade is always up to date on my stat lab. There are 3 tests and a cumulative. She always goes over test quizzes and hw. She's great

By far my favorite professor I've had. Gives great lectures. Very clear and understanding if you have a question. Does give online homework, but they help prepare you for the tests. Tests are easy as long as you pay attention in class and study. She loves the students that participate and try hard. I definitely recommend taking her.

If anyone says she's not great, it's got to be because they're not doing the work. She's willing to help if you need it. Always willing to answer questions in detail if you ask. I've taken two classes with her.

I had her in the spring and she was a great professor. I was terrible at math, especially stats. But somehow, with her as my professor, I managed to get a B+ in the class. She explains everything so clearly and she makes intro to stats somewhat interesting. Would definitely take her again!

Professor Keegan was by far one of the best teachers I have had here at NCC. She was very understandable, I once failed a quiz & she gave me a second chance in which I got a 90. She loves to see her students do well. Although there is a lot of homework she gives you a lot of time to do it! I definitely recommend her!

She is the best math teacher I have ever had. I like math so I had no problem with the content of the class but if I had a question she would always answer it clearly. She is really nice, answers all questions, gives review sheets and reviews homework before she closes it. She used MathLab for our homework and it was $100 and we got hw every class.

I have Math anxiety and I was scary to death to take this class, but Professor Sandra made it possible. She will do everything that she can to help you pass, if you need more time to take the testes she will allowed you to come early and have extra time to take the test. So, I was expecting to get a C and with her I finish the class with an A.

Professor Keegan was one of the best professors I had. There is hw that is graded but gives you a week to do it. Her lectures were amazing and if you did well on the final she replaced your final grade with your lowest test grade. Highly recommend her!!!

Professor Keegan is a great teacher. Although she assigns homework often, it definitely benfits you. She explains everything very clearly and always opens for questions. The class is calculator based and we were allowed to bring in an index card with anything on it for each of our 4 exams. Overall she was great and made stats easier to understand.

Prof Keegan was one of my favorite professors at Nassau! I had her for MAT 109 and 102. She gives you homework every week which is done online but it helps your grade a lot and helps you understand the material. She even drops like 5 of your lowest home work grade and your lowest quiz grade because she wants us to pass! 100% recommend her!!!!

SHE IS THE BEST! I took her for stats and made math easy and simple. there were 4 and she dropped the lowest grade. the textbook is an online website which is helpful. you can redo a question until you get it right so if you get 100 on hw you have a great chance on passing even with bad test scores.

I took her for 3 different math classes. I had to start with remedial math so math isn't my strong point. I was lucky enough to get her for that class and loved how she taught so much that I took stats and algebra with her. She's willing to do whatever she needs to for you to understand the subject. It's up to you to ask questions and do work.

Professor Keegan is a really good math teacher. She can be fast at times but you can ask her to repeat things as many times. She makes math easier to understand. she does give homework everyday online, but its not hard to complete. There was 4 tests and 1 final with about 3 quizzes. Not an easy A. you have to study and work for it. Overall great!.

Math is my worst subject. I was lucky though, I managed to snag the best professor for INTRO TO STATS. She allowed one index card (by her choice, by her rules) for each exam (3 total) including the final. She gave A LOT of homework and quite a few of (all online) quizzes which will help your average TREMENDOUSLY if you don't do well on exam(s).

I can't say enough about this professor. She makes math SOOOO easy. Hey homework is online, and yes it's a lot, but it helps you practice. Sense you can redo the hell add many times as you want until you get a good score. She is nice, caring and wants you to pass.

Buy it Homework is very good online with questions given for help. Does not have a full review class but gives a review sheet and can answer any questions day before exam.

She is very caring and willing to help with any homework complaints or needs! I once was unable to access the site for our homework last minute and she generously pushed my homework's due date!

Amazing prof who cares so much about students. Explains material in detail and simply. The Hw is on Pearson and you can try as many times to get a 100. Allows 1 index card on exams. Goes out of her way to help you if you ask. Do not need to buy textbook but you need the code. Quizzes were online, tests multiple choice. A solid choice for prof.

I had this professor remotely the experience was good. She does only grade by a few things but she nice enough to make homework 20% of your grade which is really nice. You do need to know what you are doing in order to pass the class. She doesn't mind explaining the lesson a million times to help you and very understanding.

If you're a terrified math student like me, do yourself a favor and take professor Keegan. Tons of quizzes/HW and 4 exams including a final. Stats is hard but she'll work with you if you simply apply yourself. She makes math look soo easy and fun take herrrr. Best Stats professor hands down. Thank you professor Keegan!!!!!!!

Awesome Math professor! This was my first math class at NCC and she blew expectations. You can tell she's passionate about her work, and will really take the time to break things down. Apply yourself and you WILL succeed in her class. Everything from assignments to exams are well structured and fair.

Professor Keegan is outstanding. She teaches very similar to how you learn in High School but that's a very good thing. She will take the time to get to know everyone in the class and will not move on unless everyone understands the Material. Im in Calculus 2 now and she was such an inspiration to me and really helped me understand Trig throughout.

Took her spring 23, she was exceptional, passionate about her job, fast but accurate lecture, well experienced, understandable, sweet, well organize, discipline, and engaged; if you complete quizzes, tests, and hw with a high grade, you are exempt from the final, but you have to work hard, but makes stats to seem easy and very fun.

I took Professor Keegan in the Spring of 2024. As someone who struggled with math throughout high school, I dreaded taking statistics. I think she's a wonderful professor; she took the time to explain topics and didn't hesitate to explain things if needed. She also would review before exams and give practice questions. 10/10 recommend!

I would 100% take any math class with her. She's easily the BEST math professor I've had. For the first time, I earned great grades and truly understood Algebra & Trig. She doesn't just teach formulas she helps you understand the concepts also.She genuinely cares about her students and wants us to succeed, and her passion for teaching really shows.

I thought that Intro to Stats will be difficult since that I dropped AP Statistics, but she makes it so easy during classes (it was online).
