She gives a good review for the exams. There's a lot of busy work but it's easy, lectures are long, she reads from the ppt slides, gives extra credit throughout the semester. There are 50 questions on her exams. You must study if you want to make at least a B in her class. I got an "A" on my first exam since she have 10 extra credit points.

An Awesome, caring, funny, and kind professor I have ever seen at Coleman collage. I am not finish with this semester yet, however I have received 2 good grades and I am sure will end up with an A because of my hard working and her nice teaching style. She goes through her PowerPoint and explain it and make good connections.

I took both A&P I,II with her, she was an excellent professor. I scared at the beginning of the semester, but if you follow her instructors and put some effort you will be ok. I recommend her to all science major students.

I'm very sad that I didn't get an A in this class but she is an incredible person and very knowledgeable professor. The district final exam was horrible.

She is a great teacher, she makes sure all students understand the concept, also she is very repetitive on what she wants you to remember which helps a lot. The exams were 50 questions and she reviews the week of the exam. Lab exam are easy and fair. She also gives extra point.

She is an easy A teacher for Geology 1305, it was a really good class.

Great teacher! This class is not an easy A, AP is a little difficult and time management is very important. She gives review and read in detail what she always mentions during lecture. The only way anyone can survive in this class is by putting in your time.

Dr. Heydari is multi tasks and very knowable professor in science, research, and environment . She is nice like a older sister to students. I had enjoyed her class and recommend her to everyone. Follow her advise and be present in class and put effort to learn the subject and you will be fine.

Anatomy & Physiology is going to be a tough class regardless. It involves lots of reading. Professor Heydari encouraged students throughout the semester to keep up with reading and plan accordingly. She gives reviews and opportunities for extra credit. My only complaint is that our lab (not her fault) was not equipped with what we needed.

She covers everything from her PPT and explain the main one; I recommend her to everyone who wants to learn. She is really nice and fair.

Dr. Heydarai is a caring, loving, and an incredible professor I have ever seen at HCC. She is funny and makes you to understand the subject in a funny and boring way.

One of the best professors have ever had. She knows the lectures are hard so she always tries to guide us how to memorize them. She encouraged us to read and study. She gave us 4 exams, drop the lowest, and the departmental final exam. Thanks to extra credit, my final exam's grade was not bad. Recommend her. A kind hearten and caring professor.

She is very knowledgeable and passionate about Science. Her course is not easy but is well structured. I just studied her PPt and the reviews she posted and made an A. If you are ready to do the work she is fun - I wish I could have her for my higher courses.

Dr. Heydari was a nice instructor. I think those who do not study always rate her not right she was very good professor to me and I have learned a lot from her AP class. She gave us extra work and points during the class and I strongly recommend her to everyone.

she's very knowledgeable about environmental science and her research . Class is a little dry though but if you're interested in an environmental science, you'll do fine. if you study for the test and keep good notes, you'll end up with a decent grade in the class! she's very kind.

Dr. Heydari is a great AP professor. After a 10 year gap between Bio classes, she was able to get my brain back in gear. She will stay after class and answer questions. Take notes entire class period and do the class work and lab report. I wish I could take her for my next AP II class.

Shes a cool professor, has power points in class but you can print them out. her exams including midterm and final are exactly like the review so much sure you study that. Easy A, shes super sweet!

Professor Heydari's class is fun and amazing, she handle everything very well and she is flexible, just make sure you communicate with her. she responds to the emails and help you out in class. She gives extra points and paper to bring your grade up and she goes over every single line of her PowerPoint to make sure covers it up.

She gives you chances for extra credit. I was surprised to get an A in this class. The only annoying thing is she mostly reads off the power points. However, the class was actually very interesting. I did not need a book just an access code. I appreciated her reviews they make the test much less stressful.

Dr. Heydari, reads from power her points, but explain it well. She encourage us to watch video, read other sources, articles, and pay attention to the lecture by making funny connections. I really enjoyed her class because I am serious about my carrier.

Dr. Heydari's API lab was clear and hilarious. She made us to work in a group and use microscope most of the time. She gave us a lot of class work and participation matters a lot in her lab. I liked her teaching style :).

She's a good lecturer. But you must be ready to study. The lecture is is bulky,sometimes is tiring to sit down for 3hrs. The lecturer is good, in that she will give you what to study for the exam, and if you are hard working, you will make a good grades. She also gives extra point to help though not much. I will take her class again, if I have to.

She is an amazing lady, she looks hard at the binging, but she really care for her student and if you study and follow her instructions you will be fine. I had lab with her and she was much fair compare to lecture, however at the end of the day you need to understand the material to be able to get to your program and overall she is very good.

I took Dr. Heydari for my Microbiology class during Summer session, she was very nice and really a good mentor to me for sure I will take more classes with her in Fall. Thank you professor Heydari for making student to make a right decision.

She is one of the intellectual being I have encountered. Shes remained calm in all situation and actually care for her students. Shes let you turn in late work, curves the tests, and give you more time to work on assignments. Shes passed out the review in which I think can serve as a framework for each exam. Overall, her strategy is amazing!

I really enjoyed taking ENVR with her at LSC. She teaches at multiple campuses. Although she does read from the slides, the class is pretty easy to follow along with. Labs were interesting and easy. LOTS of group lab and 2 powerpoints. 4 tests, which if you studied and read the textbook, you'll pass with a good grade. 3 lab tests.

Dr. Heydari is awesome. Those give her bad reviews most probably dont care and they need an easy way out.

Very Nice Professor

I took Professor Heydari for A&Pll lecture and lab. I really loved her teaching style. She reponds in a good timeframe to emails. Although she doesn't drop the lowest score, all the info you need to study for are in her powerpoints or even the Pearson reading. Read,read, read, and you'll be fine.

This was my first experience taking API class with Dr. Heydari and I am glad that I had her as my professor, this semester was tough with pandemic situation but she gave us hope and positive attitude in every live conference session that we had online. I will wait till Fall to take her for my APII class. If you study you will pass her class with A.
