HOT HOT HOT! You'll never get bored with her. The lectures are easy. The quizzes and tests are right from the book. She has a dry sense of humor though, but that's alright. :) I recommend her whether or not you're majoring in the field.

I really enjoyed taking this class. She is explains the material very well. She is organized and helpful. She also makes the class fun with her stories. Her test are difficult if you don't study her notes. The assignments are easy if you follow the directions.

I had to take this class to satisfy my GE req and at first, she had all those rules and homework. It seemed too much but with some time passed, you get used to the class and she makes it so much fun. Plus we got to eat alot, too :D She is very friendly and always answer our questions about health food (even it was not related to ethnic food)

It's a good class. Seemed strict with that huge syllabus in the beginning, but it's really not even hard. Just do your homework and review the study guide. She drops one exam too!

Nice teacher. She gives once in a while take home exams. Group presentation are actually pretty fun. The only thing is it is based on the group, so if one person messes up the everybody gets pulled down. We cooked twice this semester and it was bomb! I had lots of fun. In conclusion, it was EZ. I think everybody passed this class with a good grade.

She is very nice and very sweet, but it becomes trying when she is so patient with people that are completely inept. The class moves at a snails pace, so there is no reason not to get an A. On the tests, she might say she doesn't award partial credit- but try anyways and she awards points.

Sandra Weatherilt was the best teacher that I have ever had. She almost always handed out outlines for her classes, gave out study notes, drops one of 3 exams, and I barely studied for the final and got an A on it. Attendance is vital but she is verrrrry understanding. She is amazing Take her for your general ed class you will be so glad you did.

She's hot, straight forward, as clear as can be. Show up to class everyday, do your assignments, which are very easy, tests are straight from lecture and book, she hands out study guides you fill in during lecture. you have to be really stupid to fail.

This class was really really easy! there are 8 take home quizzes, a few really easy assignments, and midterm and final are both easy. Attendance is required. Docks off points if you are late so be on time! Make sure you do all hw assignments and quizzes because it will bring your grade DOWN. Very fair teacher. Take her you won't regret it!

Sandra is a great teacher. I could have done better in her class. If you pay attention to lectures and meet her in her office with questions you will absorb every bit of information because she really cares to help. She has an easy sense of humor, too. I would definitely recommend her for nutrition.

Sandra was a great professor. The class is easy if you show up and listen, do the minimal homework and study the notes and book for tests. I thought the tests were pretty hard, but I easily got an A in the class. Sandra is also adorable and really easy to understand. Attendance is key!

want the best advice? go to class everyday bc attendance counts as points, do all the assignments which are a breeze, and all the quizzes are fairy easy, study guides for tests and final are given. she has a cute personality! you'll like and appreciate it if your really interested in health!

You also learn alot in this class, which is a change for me cause I've had some petty crapper professors. Overall this class was chill and I would take her again!

She's one of the best teachers I've ever had. Period. She's very helpful and will answer ANY question you have. We do work out of the text book a lot, but the exams are online. I took her for the 8-week Food Safey class, and it went by so fast. I highly recommend her.

Weatherilt has a great personality and is a very fun professor. She really does her best to help you understand everything and she really enjoys talking about nutrition-related things with students! The only issue I found with her was that she scrapped a couple planned assignments halfway through the semester and didn't always show up. No biggie.

You should not have a problem getting an A in this class. All exams are open and taken on blackboard Except final.Tests are easy but serve safe online exam is a hard test. Have to read book very carefully, pay attention to diseases, examples, rules, and codes. know food temps, ask prof ?s cuz she does not explain everything in detail.

Funny! Not a fan of tardiness or absences but her classes are fun. I took the hybrid class so the quizzes were easy and what she lectures on is usually on the tests/quizzes. Also gives out colored outlines of each chapter. Definitely a good class and not boring!

