Very easy class. All tests and quizzes online..Not necessary to go to class, Large class wont know if you are missing. She is a nice teacher. Very approachable. We need more teachers with her thinking at WCU!!

She gives online tests!!! What could be better than that?? AND she encourages you to print out the tests and find the answers before actually taking the test! Easy A if you know where to find your info!

Had the course when tests were online. TESTS ARE NOT ONLINE ANYMORE! (as far as I know) I ended up getting a A in the course and I never went to class! I'd imangine without online tests it would be pretty tricky though!

tests are no longer online!!!!! I still dont go to class though. test questions are right from the book, so read it and you will be fine. she is fair, and reasonable. I really like her. just dont take Ed Pollak!!!! you will fail!!!!!!!

Even without the online tests, i think the class is pretty easy. You do have to pay attention and read the book though. While you can miss a few classes, I'd suggest coming more often than not. it's helped me a lot

I thought her tests were VERY difficult. I would read the book and reread the book, and still not do very well on the tests. She is a helpful teacher. She responds quickly to emails.

Possibly the easiest course I've ever taken. Never had to read the book, barely paid attention in class. Grade: A. Tests are easy if you read carefully.

LOTS of notes from powerpoint, not all that bad. Can be self explanatory, so studying was very little. Boring at times, but it could be worse. Overall, easy class. Tests are pretty much from notes, never used the book.

when the tests were online it was sooo easy. I got a 100 on every exam. But i hear she ended that. GOOD LUCK!

Straightforward tests, pretty simple, easy class

Take her very nice lady. Sometimes gets boring, but she teaches so that you can understand the concepts. Tests are a little treaky but if you buy the pracice booklet you will pass the test with flying colors. I got a b+ in the class

nice lady... interesting at first, but started to get boring..her tests aren't impossible but there are some tough questions. gives unnanounced extra credit points so go to class. do the work in the study guide and you should be fine.

Take the notes, study them, and you'll be fine. The class can be loonnng and boring but she gives extra credit points randomly so don't skip it.

I like her. She goes at a fair pace, and though she may not hold everyone's interest as well as others, this professor is very inssightful and open to and questions you might have. Tests are a breeze, too. I say go for it.

Class is all PowerPoints..take notes on them and you're fine..I read the paper when she talked and finished w/ an A..very kind woman..would definitely recommend her

Professor Kerr is off the chain. She teaches using powerpoint and her tests are easy. She doesn't ask you to read the whole chapter. She gives you specific pages to read regarding the exams. Exams are based on both lectures and readings. She takes time out to actually explain what she's teaching.

Kerr is a great teacher. Her lectures are kind of boring but her exams are pretty easy. She does a lot of extra credit assignments and the best part - a take home final!

This woman is kind of strange. Her class is insanely easy though. Her lectures all have powerpoint - show up, take occasional notes from the powerpoint - easy A.

Mainly power point lectures broken up with film clips. She has good lecture clarity but should smile some times.Gives up to +5% points on final grade for going to class. Read case studies carefully, there are no hidden or trick questions. Easy A if you go to class, study notes and read the book.

She is a great and caring teacher. Loved the class and her. Class is interesting. Note taking is a pain, and tests are from the book. Do the work and you will get a good grade. Would take her again in any subject if it was offered.

I had her four years ago for intro. I had a major already, but because of her I declared Psychology as my minor. I'm just disappointed i didn't get to take her a second time.

Overall good teacher. Most classes are going over the slides from the powerpoints you can print out. 2 Research Credit Hours required. Technically do not need to go to class but once in a while she has extra credit in class activities that can boost your grade. Tests are fair and all multiple choice. I recommend her.

This class was 100% power point driven. Every lecture was her simply going over the power points that she already had posted to d2l. you could not go to one class and just study the practice test she posts online and the power point slides and you'd do just as good on the test as if you went to class. Nice lady tho who knows alot about psychology

Very easy class. Consists of her reading power point slides that are already on D2L. Towards the middle of the semester I realized I could still do really well without going to class very often. Gives out a lot of extra credit, but you have to be in class to get it. Lot of info to learn/remember, but very interesting and easy.

Very easy class. I stopped going a few weeks in because I realized her tests were her powerpoints in question form. Focus mainly on the powerpoints when studying for a test. Like I said, I stopped going to class and received an A- for the semester.

