She also provides study guides for each test which are extremely helpful!!! If you show up & pay attention I don't see any reason why everyone can't get an A... I came out of this class understanding all of the material

This teacher is the bet math teacher i have ever had. If you come to class everyday and pay attention there is no reason why you shouldnt come out with an A. She gives handouts for every section and explains the info clearly and thoroughly. you only have 4 tests + final +hw on math xl that u have many attempts to do. i hated math before this class.

She was very organized and posted extensive reviews online for you to practice and every test gets 9 points extra credit if you complete the homework and study review for each test. You can email her questions and she works it all out for you to see the problem you had. Very easy to pass because the test questions are basic.She can be lose on rules

Extra credit and exam reviews that are right in line with what she tests on. If you prepare with the reviews it's hard to mess up. I HIGHLY recommend, especially if you have a hard time with math.

This class was so easy to me that going to class was such a waste of time. I only went for the tests. She grades for attendance and gets really annoyed at anyone who chooses to not attend class and even gave extra credit to students for just showing up. College classes shouldn't grade for attendance, thats ridiculous. She also knit picked my tests.

Great teacher. Wants her students to succeed. Has very clear notes in class and posts a lot of study guides on Angel. Gives extra credit opportunities as well. I would have settled for a B in College Algebra but happily ended up with an A!

WOW by far the BEST professor I've EVER had! She managed to make learning Algebra easier! She can go a little fast but is SUPER NICE and will slow down if you ask. Gives you chances for extra credit and ALWAYS works in any way to help! I only wish all professors could be like her!

Before this, math was my worst subject, but she's very clear and super helpful. Tons of extra credit is offered, and you can tell she really really cares about her students. She is one of the BEST professors for Math. She explains everything clearly in class and if you have any questions, she would stop and answer it before moving forward. Exams are every easy and straight forward. She does go over material little fast, but she slows down when she feels like we are confused.

she really scared me the first day of class but all in all she is a nice lady. what i didnt like is she does go very fast and a day before a test instead of reviewing the material she would start a new section and she wants you to show all steps of your work or she will take away points.

If you are not good in math this is a difficult class because she goes very fast. but VERY helpful. Drops lowest test grade and gives extra credit. Very understanding and cares about her students.

I am a dual enrollment student so this class was easy because I recently took high school Algebra II. She is super nice and understanding. The class is easy and fun because she puts a lot of effort into making her students succeed. There is homework involved but it was fairly easy but it was time consuming. Recommend this class! You wont regret it!

I took her class for MAT1033 with Lab, and it was so helpful after class we went to the lab to do homework and any time we got stuck she came over and explained it again and help up through it. Amazing teacher, tests were hard but if you showed your work you would definitely pass with a B.

Dr. Wyatt is the BEST teacher I ever had. I don't always do great in math test but when I do it's because Dr. Wyatt teaches math to you until you understand and is always glad to help you before and after class. Take her you wont regret it. She also drops 2 quizzes and 2 homeworks and also a test.

She really wants you to pass the class and if you show her that you are understanding the material, then you should have no problem passing. Ms. Wyatt is a great teacher. She makes learning easy and even though I had her for 2.5 hours at 8am on a Friday I still passed with a high A. She hands out packets with fill in the blank notes that you go through each class. She does use MathXL which goes more in depth than necessary but she makes sure that you know how to do everything.

miss wyatt truly saved my semester i would not have passed if it wasn't for her taking time out of her busy schedule to really help me (i am terrible at algebra) and she truly did whatever it took to help me understand the information. i passed with a B which is REALLY good for someone like me (in math anyway lol)

She is nothing short of an angel! This is the teacher to take if you dont handle math well. She goes into depth about everything, is clear, and patient. We were allowed to have one index card per test, and she offers extra credit. Show up, do the required homework, study, and this is an easy A!

Dr. Wyatt is hands down the best professor I've ever had for math, I truly dont think I could have gotten through this class if it wasn't for her. She's great, her lectures are pretty straight forward and similar to what's on her test. Take notes and practice the homework and you'll be fine.

Pros: Test Review before each test, REALLY cares about students, loves calculus.. like a lot, allows replacing test grades. Cons: Hours of MyMathLab HW, just to find out she drops 5 HWs anyways, ONLY allows 4 function calculator, Non-multiple choice tests, doesn't drop the lowest test like other professors, examples are too difficult/MML focused.

