A fascinating person/instructor. Very soft-spoken, but gives killer (tough) tests! I enjoyed the class very much, in spite of my poor outcome. I did learn a lot - in spite of what the final Scantron says!
he is defintly a great teacher and tries to be as precise as possible in answering philosophical questions...and his examples and explanations of differnt scenarios are very modern

she is very energetic and very willing to answer any questions that u have as long as u ask no more then 5 to 6 Q's per class -.- . She somethimes acts like her students are in the fourth grade and tends to talk to them like little kids. But over all she is a good teacher and is very helpfull ^.^
She is a pretty good teacher, but make sure u go to class everytime and don't chat in class, she will be mad!!! to prepare her tests u must make sure u read everything from text(detail), not just from notes, otherwise u will feel hella depressed after tests. anyway, she is cool!!!
This teacher needs to realize that this is college not grade school. She make students feel like they are incapable of acting like adults. Tests are easy, her lectures are boring. Her personality is anoying. She acts like she is 14. Overally excited and too pumped up. Avoid her if you want to experience an adult class.
SHE IS THE BEST TEACHER I HAVE EVER HAD FOR PSY. She is so clear and very funny and fun. She makes the class ass intresting as possible and always asks students for input. She has a permanent smile on her face which makes you want to go to class and her discussion are great. Just do the readings carefully and read her notes and you got yourself anA
WONDERFUL TEACHER...the best i have ever had..no lying..all u had to do was read and there were 5 tests but she gives u 150 for just showing up to class..SHE IS SOOOO INTERESTING AND ALWAYS IS SMILING..u are missing out if u are not taking psychology 108 with her...good Luck!!
One of the best teachers I've had. Very energetic, interesting and informative. This is a fun class to take. Her tests are very fair. They are easy if you read the material and paid attention in class, if not they could be tricky. She is very fair and wants her students to succeed. Take a class of hers if you have a chance.
She is with out a doubt one of the best professors I've ever had!
She is so funny and gives great examples, I am never bored in this class, get her for a teacher if it is possible
She was a great prof. She was real clear on her lectures. Anyone can get an A in this class. Just do the readings she assigns and study your notes, there is no way anyone can flunk this class. You will get a real understanding into psychology.
SHES A GREAT TEACHER. She makes everything clear with her great examples and notes. SHe is very enthusiastic (but real) as all teachers should be. Its obvious that she likes her job and it shows in the classes.
She is a good teacher. Very polite. She tends to be a little nutty at times, but that is to be expected with a psychology teacher. I never had one that wasn't a little nutty. Overall I enjoy her class and teaching style.
Sarah Cooper rules the schools! Ha. She is by far the best teacher I've had at Ohlone. Take a class with her and you'll learn, be entertained, and wish she taught all subjects. Exceptional instructor :]
I really enjoyed the class. Miss. Cooper is one of the better teachers that I have ever taken. She cares about the subject and her students.
Very good teacher. She has a good energy about her and makes class fairly enjoyable. Tests are fairly straightforward and you should get atleast a B by attending class and reading the text. I highly recommend her.
Sara Cooper is a great teacher!she is very helpful, clear, and funny. she has great enthuseasm...loves teaching. her tests are not hard if you read the book and take notes in class. take her, she is awesome!
She is a Very Good Teacher, she can explain extremely well and make it enjoyable at the same time. Her tests are fair if you read and take notes you get an A. Very Highly recommended
good teacher...funny...great information in short amount of time...
ireally dunno wt da ppl below thinking, class's extremely hard & tests r tricky.there's only 1essay in the course and others r all tests& finals.she even picky abt grammers in that essay.moreover, if u did poor in even one test, u got no chanceto improve ur grade. i highly recommend people not totake this risk if you wanna tranfer to UCs. i dropped
She is very well organized. If you have diificulty she will meet with you. She is very animated about the subject which makes for a less boring class. She makes it easy to learn the material, using handouts and notes.

