She is amazing! She makes everything crystal clear. Her tests are pretty easy, as she reviews all the content and even creates fun review games. The only downside is she tends to go off subject and forgets what she was talking about.

Teacher is easy going, down-to-earth and wants everyone to do well. Includes everyone in discussions b/c she's interested in what you have to say. She's always laughing, VERY helpful, answers emails. Tests are mostly multiple choice; reviews before test. Great class.

This teacher is great. I take her 8a.m. class and look forward to coming in. She relates a lot to the students and understands them. She is so funny. She helps with test reviews so that you can do as good as you can in her class. She is an excellent example of what a teacher should be.

Great instructor. I took her class online over intercession. It was a lot of condensed reading, fast-paced, but she made it fun and interesting. I am an adult student, so I really appreciate that she was willing to work with you if you had problems.

Mrs. Jakub is an overall great teacher. As long as you pay attention and participate this is an EASY *A. She loves to put her class in GROUPS and do group work, she goes over everything that is going to be on the tests, and she laughs A LOT! she is definitly someone i would take class with again!

Probably the best teacher I have taken since attending Bucks CC. You will definitly have some great discussions in her class. Be prepared to do a powerpoint in front of the class during the semester. Not a lot of homework but as long as you show up for class & pay attention you are sure to get an A.

Very nice and understanding! I had her for two online classes. Sociology 110 and Criminology. She always has interesting discussions. Just complete all the assignments and do the discussions and you will do well in the class!!

awesome teacher took her online this semester and breezed through with an easy A and put in very minimal work because I was carrying a difficult course load defintitly take her online I dedicated maybe an hour a week. Just keep up on discussions and you'll breeze through with an easy A.

Prof Jakub is a great teacher. I took her online course. There are a lot of discussion questions and you must complete the weekly assignments but the text is really interesting. . . so if you put the time and effort in the course, you should do fine. I learned a lot of material that I can apply to my own life. GREAT CLASS!

I took her after reading reviews on this site and they were all right. It was a very easy class but interesting. It's kind of like highschool classes because of the activities she does but she tells you exactly what will be on the test. Take notes and you'll be fine.

The tests are easy if you study what she gives you. And work hard on the research paper and presentation and presentation and you'll get a good grade.

I took this class online and it was pretty interesting. Everything is pretty much your average online class: weekly discussions and quizzes, and a few assignments. Just do what she asks and read the book and you'll do fine.

Good amount of discussion questions and assignments but as long as you read the chapter you're working on it's super easy! I failed this class the first 2 times I took it on campus and took Ms. Jakub's class online and passed it with flying colors! Definitely need the book, tests and assignments are open book :)

One of the best professors Bucks has. She explains well and she is very helpful. There are many activities to do pretty much every class and participation is very important. She might get off track once in a while. The tests are hard because of the way questions are given, so it is best to study to make sure you understand the concepts.

She says textbook required, but I never opened it. Lectures are fun. Only a couple quizzes and tests, study from the notes in class. Her laugh is contagious. Skip class, miss a great time.

Professor Jakub was awesome. I have taken her for 4 classes and loved all of them. I've had her online and in class and she was great in both. In the online class she makes it very clear what work is due for the week, as long as you do the work and participate in the discussions you will be fine. The midterm and final are easy if you study.

I took her during the summer as an online class and loved it. Expect to read but there are 1-2 discussions per week with one weekly assignment, easy and straight forward. If you understand the material it is an easy A i mean all of the answers are in the book. Would deffly recommend it.

Prof. Jakub is clear on what she wants in the assignments and from the class as a whole. If you are taking her online prepare to dedicate a half hour, 3 nights a week for discussions. She loves to engage the class in thought provoking topics for each chapter. However, nothing I did felt like homework. The course work is interesting and enjoyable.

I had a blast taking this class, and I'll be honest, it's an easy A. Just review the assignments and chapters, and you'll be fine. Her final exam is a repeat of questions asked on previous test, so pay close attention.

Prof. Jakub is a phenomenal Professor. She makes all of her lectures easy to understand. There are two exams, mid-term, and final. She also assigns two papers that are only two pages in length (They are extremely easy) and one presentation. If you put in some effort, you can get an easy A in this class.

There was rarely ever any homework. You can tell that Professor Jakub really cares about her students and their futures.

Excellent teacher. Took a 5 week winter course with her and all her instructions, grading, and material were always clear. Very caring and present with the class. I don't know how she did it, but she made an online class feel fun. However, be prepared, there is a lot of reading and writing and you will have to turn in assignments on time.

This professor was the BEST I've ever had!!! Easiest class I've literally ever taken. You have one assignment due every Sunday, which is usually really easy. One discussion post every Tuesday, and two responses to the discussion due Thursday. Probably the least amount of effort needed for a class. You need to take Professor Jakub seriously the best

I have taken Professor Jakub in many online courses! She was a good professor! I liked how her discussion were always on Thursday and her tests were on Sunday! It really fit my schedule! She has many extra credit available through out her courses so be on the lookout for that! I enjoyed her online class and she really cares about her students!

Best professor I have ever had. 5 online courses during my time at Bucks. Been there to help me when I've fallen behind and very flexible with due dates. She cares about you. You will have one discussion post and one assignment due per week, as well as a midterm and a final. All discussions are opinions, and most assignments have multiple choice.

Prof. Jakub was incredible! I would take the class again even if I had to pay out of pocket! I enjoyed this class so much and even though it was virtual I felt like I still had everything an ordinary class has. I loved criminology previously, and the class has only made me even more curious about abnormal psych. It was extremely fun as a paralegal.

I enjoyed this class so much! Especially as a paralegal major surrounded by cj majors. I was able to add my legal jargon to all the discussions as well as my personal opinion. I really enjoyed the controversial opinions the most. I would take her again if I weren't transferring! Hell, I'd pay out of pocket just to take another class with her.

Instructor is knowlegable, experienced, and fun. Class was something i looked forward to and have learned a lot from her. I have had her as a professor for 3 separate classes, and she was my advisor. I strongly encourage everyone to take her class.

I've had this professor multiple times now, and I would have to say that she is simply the greatest professor I've taken. She actually cares about her students and she wants you to pass. She gave numerous extra credit assignments and was very understanding when I asked for an extension when I had to get emergency surgery. 10/10 recommend taking!

I would unquestionably suggest enrolling in a course taught by Professor Jakub. She spends time making sure everyone is on schedule and nobody is falling behind. Even though attendance is not required, missing out usually costs you. Her lectures are enjoyable as well, time flies!! I have learned a lot from her.

She would always give you at least a week/two weeks ahead what is going to be on the test and make your write it in your notes so that you can study the questions that will be on the test.
