Great class and teacher. Certain areas were tough at the end, but overall I did great in the course and learned plenty!!!

Amazing professor. Goes over everything on the tests and answers any question thrown to her. All projects graded in timely manner. Very easy to approach and discuss classwork with. Highly recommended.

Ms. Keeter did a great job in this class. You do have to keep up with the assignments but some of those are real easy. Do as many practice tests as you can - it helps.

Already knew everything for this class so I should've taken outline, but it was fun to sign in and leave, at least I got other work done. I recommend taking her though, because from what I saw she is VERY helpful to computer illiterates.

Great teacher! She's very helpful. Sam testing can make the easiest test difficult though. Do the pratice exams!

Great class and GREAT professor! I took the computer class on-line and it was awsome. We had a good group of people with an excellent instructor. We posted 100's of messages daily, and from what I could tell, she read everyone! There never was a delay in response time from her. Take her class and MS Office will be your best friend!

She's very easy and gives a ton of extra credit point opportunities. Assigns you multiple projects for each software that you do (Microsoft Word, Access, Powerpoint, Excel). If you pay attention in her class and do your projects, there is no way your going to get anything below an A in my opinion. I highly recommend Keeter.

Best online class I've ever taken. Mrs. Keeter is extremely conscientious, responds quickly and it's nice to have it all on the bulletin board where we can all access the information

Mrs. Keeter is a great teacher. She is always there to help you and she always offers extra credit. If you have a goood grade then you dont have to do the final project, so I finished three weeks early! This class is work, but its easy work. TAKE HER!!!

I took her online class, and for it being my first online class ever, I thought it was great.I highly reccommend taking her class. She can sometimes be a little unclear, but I think that is just because she really encourages the class to enteract and help one another. If you pay attention and ask questions, you should do just fine in her class.

Great Class! Took Cgs2100 and liked it so much I took another with Mrs Keeter. If you go to class and listen to her lectures, you will do well (or if you just follow the book and read her online notes you can do well). It's really pretty easy and she's always willing to help!

Took her for an online class and I have no idea how she manages it. She had a ton of students and she was online all the time. I knew that I could get a response within a day at most for any question that I had. She is by far the most skilled teacher I've encountered so far in my studies, and was incomprehensibly helpful. Take this class!

Ms. Keeter was on the ball with answers to all my questions. Extremely helpful. Do all the work, and you'll get an A! I loved how she got the online class involved in helping each other. Very friendly teacher!

Amazing teacher; friendly and helpful. I know a lot of students gave her a hard time for using SAM, but I found it really tested my knowledge of the software - challenging, but fair (especially if you take advantage of all the tries).

I was in one of her on-campus classes. Even though, I was able to miss classes and do all the work online and submit it to her. The class is very basic, very easy, and as long as you do the work you will receive an A. Ms. Keeter always graded quickly and replied to my questions fast. Highly recommended.

Took her online class it was pretty easy if you already kno some about Microsoft, but a lot of work. Every section in a Chapter there is a sample project,SAM project, practice test as well as exam at end of the chapter. Shes not a bad teacher but your really just another name and number to her.

Second semester with Prof. Keeters-she is great. Very helpful and responsive. I took her online class. Gives you lots of opportunity to make extra points.

She is fantastic. I took her office apps online and she was great. We are allowed to work at our own pace and she was ALWAYS helpful in answering questions. One note...don't cheat in online classes. People who cheat in online classes make future online classes HARDER for everyone else. Plus they can catch you easy now and you'll get a F

Mrs. Keeter treats her students as adults. She reminds me of my boss in that she is there when you need her but she trusts you to be an adult and get your work done. I would gladly take another class with her in the future.

Professor Keeter was very helpful and is a master of her craft. She provided daily support and extra credit for those in need. Her class is worth taking if she is teaching.

The MS Office course by Keeter/White is great! They are very helpful, even when the forums get crazy they do reply to every post and in a timely manner. Students had issues with books not being available at the store and they were very accommodating to those students. All work is open so you can work ahead in case you have upcoming life events.

The online Office Applications class is great. It's very formal and clear. They use an online lab where you can resubmit most work until you get a 100. You even get feedback so you know what to correct. Covers Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel, and Access very thoroughly. Overall a simple but useful course. Definitely buy the book, it's used for projects.