Take her class as long as you do all the work, read the book, u don't even bother listen to her lecture cause test's questions are all covered in the book. She's fun though
Very animated & fun. Go to the lectures and you don't really have to read the book, but you do have to read some parts on your own, because she isn't going to discuss it (rare). She uses powerpoint presentations and has handouts. Very minimal homework, 4 tests (mult. + short answer sometimes), 1 600 word term paper. Reviews before a test.
She makes the class fun, make sure you copy down all the notes or pay attention in class cause everything would be on the test. do read the book because 1/4 of the test would not be taught during lecture. no hw, only 4 exams and 1 paper and final. tests are MC or short answers.
i love scooper. best teacher i ever had!
She is a great teacher. I like her a lot.
She is a great teacher
EXCELLENT TEACHER. Easily pass this class if you go to class and take notes. Tests were easy. Barely any homework. Easy to take notes b/c she's a really interesting and cool teacher. Definitley one of the best teachers I've had. She's nice too.
I found this class very easy (though there were an unfortunate number of failing students). Ms. Cooper's style is clear, simple, and animated. You do need to read the book thoroughly if you want to do well on the 40-question multiple-choice exams. This class is good for "filler units"; it won't stretch your mind but is not a waste of time either.
Great style of teaching, fun and enjoyable. Easy to take notes in her class unlike other teachers who don't have good timing and make you take notes in a rush b/c they switch the slide too quickly. Only complain is that her tests are hard. But, overall a great teacher.
She is one of my best teachers in my life. After taking her class, you want to be a psychology major. I took her Biological Psychology, too and learned a lot. Take her class if you are serious about Psychology.
one of my all time favorite teachers.
She is very energetic and expects her students to be the same. Her tests are really hard and confusing. You must go to every class otherwise she docks points. I asked her for help and she advise I study harder. Did not help.
shes hard... super hard... her tests are so confused...><
Ok, I took her for Psych 101 and 105. She's super animated and entertaining when she lectures. She does her lectures on a powerpoint so you always get good notes, and most of the chapters are covered. The tests are pretty easy if you read the notes (book if you want an A). Her final was comprehensive but only covered main topics. CAKE!
Animated. Understanding. Over all shes a teacher that makes sure she gives you all the tools to do well. Sometimes its a little dry or similar to high school with busy work. But for the most part she tries to make that class entertaining. I would reccomend her to a friend.
She is one of my favorite teachers! She is very helpful and makes the class fun
A very good class. Professor Cooper is very helpful, enthusiastic and a fair grader. The content can be a little big challenging, but it is fascinating material to learn, especially for psychology majors. Highly recommended.
Sarah Cooper is always willing to help out her students. She is very clear when explaining the material. She makes a subject the can sometimes be boring fun.
She could be awesome according to other students. But please do not take her online class!! psych 101 online will kill u!! All u are going to have is quizes and tests. twice a week until the sememster ends. I dropped my class 3 weeks before the semester was going to end! It hurts!! This is my true and honest opinion and experience.
This had to be one of the most difficult classes I have ever taken. I took the class online and I wish I hadn't. I am a very hard worker and i manged to stick it out through the whole semester and received a B. If you want to put in 20 hours a week for this class go for it because it really is like that. There is a exam and test every week!
Sarah Cooper's regular classes are easy and fun. She explains everything you need to know in the notes and is super nice BUT her online is impossible. Taker her regular classes.
Ms. cooper is a helpful and understanable teacher
a great personlity and helpful to her students. She teaches her student to be able the know thew meaning of Psychology and what is it all about.
I have heard that she is a great teacher in the class room, but I took her online class TERRIBLE. There was so much work 2 quizzes, a test, and homework every week. As well as reading a chapter plus sometimes more stuff. She gave more work for her online classes and it was just too much. I had more work in that class then I have had in most others.
took her regular class, thought i understood the material but when it came to the test it was ridiculously hard. I attended every class and payed attention and still had to drop her class. AND she was way too animated.
shes helpful, nice, her class is fun, very hot
Hypocritical teacher. Very unorganized. Says she'll test on concepts, but instead tests on random details. She tries to cram in everything if she misses something. Easily gets off-topic. Liked her before I realized she let's her environmental influences take advantage of her. Don't take her unless you want a demanding teacher, and a lot of work.
