Dr.Sanjoy as he likes to be called is one of the very few professors who are excellent at their chosen career. It is true he has an accent but that is not a barrier to his teaching ability. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He understands every student's situation and tries to help, however, you have to show interest in the course.Great!

Professor Chakraborty as i know him, is one of (CUNY'S) finenst science teacher. Yes thats right. I am no scholar by any chance, But I persist and apply myself very hard. The clearness and interest Professor Chakraborty teaches with gives you a desire to learn more and absorb the material. He is a very good Professor.

Honestly, there are teachers out there that are teachers and then there are those who actually teach. Chakraboty is a Teacher who teaches. He was easy to understand espeacially for anatomy. There was no trick to his exam. What he said was gonna be on the test was on the test. Take him and you will see for yourself!

This professor will never show up on time to class, but he will teach you the material faster and more effectively than any out there. Great professor if you are taking A&P or really anything that he knows and teaches. He doesn't copy from notes he teaches from the head and that makes him a walking encyclopedia. Absolutely City Tech's finest professor!!His method of instruction is top notch. He is clear and concise.Not a walk in the park but he definitely makes science interesting.Not an easy A but it can be achieved. Exams are not easy but are fair. Great Professor, I was expecting to be absolutely confused by A&P especially because Science was never my best subject. But even though it was condensed into a 4 week summer class, I learned way more than I have ever learned in a full 4 month semester! Highly recommend.

Need to read the book & study guild, then go on internet to seek practice questions relevant to each chapter to understand the topic in its entirety; then take his weekly quizzes + 4 exams.

Had him for Pathophysiology online. Power points are very detailed and instructions are precise. Exams and quizzes were straight forward and mainly from the slides. Reading the text book gave me an edge to do really well. Prof Chakraborty is very respectful and humble, wish I had him for an interactive class instead of online.

I have taken this professor for about 3 classes now and he's just the best. He explains everything that you need to know, his slides are always really detailed, and his sense of humor is great. You will never be bored in his class. Professor Chakraborty is also very knowledgeable in Biology and I appreciate everything he has taught me. Take him!!!

Professor Chakraborty is an amazing teacher. Not only does he teach you in a way you can relate back to your every day life, but he also inspires you. I took Biology with him originally during a summer course, & I knew I had to retake him. Now I'm in his A&P I class and praying that he will be teaching A&P 2 Take his class! You will love him!

Honestly the best professor I've taken in City Tech. All you have to do is show up and pay attention which isn't hard to do because he makes everything easy to understand and makes jokes all the time. No surprises on tests either. Just stick to what he says to review.

Funny guy. I enjoyed his lectures. Definitely read the corresponding textbook chapters to his lectures, it will help enormously. It is a LOT of information to memorize but he makes the material understandable. He uses funny and very valid analogies. I'd take him again.

He is the only science professor I didn't fell asleep to. His class is fun and his humors are on point. It will be an easy A if you study the slides and whatever he said will be on the test will have 99.9% chance that it will be. Absolutely the most entertaining and informative professor I have ever had. He makes coming to class a joy and gets to know all of his students on a first name basis very early on in the semester. Very approachable and really explains things in a way that makes very complex subject matter seem like common sense

I took him in the summer and honestly I only payed attention in class which surprisingly I was able to retain so much information from only listening to him. He is honestly one of the best professors I have taken in my entire life. he makes coming to class an honest joy.

Professor Chakraborty is one of the best. He genuinely cares for his students. A&P is not an easy subject, but he will explain it in a way that is so simple and you'll never forget. He will make sure you are thoroughly ready for the quizzes and praticals. You will not regret taking his class.

Exams &amp; practical are super easy. No surprises. Only 1 lab report, he says just to hand it in and you get full credit. No need to stress on this class! Easy A.

This Professor is great! He makes learning fun and, he is very helpful. His PowerPoint &amp; word documents are very in depth &amp; useful, However he verbalizes his notes so be prepared to write! His uses a little humor in his lectures, &amp; also he gives useful information that can help in future anatomy courses. I would highly recommend this professor!

good class. funny teacher and you can tell he really loves teaching. his labs are super easy and his lectures are power point presentations. you do have to read though because he teaches really fast. his tests are multiple choice but no review sheets was the only thing. he gives extra points on test alot. definitely need to study on your own

He made me enjoy waking up at 5:30 am to make it to his 8:30 class. His lecture stories are hilarious and he's great at simplifying topics. Make sure you read the slides thoroughly. Otherwise, he is really laid back and easy to get in contact with outside of class for questions. I recommend him for lab and lecture. Sadly, he doesn't teach A&amp;P 2.

By far my favorite science professor. A&amp;P is a lot of material as is. I appreciate prof like him who teach us all we need to know and make it fun &amp; interesting. Make sure to pay attention in class bc he mentions what types of questions he will ask on exam. If you dedicate time to read the textbook &amp; you pay attention, getting an A is not impossible

I had Dr.C for the summer of 2020 so it was all online. Summer classes are generally more demanding since you are covering a 3-4 month class in only one month. Dr.C was straightforward had great lectures and explained things very well. On top of that he is funny and responds to everyone' emails very quickly. If you want an A , you need to earn it.

You can get an easy A if you follow exactly what he says. Take his class if you plan on taking A&amp;P1, sadly he does not teach A&amp;P2. I assure you that you won't regret it!

Dr.C is the best professor I've come across in City Tech, hands down. He does everything he possibly can to help you get the best grade and makes sure all of your questions are answered. He makes his class fun. Half of the semester was online for me due to COVID but he nonetheless made sure we learned the material. Definitely recommend !!

Dr. C is one of the best professors I have ever had as a college student. He is straightforward and hilarious. Follow his guideline and you'll get an A. You must put in the work and not slack.

His tests are difficult but if you have gone through his lectures and slides then you can get A. Tbh he makes you study and you cannot score well in his class without studying. Otherwise he is very humble and listens to students and will explain you something even 100x. You are lucky if you get him. Take him if you want A and you know how to study.

Professor Chakrabortys online course was the easiest class I have had. The course is broken up into 4 quarters (usually 3 lessons each) and at the end of each quarter, a test was given with decent time to complete (50 questions: 1 hour). Youre only graded on said test, and he is always available to answer any questions via email/orientation.

Had him for lec online, lab in person. Tests are heavy, practical is heavier (200 bones).He helps if you tell him ur struggling. I struggle w/bio so I didn't expect a high grade cause its A LOT. He records vids explaining slides. They long but watch 30 min increments throughout the wk you could pass. Using your phone to voice record lecs helps too!

I would take this man for every science class if i can. being an online course, he is the most organized professor. he is the best at explaining incredibly boring and tedious topics, I don't think i would've gotten an A without him. Best professor I've had at City Tech. Prof. Chakraborty teaches every topic in a very easy to understand way, and always specifies exactly what topics will be covered on quizzes and exams (but you definitely need to study). He is organized and uploads grades quickly. Don't be late to lab because he will call you out!!

There were 10 quizzes they had 10 questions each, he would drop the lowest one, and 4 exams, all had 50 questions. For lab, there were 4 quizzes, each around 30 questions and 2 practicals. He's a very kind and helpful professor who's always open to questions. He grades quickly and fairly, and his exams are pretty lenient as long as you study. He also offers extra credit, which really helps. You do need to put in effort, but if you do, you'll do well in the class. Wish he teaches AP 2 so I could take him again