Dr. Wyatt is a great teacher. I spent a lot of time in the ASC lab learning the material. She gives partial credit for work shown on tests and she gives extra credit towards the test for showing your work for quizzes and homework. If someone had a question in class she was more than happy to explain it. DO NOT use mathway or any other website.

Sarah Wyatt is an amazing teacher! She gave out detailed pamphlets on the material covered for each exam, offered tons of extra credit, and gave easy to follow lectures/demonstrations. The practice exams on my math lab were incredibly helpful. Do them multiple times, memorize the steps to the problems and you should do well on the exams.

Sarah Wyatt is a great, caring professor. Come to class and you must purchase a book to pass. Had to go out of town for a week and she had no problem with it.

Amazing teacher!

First time taking calculus, and it's the first time I've had difficulty with math. She explains things very well, but you must pay attention. Don't put off homework. If you stay on top of it and put in the time, you'll get an A. She's easily accessible, down to earth and understanding, she'll go out of her way to help any student.

Dr. Wyatt did a very good job of getting you through calc 1. Overall easy-going and not too intense, just keep up with the material and find a buddy so you can share notes if you miss a day of class.

Wyatt provides many resources for you to excel in her class. Do the HW and study the test reviews in the back of the packet and you'll do fine. She records every class and provides step by step solutions for all test reviews. She's strict on cell phone usage in class or talking while she's instructing. Difficult material overall, just stay on top.

Hands down the best math teacher I've ever taken, period. She is so passionate about making sure you understand the material, something this math department needs more of.

I had her for two classes, and believe me, I was able to make it far because of her. Before starting MAC2311, I was told that it's going to be challenging, but she was able to break down the information into pieces that we can easily digest, the same goes for her other class MAC2233. Also, interesting as she applies the problems into the real world

AMAZING PROFESSOR. She will work will you, but you HAVE to put in effort. Calculus isn't a class you just take for an easy A. She absolutely goes above and beyond for her students. Math isn't for everyone (especially not me; I'm a pre-med major) but Dr. Wyatt will absolutely make this class as painless as possible. 11/10 would take again.

Need the mymathlab code but not the book. The material is really difficult but don't get overwhelmed the first class it's A LOT but she is clear and will work hard to make sure you understand. The homework is very time consuming but it's for your benefit and the test are not difficult if you do the homework. She responds pretty fast to emails.

BEST PROF EVER. Dr. Wyatt was honestly the most caring teacher I've ever had. She will adjust the curriculum to the class's needs. She provides tons of opportunities for extra credit if necessary and if you're not ready to take a test, she will usually leave it in the testing center for you. If you must take calculus, you MUST TAKE WYATT.

Professor Wyatt has been by far my best math teacher! She clearly understands what shes teaching and makes sure that you understand. No online homework! Posts lots of videos to help with the homework packets. As long as you come to class and do the homework packets, theres no way to fail this class. AWESOME PROFESSOR!

Very Good professor, I struggle with math and she so great at explaining everything, she goes a but fast and keeps you the entire class, but if you have a question she will stop and take the time to explain further, she seems to really care about each student and how they do, Her grading is awesome also she gives credit for showing work.

MAT1100 is a very easy class, but Prof. Wyatt still goes out of her way to make sure every student understands the material. You work in groups in this class but she is always roaming the room to offer any help. Would definitely take her for future classes.

Normally, I have no confidence in math courses and dont do very well. Mrs Wyatt changed my outlook on Math completely and restored my confidence. MyMath Login is expensive, but the textbook isn't needed only the access code. Gives practice tests that accurately reflect the test. Very enthusiastic about math, highly recommend.

Shes gives a lot of homework but she gives you plenty of time to do it and it really helps you do well on her exams. She really cares about her students and wants them to do well so she will help you out if youre struggling. She tells you what kind of problems will be on the exams and as long as you do the homework you will do well.

I was worried about taking Business Calc, but Professor Wyatt made it so understandable. You dont need the textbook just the access code for the homework. The study guide is a GREAT resource for the tests. Attendance was not mandatory but obviously you will do better if you show up.

Phenomenal professor! I never met her in person, but for online calculus she AMAZING. She has so much resources, and it really is impossible to fail unless you don't do your homework. It is a lot of homework but it is crucial to doing well on exams. She even has videos explaining each HW problem step by step! She also printed out notes for us!