This is the most difficult online class I have ever taken. Quiz every week on Thu, discussion has 2 parts, 1 due on Tue and 1 due Thu. HW due Tue, no exception on holidays. Need to use references in discussion sometimes. You need to spend 15 hrs a week to study for this class. Ms. Cooper is nice and really wants to help students. No lecture notes.
She makes you feel like you understand her material, but like the other person noted.. when you take her test, there HELLA hard! I studied both tests and got a D. she has a useful spreadsheet that helps you calculate your grade.I'm staying in the class and settling out for a C. I just got lucky cause she cancelled almost a whole month of class.
Loved her class, test are somewhat hard if you dont study but her test are pretty easy if you read and LIKE the subject. Nice teacher makes class fun!
Sarah Cooper really knows how to make her students get interested in psychology. She's a great teacher and has great teaching skills, but her tests are HARD! Sadly, I had to drop. In order to pass this class, make sure to read and study often. Don't fall behind, I made that mistake.
One of the best teachers I've ever had. Extremely clear, tests are fair, and she is often hilarious.. Definitely a good class to take.
Beat teacher ever, I have taken al the psy classes she teaches and she is a fantastic teacher. You will fall inlove with psychology after taking her class. She knows her material and she is organized!
She's an awesome teacher! Tests are easy. Just make sure you show up to class, pay attention, and do the readings and you'll ace the exams. You must do the readings, it will show on your exam scores if you don't.
I LOVE this class and the teacher is amazing! She's the sweetest, kindest, and friendliest teacher I have ever encountered. She really cares about each individual in the class, and she will help you to an extreme if you are falling behind in class. She really cares about her student, and basically...she's just a great teacher! :)
I only took Professor Cooper online. Her online classes (both 101 and 108) are not only the most prepared and thought-out, but also the most difficult of any other online class I've taken. You HAVE to read the book to get a decent grade in the class, but you'll learn a lot as a result. She puts a lot of effort into teaching and I appreciate that.
She's GOOD, well organized. Do your work! Doesn't respond as fast, takes up to almost a wk cause she is busy. I studied like mad and the quizz ?s will throw you off and I took so much notes! Very hard compared to my HARD classes which is RIDICULOUS! Psych class? Doesn't matter if you or your family's sick, no makeup work is allowed! Be PREPARED!
Took this class online and although the work is easy it is extremely time consuming. Much more work than any of my others classes all combined. She is very clear in what she expects from the student's and is nice to email with, however it is definitly a more difficult online class.
She's a fantastic professor! I enjoyed biopsych A LOT. I'm basically a junior now and it's still my favorite class. I looked forward going to it every single day and I studied the material because it was so interesting.
she's really awesome. my class was at 9:45 am in room 2133 and anyone who has been in there knows it sucks, especially that early in the morn. but she is really good a keeping you interested, her demeanor is funny and entertaining. you can tell she loves what she does and she's really nice and approachable. there's not much hw except to READ
HIGHLY recommend Cooper! Extremely clear on her expectations, 3 exams, a final, and a short paper at the end. Super enthusiastic about the subject and keeps class interesting. Very helpful if you have questions. Make SURE you read the textbook and you'll be fine. Changed my major to Psych after taking her class!
She makes this class way harder then it is. Always assigning too much work an acting like the students done have lives of their own. Talks about late work but takes two week to grade on time work. I do not recommend taking her class.
This class is hard. She is expecting you to be on time always, and if you missed an assignment then there is no makeup for it at all. And NO extra credit eiter. I do not recommend this class.
This class is hard work. You will not get an A unless you read the textbook. Weekly quizes, assignments, and discussions.I took it online, definitly spent more time on this class than my regular classes.Prof Cooper is very organized & thourough and is really interested in you learning the subject matter not just breezing through it.