Basically just check Connect twice a week to do the homework's and review the study guides she puts up. Easily passed without going to class. Everything is online.

She is so nice but lectures are boing. You don't even have to go to lectures unless you want extra credit every once and a while. Tests and homework are online. Extremely easy to get an A

even though the class had hundreds of students. she still really cared about everyone, and showed it through D2L and email. she was always there to help, and gave a lot of extra credit to help you do well. nice lady.

Kerr was a fantastic teacher.

Did not go to class the last month of the semester, got a 100%+. Homework assignments are extra credit. Learn how to navigate a textbook and the open-book tests are easy enough that the homework gets you a comically comfortable grade.

Very easy class. Hybrid so you only have to go one day a week. Tests are online and fairly easy. Weekly homework assignments take a few minutes but help grade a lot. In class activities are one point so you will loose some points for not going to class, they aren't every class though. I would reccommend her.

the easiest class i have ever taken. She is a really nice woman. most people don't go to class and still get As because all of the tests are online so you dont have to take them in the classroom. The material was interesting too, an easy A+

EASY class. Once a week, four online exams, online HW that takes about ten minutes, and in-class assignments (10 points all semester) determine your WHOLE grade. Lectures were interesting enough, but since attendance wasn't mandatory and exams were online, it was hard to stay motivated to learn. EASIEST class, but learned VERY little.

EASY. EASY. EASY. I didn't go after a few weeks and I passed the class easily. If you feel like going to the one class a week, you'll get a really nice boost to your GPA. Half the class is only so knock out a few assignments a week and you'll be set for the semester. Definitely take it.

This is a hybrid course, you attend class only once a week and most of the work is online. The lectures are very dry but she notices if you attend and are attentive. She makes tests open most of thee day and is very understanding toward any tech issues you may have. Most of her tests are based on the powerpoints, so look those over. It's an easy A.

This class is so easy! All tests are online and the only reason to go to class is there's sometimes in-class assignments. Lectures include lots of videos and powerpoints. Definitely a class you should take.

She was super nice, class was real easy. Tests and homework are all online so you can pull off a pretty decent grade without going to a single lecture, but if you just go and show up you're basically guaranteed an A+

Super easy class. All tests are open notes and she's a very easy grader. Class is a little boring because she has a monotone voice, but most of this class is online and is overall very easy.

All the quizzes are online, so they're all open note which makes it super easy. You don't have to pay attention in class to get an A, all the material is easy as long as you do the work. There is a lot of reading and online assignments, but as long as you do them, passing the class with a good grade is a piece of cake.

This woman is seriously great. Very understanding and helpful. All tests are online and there is no final exam but I still feel like I learned a lot. Good idea not to skip class, even though lectures can be a little long, she often takes role through PolEV and sometimes does in class activities that count for credit. Highly recommend.

I had Dr. Kerr in a hybrid course. Honestly, if you show up to the class you'll pass because quizzes aren't hard at all, they're straight from the power points and she posts them online. The only thing I didn't like is that she was very monotoned and lectures seemed endless and boring.

I took her PSY 100 class and I really enjoyed. If you've ever taken Psych in highschool, it will be a lot of repetition. The fact that we only met once a week since it's a hybrid course was tough at first, mostly online work. The quizzes are very straightforward if you read the chapters. Very easy class, if you know the chapters.

I had her for a hybrid course and her in-class lectures were kimd of pointless but she would put things on the test that were said in class occasionally. She gives a lot of resources to pass the weekly quizzes. Kind of boring but an easy to pass class.

Took her PSY 100 hybrid course and it was an easy A as long as you do the work. Tests are hard, but she offers plenty of online material, video lectures, and power points to assist in taking the tests. Go to class too, class material is sometimes on the tests.

This class was an easy A. You take 10 online quizzes with an excessive amount of time given ( you can look in the book or google most questions). The other assignments are only graded on completeness not correctness. Didn't really have to learn anything to get an A

Dr. Kerr's hybrid class is extremely simple. It's up to you whether you attend or not as she posts an online lecture that is identical to her in-class lecture. As well, your top 8 out of 10 quizzes count for your grade along with other assignments. In all, quiz answers can be found if you type the exact question in on google. Easy A.

