HORRIBLE! AWFUL! AND MEAN!!

I hate her class. she didn't explain as well on the homework and the test. she didn't care about the students on class.

She is not clear about things in class. She teaches so slow that doesn't match up with the syllabus. It can throw you off. she tries to speed things up to catch the syllabus and won't want you to ask any question you need help with because she'll tell you she don't have time and she needs to catch up with the syllabus. Shes more interested in getting material through than teaching.Only 7 out of 30 come for tests,what does that tell you?Any math teacher I've had in the past made sure you understand the criteria before any exam, because they want you to succeed,isn't that a teachers job? Its not hers.

Very strict, not lenient. Has an accent, which was very annoying. Not understanding whatsoever in whatever condition for the students. If there are no teachers at all except her than i would pick her. But if she is not i would definitely try for another teacher at all costs.

If you aren't exceptionally mathematically gifted don't even bother with this teacher. Grades horribly and when I thought I was the only one frustrated in class, another student actually started crying. CRYING!! Do not recommend her at all.

Was very hard to learn from Sasha because of her distinct Russian accent, combined with her moving through things too quickly which makes it near impossible to understand the content. If you get her you are going to have to spend lots of time out of class learning the material on your own to make up for her poor teaching skills.

If you are planning on taking one of her math classes, get ready to be confused. Just when you think you are getting the hang of the class, BOOM, she does something that will confuse you. Most of the math classes I have taken, do allow open book/notes when taking a quiz. She does not. If you want to get an F, then take this class.

She goes really fast with explaining everything and doesn't let anyone interfere until the end of the section. Tests are very hard because she wants everything in a certain way. Mymathlab is the only easy thing.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE CLASSES WITH SASHA!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE INSTRUCTOR. I took her online class twice and got a D. she gives lots of homework on my math lab each with more than 40 questions and then one final in class test which has more points than all combined. SO be aware if you take her class , her main goal it to FAIL YOU!!!

The WORSE instructor ever! First time I've ever needed to withdraw from a course because her teaching SUCKS! Also gives out SO MUCH HOMEWORK, TEACHES SO FAST, I barely even understand the chapter she's teaching and she's already moving on to the next! Worse instructor ever. Don't take. Her main Goal is to fail you. During Quarantine she would email you if you get A and don't care if you get F.

I took her class for intermediate algebra last year and I managed to get a B . This year Im taking her classes online because of COVID and I didnt do good on the first quizzes because I didnt study enough to get As. But at the semester , as I starting getting good grade , she emailed me asking me how come I keep getting A??? Are you kidding me ?

Dont ever take this professor if you want to pass your class. She is very childish. She is not a professional instructor at all. She would look at every mistakes in details and will make you fail. She will make the work double by having you do exam in My lab homework and also writer it out in paper when you barely got time to finish the exam onlin

She is the worst teacher I have ever had. I've never been so miserable in my life taking her class. I dont even know where to start thats how awful she was. This processor isn't that good if you're a person who likes processors that "Go with the flow" and understand we're students and are willing to accommodate, this professor does not accommodate, it's her way or the highway.

please don't take her class I took her class last semester I had health problems and tried to explain to her I work and home school my kids because of covid she totally ignored the fact that people have things going on their lives had to end up reporting her to her supervisor! please don't pay and waste your money

She has a thick accent and her online class is not taught. No Lecture. You don't see her after the first day. You do all the work by yourself using youtube lectures that she posts. Not helpful. Poor communication that is very last minute. Not flexible and tough grader.

Literally run away she makes you write your work down and even if you get the right answer and your work is not to her liking, yeah a 10/10 quiz is now a 5/10. Turn your work in late automatic half points on top of her other point shell take off. I was literally praying for a D halfway even though in MyMathLab I had an A.

Going into this class I thought it was easy but every week theres 30 to 50 questions and one quiz and one test per month. Foreach test and each quiz you have to show your work. If she doesnt like how your work is shown she takes automatic points off. It doesnt matter if you got the answer correct. If you can take another teacher the take it!!!!