Cooper's lecture is clear and concise. Workload is intense, and know you will read A LOT ! She has very high expectations for a community college and if you like to work hard for your grade you will be ok.
she's a great teacher, keeps it interesting and adds humor to lectures. you can still get a good grade without the book but there are interesting things in it. tests are mostly based on lecture so show up! not hard if you show up but it's not easy if you don't study.
In order to pass the class you must be one time. Professor Cooper will lock tardy people outside, happen to me once and it was raining. The test were easy if you paid attention to the lecture and reviewed notes. Even though most of what she says during her lecture, she will add few materials from the text.Class is fun
Cooper should be teaching at a University. Not because she's that good, but because that's the level of her expectations of students. Be prepared, you will work hard for your grade. That said, I got a B and learned a lot. Don't be late, she locks the door 15 minutes after class starts.
Very nice teacher but not an easy A. you got to work for it and its worth it. She gets very animated in her lectures which is very fun to watch and she makes things so interesting. SO TAKE HER! very fun but lays down ground rules that you must follow and in return your deserved grade :)
At first I had dreaded lectures especially if they are done in a large room with ~100 other students. But the way she taught was both entertaining and it felt as if the lecture included everyone. The class is slightly hard, but all you need to do is keep up with the readings, and the class will be enjoyable.
Cooper is entertaining and very helpful if you don't understand. It's a very interesting class and she's quite fair. I would take her again.
Not a committed teacher; often Cooper would show up late and not be prepared for lecture. Also tricky to get a hold of, any emails sent would not get a reply until much later and she would take off after class. I didn't bother buying a textbook because she assigns little reading that is already stated in her lecture.
I do not recommend her! Hard grader. She thinks this is a university class, plus a lot of homework.
Online: For a three unit course, the workload is crazy! 2-3 chapter quizzes every week, some assignments go beyond the textbook (very interactive), and you get dropped if you miss two assignments or don't log in weekly! It's an easy class but with her standards, good-excellent time management and dedication is a must.
Professor truly does make the class harder than it is. Her syllabus almost made me drop the class because of how much of an uncompromising person she was trying to portray herself as. Miss 2 exams and it's an automatic fail. Ridiculous! I'm paying hundreds of dollars for the class yet she has the audacity to do such a thing.
This professor is really nitpicky including on things that are beyond the subject itself. Psychology is interesting but she makes it feel more complicated than it is. She over-intensifies her class and it takes away the excitement of learning, especially for a 3 unit course. I probably could've learned more from a less dramatic teacher.
I had never takin psychology in high school and i really enjoyed her class she is very entertaining and makes the class interesting. take good notes because whatever notes she gives ita all on the test i would recommend her to anyone very good professor.
4 exams and 1 paper. Be prepared. You need to work for your grade but you really learn. It's easy if you study but hard if you don't. She makes the hard and boring materials simple and interesting. Textbook is required. Overall, she's charming, helpful, fair and clear. Recommended.

Professor Cooper by far is the most helpful professor I have ever had. She really tries to understand the students and help them with everything that she can help them with. She is very straightforward about everything regarding the class so you become fully aware of what is expected of you as a student.
Very spunky and preppy, I love it because it's my first class of the day and it wakes me up and motivates me to be happy for the day. She's very humorous and sarcastic, as well as fair. I enjoy her topics and it makes me understand why people act this certain way rather than being close minded about things. You MUST take her class!!! It's worth!
Her class is pretty fair.. If you take notes and study them along with the textbook you should be able to get at least a C pretty easily.
I've taken three courses with Professor Cooper and I thoroughly enjoyed and learned a lot in all of them. She is an absolutely amazing teacher whose class I would definitely take again. Although the class mostly follows a lecture format, Cooper will make time for each individual student if heshe needs the help. Generally 4 exams and 1-2 papers.
Currently taking her online class and it's going well. The class consists of weekly discussion boards, MC quizzes (untimed), a Virtual Life module and a midterm and final. Professor Cooper is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. Everything is very straightforward, just make sure you keep up with all the work and you should get an easy A!