Dr. Kerr is cool. I took the hybrid psychology course and I liked it ! You only have to go once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was a little confusing at first with the online book and exams, but you get used to it. She'll help you as much as possible. Exams are open note ! Easy A

Sandra Kerr's class is super easy. Attendance isn't mandatory, but sometimes she'll give random assignments in class or extra credit to give credit to people who are actually coming to class. All the notes are online and you can use your notes for your online exams, which are super easy if you take detailed notes. An easy A.

pretty basic psy class no complaints

There are a lot of assignments for Dr. Kerr's class, but that makes it easy to do well if you are not a strong test-taker. She also offers a handful of extra credit opportunities that are beneficial if you happen to bomb one of the quizzes. She answers emails in a timely manner and is helpful with any questions you may have.

Taking PSY100 with Dr. Kerr as an asynchronous remote class was a great choice for a gen ed! The weekly modules are clearly laid out for you, and the assignments through LaunchPad are helpful in reinforcing the content. A few group projects throughout the semester, but nothing too difficult. An interesting and low-stress gen ed to take!

Real easy laid out class. Launchpad has everything you have to do. It's multiple assignments due every Sunday. 2 to 3 group assignments. She is also very understanding if you need an extension just ask :)

I had her for an online 7 week class and honestly I would take this again. There are some group assignments and everything else is on Laundpad, it's like 4 chapters due every sunday night. You do have to read to "teach yourself" but this was the easiest A i have every gotten so..

100% Online summer course- All to complete is LearningCurve quizzes (receive 100% for completing), 4 exams, and a "group" project. This is all done in 5 weeks on your own time. Easiest class as long as you do assignments by the end of each week assigned. Would recommend to freshmen and any others who need this credit/prerequisite.

In her online course she doesn't demand unnecessary meetings/calls + if you have questions she's quick to respond to emails. The class is so simple and easy and even if your group sucks for the group project, you can just let her know they do and she totally understands and gives you full credit anyway. Basically an easy A.

Awesome class!! Only 7 weeks so was able to get it done in half the semester. Super easy and understandable. 2-4 connect assignments each week (you get 100 just for completing it) and 4 exams. Fully online and asynchronous. Professor Kerr is super reachable as well. The only annoying part is the 2 group assignments but they were easy

Dr. Kerr was amazing. The material is easy enough to understand that if you just read and do the modules, you should be good for the tests. There are plenty of chances to get extra credit, so even though I got a B on one of my tests, I pulled my grade up with those, which wasn't hard at all. I'm really glad I chose this class. I learned a lot.

One of the best professors I have ever had. Very understanding def take her class if you can.

Take her PSY100 class if you need it for an elective.

This class is insanely easy. Two group "projects" that basically take no time to complete and all of the tests are online without any sort of proctoring. You would have to literally put in effort to fail this class, very easy A. Only somewhat annoying thing is the homework that is the mcgraw hill smartbook assignments.

Professor Kerr's PSY100 class is a breeze - easy assignments, optional attendance, and lots of extra credit opportunities. unstuck ai proved super helpful for test prep alongside the textbook. Highly recommend for an easy A!

I took her 7 week online class and even then this class was too easy lol. Readings and two group projects that are super easy, exams that are open book, and gives out extra credit and tips galore. Goes above and beyond to make sure you succeed, not many do that. PSY100 is a beneficial class for any student, take it if you need an elective!

this was the easiest class to take it was fully online and only based on homework assignments, exams and two small group assignments that were extremely easy. on top of that there are very easy extra credit assignments to boost your grade.

Very very easy online course.

This is a super-easy class; you will probably get over 100% if you do all the homework and a few extra credit assignments. I got 1 B and 3 As on the 4 exams, didn't do 2 extra credit assignments, and still ended with over 100%. She is also really good at replying to emails.

Lots of textbook reading, but exams and quizzes are open book, which is hugely helpful. Multiple extra credit opportunities. Friendly communication and feedback from professor. Assignment deadlines and requirements are clearly laid out. If you do what is required of you, this is a fairly easy A.

This class is easy, but it is time-consuming. She covers a lot of material and gives a lot of assignments in a short period of time. Some of the textbook material is irrelevant to the exams, and she adds even more irrelevant content to the subject matter, including topics covered in courses on women and gender studies.

I took PSY 100 as a 7-week class so there was a lot of work in a short period of time (homework, 1 small group project, and exams). But these assignments are pretty easy and there is lots of extra credit so its super easy to get an A! Doing work ahead of time helped to not have much to do toward the end of the 7 weeks. I recommend 100%