This professor is better for students who know how to do math on their own. Course moves fast and if you fall behind, you won’t be able to catch up. Teacher does help a lot, so if you’re a person who needs advice along the way, you should take this class. But anyone else, don’t make my mistake and stick with someone who’ll help you.

She wants you to do things her way and if you don't follow unintentionally, you get an "F," even when not related to the subject. If you genuinely forget to submit all paperwork together, you're accused of cheating. You're expected to learn one way - tutor way. She's not diverse that students have different living styles.

I have never met such a tough grader until her. I was on top of all of my hw until she forgot to hand us the quizzes so then I ended up forgetting to do them because she forgot to hand it out. You get points taken off if there is any mistakes in the steps and not if the answer is wrong

You could get perfect scores but accused of cheating. You get points taken out for whatever reasons. I feel that sometimes this instructor forgets that WE are paying her to train and teach us.-And I pay out-of-pocket. Her strictness creates an unhealthy instructor/students relationship. Worst teacher you will ever see on SPC. Not helpful. She will say that she will give you a participating point at the end of the semester but she WON'T. Don't waste your time and money rather just take another teacher.

DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS She takes off points for the minimum mistake, she take off 20% on late assignments. She will only give 90 mins on exams with 20+ questions and expect you to show all the work and if you miss or didn't show an step of the problem she will automatically assume you are cheating and won't accept your test. Warning! Do not take this teacher if you want to pass a math course please take a different teacher! Math is universal. She's wants everything done her way. She's a tough grader. I was taught a way to do math by another teacher and now I have to relearn how to do the math HER way. If I miss one of her steps on the quiz, it gets marked wrong!

She is unreasonable, comes in, and makes up rules that are not even part of the school policies. Saint Paul needs to look into her and speak with her. I want to start this by saying I am typically an A student.She made me feel like she couldn't care less about my education/success in her class. I found out I had cancer half way through the course.She was not only unwilling to work with me but condescending/rude/added more stress to my life.The dean(s) had to be involved because it go so bad.

Probably the worst teacher ive ever had. If you do something that's different than what SHE specifically taught she accuses you of cheating. Homework would be 20+ questions but only worth 10 points total. Would never take her again. Choose a different teacher!

I wish I could give her a 0 but the lowest rating is 1. Her tests are 20+ questions and only gives you 90 minutes and expects you to show every step on the test or you're accused of cheating.When I asked her for help she said "maybe online isn't for you." instead of encouraging me to do better. I HATE HER HATE HER HATE HER the way she teaches is so bad and unengaging and you get so lost so easily. She is such a tough grader like you need to have everything perfect on her tests and even if you do she will still manage to take points off. I appreciate the effort in teaching, but the course feels unsupportive. Exams are long, timed, and calculators aren't allowed. Feedback is slow, adding stress. The structure feels more punitive than helpful, and students would benefit from guidance, timely grading, and modern tools to support learning.

Don't take this teacher if you can avoid it. She gives excessive homework, takes weeks to respond, and accuses students of cheating without evidence. Her exams have 25+ questions in only 60 minutes, with no calculators allowed. It feels like she's setting students up to fail instead of helping them learn.

Honestly, I wish I saw reviews before taking her class. She's slow to respond, accuses students of cheating without proof, and gives 25+ question exams in 60 minutes with no calculator. She told me to withdraw due to my admission being late a day per the office, then refused to accommodate while being CC'd. Not helpful, fair, or reasonable at all.

This teacher doesn't seem focused or supportive. She often tells students to teach themselves, and even when she explains something, her attitude makes the process stressful. It feels like she's more focused on catching students doing something wrong than recognizing their hard work. Overall, it doesn't feel like she cares about student success.

I wish I had read student feedback before taking this class. I spoke with more than 25 students who share the same concerns. Many of them felt that the instructor grades based on personal feelings rather than academic standards and that some students appear to receive favoritism. They felt grades like F or C were not based on their actual work.

It has been a year since I have taken her class and this is still the worst teacher I have had in my 14 years of education donate your money to charity because that's basically what you'll be doing by paying to take her course