I have taken her class in person and didn't do so hot. I had to retake it but online for convenience. I think taking it online is much easier because of the scheduled due dates. The discussion posts consists of what you find interesting from the texts, and you have to respond to another student. Homework is heavy but she is extremely helpful!
I took the online course. Really nice professor! I missed my discussion and got a 0 already. I made it up without telling her. Then she still gives me full credit. Most of the discussion are "as long as you done it u got full credit". One midterm, one final, one paper. Weekly quizzes, and online homework (which is to raise an online child). Easy A!
Sarah was an awesome professor. I took her class online and she had very clear instructions based on assignments and papers. There were no lectures but the class is based solely on the book and videos. She was great with feedback and if you needed any kind of help at all she would be very willing to explain things and reach out. Would take again
Overall she was a good teacher, she knew what she was talking about and seemed to LOVE her job. She gives extra credit and there are no tests bar the mid term and final. If you want a good grade be sure to pay attention to every detail, even the small ones(specific numbers). Even in the morning she is very energetic and always happy and patient.
I took her 8-week online course so it was really fast paced. Expectations are very clear and everything is really organized. Sends out weekly email reminders. The class does require a lot of work, weekly discussion posts, 2 chapter quizzes, and virtual lab work. Be sure to space everything out, and not procrastinate. Only 2 midterms and 1 paper.
She is a nice teacher. I recommend her.
Took her 8-week online class for human development. I am a C student at best, but I've maintained an A in her class. You have to be really lazy to fail this class. The textbook is your best friend.
rather than the teacher, the human developmental course is horrible on its own. The teacher is nice and tries her best, but the sheer amount of content in the textbook makes the lectures pointless no matter how well she does them. Prepare to spend hours on hours studying for this course, not matter who teaches it.
For this class, you will HAVE to read the book. You just cannot avoid it if you want to pass the class or get an A. However, the book is extremely boring and its just pointless facts and statistics. Her online class consisted of class discussion posts, quizzes, and a couple of tests. For our final, we had 3 tests and a 1-page paper. easy class.
The class was easy! Her lectures were very funny. She knows what she doing! The class required 2 easy essays. Would recommend taking her!
She is a great professor! I would definitely recommend her! Just do your work and you'll get a good grade!
(Online)HDEV class is heavy content in general, but the book was an easy read. Weekly quizzes(thursday 18-25 qs) + 5 exams/sundays (30-35 qs). Multiple choice qs. 1 midterm essay. virtual child (10 weeks?). modules are opened on Mon 12AM & discussion OC post due Tuesday 11:59PM. short time for interview/observations. caring prof. available for qs
Shes not a bad professor, but when she means theres no makeup, there is no makeups. I had forgotten that we had an online exam due Sunday (a lot was going on) and I emailed her the day after explaining. Overall she did not let me retake the test and gave me a 0. This tremendously affected my grade instead of an A, im most likely ending with a C/B.
One of the best professors that I've taken at Ohlone. A funny lecturer and made sure to keep us engaged with a variety of different strategies : talking to one another, watching videos and telling stories relating to topics. You can tell that this is definitely her passion. Revel is online and quizzes on canvas, you'll pass if you do the work!
Professor Cooper was great! Class was not boring. She was always energetic that would make you wanted stay alert and willing to listen to what she was talking about. She wad understanding and fair. I'd really enjoyed her class. Thank you Professor C!
This professor is phenomenal! I've been going to Ohlone for two years and this was by far my most favorite class I've ever taken. I learned so much. She's so passionate, is energetic and spunky, and hard not to like. She's understanding and really wants you to pass! She is very willing to help, I recommend taking her in-person class if you can
I don't see more reviews on her online class but my personal experience was horrible. As a full time student I didn't have time for even half of her material. It made me feel like I had to prioritize this class over all my other ones, but 11 other credits were more important than this one class. I wish she considered that people had other classes.
very bad
I personally had an amazing experience with Cooper. In general, the Human Development class was a lot of information due to the different stages that were covered. However, she went over the material fairly well. She was pretty thorough in her lectures and made them very engaging. You do need to study though, so beware, or you won't do too well.