Great professor. I wish they all were like her. The class wasn't easy but it wasn't difficult either; easy A if you apply yourself.

Great professor! Lots of opportunity for extra credit that could raise your grade a whole letter! Be sure to buy the book and the correct Microsoft Office otherwise you'll be missing A LOT! Easy class if you stay ahead or on top of things at least. Only thing to remember is that assignments are due on Wednesdays.

She is awesome. I wish more online professors structured their classes this way. All the assignments for the entire semester are posted and available from day one. She does recommend that you post questions to the forum in case another student knows the answer and can explain it better and to reduce repeat questions, but she also answers questions.

I took an online class with Ms. Keeter. She was super helpful, but I should mention that every single question a student asked was already answered in the assignment instructions. Essentially, the class was about following instructions. She's very nice.

Prof. Keeter's online class was very informative and educational. From day one, she lays out all of her expectations for the students, gives you a detailed syllabus and outline, and is super helpful. As long as you follow the guidelines in the syllabus, and the directions for each assignment, you'll do great.

This was my first on-line course instructor and I think she does a great job. She tries to get back to students on their issues or questions as soon as possible, and does encourage other students to help each other if possible. Definitely work on the assignments early in class because last minute rushing usually doesn't grade well. Great Teacher!

Great Professor! Lots of work, but quick grading and good feedback. No excuse not to get an A if you just try and do what is expected. I feel prepared to get MOS certified after this class and learned way more than I thought i would!

This teacher was not hard at all! However, make sure you do the work. The work is harder then the teacher, make sure you follow directions and pay attention!

Tough, but fair instructor. You will learn things you didn't know! If you miss an assignment, don't sweat, just keep plugging along. She gives extra credit final at the end to boost your grade!

If you just do the work you will pass. The assignments were so easy that I even worked ahead and finished the class a month and a half early so i could focus on my other classes. the assignments are quick and easy and the grades are put in quickly. Keeter is quick to reply to any problems or questions that you may have.

Mrs. Keeter was helpful and friendly, giving great feedback, also well organized. Probably will be my easiest class in College. Goes over Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access; the later two may be challenging if you have no experience with them. The best thing about this class is that you can get ahead as much as you want. Take advantage of this!!!

Mrs keeter is wonderful! Whoever thinks the class is easy is crazy; you have to work hard to stay on top of assignments and get good grades, but she is there to help every step of the way! She's quick to respond and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking for help. And the book and sam training help make sense of the hard to understand subjects!

This class is the easiest class ever as long as you know your way around Microsoft. Don't even bother buying the textbook I never even touched it! All you need is the Sam code for the training and test program. Kept an A all semester and ended with a 101% in the class thanks to the extra credit exam at the end of semester. TBH hard class to fail.

Easy A - Anyone with any experience using Microsoft Office should be able to phone it in and still get a 100+ in this class. The teacher provided good feedback to everyone that had questions in the discussion section.

She's very nice. Her syllabus walks you through everything that's expected. You can work ahead and finish the course early. She responds usually within a few hours if you email her. The hardest part of the class is sometimes the versions of M.S.O. are different than what the class version is and it can cause you to get a few wrong on the exams.

If u need to take computer apps for ur degree, she is the online prof to get. Everything related to the course will be on the home page, u submit everything once a week. If ur Microsoft savvy, this is an easy A. Even if not, material is easy to follow, stuff can be taken > once. Didn't need book, but access to cengage. Really hard to not get an A.

She reminds you of everything! Really encourages to do best. Multiple attempts on Exams/Projects. HW due 1x/wk. Prior Service (USAF) If you know Microsoft this class is too easy. Lots of help in group discussions. She's cool and accessible. Hard NOT to get an A

I took this class online. Ms. Keeter is actually a really good teacher it is definitely an easy A, you get about 2 assignments a week and as long as you do those assignments you will pass (You get like 5 attempts each so you really cannot fail). The one downside is that if you miss more than 2 assignments you probably will get a B.

Great class! Clear instructions with plenty of time to do assignments. 2 assignments per week (1 project and 1 exam) and 5 attempts for each. Extra credit option at the end that can only help your grade. Easy A, ended with 110%.