Sandra is not only sexy but a great instuctor. She made the class fun for me in NF10 I did not want to take this class but I found out quickly that she is passionate about what she teaches. Prof. W is awesome! Took her hybrid NF10 class and it was easy! Not too much "HW" per se, weekly quizzes (online if you are hybrid) so the textbook is a MUST NEED to read. Midterm and final were fairly straight forward, just do the study guide and you'll be fine. She's funny, helpful, and super hot! Attendance is a MUST for points. Recommended!

I loved the class. She is funny and she is FAIR. I took the hybrid class and it was awesome. She doesn’t give too many assignments so if you don’t turn in your assignments you will fail the class. On the up side the assignments are easy. Lots of reading but weekly test are also pretty easy. I wish all my professors were like her.

I am the type of person who prefers having the Professor in front of me, so this class was HARD! You do have to do all of the online assignments, but the Serve safe exam was HARD! I wish this class was a Hybrid class cuz I felt she didn't explain it well enough. But keep in mind that if you don't pass the Serve Safe exam you get an F in the class.

OMG!! This is by far the best online class and you learn so much. weekly discussions and quizes mid term and final. a few projects but very easy took this class with 17 other units and still passed with an A. Take Her those who complain don't put in the effort

She's great. I enjoyed her class and learned a lot. She has only two major exams: the midterm and final which you are allowed to use a cheat sheet for both. Also has quizzes online and small homework assignments. She will say that the book is necessary (and it costs over $100) but I got a 95% without it. There's a copy in the library and Amazon.

This class was an easy pass. Online quizzes that are from the book. Very few homework assignments. One major project that took only three days and was just observing what you ate and computing nutrients. Final and mid term are easy with a free cheat sheet.

I took her online course. Her quizzes and tests are pretty tough for a NF10 class, I mean, I didn't Google for any answers, I just answered based on my readings and it was like... pretty hard. She has like questions from weird sections on the book, like a small box print questions to trip you out. Group projects were easy. It was aiiight...

Prof. Weatherilt is very understanding and caring! She really knows her stuff! Attendance is very important because it goes towards your participation credit but trust me her class is enjoyable. I definitely expanded my knowledge on nutrition studies. She also allows you to use a sheet for the midterm and final. I highly recommend taking her class!

TAKE THIS COURSE!!! it is soooooo easy as long as you do your (easy) work and are organized with due dates. She is very kind and the work is so slight. Quizzes and final exam were easy!

TAKE HER CLASS! I took NF 12 during winter 2021 and she's by far my favorite professor! She is so caring, checks up on you with email weekly and her assignments have a clear criteria and due date. Textbook reading is provided free through canvas, also the final was so simple and she gave out lots of free points. She truly cares about her students.

Mrs. Weatherilt is such a sweetheart and cares about her students. She really loves what she does and I would 100% recommend this class to anyone else. I learned so much in the class and she gives you all the tools needed to pass. If you fail the class, you truly should be ashamed because of how easy it is. She is there to help you.

If you need to take a nutrition class, she is the ONE. She is extremely kind and encouraging. She engages with you even if you do not with her showing you that your not alone if you need help and support. Class is easy but informative. Grading is clear and you learn a lot from her!!

I've taken Professor Weatherilt for 2 different subjects and she amazing! She usually responds within 24hrs, she makes the discussion boards and the group project fun and she provides online resources. I wish there were more classes I could take with her because she is fun and provides weekly "check-in" that are pretty cool. You learn a lot too.

NF10 Nutrition for Health & Wellness (summer '24): I was initially intimidated by how to manage diverse tasks like assignments, quizzes, chapter annotations, etc. in 6 weeks. However, the professor supported students with frequent reminders of deadlines, positive encouragement, & personalized feedback. Bonus? Transparent grading! Don't sleep on it!

Professor Weatherilt is a great teacher, I had her for a summer course and really enjoyed her class. She has a great understanding of current technology, she gives out information that matches the homework and approaches the class with a positive attitude. Her grading is fast, great feedback and her quizzes are easy if you study the course work.