I absolutely loved Professor Cooper's class! She's super sweet, and provides study guides for each chapter to know what you should know from each chapter, and the quizzes are quite easy as well. Nothing is weighed heavily, so if you bomb all the tests, if you do all the assignments on time, you'll still pass with a decent grade.
During class lectures, she was energetic and engaging. She uses a lot of examples and offers to help students. For this class, you have to study and understand the reading. Before COVID-19, she kept her students informed and up to date on the situation. During COVID, she was helpful and understanding.
Professor Cooper is a really caring and passionate instructor and she will take the time to help those that are struggling in class (if they ask for it). The fact that she already knows how to teach an online class is a plus it made the transition from in-person learning to remote learning fairly easy when COVID-19 hit. I would recommend her.
Professor Cooper is absolutely great Id recommend 100% because you will learn so much! There are weekly discussions, her quizzes/exams are online due to COVID but theyre easy & there are about 2-3 major easy essays. Her lectures/slides are very informative and if you ever have an inconvenience simply contact her, shes considerate and caring.
Unfortunately I had to withdraw from this class. The teacher honestly scared me away. Her welcome email and syllabus has more threats for dropping you and reason to fail than positive reasons to learn and pass. Wasn't worth it for me. Heavy work load and FIRM GRADING. She quoted 18hours a week if your skills are not up to par.
Terrible professor! DO NOT TAKE HER PSY108 Class. It was not challenging, but boring.
Took this class as a winter session, so it was accelerated. There was work due every day, including reading a chapter, taking a quiz, and having occasional discussions. Also, two papers and four tests. The syllabus has many warnings, but as long as you work hard, you should be okay. Also, Prof. Cooper is very responsive if you have questions.
she is psychology professor, but does not understand student psychology well, lengthy assignment, the most awful, worst, disrespectful, revenging, and the least understanding professor. She will ask you for the doctor report, if you are not well. You do not go to doctor every time you are sick like headache, and body ache, right. Do not take her.
Professor Cooper is amazing. There are discussion posts every week and weekly quizzes on the chapter you learn. Tests are every two weeks. The textbook was online and we had to pay for the book on a platform.
Online - No Live Sessions: Subject is rlly interesting to learn! Pretty easy grader if you put in effort, and nothing is weighed heavily. Syllabus was threatening tbh, but just do your work and you're fine. Weekly discussion board and chapter quizzes w/ study guides. You def learn a lot (lots of reading)! Prof Cooper outlines everything clearly.
Professor Cooper is an easy grader. Her syllabus sounds a bit intimidating but as long as you do the work on time, youre guaranteed at least A. I would take her again.
Her syllabus sounds very intimidating. She is a tough grader and makes you read a lot, but she is responsive to emails and Skype. At the end of the semester I did enjoy the class.
Prof Cooper was great with emailing me back really quick and fixed my grade when I had concerns. There was somewhat a lot of work (probably just because I did a late start class) but manageable. I would take her again.
Late start class. A lot of homework and reading. Even had assignments, quizzes, AND an exam during Thanksgiving break.
Dr. Cooper was great. I was in the late start class and had no problems keeping up. She is clear about what she wants with all the assignments and papers. Just be ready to read through the textbook to prepare for the discussions, quizzes, and tests.
Took PSY108 as a cyber session and found Prof.Cooper's course to be insightful & easy. I didn't feel overwhelmed as her modules are very clear and the assignments I found to be easy yet interesting. She is very kind and easy to reach over email! I 100% recommend professor Cooper if you are looking for a fun & easy PSY course.
I took Prof. Cooper for Cybersession for PSY-108 & PSY-101. Her syllabus can seem intimidating, w/the "drop," but overall I enjoyed both courses. A lot of reading, but I finished with A's in both. She responds quickly and always sent emails to remind us if we need help to contact her. Definitely, glad I took these courses with her.