This class isn't hard as long as you read and take notes if you have a hard time remembering. She lets you work ahead and at your pace, which helps a lot when you have other more challenging classes. She is caring, understanding and is there when you need her. I really enjoyed this class and Mrs. Keeter!

This class was super easy. 6 access assignments, 6 word assignments, 6 powerpoint assignments, 6 excel assignments, and a final exam for extra credit that is based off those assignments. For all the assignments you get 5 attempts, it's impossible to fail this class. I got 107% in the class. Also Prof. Keeter is super sweet.

This professor is amazing! She is excellent and if you need help, she will give you the feedback needed. The hardest module was the Access but she really helps you through everything and provides a discussion area in which you can ask questions along with other classmates. An easy A and an excellent professor! Definitely worth taking!

The course work can be finished in a month or two since all the modules are unlocked. Prof. Keeter was sweet to help me with some work that I had missed so that I can boost my grade in the class. TIP: if you get stuck on the projects, YouTube has videos on them and save time! DO NOT buy the Cengage Unlimited code! Ask her about the SAM book for $89

Great professor! She let me work ahead so I could finish before going in labor with my first child and was always available to answer my questions or help with technical issues. I thought I knew MS Office inside out, but boy was I mistaken. I learned so much in this class to help me with other college classes and my job. Thanks professor keeter

this class was super easy, you can def work ahead, its 1 exam, and 1 project a week (also a practice but there out other sources to help). getting the code for cengage was a bit confusing at first. everything has 5 tries and retakes, so i did really well on word and excel, but access i didnt even attempt, but barely tried for ppt and ended w/ an A

Prof. Keeter is a great professor. She provides lots of help to get you to understand the assignment. Just do the tasks and you will easily get an A. I finished this class 2.5 months early because you go at your own pace. This is the second time I've had her.

Professor Keeter was great on getting back to you if you had questions. You are tested and quiz on each section. Her class was divided in to application (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) each has 3 sections so plan for 3 quizzes and 1 exam at the end of each section. Access was defiantly a challenge as I do not use it on a daily basis!

I LOVE the structure of this class and Mrs Keeter is so quick to answer our questions. She clearly wants us to be successful. I am learning a lot of things that I did not know I could do with Microsoft, which is increasing my understanding of the programs and helping me in my other classes and at work. I am starting to feel like a pro, haha!

Prof. Keeter was a great professor to take for a computer class. If you have previous usage and knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & Access, you will pass this class with flying colors. I rarely used the textbook since I already knew how to use the programs, but the textbook also helps alot. All of the homework has multiple attempts too!

She really just administers the online portal and updates you on due dates, but things run real smooth and she seems set on making sure you have every chance to pass. Workload can feel pretty heavy if you do some of the practices and reading (some helped some didn't), but you can also crank through and get way ahead if you have the time.

Great class; everyone should take so they know how to use 365 account we get free as a student. And what I learned should help me with papers and presentations in other classes. Thinking about taking Mrs. Keeter's advanced class next.

Finished class one month ahead because all reading and assignments are wide open. Due to my work and travel schedule, I appreciated this because I could work ahead as needed. Mrs Keeter provides videos for every module and if you do the Reading/Training, it makes doing the projects and exams a little easier. Great class overall; I learned a lot.

Wonderful professor! 100% recommend. The course Is not hard and is easy to follow each week. Professor Keeter is always available and clearly loves teaching and helping her students succeed. She does not curve grades, so definitely definitely do the extra credit if you are borderline and missed any assignments along the way!

This is a very easy class. There is an assignment and an "exam" due each week. There is a practice test that walks you through the questions on the test and it is the exact same. Everything learned on the practice tests are also used for the project. Only took me around an hour or two each week and a lot of it I already knew.

Professor Keeter was amazing. Responds quickly to messages on Canvas 24x7! I was able to plan around vacations and work deadlines because she opens everything at the beginning, and she urges you to work ahead. The final was optional for extra credit and super helpful to make up points. I look forward to taking more classes from her!

Amazing teacher, she knows her topics. online class is easy to keep up with. If you want to learn and do well, everything you need is at the palm of your hand, just make sure you do everything on schedule.
