Couple classes had been started, it is not too bad and he is a nice person, i hope the exam will be reasonable and easy, coz. lots to remember.

I know this is not a easy course, but Jazzi made it even harder, you have to finish 33 mc in 35 minutes and lots of them needed to calculation. Also, those mc was from CGA, CMA, CA, SFU and UBC. Jazzi is a good teacher, but the quiz just too hard.

Excellent prof. He gets directly to the point and very clear on what he teaches. Study your notes(not hard) and it's B+. If you read the textbook A- for sure. One thing is that you need to be focused during the class. If you are looking for B's, don't buy the textbook, just do his prep questions and you'll be fine.

He's an excellent instructor. Highly recommended! He expects you to be professional when you interact with him and if you don't, he gets extremely peeved. Meaning, you have to show that you have to read the book, and genuinely try, and come to class promptly. If you do all that, you should have no problems.

Ha Ha!!where do I begin? I made it! passed his 6 credit course. He got 3 midterms that span the whole day part 1 in am and part 2 in pm! Sepand is a good teacher. His lectures are all examples and he leaves the end of the class for students to practice. GO TO OFFICE HOURS IN THE LEARNING CENTRE. SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!!! His exams are exactly the same as the worksheets done in class. If you show up, study the in-class examples, and do the online homework (Which is easy as well) there is no reason not to receive a good grade. This is coming from somebody who is not so great in math or accounting.

Participate in class and study the class notes because that is all the exams are about. Lots of work with the group project, but you only present it to him so it isn't too intimidating!

Sepand was a good professor and his lectures were easy to follow along from. The exams were quite straight forward if you did your readings. You will do fine in this class if you carefully watch all the lectures and know your definitions.

Spoiler alert: if you're taking this course to keep your visa status, choose another instructor! More than a great professor, Sepand is a fantastic human being! His exams can be challenging, his projects require a ton of effort, and his feedback may be harsh. But, it's all to our benefit. Just follow the rules and show genuine interest! A+++ prof.

TWO WORDS THE BEST. You know where you stand with him so dont worry he will let you know. Like that guy that said something souper stupid and he called him on it right back. If you put in the time, you will do great. If all your grandparents die at project time and you need need an extension, then nope lol. He also brings snacks to office hours.

Hes intimidating but its tough love to prep you for the real world; he runs a tight ship. Dont fool around in his class or come in late because he will call you out (as he should). Loved his class. personal finance was amazing. Taught us some amazing things and was super funny. Out of all the profs, he's the only one that doesn't use boring PPTs - he comes writes on his tablet from his head. But its all organized wich is impressive. He's motivated me to go to HR so that is cool. He has marks for professionalism, so come with your A+ game.