I took her PSYCH108 class and loved it! She's an amazing professor that goes out of her way to make sure her students are doing well in her class but also outside of it, which many lack. Her assignments are doable and her grading isn't harsh , this class was fun and interesting and the discussion post activities were fun as well! Loved her :)
Her syllabus may sound a bit intimidating at first but as long as you do your work and put in the effort, you will do just fine. Make sure you read everything carefully like her prompts so you can check off what is expected. One thing I would say is that it takes her a week or so to grade assignments after submission.
I took the cyber session, online class, the class looked very overwhelming but turned out not to be. The teacher is super nice and responds very fast if you have any questions. The only downside I would say would be the discussion posts but other than that the class is great!
Great instructor for the cybersession class! No extra credit offered, but the professor is caring and helpful. Be prepared to read a lot and take thorough notes!
Super chill professor! Grades leniently. The cybersession course looks super overwhelming at first, but is very doable. Highly recommend.
The cybersession course is designed so that you spend 7 hours on it every day. There are daily open note quizzes and weekly exams, with one final paper/reflection. She grades easily, but it was way too much work to do every day while holding down a job. She will not make an exception for you if a problem comes up within 4 hours of the due date.
would give 10 stars if I could! I took this in cybersession, we had 1 chapter each day so a lot of reading. Prof. Cooper was always quick to reply to emails, and gave very thorough responses when I ever asked any questions! TRUST ME TAKE THIS PROFESSOR
awesome lectures, not at all boring.
Professor Cooper's class is challenging but manageable with effort. The syllabus can seem intimidating, but she's responsive to emails and provides clear guidance. Definitely use resources like unstuckstudy alongside the textbook to stay on top of the workload.
Professor Cooper is the best! She cares a lot about her students. Regarding her class, it was well structured, so it was easy to follow the pace. She also provides reading guides and extra material, which is always great. If you keep up with the assignment is easy to go through the class.
I took a cyber session version of this class, and even though it was a lot of reading, Professor Cooper made sure to keep it as simple as possible. She also was also always checking on students to see how things were going. I have already taken 2 classes with her and I would defenitly take a 3rd one.
I took Professor Cooper for Cyber Session and she was definitely the easiest class ever! Her workload was so easy. It was so quick to get ahead- the quizzes were SO SO SO easy. I can't stress it enough to take her class!!!!! It was such an easy A for me and if I could I would so go back and retake the class. Professor is so amazing and attentive.
Mrs. Cooper was one of the best professors I had at Ohlone. However, you had to attend the lectures to understand some of the questions on the test. She explained the material clearly and made the lessons engaging. I appreciated how approachable she was and always welcomed questions and made time to help students outside of class. Take her!!!!!!
I never really interacted with the professor, but the class itself was fairly easy. I took a cybersession class, so everything was on me. She would send reminders, and since it's at your own pace, you're more than capable of finishing it quickly. Would take this class again.
prof cooper is very nice and caring, she responds back to emails fairly quick so if you ever need help she's there. pretty easy class nothing major just don't fall behind and you can easily get an A
Professor cooper genuinely cares about the students. Her class was not very difficult, although there was a lot of reading and reading quizzes. The myvirtual life program she uses for homework was easy and kinda fun. She is extremely enthusiastic about the class and wants everyone to succeed. I would definitely recommend taking her class.
Lovely professor and fantastic class! This class is not an easy A, but do the work, and you'll pass! Lots of reading, lots of quizzes, and exams every week. This was a 6-week class, which is why the due dates for assignments, quizzes, and exams are so close—overall, loved this class and professor! Would take again! Thanks for teaching me so much :)
I've taken two classes with Professor Cooper (PSY-101&108) and got an A in both. Weekly discussions and quizzes, but they're easy and open note. She also gives study guides for exams so you know what material to take notes on. As long as you make time to read the chapters every week and finish your work on time, you'll surely do well in the class!
Amazing professor! If you stay on top of deadlines and keep up with readings, the class is an easy A. She really wants her students to succeed and provides extra help and is accessible out of class. There is a lot of reading because there is a lot of information involved but she makes sure you're prepared for tests. AMAZING lectures too.