Dr. Wyatt was amazing! She actually cares if you are understanding the material or not. My class was online, through Blackboard Collaborate but she teaches so well it is almost as if you were in her class. She is very understanding about any emergency matter that comes up, and I would definitely choose a class with her as a professor again!!

Good professor had to take online due to covid. She assigned ALOT of homework. But her tests are super fair I would go as far as saying they are on the easier side. If you struggle in math THIS is the prof you want to take. She is very organized and you know exactly what your gonna get when taking her test. Take her practice tests

There is a lot of material for this course, so be prepared. However, Dr. Wyatt walks you through it, completing notes along with you, and ensuring that everyone understands. There are 4 tests, each with thick homework packets to prepare you. This course is bulky but important, and Dr. Wyatt makes it interesting and fun. I would definitely recommend

Dr. Wyatt breaks down every single problem and spells it out in a way that a 5 year old could understand. She explains each question as if you've never seen the material before. I wish she taught Calc 2 or 3 because she would be my go-to. Favorite professor ever. Lots of homework and test heavy but fair and she prepares you for everything.

I really liked Dr. Wyatt's class. The tests are all proctored with the test being weighted at 82% of your grade. She is very helpful and really wants you to succeed. I would take this class again.

Had her in Algebra 2 and Calc 1. She answers emails instantly, every homework question has an explanation video, and her tests are rather short. In calc her homework packets were really big, but if you watch the videos and practice you can ace the exams. She usually gives a generous curve if you show your work. You can tell teaching is her passion.

Very sweet and caring instructor. Just do your work and keep practicing the math homework that she gives. The homework is exactly like the tests just different numbers. She also gives extra credit on the tests. Test have a large % on your grade.

Professor Wyatt was a great professor, and offered a lot of extra credit and other opportunities to earn good grades. She simplified problems in her videos, and was careful to go over equations thoroughly, even explaining common knowledge concepts like X*0=0 and X/0=Error. I hadn't taken a math course in 9 years and had an easy time in her class.

She is absolutely amazing. The notes she takes make sense and she has videos and homework help for us if we still didn't understand. The tests aren't too long; the notes and homework are, but they're easy to get through with the proper material. There is a lot to learn, but Dr. Wyatt is there if you ever need her.

Amazing professor... would recommend 10/10. As long as you get your assignments done and watch lectures, you will be fine. Tests are worth a lot, but she gives you all the resources necessary to succeed. (Explanation videos, open to questions during class and through email) Replaces lowest test grade with final grade and accepts make-up homework.

Dr. Wyatt is a great professor. She grades and responds to emails fast. She breaks down the 5 credit course well and keeps you on track with biweekly tests. She does give huge homework packets but its good practice and will help prepare you for exams. Overall it is a difficult class no matter who teaches it, but Dr. Wyatt helps make it manageable.

She wants to give every student the best chance to get the grade you want. 5+ of Extra credit on every test if you complete a 40 question study guide. Test corrections were given to us after our second test to earn an additional +5 points. She might have a in class quiz every now and then but it is only 2-3 questions. Plenty of Time extensions

WOW. I always struggle with math but with Dr. Wyatt she made everything so easy and understandable. I took her Hybrid class, so she gave us a booklet to fill out the notes in by watching her lecture videos.I preferred it this way, you can take the notes at your own pace and go over them as much as you want. She gives lots of extra credit too

Professor Wyatt has her act together. Be prepared to study. Her class isn't "easy". In Wyatts class, you will achieve the grade you desire as long as you put in the effort required. Most students underestimate the effort required for an "A" in Calculus as it's a new tier of coursework. She is honest & prepares you well for the present and beyond.

Dr Wyatt was an amazing professor. She explained every assignment very well and clearly. With this being an online class, there was weekly meetings with a group of students. THE GOAT I took her for College Algebra and Calculus 1 and I got A's in both with flying colors because of her. She makes things so easy to understand with lots of mnemonics and charts. I transferred to UCF, and I'm taking Calc 2 right now. I miss her every day. I wish Sarah could be the professor for every class ever to be created.

I took MAC1140 (Pre-calc Algebra) and I'm absolutely terrible at math I've always struggled with math and I've never had math professors that cared enough until I took this course.
